We were in early September, I liked everything. The food is very tasty, there was always something new. The beach is nearby, towels are given out, there are sun beds with umbrellas, although the water was sooo warm. Transfer to malls every day. The pool was a little cool, but at +40 it was a buzz. They cleaned the room every day, put water, tea, coffee, sugar in bags. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board, toiletries. All the staff is polite and friendly. Early check-in was not made out, so we had to wait for check-in, but we managed to drive to the beach at that time, leaving our suitcases at the reception desk. The deposit is not taken, only the tourist fee for the room.

We stayed at this hotel in August. I really liked the room, especially the view from the room) The room has all the amenities, tea, coffee, water, refrigerator, hair dryer. The sea is 2 minutes away. The hotel has a swimming pool. However, there are no shops nearby. But free buses to three malls are constantly running from the hotel throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I would especially like to mention Roman, for Russian speakers this is just a godsend, it will help in all matters. In general, the rest was a success!!

God, this is one of the best places. We were given a free superior room with a view of Burj al Arab. You can watch football at the bar, buffet at the hotel, swimming pool. Transfer to the shopping center. The beach is 5 minutes away. I recommend it!

I liked everything. The staff, food, service are all at an excellent level. The only disadvantage is the remoteness of the hotel. The hotel staff is English-speaking, there is 1 girl at the reception who understands a little Russian. For help, you can turn to Roman, who offers excursions. You can safely take excursions from him. We went from him, we liked everything. The restaurant has wonderful staff. On Saturdays, the restaurant serves crabs, shrimps and other seafood for lunch, and live music is played. The rest was a success!

A small but very pleasant hotel. The view from the window (taken with a view of the sea) - you can look at it forever! There is no animation here, but it is not declared either. The children will be bored, there are 2 swings for them and that's it. The beach is a couple of minutes away, clean, umbrellas, sun beds, toilet and shower are available. Towels are provided right on the beach. I really liked the beach. The staff is helpful. 3 elevators, you won't have to wait. There are no complaints about cleaning, everything was changed and replenished regularly. The room has an iron and ironing board, which surprised and pleased me. There is also a hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea. I liked the design of the room and the carpet on the floor. Nutrition: I would like more fruits and ripe ones, unripe watermelons and melons, a couple of times there was pitahaya and a couple of times bananas, which are disassembled in minutes (whoever got up first and sneakers). But they didn't stay hungry. Several times a day, a free bus runs from the hotel to shopping centers, which is a big plus. That is, you will relax on the beach, and you will be able to quickly and inexpensively get to any attraction from the shopping center by metro.

We had a rest in the middle of March 2024.I liked the hotel 100%.My husband and I tried to remember where we were served so well as in this hotel and could not remember.The staff is as attentive and helpful as possible, ready to help in any matter!Room cleaning is timely every day, towels were changed every day.The food is also very varied, especially at lunch and dinner.A mixture of European and Oriental cuisine.The beach is not far from the hotel, just 2 minutes at a leisurely pace.It would be great if there is a toilet and shower in the future.
I also really liked our room with a sea view.The view, of course, is amazing.
In general, we did not expect anything special from the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by such high service.We will recommend the hotel to family and friends!

A great hotel, pulls on all 5 *🔥 the room was small, but cozy, with a view of the sea. Room cleaning every day, clean. What else pleased me, there was a Russian-speaking guy at the reception👍They invited a relative to visit them, paid only for food with a good discount. Just arrived from this hotel!The rooms are beautiful, the view from the room to the famous Parus hotel, the food is very tasty (fish, meat, vegetables and fruits (lychees, dragon's eye, bananas, lemons oranges!!dried fruits are varied, sweets!! Great hotel! A solid four. The beach is your own, you just need to cross the road. Sun beds and towels are free of charge. There are no toilets and cabins on the beach, please note. We didn't need it, but some people do. The food is quite varied. There is an outdoor swimming pool. Bar, restaurants. A gorgeous promenade along the shore. Yes, there was such a moment, there were no bathrobes at check-in. They informed the room service and brought it in five minutes. Daily cleaning and replenishment as needed. We have been to this hotel for the third time since the age of 21, which means that we really like this hotel.
Excellent value for money. Many Russian guests have someone to chat with. There is a beach nearby in three minutes, where there is a cafe-bar, a shower toilet, there are always free sun loungers.
The kitchen has failed a little, it has become a little poorer than in the twenty-second year, there are too many dishes of Arabic and Asian cuisine.
It's nice that the staff already recognizes us at the reception, they gave us a good room according to our wishes. The restaurant manager, Christin, recognized us right away. It is very pleasant and touching, especially to have such a phenomenal memory and observation and remember us among thousands of guests.
It is worth noting Roman, who helps in communicating with the reception, we received a lot of useful information from him, a very sincere and positive person.
There are free buses several times a day to the big shops of Dubai. The hotel staff is friendly and responds instantly to your requests. There is a beautiful promenade nearby for walking and jogging. Good rooms, fast internet, excellent cleaning service.
We recommend the hotel, if possible, we will come again

I want to share my experience of staying at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This hotel has its pros and cons, and if you are ready for an adventure – read on!
Positive:
- Security: The hotel is located in such a safe area that even my suitcases felt completely safe. The guards are on duty, and you can sleep peacefully knowing that your suitcase is on guard.
- There is always a taxi at the exit: A taxi is called quickly and conveniently. The drivers know the hotel, the route and, possibly, your fate. Don't be surprised if they tell you interesting stories along the way or offer you the best excursions.
- Hookah man top: The hotel has an excellent hookah area, and the hookah man knows his business. The hookah was so good that I almost left him a tip in the amount of my salary.
- Buffet: The kitchen pleases with a variety of dishes, the buffet is quite decent.
Minuses:
- The staff works so hard that they seem to have forgotten what sleep is. Their work schedule is a real quest for survival.
- Service: The service leaves much to be desired. Sometimes it seems that their motto is "Wait and wait again." Do they think that waiting is a new form of relaxation?
- Three-star hotel: The overall impression of the hotel is three stars, no more. This may not meet the expectations of those who are used to higher standards. Well, if you were looking for something in between a suite and a hostel, here you go!
- The manager at the reception was arrogant. Perhaps he's waiting for his Oscar for Best Actor in "Arrogance and Prejudice."
Summary:
Aloft Palm Jumeirah is a hotel with its own advantages and disadvantages. It is suitable for those who are looking for a safe and convenient place to relax, but you should be prepared for mediocre service and some inconveniences.

The hotel is relative to everything that is on the palm tree, not expensive, network (Marriott), with freaky view rooms (if you take sea view) and a private beach (umbrellas, deck chairs, mattresses, towels are included), a beach bar with alcohol (cocktails, beer, strong), no secrecy (which is only a bucket heineken is worth it), the hotel is stylish, everything is straight designer (new wave), a deposit is optional, the food is normal, without frills, good meat, chicken, fish, shrimp (nice serving), vegetables, side dishes are different, salads, little sweet, but a biscuit offset, breakfast +- standard (pancakes, omelets, the rest), a compliment of the hotel - drinks are included at breakfast-dinners, different in the morning, more modest in the evening, but always tea, coffee beans, hot/cold milk, plain water, sweet drink, generally included drinks are rare for palm trees, there are free shuttles up to three shopping centers, the most normal - like Emirates, tc optimally and not far away: things (luhari, masmarket), a local auchan (closes late), a small alcohol market mmi, there is even a ski lift, near the metro, you can come by shuttle to the shopping center, hang out there, then go about your business, relatively close to Dubai marina, in short a class hotel + a couple of Russian speakers at the reception, a long embankment, but empty, next to the offer is much more expensive (note: data for June’23)

We are still resting at the hotel, but we can already draw conclusions. The hotel is excellent, the price and quality are all consistent. We are resting with a child of 13 years old, an extra bed was put right away. The service is super. Room cleaning every day, change everything and bed linen and towels and add toiletries. They also put 3-5 bottles of water in the room every day. The beach is great, 2 min walk. There are two pools, both are also good. Free transport to two malls. If necessary, there is a taxi nearby. Prices are like in the UAE. The hotel is modern, fully filled, there are a lot of Russians, there is a Russian-speaking staff. In general, I still want to come back! Thanks to the hotel staff.

The hotel is a solid four! For the two weeks I have spent, I have only positive emotions. The service is excellent, the staff is responsive and always tries to do the maximum for your comfort. The breakfasts are good, the menu is varied. Russian-speaking employees occasionally come to the reception. On-site swimming pool, bar, gym, restaurants... In general, everything you need for a good rest. Private sandy beach with a bar 150 meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean, all of the same category and differ only in direct or side sea views. I advise you to take it with a direct view! Evenings on the balcony overlooking the sea and Dubai at night have sunk into the soul for a long time! You need to understand that a vacation on the island of Palma is not the same as in a city hotel in Dubai. The road to the mainland will take about 20 minutes by car, to the center (Burjhalifa) - 30-40. By taxi, it's about 500-700 wooden rubles for our money. Free buses run from the hotel to the city
and back. Well, or you can rent a car.

There's nothing to find fault with. Beach 2 min (shower, toilet, free towels, sun beds, umbrellas), gentle entrance, clean water, any water entertainment (for money you can eat), bar. The food is good, it is possible to alternate lunch / dinner if two meals a day (breakfast, lunch / dinner). Room with side sea view, with shower and bathtub. There is always free bottled water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar in the room. There is also an ironing board, iron, kettle, mini fridge. Cleaning every day, change of towels, linen. Free shuttles to 3 shopping centers and back. There is always a taxi at the entrance. On the ground floor there is billiards, table football, a bar. The pool is clean, there is always a lifeguard sitting, towels, sun loungers and umbrellas are provided-but there are also. I recommend it for family and 'non-family' holidays! 😊

A great hotel for a family holiday. The room was replaced without any problems, - the hum from the external units of the air conditioner was annoying. With a sea view, they wanted a $ 160 surcharge. They gave me a couple of rooms to choose from - they chose one with an extra place, they didn't take money for it. The food is different-excellent, lunches and dinners can be changed. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of juices at dinner ((Located in the middle of the world, if you plan to travel to the mainland) it's more convenient to find nothing by taxi) There is a transfer to two malls. There are exchangers and MMai in the mall of the Emirates. The embankment on the breakwater is simply amazing, the view of burzhkhalifa and burzhalarab. From the beach there is a view of both Atlantis and the villas on the branches of a palm tree.

Hello everyone
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. We were met by a friendly girl at the reception. We brought a sweet souvenir from Russia as a gift. We were given a wonderful room with a magnificent view of the sea! We were just thrilled!
The room is very spacious, has everything you need. Hair dryer, ironing board, kettle, coffee /tea/ sugar, mugs, water were put on every day 4 booth. We asked for 2 glasses, and additional hangers, were given without problems. The beds are comfortable.
The room was cleaned every day,
towels were changed every day.
We had breakfast (buffet) included.
I can point out that breakfast has everything you need. Porridge, omelette, sausages, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, lettuce leaves, hummus, tortillas, bananas, apples, watermelon, oranges, dragon fruit, yoghurts, cereals, various sweet sauces, bread for toast, croissants and small rolls (baked by themselves), pancakes, butter, jams, several types of juices, water, 3 coffee machines.
We didn't get tired of breakfast during our entire stay.
There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, the contingent was decent, there were no incidents.
The hotel has its own swimming pool. The pool is clean. There were free sunbeds. A swimming pool with a beautiful view of the embankment, the Parus Hotel is visible. Bar, hookah area. We mostly went to the sea, 5 min walk to the sea. At the entrance, towels are immediately given out, there have never been any problems with sun beds, but we did not come too late. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack and buy drinks. At the entrance to the sea, there were small stones in places, but it was not criminal at all, special shoes were not required for entry, it did not cause us any inconvenience. The water is clean, sand. There were no waves, once there was a low tide. Rescuers are watching the guests at sea.
The hotel gives out a shuttle schedule, they arrive on time. There are enough places. The nearest shopping center is Nakhil. You can also change the currency there. In the shopping center there is an amazing observation deck on the Palm Tree. The distance from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa is decent, we almost always used a city taxi (use only it, brown taxis, with an official counter). There is an Internet City metro station at the exit from Palma. You can get to it by taxi and take the subway. The metro scheme is very simple. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine.
I mean, there's nothing to find fault with. We were pleased that we chose the hotel on the Palm Tree and this particular hotel. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly, responds to any request immediately, clean, calm. Near the beach and a beautiful promenade. What else is needed...:)
