For a long time (10 years) we have been bringing our golden retriever on various issues. Wonderful doctors,(who were with us), you feel how they love all animals and treat them with reverence, but also strictly (when it needs to be treated, but it hurts). The dog goes to the clinic calmly every time, he is not afraid. This says a lot...
we have already had 2 operations to remove benign tumors. Everything went well, without consequences. The dog recovered quickly after prescribed treatment.
I wish Alfavet to continue his journey to restore the health of his pets. Let it not be thorny!!

Read this and if you have something serious, do not go there ... I was with the best Santa cat in the world, yes, she was very afraid of everyone, so she did not give in and snapped, but almost everyone called her an aggressor. We turned to Kairovich A.Yu. two weeks ago with our complaints, we were diagnosed based on a blood test and our complaints and sent to treat the virus for 5 days (I can't say anything about this doctor, she suggested that we would need to do an ultrasound and they would tell us about it at the treatment adjustment in a day), we we came for an adjustment on Karastoyanov the next day, we were told about the discharge, but no one took us seriously. And only at a repeat appointment 5 days later, when we got to Kairovich again, she assumed something was wrong and gave us an ultrasound: a PYOMETER! An emergency operation. The kitty is alive. It would seem that the terrible thing is over. We go drip all week on Academic (the staff changes almost every day), but the condition does not improve. I ask almost every day: do I need to repeat the blood test? As a result, a blood test is prescribed only on 04/24 (this is the 7th day after the operation), the cat is no better, we can't stand it and run to another clinic. THE RESULT: sepsis and possibly a viral infection. Leukocytes are practically at zero, platelets are practically undetectable. At the moment, today on 04/26/2021, the cat is in extremely serious condition, as is my nervous system. 99% will have to be put to sleep or watch the torment of our sun. THE TIME WAS LOST 2 TIMES!!!!! I do not recommend the clinic. Despite the fact that there are adequate employees, there is plenty of rudeness. Conclusion: if you have a routine vaccination or something else simple, I think this clinic will cope with it, otherwise do not go...

You should never bring your favorite fuzzies to the Alfa-vet Nezavisimosti clinic, 177, for anything, they just make fun of you and your beloved pet for a lot of money, and you will only find out about the amount at the checkout, and the deputy director will definitely tell you that you are "the fool himself". This clinic brought suffering, it was the physical suffering of my cat, as a result of these sufferings, she died, brought suffering to me and my family. I really want them to suffer the same way as my beloved cat.

Приехали на осмотр хирурга .Сказали администратору ,что нужен хирург .В итоге просидели час ради того чтобы нас посмотрел терапевт и сказал ,что нужен хирург и плюс ко всему взяли деньги за приём .Хотя на этом приеме абсолютно ничего не сказали ,оправдывая тем ,что терапевт не знает что это и нам надо к хирургу

Great clinic!! First we went to the SAS, where we are serviced, but there is a queue for an hour and a half in the treatment room, plus some are not friendly. As a result, we saw that there was an Alpha Vet nearby and rushed to them. There are no people, the glands were quickly cleaned. In general, I recommend it.

Прекрасная клиника! Мой питомец в связи со своим прикольными возрастом к сожалению там частый гость но в квалификации персонала нету ни единого сомнения! По всем вопросам только туда. Цены как и везде но тут важнее уверенность, что будет сделано все хорошо

Entries in the books of complaints and suggestions are ignored, they put "back" dates after two complaints, violating the law. The head shocked with his "knowledge" about the number of types of fungi, talking nonsense and also sooooo rudely grieves the client. According to a false diagnosis made by ultrasound, the cat was assigned an urgent cesarean section in the same network. quote "we will be able to do a cesarean section only together with sterilization." of course, I agreed, fearing for the life of my cat. as a result of the operation, it turned out that the "specialists" were not able to do an ultrasound. I was served there for 3 years, there are still a lot of joints. But in general, the service is pleasant, but the qualifications are at a very low level, unfortunately, as in almost all vet clinics. It is not enough to graduate from an educational institution, know the basics and be a pleasant person, you need to engage in self-development in professional activities and understand the smallest structures of processes.

Врачи - профессионалы! Обслуживание - внимательное и доброжелательное. Интерьер - комфортный и приятный. Цены - приемлемые (в человеческой частной клинике иногда намного дороже). Рекомендую любящим своих питомцев!!!

We were very scared. We didn't know what the doctors would do or what to expect.. As a result, we had a bunch of procedures: tests , ultrasound of all organs , injections, external examination and even looked at the ears with teeth. And also, we were given drugs with us for the first time.
We can say that even at a doctor's appointment there will not be such an attitude towards a person as doctors in veterinary clinics treat their patients.
They enveloped us with affection, care and gave us a lot of compliments. Yes, we really like to listen with our ears. After all, we are a cat!
As a result , we are waiting for the results of the tests . There are age-related problems with ultrasound, but we are adults. We are 9 years old.
What I would like to say in conclusion: everyone needs care and a home, as well as, at least once in their life, to undergo a full examination. Be healthy!!!

У врачей здесь не была, в основном приезжала за лекарствами, у них многое есть в наличии, а какие-то дорогие препараты могут продавать по миллилитрам.
