I went to the clinic for Surganov three times. The first time was just a kitten inspection, because I just got this little monster. Two more times - vaccination.
I was very pleased:
1. It's nice to call the clinic. They consult by phone, select a convenient time of reception. Plus, an SMS comes with the date and time of reception.
2. Wonderful staff: polite receptionist, wonderful doctors. Doctors show and tell everything, give recommendations. It is clear that doctors are very fond of animals.
In a couple of weeks I will go back to the clinic to sterilize my cat.
Wonderful staff. They love not only our pets (cats and dogs), but they treat us, worried and sometimes overly worried owners, with patience and respect.
