Parking is relatively small, because it can sometimes be difficult to find a place, especially during rush hour. The path to the platforms is quite convenient, but cleaning that very path to the platforms does the best, because sometimes there is a terrible stench. The waiting room is terribly stuffy, not a single air conditioner works, the toilet is paid and constantly closed for a technological break, we got in on the third attempt, the exit to the platforms is not equipped with either an elevator or a normal lift for large suitcases, until the 8th way the husband dragged a huge suitcase on himself, although he was on wheels. There was no light on the platform, the darkness was impenetrable, the light was turned on only when the train approached, the platform was low, it was very difficult to climb with big things. All shops at the station were closed at 21:00, the luggage storage is open only until 0:00, the cells are very small and if you want to report something, you will have to pay 2 rubles white again for opening the cell. The buffet is open around the clock, but the prices there are sky-high, and the quality of the food is not very good, to put it mildly. So if you have to wait for the train for 2 hours or more, then stock up on water, snacks and change for the toilet (only cash is accepted, the cost is 1 bel RUB.)

The train station is very nice. There are pebbles and a buffet. There are rest rooms at the station that can be rented for several hours. They are quite comfortable, you can sleep and take a shower. My husband and I did just that. We left the hotel at 12.00, and the train only at 23.00.

By the way, almost all the seats are occupied. what surprised me the most was that you can't charge your phone, but there's just nowhere. Nowadays, being out of touch is a significant problem. I can write a positive review inspired by the literature of the Soviet period, but we do not live in the past, so it makes sense to judge with existing analogues. The toilet is a separate song, but in short, you can't describe it in adequate words. the only sensible thing here is a luggage storage and the staff who work there
