I did a chest X-ray on the cat. It was necessary to take 2 pictures. The 1st picture is normal, on the 2nd it is impossible to understand anything at all. The photo was taken by a laboratory assistant, because there was no doctor that day. The laboratory assistant sees on the computer how the picture turned out and could ask to hold the cat in a different way and redo the picture. It turns out that you wasted your money.

An hour after the visit, they called and said that the blood had clotted, and they needed to retake it. What do you mean, curled up?! How could you take it like that?! They threw away 300 rubles. There is no queue, but the reception lasts for an hour

And the fact that no one undertakes to inject injections bought by the patient in alfa-vet was not warned... It turned out that the doctor was ill, she didn't hand us over to anyone. We signed up for another one. On the day of the appointment, "our" doctor called back. On the phone, I tried for a long time and incomprehensibly to tell the treatment. It is unclear neither to me nor to my husband ((I promised to call in 5 days. Naturally, there were no more calls. I had to "prescribe" the treatment myself after browsing the Internet and talking with, hopefully, a doctor in a profile branch in a Telegram.
The result is wasted time and money. The result is not received.

Services, including histology, we are told that suture removal is paid, and I can only find out the result of histology when I come to see a doctor - this is not even a joke, but just don't understand what. As a result, I asked to throw off the result, I Googled it myself - it turned out not to be cancer. What prevented you from saying this on the phone - think for yourself. There are no special questions for the doctors, everything seems to be in order, everything is super with the operation, everything is clear, fast, high-quality, no questions, well done here, although sometimes the staff gets impudent, but lately I don't notice this anymore👍
