The new building number 2 has very thin walls, noisy neighbors do not let you sleep. The audibility is very good. According to the photo, building 2 is beautiful, in fact it is impossible to sleep there.

The hotel has expanded 5 times in recent years! There are new budget buildings and territory! There is a huge outdoor swimming pool and a water park for kids! A very nice and cozy place! I advise everyone.

My family and I were vacationing in Burabaya this summer. We chose the Altyn Kun Hotel. Overall a good hotel. But there are a couple of disadvantages. Upon arrival, the room was poorly cleaned, there was dirt, grass, dust on the floor. The heating main was being repaired, so everything was dug up in front of the hotel. Most of the furniture should have been replaced with a new one. But despite all these disadvantages, there are a lot of advantages. The biggest and main advantage is the friendly, courteous staff. I want to single out Artyom - a very polite, kind, pleasant young man. We have never been denied anything. The room was cleaned at our request. The breakfasts are large, hearty and very tasty. The water in the pool is clean and warm enough. The Russian sauna and hammam are simply magnificent. Everything is clean, there is a swimming pool in this area. We mostly liked everything. I advise everyone to visit the Altyn Kun Hotel!!!

Positive.
Nice staff. Normal rooms. There are water coolers on the floors. Children's areas. A small gym. The pool is outside.
The breakfasts are simple.
Minuses.
It's a long way from the main road. It's also a bad road. Mud. WiFi only works in the hallway. It doesn't get to the rooms.
The tiles in the second building are cracked in places. These are the disadvantages of repair (or construction). It is clear that it was poorly done.

The territory with a playground, with a gazebo for an original dinner, a swinging swing and probably the most important advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool, which is available in 3-5 hotels on Borovoye maximum!!! The only negative reason I put 4 is the location. The hotel is not located near the road, you have to go through a small swamp 500 + meters to it. And so a very decent hotel near cafes, a market that has all the essentials. If you don't find something, then ask calmly

In my opinion, the best hotel in Burabaya for families with children. Because there is a swimming pool. We rested here several times. The hotel is designed in European style. Everything is clean and cozy. We lived in a suite, a junior suite and an attic. It's equally cozy everywhere. The breakfasts are quite hearty. A guide comes directly to the hotel and you can book any tour. Friendly staff, snow-white linen. There are coolers with water. Wonderful hotel!)

It's a great place. We stayed for one day from 08.09 to 09.09 (Albert and Svetlana). Since it was out of season, the price included access to the pool, hammam and sauna. After the road, of course, we had a great rest. The room is clean everywhere. The room has a white, modern interior, the linen is perfectly clean. They give you a bathrobe and slippers. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty (porridge, fried eggs, tea, yogurt, porridge and sliced fruits, cheese). Of the staff, I liked the receptionist the most, who checked us in and communicated with us very politely.
The only thing I didn't like was the food in the hotel restaurant (we had dinner there and the meat in the pilaf was a little harsh, and the pilaf itself was not very good).
