The hotel is located in an apartment building. The rooms are single, double and triple. In fact, these are studio apartments. Kitchen- single room, double room. Each has two bathrooms and a shower. Everything is clean, there is a heater (it was in winter, it was not hot), a TV. There is a cooler on the floor. There is a cafe, but the prices are too high, you can have breakfast on a lower budget and more interesting. In general, we are happy with everything. The only thing is that you can not smoke, but the guests smoke anyway, in some rooms it is felt - ventilation does not help. We lived in two rooms. In the first everything is fine, in the second the smell is musty

A Soviet-style hotel. In principle, everything was fine with me. The prices are budget. We lived in a block with a shared toilet and shower, but it didn't bother us much. It is located on the outskirts of the city. The cafe cooks well. There is a vending machine with delicious coffee downstairs. I can recommend it.

I gave it 4 stars, but still a C. The price and quality are consistent. The toilet and bathroom for two rooms are shared. I did not see this information anywhere when studying this gift, so it was an unpleasant surprise. We were in cold weather, there was a large heater in the room, it saved us a lot, the room warmed up well. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it worked for heating and we couldn't do anything with it. The linen is clean, the room is cleaned, there is a TV. Everything creaks 😅 floors, chairs, doors, very good audibility. The staff is polite, there is a cafe inside, they cook very tasty. Those who drive, there is Parking for them. It is normal for budget housing.

I spent three nights there.two rooms share a toilet and a shower.Thank you very well.and everything.The room has a smelly palace.from time to time, the view is greasy.there is a taped balcony.closed without a handle .There is no conder.fan.everything would be fine if it weren't for that stink from the strip.towels for three days.you will not dry in the communal shower on the tent.and there is nothing in the room .dried on all chairs.dezik can't handle the stink.)in general, this is practiced according to cheap gifts.but the carpet was the first to encounter such a stench .I'm just sharing my mistakes.I'm not complaining.

We stopped by for a day on 02/23/2023. Economy double room is a spacious block type with 2 rooms and 2 toilets, one of them with a shower cabin. It looks simple, but clean, a nice, comfortable bed. The most important thing is that the price is cheaper than in the center of Minsk. The cost per night is 82 BYN. For example, in the hotel "Belarus", which is in the center, the price that day was 182 BYN for the housekeeper. There is a small refrigerator in the room, TV, fan, cooler on the floor. Cons - it is not located in the center, but you can get to the center by taxi in 10 BYN, there is a bank for exchange on the 1st floor. You need to book a room in advance, free cancellation.

We were on our way for the New Year holidays, but we realized about staying when we could sell a kidney for the most unsightly room in Minsk.
I accidentally found a room in this hotel. I've read a lot of reviews, including not so much. But there were not many alternatives, we booked them.
And I'm thrilled. I don't quite understand the dissatisfied ones or we were lucky.
The room was quite fresh, the bed linen was clean.
We had a room with a bathroom with a second room, where one person lived. So there is one toilet and one toilet with a shower and a sink in the box.
By the way, I never met my neighbor and didn't even hear (but he was)). No one bothered anyone.
From the metro 15-20 minutes on foot and 4 stations to the center.
Trolleybuses run near the hotel, which also take you to the main attractions. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The elevator lives its own life. I was driving from the 8th floor to the first, someone was waiting for the elevator on the fourth, the elevator stopped, those who were waiting did not go, the door closed and the elevator went on. It was a surprise to me that I arrived not on the first floor, but on the eleventh floor. A man came in there, we went to the bottom, they stopped us in the middle of the way, then the elevator went up again, and only then we reached the first one, with only two stops. The hotel is located in an ordinary apartment building converted into a hotel. A gorgeous place! The rooms are VERY clean. I'm from Moscow and I've never seen rooms as clean as here. Wi-Fi is flying, there is a TV, 3 towels per person, shampoo + gel, VERY spacious cabinets and even a large enough refrigerator! We were very pleasantly surprised! I definitely recommend it!

We got through the first time and made a reservation right on the phone, which was important, since it was the holidays, and we were already in the city! :)

But this premium shower built into the wall is not clear how to wash it. This balcony has never been cleaned or painted. This smelling vesle carpet and creaky floorboards in the room. The bed is from ancient times.
At least it's cleaned up, and the linen is normal. But it's not worth the money. I would look for another place next time.
There are advantages: parking and an attentive security guard. Anyway, the staff is super. The only bad thing is that everything is old-fashioned, ancient and expensive at the same time.
