A good budget hotel. What you need for a vacation in Dubai in the hot season ... :) It is aimed at the budget tourist, and most of the CIS countries are understandable. Plus: Your beach is within walking distance even in the heat, which is rare for Dubai hotels and especially budget ones. There is no deposit and, accordingly, a minibar, although for whom how... Minus: Transport accessibility is far away on the Palm Tree: it is quite realistic to ride either by taxi or by the hour on free shuttles (photo of the schedule is attached). The hotel is a solid four! For the two weeks I have spent, I have only positive emotions. The service is excellent, the staff is responsive and always tries to do the maximum for your comfort. The breakfasts are good, the menu is varied. Russian-speaking employees occasionally come to the reception. On-site swimming pool, bar, gym, restaurants... In general, everything you need for a good rest. Private sandy beach with a bar 150 meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean, all of the same category and differ only in direct or side sea views. I advise you to take it with a direct view! Evenings on the balcony overlooking the sea and Dubai at night have sunk into the soul for a long time! You need to understand that a vacation on the island of Palma is not the same as in a city hotel in Dubai. The road to the mainland will take about 20 minutes by car, to the center (Burjhalifa) - 30-40. By taxi, it's about 500-700 wooden rubles for our money. Free buses run from the hotel to the city
and back. Well, or you can rent a car.

I stayed at the hotel 2 times, good rooms, cleaned every day even without asking. In 2024, I had a rest at the end of July - it's not the season, but despite this, the hotel was loaded quite heavily at the weekend. There were practically no places for breakfast in the restaurant. There are Russian-speaking staff.

I rested at this hotel from 11.06 to 20.06.2021. Great hotel. We chose a room with a stunning view of the Persian Gulf and the Parus Hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfasts and lunches are varied. The staff is friendly and attentive to their guests. There is a review of the hotel and rooms on my YouTube channel. Can be found by the name of 2 Max on Relaxe. I forgot to add - the hotel is located on the man-made Palm Jumeirah island and it's very cool.

It doesn't really pull in its 4 stars. Of the bad things, I want to note the incorrect work of the staff, at the reception they do everything somehow, they constantly forget something, confuse, do it wrong, which can entail financial losses or discomfort. Of the good ones, the beach is two minutes away, a warm bay inside the palm tree. The location is also inconvenient, far from the city, you have to pay a lot for transport. It's generally tolerable, but I wouldn't go back there a second time.

Rested from 26.09-06.10.22.I liked everything very much.We arrived early-we settled right into a room with a gorgeous view of the sea and the Parus hotel (although we booked with a side view) The room is very cozy. There is everything (bathrobes slippers dental kit iron tea coffee cream water...)High-quality cleaning.The staff is all very friendly.All with a smile.I would especially like to mention Shahrud.Thank him so much! The beach is nearby-you can say-1 line. Comfortable sun beds and umbrellas . They give drinking water and towels. Toilet shower -everything is on the beach.The beach is sandy with a gentle entrance.The water is clean and warm. The food is good-no one will remain hungry.Unlike other hotels in the UAE, there is tea and juices at dinner. We left at 15 o'clock-we stayed in the room until the last moment. There are free shuttles to malls every day. All four were very satisfied with the rest. Cons not found(although I am a very pretentious person) I would love to go to this hotel again.We recommend it to everyone. Thanks to all the staff.Keep it up !!!

Hello everyone
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. We were met by a friendly girl at the reception. We brought a sweet souvenir from Russia as a gift. We were given a wonderful room with a magnificent view of the sea! We were just thrilled!
The room is very spacious, has everything you need. Hair dryer, ironing board, kettle, coffee /tea/ sugar, mugs, water were put on every day 4 booth. We asked for 2 glasses, and additional hangers, were given without problems. The beds are comfortable.
The room was cleaned every day,
towels were changed every day.
We had breakfast (buffet) included.
I can point out that breakfast has everything you need. Porridge, omelette, sausages, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, lettuce leaves, hummus, tortillas, bananas, apples, watermelon, oranges, dragon fruit, yoghurts, cereals, various sweet sauces, bread for toast, croissants and small rolls (baked by themselves), pancakes, butter, jams, several types of juices, water, 3 coffee machines.
We didn't get tired of breakfast during our entire stay.
There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, the contingent was decent, there were no incidents.
The hotel has its own swimming pool. The pool is clean. There were free sunbeds. A swimming pool with a beautiful view of the embankment, the Parus Hotel is visible. Bar, hookah area. We mostly went to the sea, 5 min walk to the sea. At the entrance, towels are immediately given out, there have never been any problems with sun beds, but we did not come too late. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack and buy drinks. At the entrance to the sea, there were small stones in places, but it was not criminal at all, special shoes were not required for entry, it did not cause us any inconvenience. The water is clean, sand. There were no waves, once there was a low tide. Rescuers are watching the guests at sea.
The hotel gives out a shuttle schedule, they arrive on time. There are enough places. The nearest shopping center is Nakhil. You can also change the currency there. In the shopping center there is an amazing observation deck on the Palm Tree. The distance from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa is decent, we almost always used a city taxi (use only it, brown taxis, with an official counter). There is an Internet City metro station at the exit from Palma. You can get to it by taxi and take the subway. The metro scheme is very simple. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine.
I mean, there's nothing to find fault with. We were pleased that we chose the hotel on the Palm Tree and this particular hotel. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly, responds to any request immediately, clean, calm. Near the beach and a beautiful promenade. What else is needed...:)
