There's nothing to find fault with. Beach 2 min (shower, toilet, free towels, sun beds, umbrellas), gentle entrance, clean water, any water entertainment (for money you can eat), bar. The food is good, it is possible to alternate lunch / dinner if two meals a day (breakfast, lunch / dinner). Room with side sea view, with shower and bathtub. There is always free bottled water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar in the room. There is also an ironing board, iron, kettle, mini fridge. Cleaning every day, change of towels, linen. Free shuttles to 3 shopping centers and back. There is always a taxi at the entrance. On the ground floor there is billiards, table football, a bar. The pool is clean, there is always a lifeguard sitting, towels, sun loungers and umbrellas are provided-but there are also. I recommend it for family and 'non-family' holidays! 😊

Not a bad hotel, there are rooms with sea views. The hotel is located very close to the sea. There are free sun beds on the sea . What is not very good is that you are tied to a bus that runs from the hotel at a certain time to the mall and also departs from the mall at a certain time. You can certainly take a taxi, but if it's not expensive, then why not. Even so for me it was given little water, only 4 bottles of 0.5- in the heat it went away quickly and it was necessary to constantly ask the service staff. Since in other places it was paid (bars, etc.)

A very nice hotel on Palma. There are two restaurants besides the buffet. Cozy rooms with panoramic windows. The buffet is simply gorgeous, I have not seen so many different meals anywhere. The service is super. A snow-white bed. They clean every day, change towels. Everything you need is in the room. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, gel, conditioner, shampoo, soap, napkins. Refrigerator, water, tea, sugar, kettle. The only thing I would recommend is to take an adapter for sockets, since there are others here. The pool is cool, the bar, the beach. A bus that runs to two shopping malls according to the schedule. There is a good Russian receptionist at the reception who will tell you.

Everything is very good except the rooms without a balcony and the difficulty of getting to the center.
Rooms. The windows don't open. So you're breathing air from the air conditioner all the time. If you are going, then take rooms with balconies. There are many of them. That's another matter. The sea view from them is lovely.
Transport. 5 km to the single-track line. There are only taxis and 3-4 buses per day according to the schedule. For tourists with a group program, this is not a big deal. They have a transfer at hand. But if you arrived on your own, you will have to spend money on a taxi. And there it is very expensive.
A completely quiet place with a nice landscape. The staff is very friendly and caring.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., we were accommodated at 10 a.m., without extra charges, upon readiness, although we were promised to check in at 14, there is enough food, it is satisfying, there are seafood, meat, and sweets, porridges, soups. We were at the May holidays. They clean the rooms well, they don't take tips. There are always compliments in the room in the form of towel toys for my son. The staff is friendly, sociable, there is a free bus at the Mall of the Emirates, a free one-hour boat ride once a day, free use of kayaks on the beach, and a ball. They take Nurlan from the hotel to the store, an open, sociable person, explained everything, told, and were satisfied. We were in the pool 1 time and twice on the day of arrival while waiting for the room. I advise you, a great hotel, with a magnificent view of the Persian Gulf, we met the dawn every day, the hotel has a Russian-speaking staff, they can tell and explain everything, water is delivered to the room upon a call. We were satisfied.

Amazing location: the view from the window is incredible. Due to the location, even in May it is comfortable: water on both sides and a light breeze allow you to transfer the hot climate. Nice table, great staff! A great option for passive recreation. Cleaning, cleanliness, repairs-everything is fine. For this price, it's just a gift!

We had a rest in the middle of March 2024.I liked the hotel 100%.My husband and I tried to remember where we were served so well as in this hotel and could not remember.The staff is as attentive and helpful as possible, ready to help in any matter!Room cleaning is timely every day, towels were changed every day.The food is also very varied, especially at lunch and dinner.A mixture of European and Oriental cuisine.The beach is not far from the hotel, just 2 minutes at a leisurely pace.It would be great if there is a toilet and shower in the future.
I also really liked our room with a sea view.The view, of course, is amazing.
In general, we did not expect anything special from the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by such high service.We will recommend the hotel to family and friends!

And a free shuttle to two shopping centers 5 times a day, which is not unimportant! "Dubai moll Hills” and “Moll of Emirates"! Of the minor minuses, I will note the monotonous menu, of course you will not stay hungry, many dishes with a piquant sharpness, which of course is not suitable for children! But there is a plus here, drinks water and juice, tea and coffee are always free!

I liked everything. The staff, food, service are all at an excellent level. The only disadvantage is the remoteness of the hotel. The hotel staff is English-speaking, there is 1 girl at the reception who understands a little Russian. For help, you can turn to Roman, who offers excursions. You can safely take excursions from him. We went from him, we liked everything. The restaurant has wonderful staff. On Saturdays, the restaurant serves crabs, shrimps and other seafood for lunch, and live music is played. The rest was a success!

We visited Aloft Palm Jumeirah at the end of August, it was very hot, but tolerable. The sea is very warm, the entrance to the sea is shells and algae, there are no waves. Showers were periodically broken, sapp, kayaks and other entertainments are broken.
Meals: we were on full board, we always found something to eat. For lunch, there are 3 main course options (in addition to the buffet). The dinners are themed.
Water: 2-4 0.5 bottles were left in the room every day. In the lobby, water costs 18 AED, and 1.5 liters 28 AED. It is much cheaper in the city.
There is a free boat tour from the hotel, taking you to both Atlantis, at 14, 16 and 18:00.3

Vacationed with my family at this hotel in June 2024.
To describe it in one phrase - a great hotel, we definitely would like to come to it again!
Before the trip, we read and reviewed everything we can about this hotel. We understood and were aware that the hotel is small, without animation and is located, practically, at the very end of the palm tree. We were completely satisfied with this.
The hotel is quiet, clean and new. Good food, the choice is not very large, but there is always some kind of clean side dish without seasonings (mainly rice), several types of meat and/or fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, very tasty desserts, there is clean and detox water for all meals. For the child, fries or pizza were offered several times separately (for free) for dinner. Seafood is served at the restaurant on Saturdays. The waiters work great. Quickly, clearly, imperceptibly. The Swedish line is always clean, it is closely monitored so that nothing is lying around, there are no drops / smudges and there are always clean appliances to take food. We also visited the Italian restaurant Il Tivoli. I really liked it. We were served by a young man who speaks Russian. Very attentive and helpful.
You can take breakfast, lunch or dinner separately at the hotel, but the prices are decent (I will attach a photo). We were on the FB feed. We are happy that we took him.
The rooms are very modern, good cosmetics in the shower, excellent cleaning, towels and bed linen are new, pillows are both soft and harder.
The staff at the hotel is very professional. They work clearly, everyone knows their area of responsibility. Special thanks to the receptionist girl named WissemShe's just a fairy! Wonderful, pleasant, very responsive and customer-oriented, she quickly helped us with the check-in and with the solution of all the household issues that arose. We will be very glad to see her again! 💓
The sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Clean, warm!!! There were no jellyfish in June, you can sit in the water for hours! There are fish, starfish, crabs, beautiful shells. They are not colored, but they are also living creatures, it is quite possible for a child to swim with a mask. An excellent solution from the hotel is inflatable mattresses on the water, on which you can sunbathe. We haven't even been lying on the sun beds for a single day. The hotel has its own private beach, which is an undeniable plus! Towels are given out on the beach and you hand them over at the exit. It is very convenient, you do not need to carry them with you. There is a bar, toilet, shower on the beach. The hotel can be reached in a minute by golf cart, if you are lucky enough to meet him🙂
A free shuttle service to the malls is organized from the hotel several times a day, very convenient, runs exactly on schedule.
For small children there is a small pool and a swing, there is no animation. For older people, there is a small pool table and table football in the lobby.
There are no shops or entertainment near the hotel. When traveling here, this should be taken into account. The prices of food and drinks at the hotel are high (if you compare it with a supermarket in Dubai, for example). For understanding, I will attach to the review a photo with the price of water in the self-service lobby bar.
The hotel is just perfect for a relaxing holiday.
In order to entertain yourself and your children, you need to plan trips to the city (museums, malls, markets, amusement parks, excursions, water parks). Take into account the season (for long excursions outside, the summer months are definitely not suitable) and + your financial capabilities. Everything is here, but everything is not cheap, however, the service in the UAE is really great!

Great hotel. The food is good.The gym is small. The beach is nice.The location is convenient. The view from the window is great.The only thing I didn't like was the glass between the bedroom and the shower. For dinner, it seemed that everything that was not eaten for breakfast and lunch. On the floor, we had the fifth, there is a persistent chemical smell, and in the room, if you turn off the air conditioner, the smell of either mold or sewage begins to appear. I'm not even talking about a faulty outlet, because there are four of them in the room, and there are two of us and besides the phones there is still something to charge. And at the reception, that kind of thing... to put it mildly ...ironic attitude towards Russians.

We rested at the hotel for the second time. The first one was in October 2023. The second one is in November 2024. The first time, the impressions were great and I wanted to come back. The second time, the deterioration began. First of all, the quality of food and its variety have deteriorated. There is nothing to have breakfast with at all. The sea in 2923 was the cleanest, and in 2024 mud was constantly floating around. It's like they've given up on the hotel and are slowly saving what they can. But there were Russian speakers at the reception, there had not been before. We definitely won't go a third of the time, otherwise we'll be completely disappointed.
The location and location of the hotel is excellent. The views are gorgeous! For the first time, a super hotel.

Mexican cuisine, English-speaking staff, nice compact hotel, in the morning at the sea, in the afternoon in the pool shade. We were in June, the heat is tolerated comfortably. There are cool hotels nearby, there is something to see, cars, people. We rode bicycles along the palm tree, went on excursions and to car dealerships. I really liked it.

This is the only hotel from which we moved to another. It would seem to be a new, stylish, modern hotel, with good food and beautiful rooms. But objectively, this is a hotel with the worst management. It all started with an attempt by the manager at the reception to divorce us for 900 dirhams (and this is a special price only for us) because of the allegedly missing room with a king-size bed. After the phrase: "I would like to talk to a Russian-speaking manager," the number we needed was abruptly found.
Further, we learned that from July 12 to 22, the hotel's beach will be reconstructed, and this is actually our entire vacation (from July 10 to July 24). That is, knowing about the upcoming work on the beach line, the hotel did not consider it necessary to notify the tour operators about it. Since we chose this hotel, including by the criterion of the proximity of our own beach, this moment was the most unpleasant surprise for us. The hotel provided a shuttle to the beach of another hotel in their network (W the palm), but every day the actual number of people wishing to go to the beach exceeded the number of seats on the bus. Every day, especially at lunch and in the evening, there was a quest - to take a queue for the bus in advance and squeeze into it. The management, despite the requests of most vacationers, changed the bus schedule several times, but did not add their number. As a result, instead of a relaxing beach holiday, everything turned into trips 2 times a day back and forth 9 km from the hotel (15 minutes). Thanks to the vacationers for moving together and giving way to each other.
I have never met the worst management.
After 6 nights we moved to another hotel on Palma. And so, in contrast, I can say with confidence that Aloft does not deserve even 3 * for its level of service.
For a week I have not received a response from the manager, although I left a request on the official website of the Marriott chain.
Despite the good location, price-quality ratio, pleasant interior and normal food, I will never return to this hotel.
The worst service, the most non-customer-oriented management.
