Very hospitable and attentive staff, it struck me that 90% of young people are under 30 years old, a new huge terminal is being built by Turkish investors. Among the disadvantages are the lack of parking, very little space and arrogant taxi drivers who charge double fares, taking advantage of the fact that visitors do not have local cellular SIM cards!

The airport certainly does not meet modern standards(! Everything is old, there is no navigation! We flew to Istanbul, we had to go through the check-in desk. The queue was "wild", moving extremely slowly! All the time, someone was let down without waiting in line. We had pre-purchased paid seats. So the employee transplanted us at his discretion! The waiting rooms are also so-so. But duty free pleased you! We bought our favorite Arba Wine there)!

The modern airport is small but still modern. There are many coffee shops. If you want to overeat more or less tasty and expensive, then go to the first floor in the shopping center of the right wing there is a dining room. All coffee shops have approximately an olin check. On the second floor in the right wing there is a large cafe bar, but if we arrived late, then the waiters did not have much patience in general, they were bored and did not see our gestures. Cafes are not cheap. But nevertheless, they asked me to pay with a transfer.

It is very dear to me, but it is so sad that people arriving for the first time see the Old uncomfortable and very crowded airport . Plus, a taxi on Yandex costs 2500-3500 tenge to the city (center) . Taxi drivers are still working , wringing 20-30 thousand for visitors , before my eyes one of them tried to throw an elderly couple who arrived from Frankfurt . Again, repairs in the parking lot lead to such confusion. The organization is just terrible... and this is the international gate, the most beautiful and beloved
