A good inexpensive hotel built in the 80s of the last century, yes clean and tidy, yes quiet and not expensive, but still the spirit of the last century is present everywhere, not large halls, corridor passages, not large rooms, sometimes one toilet for two rooms, no microwave or hair dryer, although this should generally be the norm, there is a TV with cable and a refrigerator, large cupboards, there is wifi. The staff themselves are friendly, there is even an exchange office open on weekdays until 18. In general, it will not be bad for those who are not spoiled by modern delights of comfort. The view from the hotel window is both on the avenue and in the residential area. There is a subway not far away.
I liked the hotel, it's not far from the metro and the center, the price for a room in the block is low. The room is clean, cleaned every day! There is a TV in the room, a refrigerator, and a kettle are also provided. On the ground floor there is a cafe with delicious food and reasonable prices. The beds with mattresses are comfortable, there is a fan. Of the cons, the hotel is not in a new building, and therefore when someone goes to the toilet or to the bathroom in the block from the next room, or just opens the door to the room, it is very noisy, because everything is shaking, everything is very audible (within the block). I would say the hotel is good in terms of price-quality ratio! I think we'll come back here) Overall, the emotions are positive)
We chose the business room as an overnight stay on the way from Moscow to Grodno. It is located on the 9th floor. The room is almost like a 2-room apartment with a balcony. A large living room with upholstered furniture, a wardrobe across the width of the room (behind one of the closet doors there is a full-fledged refrigerator), a large table and consoles, shelves, with TV, air conditioning. There is an electric kettle, cups, glasses. There was no tea, coffee, etc.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a table with a mirror, TV. Air conditioning is a beast!)) But a second bedside table would not hurt, otherwise the second guest has nowhere to put his smartphone and personal belongings that should be at hand.
The bathroom is combined, there is a full bath and a hygienic shower. The water in the sink was leaving a little slowly.
Access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room. An overview of Minsk opens.
You can get to the center (Nemiga) by metro or by taxi (we used a taxi), but if you don't need attractions, there are cafes, shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, etc. around.
We took a room without breakfast, but decided to have breakfast so that we could safely drive to our destination. The cafe is small and modestly decorated, but the food is delicious and prepared to order according to the breakfast menu, the portions are very large. Interesting serving and serving of dishes.
There is free private parking with a barrier.
A great option for very decent money! We stayed with a friend in a block-type economy class room from 18.07 to 22.07, we did not feel any inconvenience due to the block type. The room was very cozy and clean, with two separate beds, there was a refrigerator for groceries. Our two-room room had two toilets - one with a shower and the second without, everything is very clean and comfortable. We had cleaning done every day (🩷). The only disadvantage of the room was a small number of outlets, one was constantly occupied by a fan, and the remaining one for two was occasionally not enough (
The hotel also has a cafe "le basil" with a good menu for breakfast and lunch, which is very convenient! The service there is excellent, the barista-waiter-bartender is a very nice person! And there's a very good flat white.
We were on vacation with my family and grandmother, we rented 2 rooms of the "business" type from the business, only 2 rooms, overall clean, tidy, very friendly staff. But, the hotel is very worn out. We had breakfast in the hotel cafe, I do not recommend it: everything is fried in seasoned oil, and the dishes are floating in oil, we took pancakes / scrambled eggs of 2 types, sandwiches, who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, I really do not advise.
Not a bad room. Warm, clean and tidy. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, a TV, a comfortable bed, clean linen and a fan. There are no foreign odors. The shower room and bathroom are far from new, but clean and tidy. It's a great option for a budget overnight stay!!! One of the disadvantages is that the balcony is not painted, there are traces of mold in the corners. The staff is friendly!
In early July, I checked into this hotel. I was looking for something cheaper and not far from the right place. I took an economy room. I really liked it. The room is clean and tidy. There is a separate shower and toilet on the block, but where there is a shower there is also a second toilet. A small set of shower gel and shampoo is given. The room has a small TV, an outlet near the bed and on the table, a large mirror, two chairs and a table, a refrigerator, a fan, a set of towels and bed linen. I read a review that in the morning in order to take a hair dryer, there were no maids, so I took a hair dryer in advance in the evening, there were no problems. There is an ironing room on the 9th floor, you can ask for ironing. The prices are affordable and the service is on the level
I really liked the hotel! We lived for 4 days in two different rooms, as there was no room for the entire stay. The room is clean, the garbage was taken out every day. There was one shower room and two bathrooms for 2 rooms. The staff is polite, the reception desk is open around the clock. On the 1st floor there is a currency exchange office, which is very convenient, there is a hairdresser, there is an elevator, a cooler on each floor. There are several popular supermarkets near the hotel. Of the minuses, perhaps only the distance from the metro, which we needed (20 minutes on foot to Petrovshchyna station). If we manage to be in Minsk again, we will be happy to come back here!
It is a very cool place, it is convenient to arrive for a day, there is a possibility of early arrival. I visit Minsk once a month and always to this hotel, very convenient location, polite staff. The rooms are clean. Thank you for your efforts.
All without entourage and pathos. Calm, ideally clean, simple. Everything you need in the room is there: TV, kettle, air conditioning. A comfortable bed, clean new linen, normal pillows (!). I travel a lot, there is something to compare.
I liked everything
Very friendly receptionist at the reception (Olga Shapovalova, I even remember)
We arrived without calling in advance, fortunately there was a room for two. Two-room apartment. Like a business) and by the way, while tourists were making out in front of us, they messed up something when booking, an economy room was available for two, and we were offered it, although we already agreed to business. That is, everything is fair. It's very nice, even though we haven't changed our decision)
In Russian rubles, the number turned out to be 4400 per day.
Clean, tidy. The room has 2 TVs, a wide double bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. There are clean towels for the face, bath towels, and hands in the bathroom.
There is also a utility room, there is a large closet, refrigerator, ironing board. In the second room there is a table, a sofa and 2 armchairs. A teapot, 2 cups and two glasses. And, by the way, there were two 0.5 bottles of water in the refrigerator. It's very cool in this heat. Each room has air conditioning. There is an adjacent balcony, but it looks doubtful, we did not dare to go out on it)
The area is residential, there is nowhere to go. But if you are with children, then there is a cool park with playgrounds nearby. Well, there are a lot of shops nearby
A good hotel, a convenient place for those who drive, there is Parking, the cafe is pumped up, it works or not, it's better not to count on breakfast, the rooms are comfortable, clean, it's convenient to get to the sights. The subway is far away, without a car it is better to look for another place, by car it is normal.
We got into this hotel by accident. It was urgently necessary to stay in Minsk for one night, and then such an offer turned up. While driving to the hotel, we read various reviews, and there were a lot of several negative ones. We began to prepare ourselves for the worst. But, to our joy, all fears were not justified. My family of 3 people got a two-room room. In fact, there are two bathrooms and a shower. The rooms are clean, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, and there is a refrigerator. A bottle of water for each guest. The underwear is new. We were notified immediately after booking the room that the hot water was turned off in the department during this period. Due to this, the room price was reduced by 30%. But we only needed one night on the m, so this was not an obstacle for us. Since it was all summer, there were very warm days, we still took a shower, but surprisingly the water was comfortable, not icy. There is a parking lot for guests' cars next to the hotel, which is closed by a barrier. We had breakfast for a fee in the hotel cafe. No frills, scrambled eggs, porridge. We were satisfied.
Positive:
The cheapest hotel at the time of booking
A more or less decent room on the 10th floor
There are enough towels in the room, a refrigerator (although it is inconvenient in the closet), shampoo and shower gel, fresh bed linen
Of the cons:
Far from the center and from the metro
There are no decent (!) places to eat nearby, yes, there is a cafe downstairs, but at the time of our stay it was not working
The elevator is old and small
The staff is terrible (no one says "hello", on the floor to use a microwave or a hair dryer, you need to look for this "wonder woman" right away, and then see her displeased face
We registered 2 passports (we always took one wherever we were), but there is no control over those who go to the hotel at all!
We are very unlikely to come back here next time.
A good budget hotel, clean, the rooms at this price have everything and even more. One of the disadvantages for me is the block type in pairs of numbers. But, this was originally stated in the description of the room. It's not stressful, the sound insulation between the rooms is good, but the hallway and toilet are a bit noisy. It's distracting.
A large number of rooms, we were able to book accommodation about a week in advance (and then, if a day earlier, then immediately the room we originally wanted). There is an elevator, a luggage storage, a cafe, a bank. 24-hour front desk, cash payment in bel.rubles or by card (the world has read).
If you are traveling together, then take a room with one double bed, it will be more spacious. Although the mattress on the bed looks like a slide that you roll down. With separate beds, the room is slightly smaller, but also not bad. The only trouble is with the sockets in it.
The description on the website is true, booking is cheaper through the hotel's website.
The staff is polite and helpful.
The area is quiet and peaceful. Like it. It's like I've come home. For those who are new, we recommend visiting the Euroopt store nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the metro, it's a long way, but you can transfer by bus.
A good hotel in its class. The staff is sincerely friendly and ready to help. The rooms are bright and comfortable. Convenient coworking, will please those who need it. The only thing that upsets is the lack of laundry for the guests.
A wonderful, quiet, calm, cozy hotel for reasonable money..the rooms have good furniture, clean linen, there are little things like shampoo, shower gel, cups, teapot glasses and a refrigerator with a TV..within walking distance of shops, pharmacies on the ground floor of a cafe where you can have a snack..everything you need for a comfortable stay..definitely we will come here again
A great place to rent both a room and an office. It is always warm and clean. On the ground floor there is a nice cafe with a dining menu, available for small banquets.

A good budget hotel. Clean, tidy, no foreign odors. The staff is very polite and ready to help. The reception is open 24 hours. There's a guard on duty downstairs. We had an economy room in a 2-room block, the only thing that was available 2 weeks before the trip. There are double and single rooms in the block.I didn't see or hear the neighbor from the single room. The furniture is normal, the linen is clean, not worn out. The towels are old. A big plus is the dense blackout curtains.
On the ground floor there is a cafe, a bank, a barber shop not visited. There are public transport stops near the hotel, but we walked to the subway through the park. Near the Moscow market, 2 supermarkets, KFS, Dodo pizza, pharmacies, a large park with developed infrastructure.
We were with a group of children. We comfortably accommodated everyone on the 9th floor, a two-bedroom block + a single room, two toilets per block, one shower. There was no hair dryer.but it was uncritical for us.Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, the rooms were warm. There is a cafe downstairs, the children were fed there, they liked everything. It's not the center, but we got there by metro, quickly.A great budget option. Thanks!
A cozy hotel, a delicious cafe. Very convenient location. It is convenient that the bank is in the same building. Close to the necessary shops and public transport stops
A wonderful hotel for your money.
The economy room was pleased with the snow-white linen and towels, the room has everything you need. The staff is polite and friendly.
The hotel is decent: everything is clean everywhere, the rooms are spacious, the staff is polite, not boring. Quiet, comfortable, cute. There is everything for a short rest: TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator. I recommend
For me, this building is not even associated with a hotel. I've been there many times, but all on business. It looks more like an economy class business center. There are massages, dentistry, courses, and tutors.... Inside, the rooms (at least those that had it inside) have a complete scoop. A hotel from the 90s in a bad way. Everything is old, dreary, Grandma has become. But at the same time, it must be said when was the last time I heard the administrator talking with a visitor. And the bottom line was that there were no available rooms. Therefore, apparently there is enough demand for this option too
Quiet , cozy , large rooms , convenient location , beautiful view from the window , cleanliness .
I recommend this hotel to everyone who is in Minsk for the first time.
I spent three nights there.two rooms share a toilet and a shower.Thank you very well.and everything. The room has a smelly palace.from time to time, the view is greasy.there is a taped balcony.closed without a handle .There is no conder.fan.everything would be fine if it weren't for that stink from the strip.towels for three days.you will not dry in the communal shower on the tent.and there is nothing in the room .dried on all chairs.dezik can't handle the stink.)in general, this is practiced according to cheap gifts.but the carpet was the first to encounter such a stench .I'm just sharing my mistakes.I'm not complaining.
The hotel is not expensive enough for the capital. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. The interiors of the premises are similar to the late USSR. Furniture without serious breakdowns.
A Soviet-style hotel. In principle, everything was fine with me. The prices are budget. We lived in a block with a shared toilet and shower, but it didn't bother us much. It is located on the outskirts of the city. The cafe cooks well. There is a vending machine with delicious coffee downstairs. I can recommend it.
Nice, clean, modest. Pleasant, courteous staff. There is a coffee machine on the 1st floor. It is very convenient in the morning when everything is still closed
A good hotel , for its price . Good responsive staff. Everything you need is there. We are ready to do the cleaning daily (if required). The room is spacious, with everything you need.
The only thing that you don't know is who you'll have to share the toilet with.. we came across a "pig". Although there are two rooms, two toilets and 1 shower, and without losing square meters, we could make a layout - each room has its own toilet. The room has a kettle, cups, glasses, cutting board, refrigerator, table.. but no knife and spoon.- this is already a quibble , but we really missed it ; we ate by ourselves , although there is a wonderful , not expensive coffee shop on the 1st floor of the hotel. For those who are considering this hotel , in order to walk around Minsk, it is worth paying attention to the not very good location relative to the metro stations , the nearest one (Petrovshchyna) is a 15-minute walk away. This did not bother us, as there are no problems with our legs (health).
All my quibbles, there is one fat plus - for 85 rubles (for 2023) you will not find anything cheaper, but with such a really very decent service.
We lived with a child in a single double room in a block (2 separate rooms and a shared shower + toilet).A wide clean room, a large double bed, a refrigerator, a kettle, towels, gel and shampoo; a hairdryer was provided on request. They walked on the floor carpet in white socks - they remained white :) We went in April, when the night subzero temperature suddenly returned, and the heating was already turned down. Saved the heater. Let's go there again. I recommend it!
A good hotel. We lived in a family room. Mattresses on the beds - fire!!! Very comfortable. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two TVs, two refrigerators. A kettle and a hairdryer are provided without question. Responsive staff. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the metro, but along a beautiful avenue with excellent road surface. There are many supermarkets nearby.
Thank you so much for the conditions created. We stopped in Orbit a year ago. It is significantly more expensive there, but the only difference is the proximity to the metro.
Excellent hotel, friendly girls at the reception, cozy, clean, I recommend it.For business trips, it's the best, it's not expensive and there are always rooms available.True, it takes 15 minutes to get to the subway slowly, but this is already a lyric👍
Why did you choose this hotel when visiting Minsk? Yes, because the prices here are the most affordable. Friendly staff, quick check-in. The hotel, of course, is without frills, but with all the necessary equipment for recreation. The room was on the 7th floor, with a large double bed, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There is a shower room and a bathroom for two rooms, but I was lucky and spent three days alone, no one was moved into the second room. Drinking Water in the cooler on the floor. The metro is a 20-minute walk away. There are also plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance.
The rooms are not very clean-there is dust in the room, it was not possible to go to the cafe at the time of check-in, the shopping center is closed for special service. In general, it's not bad at your level
The hotel is located in an apartment building. The rooms are single, double and triple. In fact, these are studio apartments. Kitchen- single room, double room. Each has two bathrooms and a shower. Everything is clean, there is a heater (it was in winter, it was not hot), a TV. There is a cooler on the floor. There is a cafe, but the prices are too high, you can have breakfast on a lower budget and more interesting. In general, we are happy with everything. The only thing is that you can not smoke, but the guests smoke anyway, in some rooms it is felt - ventilation does not help. We lived in two rooms. In the first everything is fine, in the second the smell is musty
A normal hotel. Clean, cozy. We spent the whole day on excursions. They came for the night only. The food in the cafe is very tasty. I don't know where the negative reviews come from. We liked everything.
Not a bad hotel, they settled in quickly, there is a private parking lot. The rooms are not bad, we stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. A node. Everything is cleaned up, clean.
I can put a maximum of 2 at the Zvezda Hotel. They say there are places through Watsup. They really say there are no places on the spot. The hotel has many buildings, but all are rented out for offices. There are only 3 floors of one building for a hotel.
An inexpensive hotel with a good location, near a public transport stop, not far away, across the square there is a metro station, 3 stops to the center, cleanliness, excellent staff, homely atmosphere, all amenities in the room, excellent orthopedic mattresses, parking in the courtyard
I gave it 4 stars, but still a C. The price and quality are consistent. The toilet and bathroom for two rooms are shared. I did not see this information anywhere when studying this gift, so it was an unpleasant surprise. We were in cold weather, there was a large heater in the room, it saved us a lot, the room warmed up well. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it worked for heating and we couldn't do anything with it. The linen is clean, the room is cleaned, there is a TV. Everything creaks 😅 floors, chairs, doors, very good audibility. The staff is polite, there is a cafe inside, they cook very tasty. Those who drive, there is Parking for them. It is normal for budget housing.
The hotel is located on the upper floors of an apartment building, the reception is on the ground floor. The room is generally clean, and it is quite a good option for travelers to stay overnight. There is a mini-shopping center with a shop and a pizzeria nearby, and you can have a good cappuccino in the cafe downstairs in the morning. I recommend.
