We rented a suite+ room with a family of 5 people (with a balcony), bed towels, bathrobes, gels, shampoos, soap are provided. The Wi-Fi was weak. It's all clear. The pool is warm, sauna, hammam, shower downstairs, the children were delighted, the food was without frills, the portions were normal, the children's playground was good, the staff was polite. I want to say that the rest was great, of course, the weather was not very lucky, but the last two days it was hot, everything is fine, the nature is just super. Be sure to take a jeep safari tour, it's just great! I want to say that I will not go to this hotel anymore, firstly, the view of one construction site around did not like it. I was horrified when we just entered the room, as if only the pastels had been changed after the previous guest, dust on the table, above the bed, in the closet, and the bathroom is terrible, neither the taps are washed, and clearly the shower is not washed, everything is in drops so dirty rooms do not change towels, they asked for cleaning, even the garbage was wiped clean they did not take it out, but they take fines when leaving if the towel is stained and they do not wash off. So of course everyone is friendly but dirty. I took off the stars precisely for the hotel, for the dirt.. Choose another hotel.

I spent one day here with my family. Excellent service. It is clear that the staff is trained. I thought it would be noisy on the territory at night, but it was quiet and everyone was asleep. A good place for a family vacation. The concept of houses is interesting, a whole mini-town where you can keep children busy with something. The water in the pool is clean.
A separate like for the on-site restaurant - everything is fresh and delicious. Verdict - I definitely recommend it for a vacation on Borovoye!

There is not even a road to the hotel, you will walk on the rocks in flip-flops with suitcases on wheels, avoiding pits and piles of garbage. Even the bus will not be able to drive up to the hotel - hobble yourself. And so it is every day. You can leave the hotel and return to it only through an obstacle course. Further more. I strongly advise against taking meals at the hotel. The food is very so-so. Breakfast is cold porridge on the water. And what porridges! I've only seen Sechka in prisons before. And here for the money! Oatmeal of the lowest quality is all right with the husk, which sticks to the teeth. In addition, you will be given a couple of boiled eggs. The buffet is a ready-made plate with cheap paper sausage, thin cheese, a tiny piece of butter and slices of cucumber and tomato. Of the fruits, there are only three transparent semicircles of oranges. Oh, and yes, the famous Kazakh bauyrsak is a piece of dough fried in much-used oil. Cold and greasy. Bon appetit! Breakfast trays are immediately dirty, covered in crumbs, and stink terribly of unwashed, rotten rags. We tried to have lunch there... The soup was waited for an hour. They just brought a tasteless shurpa, although I always thought that it couldn't be spoiled.
In general, it is clear that the owner saves on everything as much as possible. Children of 16 years old are waiting for you in the staff. They do everything either on the dump, or they hide from work somewhere. The room was cleaned in a week only after our request. Well, how did you clean up?.. We entered the room immediately after cleaning. It is clear from the wet floor that she wiped it exactly near the door, did not go further. Well, she took the garbage. That's it! That's just really everything! I didn't even go to the toilet, the dust is untouched, the towels are not changed. By the way, they are not washed here, but simply dried in the sun.
If you are a lover of peace, hell awaits you here. By the pool, the music is hammering with primitive basses so that earplugs do not save. From 10 a.m. to 21 p.m. Every day. And then, until 5 a.m., a disco is already hammering nearby.

Unfortunately, there are many more disadvantages:
1. For 4 we were offered a suite room, since it is two-room. In fact, the room is very small and the four of us are extremely cramped there.
2. At a price of 10 thousand per day, breakfast is fixed, and if you do not eat porridge, you will leave the table half-starved. Cleaning 1 time in 3 (!!!) of the day and only on request. The urns on the floors are also not taken out for several days.
3. The pool is icy. If I had known that it was impossible to swim in it, I would not have overpayed for this hotel.

We lived in the 3rd building and unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, it was raining and cold, respectively, in the room too. We lived in the first building, in a two-room room. Friends lived in the next room and it turned out that their room is much smaller than ours, i.e. such rooms are different in size, we can say we were lucky. There are 2 bathrobes, 2 slippers, 2 glasses in the room, although 4 people lived with us.
There is no cleaning in the room! It was an unpleasant surprise. If something is over or cleaning is needed, even to take out the trash, you need to go down to the administrator and ask. And by the way, there was a trash can full of garbage on the floor for 3-4 days.
The repair is fresh and beautiful, the furniture is in good condition.
There is a cooler on the floor, but the water is not tasty in it.
Administrators are responsive.
Breakfast for an amateur. They bring a ready-made complex. Porridge and a plate with an egg, tomatoes. Cucumbers, sausage, cheese, bun . There is no coffee, just tea. You can pour coffee in the vending machine for money.
The water in the outdoor pool is very cold, although it is hot outside, July. The children are sitting in a paddling pool, which is filled with warm water.
Residents of the first building can go to the spa for 2 hours daily for free, there is a sauna, Hammam, swimming pool. You need to pre-register for a time.
Beach towels are given out clean every day.
There is a gazebo, there are several tables in it, you can sit there for free in the evening, barbecue, drink any of your drinks.
There is also a swimming pool with slides, 30 cm deep.
There is a construction site and ruin behind the fence of the hotel. It's not far to the lake.
Overall a good hotel, but for the money we paid, I would like more service.

We had a rest on July 23-30, 2023 in the 3rd building. This is the third time we have come here. We were in the 1st building for the first time in 2019. We were delighted. At that time, Altyn-Kun was almost the only hotel in Borovoye with a swimming pool, and for children also with a heated one. And the price of a vacation in it was more than tempting. The cozy, calm atmosphere in the 1st building was the best fit for us with a 3-year-old child. Then the pandemic happened and the borders were closed. After the opening of the borders in 2022, we immediately took a ticket back to this hotel, but in the newly opened 3 buildings. And they did not lose. The child grew up and craved activity, which is in abundance on the territory of 3 buildings - another swimming pool with unobtrusive music, a sports ground, a huge area with children's swings and carousels. This year we didn't even have any questions about where to go on vacation - only Borovoe and only Altyn-Kun! This time, friends were invited to come with us, too, with a child. Everyone was satisfied. Breakfast for slaughter - every morning porridge, pastries, eggs, omelets, slicing vegetables, cheese, sausage /chicken - fastidious children swept everything clean! Room cleaning is optional, not scheduled. Children are often piggy, we ordered cleaning almost every other day. We went on a tour, returned - the room is clean, the almost empty trash can becomes empty, fresh towels are on the bed, although we only asked to wash the floor. In the restaurant Sytnaya Ploshchad, discos began to be held in the evenings from 21:00 to 22:30, you can sing karaoke. After that, lights out in the whole "camp". Hotel guides deserve special attention. The girls do their job with a bang: they will not be ignored, they will advise excursions, shops, cafes, change money, and they will just be happy to chat with you on any topic! Moreover, the girls are always in touch, even much after the end of their working day. They don't abandon their guests! Of course, this is not Turkey 5* all inclusive. But! For the money that a vacation in Altyn-Kun is worth, it is much better here than in Turkey)))) next year, here again, as if to my home)))

We lived in new buildings with breakfast.
3 towels are provided for 2 people in the room. Cabinets without shelves, so you can't put things properly, there is no kettle in the room, if you want to drink tea, go get boiling water in a cafe.
The breakfasts are very meager, monotonous, and the portions are small. Of the drinks, only milk and tea, and sometimes only black. One day, instead of 2 types of bread, there was one. We came for breakfast at 9.30 am - there is only one type of porridge left, no one is going to cook for all visitors, either eat the rest or do not eat at all. The scrambled eggs are cold, they are probably cooked in the evening. The trays are wiped in front of the queue, and once they were wiped rotten with water with leftover food, which stank like the trays themselves. The menu will be in the photo.
The room key is in one copy, so if you ask to clean the room, then wait until they come to clean or leave the room keys. The staff is 90% schoolchildren, so the attitude is mildly superficial.
A mirror fell at night, broke, and broke through the sink. I went to the reception desk, where the same schoolgirls from the staff were returning from a party, I told them to inform the responsible person and in the morning they came to remove the fragments and the mirror. In the morning, there was zero reaction until they came up again. They removed the fragments, said they would replace the mirror and sink. Nothing happened during the day, the next day I came up again, it turned out there were no mirrors, I had to buy a new one, and in principle they would not change the sink. I suggested either to solve the problem with the mirror today or to overpower us to another room, the schoolgirl said that she would find out from the management, we went on an excursion. After lunch, I came up again, they told me that since we were not there, they gave the vacant room to the new arrivals, and we would have to wait another day for the mirror.
Now let's turn on the logic, it turns out that if we were in place, we would be moved to a new room, and the other tenants who were supposed to come in would be settled in our room without a mirror? It sounds crazy. As a result, 2 days without a mirror and with a broken sink.
The pool is heated from the sun, so the water is always cold.
WiFi does not work at all, it grows every 3-5 minutes.

We stayed with friends in suite 206 from August 8 to 12. In the room, one of the balcony doors is broken (they promised to do it every day, one day they came and measured another door and that's all that remained), the carpet is dirty, the tulle is torn, the curtain is dirty and full of holes, the light walls are stained with dirty spots, the skirting boards on the floor are falling off, the chairs are different, the "white" bedspread is all in dark spots, there were 2 face towels and 2 foot towels for 4 people (they asked for 2 more towels), "white" bathrobes were all crumpled, 2 glasses in a mismatch for 4 people (they asked for them). Room cleaning is only provided if you leave a request at the reception and only the bathroom is cleaned and no more. Of course, we did not come to lie in the room, but these little things make an impression and rest. There are no complaints about the food, the standard breakfast. For all the disadvantages, we managed to negotiate with a representative of the management, Eugene, for compensation in the form of one dinner. The dinner was delicious. Of the advantages, I would like to note the courtesy of the staff and most importantly, there is a representative of Borovoe Tour Pearl of the Blue Mountains on the territory. Great excursions, great staff.

We lived in this "hotel" in summer buildings (building 3 is considered) from July 2 to July 7 (evening), from July 7 to July 8 to the 9th, my hysterics and I were moved at night (!!!) to another room (104), later I will explain in more detail, so this is the worst place, where have we ever been. An ideal place to spoil your mood, relax, etc.
The cost of a ticket with a transfer is 34751, a transfer for two is 7000 rubles, a total of 3964 rubles per day is 43 kopecks.
Plus, we paid a resort fee of 850 rubles. Whether it's a little or a lot to get such pleasure, decide for yourself.
But here's what awaits you for this money:
1. There is no sound insulation from the word at all, absolutely everything can be heard from all sides. Loud parties can be heard from the street, neighbors' TV, conversations are not even loud.
So we were still very unlucky with the neighbors, who behaved very noisily, aggressively and inadequately, considering themselves kings, they staged very noisy drinking parties for 4 nights in a row, etc., I turned to the administration, found out what laws on silence in the KZ, asked to check the guards, tried to somehow negotiate with "vacationers", so as not to make noise, since even earplugs did not drown out what was happening from the street.
I also checked the availability of seats (there were none there, nor in the 1st or 2nd building) to be relocated.
So on the evening of the 7th, the apotheosis of this nightmare occurred, I did not enter into a dialogue with the vacationers, brought the guard and the administrator, the behavior of the guard just killed me, he asked me to speak exclusively in half a voice, there are 17 people in this gazebo, and the walls are cardboard! But the "vacationers" were so outraged that they were not allowed to rest at night, that there was a mix that almost turned into a fight, although as it turned out later, fights and police are frequent phenomena there. As a result, I was already hysterical and went to the 2nd building to ask us to move with an additional payment, the administrator of the 2nd building raised the maids, security, etc. at night, we were washed a free room, we moved to another building at 2 a.m. and were given a room where it was quiet!!!
Then we lived in another room and were surrounded other neighbors, you could even sleep!
But there were a lot of marginals in our arrival ...
2. They say these are new buildings, but damaged sagging mattresses, stripped furniture and cracks in the walls indicate the opposite. By the way, it was better in the second room. It's much better.
3.For breakfast, they give an incomprehensible piglet, which for some reason is called porridge, the portions are so small, and the sausage is so transparent that it becomes interesting, why even include such a breakfast in the price? Considering the above, I can express my gratitude to the administrator of the 2nd building, who worked from July 7-8, the maid girls who washed our room at night, and Veronica, who sells excursions and changes money.
I can only advise people with stress tolerance to relax in this wonderful place: the level of God, because I howled on the second day, I was looking for other housing options.
Building 1 and 2 are like a separate planet for other people, I advise you to consider living options in these buildings. But again, for that kind of money, you can find better options there, since there is no infrastructure around, everything is dug up.

We decided to relax with our family by visiting the beautiful Borovoe Lake. As a result, when checking in on the first day, in 5 minutes of being in the room, my white socks became dirty, as if I walked on the ground. Zero service, there is none at all. The Internet does not work, only in the mornings and then with difficulty. The breakfasts were on, and it was terrible, it's not possible to eat, I haven't seen this before, so that there was shit in the kitchen, they shook off the tables with a dirty rag right on the floor! Yes, this hotel has a spa, like a spa pool and two saunas, well, I'll say the same thing about cleanliness, it's full of dirt. There is also a children's playground, and it's terribly dirty, everything is broken! In general, I do not recommend this hotel at all. People, think a hundred thousand times before booking a room at this hotel.

We were at this hotel from 06/22/2023 to 06/24/2023. We booked a suite in the 3rd building for two days for 29,500 rubles. Not only is everything in the room old and in need of repair, it is also dirty. The entire shower cabin is covered in lime and does not work. The toilet lid is broken off, the strip in the closet is just broken off, on which there was a safe. There is no receptionist at the reception. When we were checking out, we still didn't count the hand towels and offered to pay for it, it's a pity that I didn't count what was given at check-in. Our room was changed on the second day after we wrote a complaint to the head of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We rested in the 3rd building, I did not like it, because the neighbors' audibility is terrible, as if you are sitting in the same room with them. The floor is very cold, as soon as it gets a little chilly outside. The children could not play on the football field, because they went to some camps with children of Kazakh nationality, and occupied everything they could. When leaving the hotel, the administrator checks the rooms, special attention is paid to a towel, if they are not washed with water, a fine of 5000 tenge was not applied to us, but one was fined, although they did not talk about anything at all at the entrance, and since the floor is cold, everyone has one towel lying in the bathroom on the floor. The floor is washed very poorly, so there is dirt on the towel. There was no Internet in our room at all, although the hotel claims that there is a TV in Kazakh, there is nothing to watch, there were no mugs, there was no kettle, there was no soap, there was no hair dryer. If you go there on vacation, look for a better hotel.
