I called tech.support, they say the code is assigned to the ERIP system, I did not see this code. I have an invoice coming from the house management, there is a link to upload the invoice to the online Belarusbank and I comm.payments are made every day. I pay for a month in 20 seconds. And there are some problems here. As a result, I spent 20 minutes, and I couldn't buy a ticket. He spat. I bought a ticket through the website tutu.ru (I paid with a credit card), I did everything in 5 minutes. And on the BCH website, the payment system is somehow not very good, it takes a long time to pick and figure it out. In general, it is not made for people. Very bad.

Beautiful architecture, brilliance and beauty inside, but behind the beautiful wrapper there is complete indifference to people. There are only 2 benches for the entire huge hall on the first floor. People have to stand for hours waiting for trains and queues at the ticket office. At the same time, the station administration was not too lazy to print and spread out a piece of paper on each wide window sill, forbidding to sit down and put bags there!

A big disadvantage with constantly busy Parking, sometimes it is very difficult to find a place. The train station is for sports-trained people traveling light: there are so many stairs to overcome between the luggage room and the right platform that you can tear off your back while you carry things. Maybe there was some secret route of direct access from the luggage room to platform 3 without traveling up and down all the stairs, but it is not obvious to a tourist who finds himself at the station for the first time.

But, it is unusual to "go back to the past", when in Russia for a long time visiting the toilet is free, and even a ticket does not need to be shown, but here the toilet is paid and only for cash. If you have just arrived and do not have the local currency, or you are already leaving and got rid of Belarusian cash, then diapers will help you. I was lucky that I had an extra Belarusian 1 ruble in my wallet - my savior. The price of a visit is 1 bel. ruble, which is 30 rubles for Russian money in our opinion, and 32-34 rubles for theirs. That's if they also want to change. Most of them don't need our rubles there. But for the rest: clean, calm. Information about trains is broadcast in local and Russian languages. Everything is in Belarusian on the scoreboard, but it is easy to understand.
