As always, crowds of people, delays and rescheduling flights. Last time I flew to Zhezkazgan, the flight was delayed as usual. We sat and waited at the other entrance, because where entrance 3 was, everything was packed. We saw that boarding had begun, we went to land, but the airport staff did not let us in, said that there was a landing in Shymkent, as a result, after some time of disputes with the staff, they realized that we also had a landing there and missed, but at the same time they ran over us already on landing that we were late for the plane; although the plane itself was delayed for 2 hours 😑

Compact, airport. At the entrance to the terminal building, for some reason I remembered the hangar. The ceilings are high, there is a lot of air. The waiting rooms are clean, the restrooms have everything you need. It seemed to me there were not enough seats on the ground floor. The cafes are overpriced. There are small souvenir shops. There is a good range of perfume in the duti free. A lot of people are jostling at registration. But passport control is fast. I would like to make the alert sound louder, the font on the scoreboard is larger.

I am an Almaty resident myself, if anyone remembers, our airport has always been clean and tidy. And over the past 7 years, how many times I fly, horror and the staff are some evil people when for the first time in Almaty, I can't tell you what and how, when I see or hear such moments, I will always be happy to help in any way I can. Now this repair has been going on at our airport for how long it's been terribly simple. It's a mess inside. The score is two. An excellent modern airport, but many flights are delayed for some reason, which is very strange. Cleanly, there is a place to wait for your flight, to divide into local airlines and international ones, you need to drive up to the international ones 200 m away, even the taxi driver did not know about it.

There is literally one free space in the parking lot. There are very long queues in the second terminal, I haven't been in the first one since the construction of the second one. After registration, there is a security check and passport control, but the fences go in different directions like a pinball machine. And again, the queues are huge. There are no drinking fountains anywhere, you have to buy water for 500 tenge in vending machines. Chips for 3500, don't expect snacks at the airport. Maximum in aatomats

It's a very busy airport. There is a problem with the access roads, there is a "dump" in the parking lot. Cars can't get out of the way, because of this traffic jams. The airport is frankly an mpl for the passenger traffic that it serves. There are a lot of people in the waiting area like on a bus during rush hour. The toilet is terribly dirty and small, queues ... there are few places to eat. Of the coffee shops, only Starbucks is stormed by passengers and there is also no place to sit down. The airport is clearly outdated. A new, convenient airport is needed for such a wonderful city as Almaty with its tourist potential.

You can just walk out of Mituta 4 from the airport area and there is a grocery store on the left. It's small, but there are also some without sky-high prices. The assessment relates mainly to the terminal of the internal lines. Big, clueless, focused on local merchants and construction contractors and not on passengers. At first glance, the squares are huge, but they are so stupidly equipped and divided that people sometimes have nowhere to sit. A lot of space is occupied by randomly stuck shops and ugly kiosks. Everything is very "bazaar", tasteless, ugly and uncomfortable. When leaving the terminal, there are no signs at arrivals, you focus only on the running crowd. The airport is completely at the mercy of arrogant taxi drivers who charge wild prices. There is no public transport, the city bus stop is at least one and a half kilometers away, there are no signs and no signs of where to go. There is no way to buy a city travel card, how to pay for public transport is generally unknown: neither ordinary bank applications nor cash are accepted. I have never seen such disregard and disregard for arrivals and departures in any city of this size in the world. The second star is only because there are still information stands, cafes and it is still possible to survive there.

Frankly speaking, the airport is not the best, even considering that I have not been to different countries, but based on the video, it is obvious from the movie footage that this is a mediocre airport. I'm not talking about architectural solutions, but the organization of space, furniture, decoration, everything is extremely cheap. It seems that this is just a suburban bus station of huge size. For the capital of a country that produces oil, gas and a whole bunch of metals and minerals that some countries can only dream of, this is a very weak airport

I was there recently. A good airport, well planned. I tried it on arrival and departure - it's normal. The second terminal was built very conveniently - the first one was unloaded. However, now you need to pay attention to where (from which building) you need to arrive for departure. Everything is neat, clean, all the services necessary at the airport are present. There are plenty of cafes and shops in the clean area.

One of the worst Airports, everything is expensive, as is customary with us, flight delays, and the absence of a smoking area at the airport itself (before that it was in the building).

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the availability of toilets, THERE are ONLY 4 CABINS, ARE YOU SERIOUS? It's a shame for such an airport... There are 2 booths at the exit of the arrival area, the other two at the end of the building itself... Huge queues due to lack of restrooms

I flew with Aeroflot. It took 27 minutes for registration, passport control and inspection. Registration took most of that time. Everything else is a fly! There are two cafes in the waiting room immediately after the inspection and a very decent duty free (there is a regular set, nothing special). The coffee in the cafe is average. Not strong, but bitter : (. If you walk to the right, there is a pub (small but cozy) and a restaurant.
There are not enough seats before boarding. But there are many exits, there will be a place somewhere.
