There was really one minus. Once in a boiler with drinking water there was water that tasted and smelled like from a tap (strongly chlorinated), even for tea such water is poorly suitable.

Cozy, clean. Everything you need is there. We were settled ahead of time without any problems. Polite staff.
We took the most budget double room for a day. Shower and 2 toilets for 2 rooms. There is a kettle, cups, and a refrigerator in the room. The bed is really a double bed with one large mattress, not two together, as is often the case in budget rooms.
Chic for such a budget!

THE HORROR!!! When the hotel was selected, there was a private bathroom and a bathroom in the filter, but in fact it turned out that there were two rooms. The rooms and the shared hallway have very creaky floors and amazing audibility. Therefore, when a person from the next room goes to the toilet at night, you get a feeling of full presence. The room was rented on weekdays and the hotel was empty, this could be observed by the lack of light in the windows in the evening hours, but the administration settles people closer to each other, apparently so as not to be bored. If you are placed in the next room with a person who likes to drink and gets loud, then patience is for you. A positive promise was given to the request not to settle anyone, but it remained a promise. To use the microwave, you need to get there before 8 pm. The only positive thing is the responsive and friendly women who do the cleaning.

A nice little hotel, clean and fresh, there is a cafe where we had a nice dinner. There is an assumption that the layout is blocky, i.e. a block of 2 rooms with one bathroom. It looks like the building used to be a dormitory, the so-called small family. But it didn't stop us personally, because we were a big company.
We've been there for a long time, so I don't remember what happened to breakfast.

Cons:
-everything is very tired
- the floor creaks terribly, that is, it doesn't just creak, but he's talking to you right now
- everything is smoked... Hall, corridor, room
-dirty carpet stained, scary to look at
- the bed and mattress are strange, they seem to be watery, they wobble from side to side, but you can sleep
-everything is audible (including the toilet)
-some outlets did not work
-in general, the feeling of abandonment and forgetfulness, as if it had been standing for 5 years without visitors
- the elevator is long to wait, small
-no contactless payment
Advantages:
-round-the-clock check-in
-clean bed linen and pillows
-generally normal bathroom
-in the room there is a kettle, shampoo, gel, towels (dilapidated)
In general, the hotel requires minor repairs, neat and normal GENERAL cleaning.

Everything is perfectly clean, the room is cozy, a hairdryer and a kettle are provided. The room has a TV, refrigerator. lighting - sconces and night lights. Modern shower and toilet. It is very convenient that there is a currency exchange on the ground floor. Thanks to the staff - they treated my urgent booking with understanding. The rooms are cleaned every day, they carefully leave you a bottle of water) Great hotel, highly recommended!
