The hotel has 3 rooms.
We rested from 17-21 (left on 20) in a luxury room. The cost is 2x, 26990 rubles. I've attached a photo.
The hotel has 3 buildings.
1 and 2 reception.
Parking of cars behind a fence, there is no specialized or security parking. Like the roads nearby, the stroller rides with difficulty.
In the bathroom, there was 1 set of soap, gel and shampoo.
4 towels (1 for feet, 1 for hands and 2 bath towels), as well as 2 terry bathrobes.
Bathrobes and towels are made of wood. Then I realized why. They are dried outside in the wind.
There is no kettle and microwave, there is a small refrigerator.There is water in the cooler in the hallway. In 3 days, the room was not cleaned and the garbage was not taken out.
The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the beach. I'm not going anymore.

Of course, the 3-star hotel hardly dials, if the room is standard, then this is a small bathtub with a toilet, so you can wash your hands from the edge of the sink, the rest of the place was taken by the toilet, after taking a shower it is not possible to fully use a towel, you will have to open the bathroom door. You lie down on the bed and fall into a hole, the veins are broken. There is no air conditioning, it is hot and stuffy. Sochi or Anapa 3 star hotels have air conditioning. They asked to clean the room, so they changed the towels and everything, even the floor was not washed and the dust was not wiped. Sochi and Anapa are cleaned every other day. The view from the window is the courtyards of other hotels, so you will not be able to see the forest or the lake. If you walk to the lake, then you can stomp along a dirt road, it's easier by car. In general, we did not like it.

All positive reviews are written about the first and second buildings. We didn't live there, but in terms of goodwill, appearance, and attitude to people, I think the reviews are true. But it does not correspond to the third building, namely the newly built summer buildings. In cool and rainy weather, it is very cold and damp in them. There is no ventilation at all.In a year, the fungus will bloom in all its glory. There are no air conditioners or fans in the heat. There is a refrigerator. There is no hair dryer. Only towels and toilet paper are provided. There is no cleaning in 4 days. The audibility is very good. There is an iron staircase to the second floor and the entrance to the rooms through them. It's just that the footsteps sound like thunder. There is a cafe on the territory of the Sytnaya Square. The cafe is clean, large, two-storey. But there are few visitors. Tasteless breakfasts, lunches, dinners and more expensive than outside the territory. The pool is large and nice. There is a children's, warm one. Those living in the third building cannot use the spa treatments, which include a warm indoor pool, for free. I forgot to write that there is no WiFi in the third building.

We had a rest in July 2022. We lived in bungalows, the cheapest rooms. The rooms are clean, cleaned when you ask, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, so there is a fetid smell and the beginning of fungus formation. The walls are cardboard, you can even hear walking in the next room, and a conversation, because next to you, someone is talking on the bed)). The light is dim. The biggest and only advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool. On the territory of the bungalow there is a playground, a football field, a cafe (the food there is disgusting, in the main building, there is delicious food in the restaurant), a swimming pool and everything else. There is not a single barbecue.

We rested in a bungalow. The staff is friendly, polite, but! The room has never been cleaned in a week: the floor was not washed, the garbage was not taken out. There was no soap, toilet paper was given only after an urgent request. There is no glass, plate, fork or spoon in the room. There is no hair dryer. There are no mosquito nets, and there is no TV either. There is no sound insulation! Conversations can be heard from the next room, as if they were sitting next to each other.The pool is not heated. The food in the cafe "Sytaya Ploshchad" is 3 with a minus - they gave spoiled compote! The breakfasts are monotonous. There is practically no greenery on the territory.

Low quality products (cheese, sausage are only in name), generally tasteless, porridge on water, cold egg dishes.
Round-the-clock music in the absence of sound insulation in the rooms (in the hotel itself from 12 to 21 by the pool and in the cafe)
A disco from 00.00 to 5.00 in nearby establishments prevents you from sleeping
The area is in order, but there is a construction site around. There are no scenic views
Room cleaning on request, there is no soap in the room, t/boom one roll for two for 7 days. Towels are not changed (can be changed on request)

The service is just a fire, the administrator does not know anything. We checked into the room, the markings in the bathroom were torn out, the carpet in the room was dirty. They told the administrator, the electrician and the cleaners came (thanks here, they did everything promptly). Towels and bathrobes are washed, only cups are under water from the dishes, there are no spoons, forks or plates (they asked for the dishes, the administrator only speaks in the restaurant, but we have nothing to do with them). The on-site bar is closed. So a three, no more!!!!

Departure from Omsk was 08/20/22 at 21:00, we got there well, thanks a lot to the drivers. At 7:00 a.m. on 08/21/22 we were already here and check-in only at 14:00, on the street 15 ° C. I drank tea and also got poisoned. The rooms are slightly warmer than outside ..... Everything is frozen to the bone, there are no heaters in the rooms. I'm very upset that I came here....

A review about a bungalow room, the worst accommodation, a room where everything is turned off. In cold weather it is very cold, the floor is icy, we slept dressed, the audibility is as if there are no walls at all between the rooms, it is clear why there are no TVs, it will just be a farce if everyone turns on the TV, it is damp, nothing dries, from the amenities in the room only toilet paper and that on request. There are no shelves or hangers in the closet, it turns out there is a closet, but it cannot be used, there are cracks on the walls. I don't advise anyone, especially with children. Fell for a warm pool, in fact, an icy one.

The rooms are already in need of renovation (they were in the 1st building). There is no road nearby as such, a construction site. There is no window in the room that could be opened at night, there is only a door, i.e. you cannot leave it open at night. There is a dining room at the hotel, which is also not very good. The service is very poor and the food is not very tasty.
