The waiting time is long
Breakfast sucks
The rooms suck
And I'm not talking about the price tag for the rooms at all.
The only one + is an unlimited water park, but even it's not worth it to stay in this hotel at least for the night.

I liked the water park, the slides are cool, and the hotel let me down. In two days I gave 22,000 and rested for 12,000 (in my opinion) is not justifiably expensive. Next time I won't come, but I'll go to the water park separately.

It pulls on the declared two stars... The rooms are standard, and that says it all. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is clean. There is no kettle, but there is a boiler in the cafe. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan. Furniture "that has seen a lot of life".... The restaurant did not work, there are no shops nearby, so if you gape, you can stay hungry (one cook does not have time). Regarding food, it's better to look for other options. An absolute plus of the aquapark hotel! When you check in, you visit it for free! And there's a cafe on the fourth floor, where the food is very tasty and the prices don't bite too much. And be sure to visit the SPA area-you will definitely not regret it

The perfect price-quality ratio. A cool promotion is an Aqua zone as a gift when staying. For a small surcharge, you can also take baths. We have been here several times, the rooms are clean and cozy. I really liked the bungalow - I rented it on the other side. The staff agreed to preserve the table, provided glasses. We liked everything.

We rested several times. I liked everything very much. They ate on their own, as it was expensive. But the price includes a water park, a swimming pool, a rocking chair. Convenient location, close to the Moscow Ring Road. The center is 10 minutes away. by car, 15 by bus. Fresh air, lake, silence. Parking is almost always free. It's just great!!!

We decided to extend it, the price increased by 50p per night (236p). It certainly upset me. After reading the reviews, they took food with them. The room is cozy, the bed linen is clean, the beds are soft. You can take boiling water on the ground floor. The room has a hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi connected. There is a Playground, the park for walking is clean! I recommend the hotel.

We are in this hotel now and are very disappointed. Because it is not the first time in the hotel and we were completely delighted.
This time we decided to include breakfast, we paid 91 rubles for each day, not a lot of money for breakfast, but here nerves are shaking and, apparently, not only for us, but also for the girl waiter, although we said that we would pay for the tea that the children ordered so as not to eat breakfast in dry water and are even ready to pay tea of the previous days!
The girl from the lobby manager accepted the order on the last day and part of the menu is included in the price of the kitchen, part is not included. He asks how much tea we took all these days, shocked, it's nothing to say. She began to shout that tea was paid, it was from the lobby, porridge was paid, take breakfast, pancakes and that's it.
I do not mind paying for something that is not included in the issuance standard. BUT! there is no buffet, as previously stated, and what there is does not reach the standard breakfast in hotels.
That's right, people don't write good reviews, just like I didn't write before. But we will not take any more breakfasts or lunches. It's easier to go to a cafe and give the same money for 4x and get pleasant smiles, rather than counting the money and wondering what they will come up with the next day.

A 2* hotel, do not count on super rooms. the rooms are clean, everything worked in our room, but the hair dryer did not work in the next room and the shower drain did not work well, in another room the electronic key did not open the door, we had to hack. The price for the hotel is very high, but this is understandable, since the price of the hotel includes unlimited access to the water park, that is, initially, the entrance to the water park is included in the price of the hotel. The breakfasts are not bad, the dinner is so-so: the menu is small, and not everything is available from it, the cost is high enough for what is offered. The water park itself is good, but next time it's easier to take a taxi to the water park, but stay in a normal hotel in the center of Minsk! I do not recommend staying in a hotel. I would also like to point out: Terrible service by the bartender Peter, communicates as if he is not serving, but you owe him something!

It requires general cleaning, breakfasts do not pull at their cost. The dishes on the menu are terrible. The hotel fully corresponds to its 2*, even the staff is well-chosen. Something definitely needs to be done with the restaurant, it's a shame.

We chose this hotel because of the water park, but we were disappointed. We had a 2-bed room and it turned out to be very, very small and insanely stuffy. Of the advantages, it was clean and there was a fan, although it did not save at all, and this despite the fact that it was not at all hot outside. The water park itself is large, but has a very shabby appearance. There is nothing to do with a 4-year-old child, all slides from 6 years old. It was very fresh inside the water park and the water in all pools except the children's paddling pool was very cold. We were on a weekday at about 16:00 and there were a lot of people, there were queues everywhere.
They paid about 6,000 rubles for the room and of course expected more. We will definitely not return to this hotel.

There are no complaints about the water park (only the street was closed and the hammam did not work), but the hotel completely deteriorated:(
The buffet was cleaned, there is no choice in the restaurant for lunch and breakfast (we didn't even go to dinner), the shower was leaking in the room, a light bulb fell out of the bedside lamp into the palm of my hand, it was shorted and the electricity in the room was cut off.
Bottled water is no longer left in the rooms and there was no shower gel, shampoo, etc.

We came 3 times this summer. Standard and suite rooms. I recommend a 2-room suite. It's difficult to book, but it's worth it - it's very convenient, and the price difference is small.
In June and July, there were long queues at check-in, they stood for more than an hour. They arrived at the water park only at 16.30. There were long queues for the slides, they managed to ride only closer to closing. But the children are happy and so are we, in principle. We will come again.
