I was vacationing with children aged 14 and 16 at the hotel from April 7 to April 12, 2024.
The hotel is good, but compared to the nearest hotels on Palma, it is a bit rustic. The sea is close, the beach is good, but there are not many sun beds, after 10.00 there are no more places under umbrellas, the pool is very small, they did not even swim in it, the food is delicious, the standard set, I liked that there were always seafood, juices, water, coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner without restriction. The room is well renovated, but keep in mind that you need adapters for sockets, the bathroom and toilet are not very conveniently thought out, very high-quality daily cleaning! Free of charge daily, 4 times a day there is a shuttle service to two malls, one of them next to the metro (30 minutes from the hotel to the metroby bus), it is convenient to go sightseeing! We traveled by subway, because taxis are not cheap here. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment, which is wide enough, there are practically no people. There are two restaurants in the hotel - Italian and Mexican, we went to Italian, nothing special, tiramisu was delicious! We were in the UAE for the first time, we liked something, something was not very good.

I really liked the staff, everyone is always ready to help, smiling, interested. Russian Russian is spoken/understood by several people, including the Russian guy Sergey at the reception. Thank him very much that he sometimes appeared and clarified our attempts to communicate in English)). The food in the main restaurant is not very varied, but everything is delicious, fresh, not spicy. We also had delicious pizza in the pizzeria, the selection of fish dishes is too poor for the Mediterranean menu. The hotel itself is not new, in general it makes a good impression, but the sink drain broke twice and the light turned off twice, there is also a slight musty smell in the corridors (perhaps this is inevitable, at this level of cooling, but it means that ventilation is weak). Problems are fixed quickly, 1 time they even sent a compliment from the hotel fruit. The beach is private, sun beds, umbrellas, towels are all free, clean sea, 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. I didn't like that they were kicked out of the sea at half past 7, the beach was closed, the most pleasant time, but the staff wanted to go home, and the work schedule indicated before sunset. On-site swimming pool, with cooling, sun beds, umbrellas, towels for free. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned every day, the floor is washed, towels are changed, the bed is made, water, tea, coffee are replenished. The bedding doesn't seem to have been changed for 10 days. The location is far from the trunk of a palm tree, 5 km. There is no transport, only a taxi or a free bus to the mall according to the schedule. Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it.

It was in the middle of August 2024.
The staff is surprisingly helpful. They ask several times if everything is fine and if something can be improved.
The rooms are cleaned regularly, and also with a smile.
I have been to Dubai in 5* hotels, but I do not remember that so much attention was paid to the guests.

From the rest: the beach across the street with free sun beds. There is a bus service from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates several times a day. It's a very decent Mall, I don't see the point in going to the Dubai Mall. Everything is here too.

The hotel has an excellent location: rooms, swimming pool and restaurants overlooking the Parus Hotel and Burj Khalifa, and the beach overlooking the old and new Atlantis. The eyes were happy all the time from such views! Since the hotel is located almost at the very end of the arc / breakwater of the palm tree, there are not many cars on the road and we can say that the road outside the window does not interfere. There is an embankment along the road, where you can walk in the evenings (it's a bit hot in the afternoon) or run in the morning. The embankment is very long. But there are no shops, restaurants or entertainment on it. A quiet, peaceful place for walking. The hotel is still very far from entertainment and shops, you will have to go after them. The Nearest Mall is Nakheel Mall on Palm Tree. There are also free buses from the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall. Very convenient. The beach is big and clean. There are always sun beds with umbrellas. There is also a bar on the beach with cocktails and ice cream. You can swim on special mattresses from the hotel, I also really liked it. The food at the hotel is good and varied. All kinds of meat are always (except pork), soups for lunch, fish, pastries. The fruits are mainly watermelon, melon, oranges. If you do not take full board, then there are no other cafes/restaurants here, only in the hotel. You can have lunch and dinner in a la carte restaurants (Italian and Mexican), but there will not be a buffet, but 1 appetizer + 1 hot or 1 hot and 1 dessert. The portions are huge, you get enough of one hot meal. Delicious. We used to go there a lot. In the evenings, there was live music and national songs during dinner. Perhaps this is not a permanent event, but only for the duration of Ramadan. In my opinion, if your main goal is not entertainment and parties, then you can choose this hotel. You can get to the shopping malls in a reasonably calm manner and, if necessary, without any problems.

The rest was a success! A cozy and comfortable hotel with delicious cuisine, but with a small assortment, good service, polite staff, I especially want to highlight Roman he N °1 who solves absolutely any issues, as they say, knows everything and everyone, I definitely recommend! I would like to mention another good guy from the staff of Orzu and a waiter with great prospects Fayadin, he is a very decent, kind, responsive guy, pay attention to him. As for the territory of the hotel, the beach, etc., it is quite comfortable, modern and well maintained.

We vacationed with my husband in Aloft at the end of October 2023, everything was super, a lot of different fruits, a variety of food and everything was very tasty. And we decided to come to this hotel with children and parents. And now it's the beginning of May 2024 and we're here. And we did not expect such a setup, apparently the chef has changed, because I do not know how to justify what we started cooking: everything is spicy and monotonous. Children have nothing to eat at all. After walking 4 times, we still find something to eat from hunger. In general, I do not know what happened to the hotel in half a year, but the kitchen has deteriorated very much!

We arrived in August.
For those who do not tolerate the heat well, I do not recommend, in principle, going to Dubai at this time. The feeling that you are walking in your clothes in a Hammam😅
It is very hot and humid.
The hotel is pleasant. Meals 3 times a day (which is included in the package)
On nutrition: nothing supernatural, no one will remain hungry, you will not get gastronomic ecstasy.
Breakfast: omelette, fried eggs (fried in front of you), porridge, dried fruits, nuts, vegetables. From fruits: watermelons, bananas, apples, oranges, bananas. No exotic stuff.
The juices are delicious, the coffee from the vending machine is decent.
Lunch: hot to choose from (chicken, vegetables and maybe fish, beef. The portion of meat is large. Vegetables, salads, the same watermelons.
Dinner: you can go to 1 of 2 a la carte restaurants (Italian, Mexican) or go to a restaurant.
We went to Italian. There you can take 1 appetizer and 1 main course or 1 main course and 1 dessert for free. Drinks are charged separately. I took cocktails and pizza. Pizza is a full-fledged large pizza with a huge amount of cheese. If you are not alone, then you can take 1 pizza for 2-3. If you haven't finished, they will take it with you, but it's unclear when to finish it.
In the main restaurant for dinner there was a huge amount of chicken in various forms, vegetables.
There are no juices for lunch and dinner. There is coffee, water and detox water.
The pool is shallow for children, adults are knee-deep, under a canopy, and an adult is also not deep, maybe 15 meters long.
Although it is small, but in the heat if you do not want to sit in the room, you can escape in it.
There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to 2 malls.
Everything that you want to buy additionally is quite expensive. In dirhams. You can exchange dollars for dirhams at the hotel, but the exchange rate is not the most profitable. It is better to do this in malls or in exchangers. Now the exchange rate at the hotel is 3.3 in the exchangers is 3.6 per dollar.
For example, a milkshake at the hotel costs 38 dirhams. Latte coffee from the vending machine is 18 dirhams.
The staff is always ready to help, very friendly and welcoming.
The room is good. 2 beds, TV, refrigerator, kettle. Like everywhere else.
We took a room with a sea view. Maybe that's why, but we were settled right away. We were at the hotel around 8, we didn't have to wait. Pay extra too. Breakfast on the day of arrival cost 62.5 dirhams. Although the girl at the restaurant said that we would have to pay an additional 109 dirhams per person. At the reception, when they came to pay, they made a discount.
The hotel has a gym, massage services.
Air conditioners are everywhere, the room is very comfortable, Wi-Fi catches everywhere perfectly.
Upon arrival at the airport, they give you a SIM card that is valid for a day, if for a family, then you can use 1 every day on some one number to be in touch.
The phone goes down faster because of the heat than in Russia.
In off-season, a pleasant bonus will be that excursions are much cheaper, there are fewer people and probably the staff is more responsive, since they are not so tired (this is just my guess).
The beach is nearby, 5 minutes on foot, the sea is just boiling water, like a hot tub.
In the morning there is a strong ebb tide, at lunch the water is already returning.
Overall, I'm happy.

A good hotel, a wonderful private beach, excellent food and service. The gym is normal with basic equipment, towels and water. One of the disadvantages is the noise at night from neighboring hotels, not sleeping with the window open (we had the 9th floor, with an additional fee for a partial sea view). The pool is shallow and noisy from the road, there are few sunbeds, does not work at night - I did not understand the meaning of it. And also a waste of time on the way to the sights. But its clean beach is worth it. We were in early March. In general, 9/10 is exactly in terms of price-quality ratio

P.S. for those who want to save money on taxis: we took a free transfer to the Emirate Mall, from there by metro where we wanted 3-5 dirhams per trip, you buy a card for 20 dirhams at once (or better gold if you have enough money). We stayed at this hotel from June 26 to July 02, 2024 incl. (6 nights, 7 days). Breakfast-lunch/dinner. 1 adult and a child of 12 years old. A great hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted the mood. By the way, no one asked for an additional fee or tip for this. Cozy rooms with everything you need, including: air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, ironing board with iron, kettle with appropriate accessories, slippers, bathrobe, etc. Beautiful and stylish design of rooms and public areas. Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently, every day, even without tips. There is a magnificent view of the sea from the rooms, Mexican and Italian restaurants and the pool. We fell asleep and woke up, watched the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. And there is also a magnificent promenade along which we strolled after dinner. The pool is cooled, clean, transparent, with a wonderful view of the Persian Gulf and the Parus Hotel. There are always free umbrellas and sun beds, a towel. Bar.
The food is excellent, high-quality and varied, the choice of dishes is both European and national.

I liked the hotel! I rested alone, in September. I didn't feel any discomfort. Everything is clean, neat, the guys are well done. Really helpful staff. We visited Aloft Palm Jumeirah at the end of August, it was very hot, but tolerable. The sea is very warm, the entrance to the sea is shells and algae, there are no waves. Showers were periodically broken, sapp, kayaks and other entertainments are broken.
Meals: we were on full board, we always found something to eat. For lunch, there are 3 main course options (in addition to the buffet). The dinners are themed.
Water: 2-4 0.5 bottles were left in the room every day. In the lobby, water costs 18 AED, and 1.5 liters 28 AED. It is much cheaper in the city.

To describe it in one phrase - a great hotel, we definitely would like to come to it again!
Before the trip, we read and reviewed everything we can about this hotel. We understood and were aware that the hotel is small, without animation and is located, practically, at the very end of the palm tree. We were completely satisfied with this.
The hotel is quiet, clean and new. Good food, the choice is not very large, but there is always some kind of clean side dish without seasonings (mainly rice), several types of meat and/or fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, very tasty desserts, there is clean and detox water for all meals. For the child, fries or pizza were offered several times separately (for free) for dinner. Seafood is served at the restaurant on Saturdays. The waiters work great. Quickly, clearly, imperceptibly. The Swedish line is always clean, it is closely monitored so that nothing is lying around, there are no drops / smudges and there are always clean appliances to take food. We also visited the Italian restaurant Il Tivoli. I really liked it. We were served by a young man who speaks Russian. Very attentive and helpful.
You can take breakfast, lunch or dinner separately at the hotel, but the prices are decent (I will attach a photo). We were on the FB feed. We are happy that we took him.
The rooms are very modern, good cosmetics in the shower, excellent cleaning, towels and bed linen are new, pillows are both soft and harder.
The staff at the hotel is very professional. They work clearly, everyone knows their area of responsibility. Special thanks to the receptionist girl named WissemShe's just a fairy! Wonderful, pleasant, very responsive and customer-oriented, she quickly helped us with the check-in and with the solution of all the household issues that arose. We will be very glad to see her again! 💓
The sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Clean, warm!!! There were no jellyfish in June, you can sit in the water for hours! There are fish, starfish, crabs, beautiful shells. They are not colored, but they are also living creatures, it is quite possible for a child to swim with a mask. An excellent solution from the hotel is inflatable mattresses on the water, on which you can sunbathe. We haven't even been lying on the sun beds for a single day. The hotel has its own private beach, which is an undeniable plus! Towels are given out on the beach and you hand them over at the exit. It is very convenient, you do not need to carry them with you. There is a bar, toilet, shower on the beach. The hotel can be reached in a minute by golf cart, if you are lucky enough to meet him🙂
A free shuttle service to the malls is organized from the hotel several times a day, very convenient, runs exactly on schedule.
For small children there is a small pool and a swing, there is no animation. For older people, there is a small pool table and table football in the lobby.
There are no shops or entertainment near the hotel. When traveling here, this should be taken into account. The prices of food and drinks at the hotel are high (if you compare it with a supermarket in Dubai, for example). For understanding, I will attach to the review a photo with the price of water in the self-service lobby bar.
The hotel is just perfect for a relaxing holiday.
In order to entertain yourself and your children, you need to plan trips to the city (museums, malls, markets, amusement parks, excursions, water parks). Take into account the season (for long excursions outside, the summer months are definitely not suitable) and + your financial capabilities. Everything is here, but everything is not cheap, however, the service in the UAE is really great!

The view from the window is great.The only thing I didn't like was the glass between the bedroom and the shower. For dinner, it seemed that everything that was not eaten for breakfast and lunch. On the floor, we had the fifth, there is a persistent chemical smell, and in the room, if you turn off the air conditioner, the smell of either mold or sewage begins to appear. I'm not even talking about a faulty outlet, because there are four of them in the room, and there are two of us and besides the phones there is still something to charge. We rested at the hotel for the second time. The first one was in October 2023. The second one is in November 2024. The first time, the impressions were great and I wanted to come back. The second time, the deterioration began. First of all, the quality of food and its variety have deteriorated. There is nothing to have breakfast with at all. The sea in 2923 was the cleanest, and in 2024 mud was constantly floating around. It's like they've given up on the hotel and are slowly saving what they can. But there were Russian speakers at the reception, there had not been before. We definitely won't go a third of the time, otherwise we'll be completely disappointed.

The cuisine is not varied, but you will not stay hungry. The beach is a minute's walk away, as is the whole of Palma. The pool is small, but it is not needed. The prices are high, but this is Jumeirah. They take you to the city three times a day. The Marina is about 15 km away, this should be taken into account immediately if you take a room without power. There are restaurants nearby, but the price tag is horse-drawn. I am completely satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

Aloft is a great hotel! We flew in June, the heat was a little more than Moscow, in general it was cool! The view is magnificent (on the sea) on the sail! The food in the buffet restaurant is so-so, not a lot of choice. For those who have "all inclusive", other restaurants in the hotel are available.
The only drawback is that the pool and the beach are far from each other.

Everything is very good except the rooms without a balcony and the difficulty of getting to the center.
Rooms. The windows don't open. So you're breathing air from the air conditioner all the time. If you are going, then take rooms with balconies. There are many of them. That's another matter. The sea view from them is lovely.
Transport. 5 km to the single-track line. There are only taxis and 3-4 buses per day according to the schedule. For tourists with a group program, this is not a big deal. They have a transfer at hand. But if you arrived on your own, you will have to spend money on a taxi. And there it is very expensive.
A completely quiet place with a nice landscape. The staff is very friendly and caring.

Nice hotel. Beach holidays in this place are better than on Jumeirah beach, because there are few people here, and all hotels have their own sun beds, only the sand is not very soft, there are a lot of shells, although someone likes it.
There is not much entertainment: you can walk along the embankment or go to the shopping center (free of charge from the hotel). I also recommend going to the park on the trunk of a palm tree.
Everything is fine with the hotel, it is quiet, the food is quite tasty, although the choice is small (it is better to take breakfast and dinner). Not all rooms have balconies, some do not open windows, but you get used to it.

A nice hotel located on a palm tree. One of the advantages is the food, a good selection of dishes (salads, hot dishes, desserts)...every hotter changes every day. Of the disadvantages, this location is very far from the metro, you can only leave Ostrava by taxi. If you want to get out into the city every day, it will be very expensive.
Excellent staff, excellent cleaning. There is a private beach.

The hotel also employs excellent guys - Roman and Urzu. They told in detail about Dubai, which places you can visit, where and how to get there, which excursions will be interesting for children and adults!
Roman is ready to communicate all day, finds time for everyone, despite the fact that the hotel is 100 percent loaded!
The kitchen is five!!! The meat is cooked perfectly, there is always chicken, beef, lamb, fish! On Saturday, seafood lunch - shrimp, squid, crabs, seashells and even grilled lobsters!
In the morning there are always freshly squeezed juices, fruits, an excellent omelet mix or fried eggs will be prepared according to your order.Pancakes, croissants, yoghurts, candied fruits, dried fruits, nuts. The products are always fresh and of high quality!

The choice of dishes is not great, but the food is very tasty. Meat, fish, lots of greens and vegetables. Excellent soups-puree and there was borscht a couple of times, exceeded all expectations! In Russia, borscht is not cooked so tasty everywhere. The service and staff are normal, friendly. Our room was cozy, great, with a view of the sea, on the Sail, Beauty both day and night! The beach of the hotel is quite large in 2 minutes from the hotel. It is essential for me that the beach should be a hotel with its own free sun beds, towels and awnings. As a hotel for a low price - everything is fine. Small, cozy, close to the beach, but go to the beach through neighboring hotels. Not bad breakfasts - not just extensive, but food could always be picked up. On the ground floor you can buy drinks and snacks. There is a lot of information on the Internet that you can even buy salads and soups there-however, during your stay at the hotel you have never seen anything other than drinks and snacks.
Probably the main feature of the hotel is a beautiful view of the "Sail" from some rooms.
