I haven't been to Vitebsk for 8 years, the station has changed dramatically for the better, but the waiting room, on the second floor with iron benches, is terrible! If someone from the administration would try to sit on this bench for two or three hours in winter, they would understand what I mean
The train station is located not far from the center, within walking distance. There is also a mini-cafe, as well as a restaurant. Parking is relatively small, because it can sometimes be difficult to find a place, especially during rush hour. The path to the platforms is quite convenient, but cleaning that very path to the platforms does the best, because sometimes there is a terrible stench. Fortunately, it does not take long to buy a ticket because the staff works quickly.
A gorgeous monument of post-war architecture, a gift from the Soviet people and the Russian academic school of heroic Belarus. Like in a palace. The staff is helpful, there are no frames, which is strange. Spacious, free, marginal lumpen zero
The station is small, but functional. The first way is out of the central building, the rest of the platforms are through the upper passage. There is a place to eat, toilets, a small waiting room. The scoreboard is working, everything is clear
The ticket offices work as expected, I did not get into long queues, the station building itself is very beautiful!!!there are also a couple of ATMs and snack bars, which is also convenient
the building has been restored from an old building, it is very beautiful, clean, there is a waiting room, a scoreboard, ticket offices, everything is fine. but: there is no place to charge the phone and the hotel is so hidden that we ran around the station for several circles, found it with difficulty, asking more than one person. there are no seats, there is a sign. There is no hope of getting there either. at the same time, on the speakerphone at the station, they are constantly invited to the hotel.
My favorite train station, it gets more and more beautiful every year. You can eat and wait for your train, elevator, parking, ATMs, currency exchange, soyuzpechat and small souvenirs.
The station itself is clean, tidy, well maintained. The platforms are clearly located, but the stairs are huge. People who can hardly move (but without a wheelchair) will not be able to overpower the stairs to the bridge. We could also make an elevator for such people. Half of the station's infrastructure is closed in the early morning (5-6 am) and late evening (after 23:00). Fortunately, the ATM is working.
Bombs and currency traders are very annoying!!! They immediately intercept, do not observe personal distance, try to take away bags and put them in a taxi. Extremely unpleasant! Take action!
Yes, the train station is good. I liked it, it's clean. I liked the fact that there are rest rooms (hotel) booked in advance since the train arrived at 5 am. Very polite staff, clean and cozy. Recommend. You can buy everything from them. And soap and gel shampoo and slippers
As it is already unusual for Russians. The absence of guards and turnstiles. You can safely go in and out👍 Without creating crowds in front of the entrance and thus provoking scandals. How is it right that guards are not fed in Belarus? It is not known what guards are👌 The station is beautiful👍
There are too many steps, why make underground passages when you can let everyone with bags on top 🤦♀️😂The food inside is not very appetizing, we went to the store and shawarma nearby. The storage rooms are good, the hand luggage drawers are large and deep.
Clean , neat , everything is provided , recently I left there were questions about luggage , I went to the shift supervisor , they listened attentively , politely , I got answers to all questions ! Well done! Very nice to meet you ☺️
I didn't like the waiting room.It is not clear why they put a children's corner (a pool with balls)if they make a remark that children are making noise.
The train station is very nice. There are pebbles and a buffet. There are rest rooms at the station that can be rented for several hours. They are quite comfortable, you can sleep and take a shower. My husband and I did just that. We left the hotel at 12.00, and the train only at 23.00.
The meeting place cannot be changed)! Changed, became more refined. The staff is always on top! Although you remember a number of stalls of standing gypsies and long queues for suburban destinations.
a great train station, everything is there sometimes the prices are expensive, well, everything always goes and if it doesn't come, they look for a replacement right away, they will refund the money if something is wrong, class👍

A normal train station. The Soviet legacy... Clean, neat, without excessive show-off... The impressions are positive, there is a ticket office, you can go on a train trip :)
In the cafeteria, pies and belyashi are tasteless))
I often visit only because of the exchanger, ATMs of different banks. Minus-the Belarusbank bill acceptor has been removed, if I'm not mistaken. The service at the ticket offices is acceptable.
maybe it will be a plus for someone that the station looks very old, but from the point of view of amenities: there is nowhere to sit stupidly. either sit on the metal or on the floor, which in principle has no special differences. By the way, almost all the seats are occupied. what surprised me the most was that you can't charge your phone, but there's just nowhere. Nowadays, being out of touch is a significant problem. I can write a positive review inspired by the literature of the Soviet period, but we do not live in the past, so it makes sense to judge with existing analogues. The toilet is a separate song, but in short, you can't describe it in adequate words. the only sensible thing here is a luggage storage and the staff who work there
He admires with his greatness. Very convenient transitions, everything is clear. There is a place to stop to give away. The benches on Peron were also well thought out. The prices are just great. Not predatory.
The women's bathroom was just disappointing. Instead of a toilet bowl, there is a hole from the last century. The drain does not work. If you have a ticket, you still have to pay 1 ruble. I wouldn't go into one for free.
Very clean, beautiful old building. A wonderful recreation room: there is a place to charge a mobile phone (ENOUGH for EVERYONE), a children's corner, an elevator, an exchanger, a cafe, ATMs.
Good afternoon! I would like to express my deep gratitude to Sergey Ostrenkov, conductor of the Vitebsk-Brest train (July 8, 2023), for his tactful, attentive attitude to passengers, high-quality performance of his duties and assistance in providing small requests. A professional in his field and a Man with a Capital letter!
Overall it looks pretty good, especially after the renovation inside. But there is a feeling that something is missing. Is it some kind of normal cafe?
The station was not impressed, there are few ticket offices working at the same time, which constantly creates queues. There is no electronic queue in the cash register, which creates pandemonium at the cash registers. The waiting room is terrible with extremely uncomfortable benches, some kind of homeless smell and a local dubious cafe, where in the evening and at night mostly not very pleasant people crowd. Entrance and storage rooms are outside the building, the cost per day is a penny. There are expensive (!) rest rooms (fortunately, there was no need to use their services, so I can't evaluate them. But the station square, although small, is convenient for relaxing while waiting for the train. Within walking distance from the station
there are several shops (Vesta, Purity Island, Bellita and others), pharmacies where you can buy the most necessary things for the road.
An atmospheric, beautiful train station. All services work perfectly. I have been present at this station many times because I am a fan of traveling and I can rate the station at 5/5
The waiting room is on the second floor, the toilet is in the basement. There are very few chairs on the ground floor. And there's only cash in the bathroom. Although they let you in with tickets at all stations for free.
I stopped liking the train station. I'll explain why. There are practically no benches on the ground floor where the cooking benches have been removed. They stuck small cafes and now there are no benches.
A good transport hub. There is a bus station nearby. Very convenient location of bus, trolleybus and shuttle stops. Very clean everywhere!!! The staff is very polite and helpful.
All amenities for your money , there is a changing room, smoking areas, a toilet around the clock, ATMs, a waiting area on the second floor, a hotel, a general pit.

It is very dirty around, an inconvenient staircase (64 steps) to get to the platform, there is no elevator, in principle, it is sad. I left in the evening, it was dark on the platform, the lights were turned on 15 minutes before the arrival of the train. But! Excellent rest rooms (hotel), inexpensive, clean, all amenities, paid 26 rubles for 12 hours
The score was deducted for the toilet. One and paid. Travelers from Russia definitely need to stock up on 1 Belarusian ruble. Otherwise, it is a pleasant impression. It is clean, there is free WiFi, but a good signal is only in the waiting room. There is a small buffet and a souvenir stand.
The train station is like a train station, although I often drink coffee there on arrival, there is a 24-hour cafe, even police officers seem to be normal, do not cling, walk around and that's it
The train station is always a pleasure. Cleanliness is maintained, antique paintings in the waiting room.
Everything is automated, inspection at the entrance to the station.
There used to be a lot of people at the station, as I remember from my childhood - the waiting room is full in the evening. It's moderate now.
