At the end of November, I ordered 2 excursions from Sharma from Albatross:
1.Pyramids in Cairo
2. Jordan.
Pyramids.
Crazy tour for 27 hours!!! The system is such that several buses are assembled, and along the way you are constantly waiting for someone in the backlog, the bus is far from comfortable. On the pyramids themselves, out of all 27 hours, we would have been only 1.5 hours!!!
We were taken to the oil and papyrus factory (a specific tourist divorce), spent more than an hour on each, ran through the national museum, looked at something a little.
And also in the organization, there is no need to combine citizens of Russia and Poland in one bus, at the very end, Russian compatriots clearly showed how to love Russia!)
Jordan.
The tour is 24 hours, with bus-ferry-bus transfers, we are not so tired here, from transfers and shifts, everything was interesting and wonderful.
But why a friend who picked us up from the hotel and brought us to Taboo brazenly collected baksheesh from us did not become clear to us) it was the guide in Jordan who played a larger percentage of the entire tour, but not like this carrier.
The company in Sharma is indeed the lowest in terms of paying for excursions, but the organization needs to be worked on.

We took an individual tour to Cairo. It was very cool, we were provided with an individual car, a personal driver and a guide. He answered all the questions, even the tricky ones. We were allowed to walk around the museum as much as we wanted and did not limit time at all.
Ibrahim (the Guide) treated us to ice cream, helped us solve problems with the locals (and they were) and told us where to go and where not to go.

We ordered an excursion through the Albatross Travel online service. They respond quickly enough by WhatsApp, calls do not go through, you just need to write. We were on a tour in Cairo, by plane. We paid extra for an individual tour and are very satisfied: 1. We slept longer because an individual transfer came for us. 2. We had enough time for the Cairo Museum and the pyramids, pictured. 3. I went on three excursions from this company, the sea, Luxor, and Cairo. I can say the following, yes it is cheap, and it is +. But it is absolutely not informative and of poor quality. There were so many people crammed onto the yacht that there was nowhere to sit, and after paying the same amount of money, someone was floating on the deck with a breeze, and someone was in a cabin with dirty windows, but no one cared either. In Luxor, the bus was also packed so that even the back seat was fully occupied. The seat backs of some of the seats were broken. And the passengers were lying on the laps of other passengers. They gave me a better bus to Cairo. All tours are based on the fact that the guide does not tell the story, but tries to sell you, in Luxor there are cartouches, tea, herbs, ointments, in Cairo the same cartouches, an observation deck, etc. In general, if you look at it, it's cheap, if you find out something, the Albatross is not about that.

We went on a super safari with a child of 8 years old, we liked the tour, especially the child, we gave him a ride on his own on the quadric (the child has management experience, but for the first time in the desert and special impressions). The attendant is well done, always there and solves any issue quickly. During the tour, they gave 2 bottles of cold water, which is also just super in the sultry desert. The organizer confirmed the reservation immediately, for health reasons, the date of the tour had to be postponed, which was also done calmly without any fines and dissatisfaction. ATV Safari tour.
The organization is just great!
They were picked up from the hotel on time, brought to the meeting place, instructed, helped to put on arafats and gave a comfortable ATV for the child (a seat made of a rag so that the child's legs would not heat up). We rode both slowly and quickly, gave time for photos, drove into the village and treated them to tea, allowed them to sit on a camel and even drove a little.
If you ride a camel outside the village, you need to pay a little extra.
We arrived back at the meeting place and the transfer took us to the hotel with pleasant music.

We were on an excursion to Luxor from Hurghada (without shops) - we were satisfied.
We promptly booked the tour, paid by transfer to the card in rubles immediately. The bus (with toilet) arrived exactly on time and we got well to Kena and then to Luxor. On the way, we were accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide Islam, and then Nina (a female guide whom everyone knows) joined us. It was interesting and informative. Nina treated everyone to ice cream at the end. We rode in a convoy like everyone else. I advise you to take pounds to pay for toilets (everywhere except lunch and banana island there were paid 10-20 pounds).

We went to El Gouna on 07.06.2024 on a yacht. The Albatross was quickly booked, just in time to be picked up from the hotel. It is convenient and the prices are relatively inexpensive. A new comfortable yacht. A delicious lunch with wonderfully cooked battered fish and shrimp, real, not powdered juices. El Gouna herself has little time, mostly seen from a motorboat. We saw dolphins. But the most memorable and spectacular is the bathyscaphe and swimming over the corals. I didn't even think it was so beautiful and interesting.

Hello. I would like to leave a review after today's buggy trip to the desert with a visit to a Bedouin village and camel riding. We really liked it. I have issued a ticket through the website. Everything is very easily accessible. It is registered in the bot in the cart. The information was provided very well. A few hours before the end of the working day, the departure information was sent. Comfortable transport arrived. We were met, we were taken to the gathering point, and everyone was tied up with Arafat. Everything is comfortable. Of the wishes, I would like the toilet to be improved at the base, but we must be prepared for this. It's a desert after all. We took a buggy. Another part of our group ordered ATVs, we really liked the bugs, (it's very gentle to ride, unlike off-road ATVs) we went at a good speed (you need to be realistic that you won't fly 200, but you accelerate the speed where it's allowed) everything is safe and comfortable, we stopped for a photo, took a picture, then went to the Bedouins at the Bedouins, had tea, rode a camel a little bit, we liked everything, then climbed the mountain a little, took pictures and calmly drove back. - The guide's Russian is bad.
- Only 1h15 minutes were spent in the national Museum. This is catastrophically small. They ran past exhibits and halls with rare comments from the guide.
Russian Russians and French people were put on the same bus - 2 guides, a bad Russian and a good French.
- We did not ride on the pyramids on the sites, for an additional fee.The money was offered to take carts.
- Oil and papyrus factories are a waste of time.

We ordered a tour to the dolphinarium with an individual transfer (additional payment). They were picked up 5 minutes late, the driver drove around in circles for about 50 minutes to the dolphinarium (when it was possible to drive directly in 30 minutes). Upon arrival at the destination, he demanded full payment ($ 186). After the show, he left immediately, and as a result, we waited for him for 1 hour and 30 minutes. He explained his absence with a punctured front wheel. But it was pure lies, before the show I took a picture of the car and everything was fine in the photo with the wheel. In fact, he went home (he was near the dolphinarium) to have dinner, and we just had to wait for him. (An employee of the dolphinarium called him and during the conversation, the noise of children was heard, not the car service.) I do not recommend this service for choosing tours😡🤬

We went to Petra from Sharm el-Sheikh.
I really enjoyed the trip, despite the tedious road (we were warned that it would take a long time to get there. It was interesting to look at the country from the window of the bus and cross by ferry)

We rented a yacht. The morning started with a late transfer, we were told at 08:15 to be at the barrier, the Internet did not catch there, we stood waiting for the car, absolutely left-wing people drove up to us and tried to take us away, well, since we were told the code, we did not get in, after waiting 15 minutes, we had to go back to the reception, and this is not it was close and we went back and forth several times to contact the operator, so they told us to take a photo of where we were standing, we took it off, then we went back to the place where we were waiting, we wait again for 10 minutes, we return to the hotel and we are informed that the transfer will be in 45 minutes. No one tells you the car number or photo. The transfer picked us up and took us to the place in just 20 minutes. On the way, they handed us New Year's tinsel, at first we didn't understand what it was for, but then I remembered that for $ 10 I paid for the yacht's decorations with balloons, we laughed loudly.
Arriving at the place, we again found ourselves in a situation where the person who accompanied us said that we were not allowed into the yacht parking area because we had to pay for the entrance, he started contacting someone and after five minutes we were eventually launched, at which point I also contacted the operator again and turned on roaming by paying 600 rub .. When we arrived at the yacht, we were greeted by the team, and they began to inflate balloons on the yacht and hang New Year's tinsel, the funniest thing was that the balloons were labeled "It's a boy", meaning they were blue and dedicated to the fact that a boy would appear. Then we went out to sea, the yacht was clean, they brought us strawberries and bananas, we were sitting on the upper deck, it was a little cool.
We also paid for a trip to Nemo Beach, but on the way we had to stop at two places where there might have been dolphins, there were no stops, although at first we were asked if we would snorkel, to which we replied that we first needed to see what the water temperature would be.
When we arrived at the beach, we had a great time, but the beach is dirty, there is no toilet paper in the toilets, the whole beach looks like some kind of abandoned dump, but there are places where you can take beautiful photos
after almost 3 hours, we returned to the yacht again, I expect that lunch will be ready, lunch was served in about 25 minutes, at that time we were taking pictures, we also did not like that in the cabin where we were supposed to eat, the captain was sitting and smoking a cigarette, the smell was terrible, to which we made a remark and he I sprayed it with a freshener, we also saw several cockroaches, we expected lunch to be hot and there would be something to eat, paying $ 10 per person for seafood, there was a large portion of rice on the table, a large portion of pasta in tomato sauce, salad, the only thing hot on the table was shrimp and potatoes. There were two of us, and there were three kinds of side dishes, there were a lot of it, there were 35 pieces of shrimp, but they were big.
We also paid $5 per person for fishing. On the way back, they took out a spinning rod and put it in the back of the yacht, we first sat in the back, and then climbed over to the stern and basked in the sun, so no one invited us to go fishing and we forgot about it. The yacht was good, even better than in the photo. On the way back, we were offered coffee, bottled water, and a large bottle of Pepsi.
When we got to the port, go out to the parking lot where the transport should be waiting for us, we were already 30 minutes late, we expected that they were already waiting for us, well, there was no transfer, I connected the Internet again in roaming, and contacted the operator, to which we were told that they would contact the transport company, and we waited another few minutes You have not waited for the transfer, if suddenly you do not have a phone and there is no connection, then no one sends you the car number or photo in advance, as the operator said that the same car usually drives, but it can also change and no one will warn you. The driver in the car was constantly chatting on the phone, and also constantly tore his gaze away from the road to read chats, driving at high speed on the highway, it seemed very dangerous. There was one Russian-speaking person on the yacht.
In general, the yacht is cool, Nemo beach is so-so, the transfer is constantly late, there is not enough organization, and we would like to control the work process of the team and the quality of services.

We flew a company from Sharma to Cairo. A wonderful tour. We had a great time. A good Russian-speaking guide. The tour matches the description, that's exactly what happened! There are no additional fees and expenses, only what is indicated in the description of the trip. I advise you to take a boat ride, it is very relaxing after a walk in the museum. The museum is impressive, of course, there are many tourists there, but everyone manages to see, hear, and even touch everything carefully. Lunch is delicious, buffet style. We had a small group, we managed to see everything we wanted on the pyramids.

VIP tour to Luxor for two! Don't get involved! We came specifically to visit Luxor and asked for a guide who speaks Russian well! My guide's name is Vakha! He's not speaking Russian! He's tipped! We have booked a hot air balloon ride for the dawn morning flight. The cost is 55$. We got to Luxor on our own, specially arrived a day earlier, because it was early dawn. The driver had to give us the code so that other people wouldn 't steal us and get money from us . And he only speaks Arabic.
In general, we met the dawn standing by the river and watching the first balloons rise into the sky. When I asked for a discount (because flights are not cheaper at dawn), they sent us. In correspondence, the manager communicates with dry formalities.

The flight itself is beautiful, and the valley balls are very beautiful. I recommend doing this with another company.

We had a great time, lots of fish, rays, sharks and even a zoo. The crocodiles and the ostrich were impressed. They ride a camel for free.

It is not very convenient, the guide first told in Russian, then in English. The guide was silent on the way and back. Before visiting the monastery, they bring icons to the gallery, they allegedly say that monks make and that you will not be able to buy icons and candles in the monastery, but only from them. It is not true. There is no need to buy anything here, there is a shop in the monastery and candles can also be taken. There was also an unpleasant incident with the delivery of $ 100, the guide tried to slip dollars of 1985 issue, although when placing an order, the agency warns that the bills should not be earlier than 2000 and in Egypt it is now generally difficult to pay with bills older than 2006. A wonderful yacht, everything is clean and tidy. The team consisted of two people. Wonderful young people! They are sensitive and courteous. Communication in English, when there were not enough English words, they switched to Russian-Arabic with a translator).
The ride is great! The captain was very worried that we couldn't meet dolphins in any way. And we found them! We swam, took pictures. I highly recommend it!

An arboretum of fantastic beauty! There are no words to describe this whole deity!!! Banana Island is cool, we went boating on the Nile!!!! Our little dreams have come true! We were treated to fruits on the boat , and we were also fed lunch .

Good afternoon, we took an individual trip to Luxor from this organization. This is the greatest horror. I and our company have never seen such a bestial attitude. The bus boiled on the way, the driver decided to pour water, opened the lid when there were passengers on the bus. As a result, water with a mixture of oil, things, backpacks flew out of this tank like a phantom, and this hot boiling mixture got into one girl's face and eye. We contacted the organizers and asked them to change the bus for us, as this one couldn't go normally. We didn't accelerate more than 60 km per hour. It took us 7 hours to get to Luxor from Hurghada, 7 hours, it's hell. The organizers couldn't find us another bus, so they sent us back on this wreck. As a result, in the night, we began to boil again, in the middle of the desert, on the side of the road, in a foreign country, with children. The organizers, we communicated disgustingly, like it wasn't our fault that the bus broke down, etc. etc. There were threats that they would make us have fun. We were really looking forward to this tour, but due to the fact that it took us a long time to get there, we were given half an hour to get to the location, and again we had to run, as there was still time. The guide was not talking about anything. He left us at the entrance to the temples and see for yourself. The rest of the groups traveled with guides, and no question remained unanswered. To be honest, it was the most disgusting tour we had to face. People, think a few times before taking private excursions and private transfers.

We went on an individual excursion to Luxor by the company. Initially, they gave me a faulty bus. At first, he overheated in the Boiler, the engine in the cabin was like a groove, the driver climbed to top up the water and poured hot antifreeze on the cabin floor. Then the bus wouldn't start in Luxor and overheated again on the way back. They promised to replace the bus, but they cheated. We missed an hour of the tour because there was no time. As a result, the tour took 16 hours. If they had given us all the money at once, they would not have returned anything to us, albatross representatives wrote that we had to wash our things during the tour. Naturally, we had a big fight with them, and as a result, we had problems with the police. The bus was replaced at the entrance to Hurghada, 40 kilometers away by a minibus where we could barely get in. In albatross, they are not responsible for anything and are ready to strangle themselves for every dollar.

We were on a sea excursion (bathyscaphe, snorkeling + parachute). The organization is excellent, they were taken from the hotel, brought to the yacht. Everyone is very friendly, they spent time everywhere and showed everything, they had a great swim and looked at the fish. We also had a parachute, a separate delight! We took them separately by boat to the boat, we had a cool ride! The guys are cool! Then the two of us were returned to the hotel separately. Thank you, I liked everything very much!

Transfer to the tour on time in a comfortable minibus. We took quad biking with an individual escort. Riding for 40-50 minutes. That's quite enough. The attendant selects the speed that is convenient for you. We made a stop for a photo. The echo was shouted))). We stopped at a Bedouin village (of course, the layout). They treat you to tea. Anyone who wants can take a photo or ride a camel - for an additional fee. I really liked the ride, the photographer gave me a lot of positive emotions. Agree on the photos in advance and on the price and whether you need them at all. We really liked everything!!!

I bought it through the albatross travel service company.
Booking and confirmation to choose the right tour is excellent, it is more convenient and better not to do it, as it is described on the website in just a couple of minutes.
As promised, we were picked up from the hotel on time.
We have chosen a super safari.
We rode ATVs, rode buggies, drove a jeep, which was also very impressive.
We also rode camels and watched the belly dance show. And we were fed delicious dinners .
Everything was clearly without excess . Our guide was also super . I explained everything briefly .
And they took us back to the hotel , too .

The prices are great, but the organization is terrible!
Both Cairo and Luxor were taken 50 minutes later than the specified time (and this is 2-4 in the morning, I'd rather choose sleep), while they do not tell you the exact time with the comment "I do not know, I am not a driver."
At the same time, others were taken away at the time-apparently it was the agency.
In Cairo, lunch happened at 17:00, so it's better to definitely take food with you.
The guide spoke Russian poorly and gave incorrect information (for example, that the Nile is the longest river in the world). Therefore, it is better to watch the video yourself.
Otherwise, everything was fine.
