The station left a positive impression. Buses run on time, which is very convenient for travelers. In terms of service and accommodation, everything is organized perfectly, the staff is polite and always ready to help. However, there is one significant disadvantage – the waiting room is often stuffy and hot, which causes some discomfort. I would like to improve the ventilation in this room.
I didn't think there was such an expanded bus station in Uzbekistan (I usually go somewhere on the train). An underground pedestrian and immediately to the metro station.
It is a very convenient location, although it is a little far from the center, tickets can be purchased online. There is a huge waiting room with different conditions and this is a big plus. There is a luggage storage and access to the elevator. When it's time to go out, you can immediately find out where you want to go, there are signs.
I liked it the first time
It is very comfortable and pleasant. All conditions are available. It looks beautiful, very clean. I wish there were more bus stations like this. I wish you further development of such stations.
There is a small parking lot, everything is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and answers all questions quickly...As always, there are a lot of people
Average maintenance rate
Sanitary matters need to be adjusted to ensure cleanliness near the cafe and bar
Well, to give customers a little more expansion, but the argument is if the customer is late for the flight to return at least 40% of the cash payment and not 15 %
A modern bus station. Bus flights depart all over Uzbekistan. Timetable and ticket price on the website https://www.mintrans.uz/ru/useful-articles/toshkent-avtovokzalidan-qatnovchi-shaharlararo-avtobus-yo-nalishlari-jadval. There is a parking lot, but it is always packed with taxi drivers. The buses are modern and air-conditioned.
I am writing to you with a complaint about the actions of ERKIN EMINA EXPRESS TOUR MCHJ, which operates the Tashkent - Zarafshan flight, ticket number: 979427, flight number 56190, travel date: 01/04/2024, departure time: 06:40.
Today, during the trip, an unpleasant situation arose. When we arrived at the Samarkand (Ulugbek) station, the bus drivers demanded that we transfer to another bus where there were no empty seats. This caused a conflict between me and the driver, as I was sure that the bus should take us to our destination.
In addition, there was an accident during the transfer.: our neighbor in the seat, an elderly man, fell and received various injuries. Unfortunately, the reaction of the drivers to this incident was completely indifferent, which is unacceptable.
After my refusal to go standing up, one of the drivers offered us an alternative option — to take a taxi for 150,000 soums. We agreed, but it took about an hour to wait for the taxi, which caused additional inconvenience for us and other passengers.
Due to the circumstances described above, I ask you to take action against this company and the drivers for their incompetent and irresponsible actions. Such incidents should not be ignored, as they can lead to serious consequences for passengers.
Thank you for your attention to this complaint.
Everything is Clean, the staff is respectful, each regional region has a separate ticket office, which makes it possible to purchase a ticket very quickly
I was there in a cargo tez-tez
Excellent employee
Calm
You can ask and he will help you with cargo issues
Everything is fine and quiet at the bus station too
It is very convenient and cheap, from here you can find buses anywhere and at an affordable price, I advise you to buy tickets in advance somewhere a few days or a week before the trip.
I really liked the bus station.
Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is polite, the buses run every 30 minutes without delay. I recommend it to everyone!!!
There is a lack of organization of passenger service inside the station. Currency exchange and SIM card sales offices are closed after 18:00. Contactless payment does not work in some grocery stores inside the station. The toilet is paid. The building itself, parking, drop-off and boarding lines meet modern requirements. There is a cafe inside the station, but the staff is rude and the food is not always fresh.
The bus station has become the most comfortable. And the hotel is there, and there is a kitchen, and a coffee shop, and fast food. And a prayer room. Of course, the bathroom is paid during the day.
The bus station is cool! I'm shooting a star for not knowing the cashiers. One cashier said that the bus goes at 12.30, the other that at 12.15. According to the time, one says it takes 5 hours to go to Samarkand, the other 4. Where do these numbers come from?? The cost is 62,000 thousand by bus. A taxi from the locals costs 150,000 per person. We can bargain.
Local music is yelling all the way on the bus, it's unpleasant, you ask them to make it quieter, they do it anyway
The station itself is quite convenient. You have to wait under a canopy, so in winter it's fresh at three in the morning and a hat won't hurt, but you can always get hot coffee or chocolate in the building. And most importantly, the buses arrive and depart on time. It is a pity that there is no direct tunnel from the metro to the bus station, so if you are on the subway, you have to cross a busy highway, and with suitcases it is somewhat difficult. But taxis in Tashkent are cheap, so everyone here comes by it. There are English-speaking staff at the ticket offices, but Russian is generally easy.
Friendly staff and taxi drivers) Everything was explained, shown and even conducted! There are several bouquets, where by the way there are a lot of people. I recommend.
The bus station built under the USSR has finally been restored. 30 years of independence have passed)
The building is clean. There are no charging outlets. A terrible, PAID toilet with SANDPAPER. The stench, the dirt, the queue. IT'S A SHAME!
At the entrance to the building there is a metal detector and a baggage check, as if passengers are boarding a plane) Funny)
The buses are new, Chinese, clean, run on schedule, it pleases. However, there are bad drivers.
The bus station was selling 2 tickets for 1 seat what a stupid joke
Tashkent shakhrisabz route was bought by a man at the checkout for 7th places and they also sold 7th places to me through the UzbuS applications. Today is 08/18/2024. Deal with it quickly. I don't want to sit in another seat. I have chosen the 7th place for my convenience. Moreover, those who check people before boarding are too rude.
Assalamu alaikum is very pleased to be treated with the staff cleanliness there is one wish about luggage storage when they came there was no place to leave their hand luggage, and at least there is no Internet connection.
I came, went to the piron and hit the road. The bus is modern Chinese. The air conditioner works well. USB charging connectors are not working. For a man 186 cm tall, the seats are not comfortable, the knees are resting. The shape of the chair after driving to Cholpon Ata led to lower back pain! 19 hours on the road.
A clean, tidy train station. Not far from the Olmazor metro station. There is a large waiting room in the building. There are guest rest rooms. There are several cafes where you can have a snack while waiting for your flight. There are no long queues at the ticket offices.
The toilet is clean, paid, 2000 soums))
For me, the disadvantage is that there is no place where you can charge your phones freely. After all, this is very important nowadays!
But it seems that the staff of the cafe does not mind charging for money (I can not say for sure, I did not use the service)
In general, a good, convenient train station.
Well, the bus station is like a bus station you come here if you come early, you wait in the lobby where there are many places and there is always a place to sit and wait for your flight here for convenience there is a hotel on the second floor and a cafe. And the most important disadvantage is that the toilet is paid, and besides, it is often not clean. Most importantly, flights are not delayed without a proper excuse.
And the most important disadvantage is that the toilet is paid, and besides, it is often not clean
The buses are comfortable! And as for the bus station itself. It is very convenient, from the subway exit you immediately get to the main entrance to the bus station. You calmly come in and meet the visitors. However, there are a lot of annoying taxi drivers who have never heard of conscience! Of course, it's sad-that's all ...
You can have a snack at the bus station, there is a paid toilet of 2000 soums, there is also a waiting room in the building itself, or you can wait near the bus parking lot. In general, everything is fine.
It is urgently necessary to restore order and cleanliness on the "nickel" of the carriage towards Samarkand and further to the regions near the bus station. This mess really interferes with the pedestrian flow and transport routes, and of course the image of the famous, large bus station.
The staff is so rude, we were in Tashkent for 1 day and were in this bus station, there is no place to charge the phone. It costs 5,000 soums to charge. There is no such thing anywhere. The entrance to the bathroom costs 3,000 soums, but there is not even liquid soap or paper. You can't go to the bathroom for free just to look at yourself in the mirror.
Conveniently located bus station.
It is very easy to get to the station "Aibek" (Oibek) by metro.
There are parking lots, a lot of taxis nearby.
There are almost never queues.
There are many flights, including international ones: to Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Russia...
All local cards are accepted for payment.
Before arriving at the bus station, do not be lazy to look on the Internet to see if there is a bus to where you would like to go. For example, buses leave for Nukus from another place in Tashkent Not far from the bus station).
A beautiful entrance complex, but very poor service at the checkout, does not provide accurate and complete information. If you do not ask questions, the cashiers themselves do not voice additional information.
A good one. The bus station. There are a lot of buses there when I sent the mail, the drivers took the mail without talking where I needed it for a fee, but well done for that. Drivers, good luck to them on the roads. Thanks to the bus station for opening different flights
The mess is complete, buses do not leave on time, drivers will want to get on their flight, but they do not even want to leave without warning anyone, people are waiting and cannot understand whether they will go today or not.Passports are not checked, it turns out that anyone, even if they are wanted, bought a ticket and went where they need to go.
Good evening, everyone. I want to leave a disappointed review. They deceive the people. We sold tickets for a recumbent (sleeping) bus, and upon arrival at the station, a sedentary one was waiting for us. We were leaving Bishkek-Toshkent Bus Station. Be vigilant!!
A Soviet-built building. It is spacious and bright inside. Polite and friendly staff. Comfortable buses run to all cities of Uzbekistan. There are many international flights to all neighboring countries. The service is at the highest level. There are mother and child rooms, clean and well-maintained toilets, pharmacies and a medical center. Dining room, shopping boutiques.
