On July 23, we stopped at the hotel to rest. Administration, pay attention to the work of the waiters of the dining room ,,Sytnaya square,,!!! This is a terrible horror!!! Unscrupulous waiters and other staff turned the restaurant into a pigsty - it's disgusting to go in and be there!!! There's dirt on the tables!!! For breakfast, the trays at the distribution are offered dirty and unwashed!!! 07/25/2023 for breakfast, the dishes in which the food was served stank of slops, which made it impossible to eat the already terrible food - everything was left on the plates. ,,A satisfying area,, is it inconvenient for you to work in the trash yourself? Practically no one comes to you for lunch and dinner anyway.

We rested in the 3rd building, I did not like it, because the neighbors' audibility is terrible, as if you are sitting in the same room with them. The floor is very cold, as soon as it gets a little chilly outside. The children could not play on the football field, because they went to some camps with children of Kazakh nationality, and occupied everything they could. When leaving the hotel, the administrator checks the rooms, special attention is paid to a towel, if they are not washed with water, a fine of 5000 tenge was not applied to us, but one was fined, although they did not talk about anything at all at the entrance, and since the floor is cold, everyone has one towel lying in the bathroom on the floor. The floor is washed very poorly, so there is dirt on the towel. There was no Internet in our room at all, although the hotel claims that there is a TV in Kazakh, there is nothing to watch, there were no mugs, there was no kettle, there was no soap, there was no hair dryer. If you go there on vacation, look for a better hotel.

We were at this hotel from 06/22/2023 to 06/24/2023. We booked a suite in the 3rd building for two days for 29,500 rubles. Not only is everything in the room old and in need of repair, it is also dirty. The entire shower cabin is covered in lime and does not work. The toilet lid is broken off, the strip in the closet is just broken off, on which there was a safe. There is no receptionist at the reception. When we were checking out, we still didn't count the hand towels and offered to pay for it, it's a pity that I didn't count what was given at check-in. Our room was changed on the second day after we wrote a complaint to the head of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Kitchen for two. The rooms of the new building stink of some kind of chemistry. It took a long time to accept the room at check-out. After 2 calls, 2 young girls came and took a fine for a dirty foot towel. There was no time to argue, because they were already late for the bus. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I do not recommend it. For objectivity, there is a swimming pool, 2 sports fields: the first for mini football, but without gates and for volleyball on artificial turf, the second - horizontal bars, basket.a ring and children's carousels. There is also a barbecue area with 3 barbecues. Therefore, not one star, but two. But never set foot in this hotel again

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. To be honest, the hotel was disappointing. We had to wait five hours for check-in, but that's still half the trouble. We lived in the third building, where there are a lot of people, and as a result, constant noise. Plus, WiFi didn't work in the room from the word at all. Moreover, the staff at first convinced that repairs were being carried out, but three days later the administrator admitted that the router was simply not provided for such a large number of guests. The question is, are these my problems? As a result, I had to go to the reception to call my family, but in fact I always had to be out of touch. In addition, there was nothing in the rooms, no kettle, no tea, coffee, drinking water. Not to mention accessories in the form of soap, shower gel, shampoo and more. Cleaning and garbage removal are not carried out until you "catch" the maid and ask for it. The epogee was the administrator's phrase to the question of why everything is so: what did you want for this money... By the way, in my opinion, the prices for accommodation are not the cheapest.

We rested at the Altyn Kun hotel in the 2nd building. The territory of the hotel is very small , there is no place to walk. There are no construction sites, pits, garbage , roads as such.. The staff is friendly , but when checking in , they do not tell you any information about the rules of accommodation , they found out everything themselves from experienced residents .. The rooms are compact, if you disassemble the sofa, then you can only enter the toilet sideways and try not to hit your head on the TV that hangs on the wall. Cleaning , changing of towels , toiletries are done only at the request of the residents . You need to leave a key at the reception and a request. If you want to eat at the hotel, you need to order and pay in advance at a certain time ( dinner - the night before , lunch before 11:00 , dinner before 15:00 ) , portions are prepared there exactly according to order . If you haven 't ordered , then you need to go to a cafe to eat . There are a lot of cafes nearby , so it 's not a problem . The price included a sauna for 2 hours. The sauna is small , cramped , and 16 people are allowed at the same time .

Cleanliness in the corridors and on the stairs is three-fold, there is a lot of dust and debris. The staff is friendly. The pools are well maintained and clean. Most of all, the night drunkenness of vacationers in bessedka, mats, or continue until 3-4 o'clock at night, while the administration and security do not react! The next night, everything repeats! Since there is no air conditioning in the room, I wanted to open the balcony at night, but I had to sleep in the stuffiness, otherwise I just couldn't sleep from the mats and screams of vacationers.

We stayed from July 3 to July 8 in bungalow rooms. One of the big disadvantages of staying in this type of room is audibility. Even a quiet conversation can be heard. We were unlucky with the neighbors: they drank at night and, accordingly, talked loudly and laughed. And it's like what's going on in our room. I endured until 2 o'clock, then I asked to stop, then I invited the guard, but it was useless. We calmed down only at 4 o'clock. Another minus, maybe not for everyone, but for us it is significant - there is no TV. If the weather is rainy, as it happened with us, you have to stay in the room and a TV would be useful. And so the rooms are quite cozy, the furniture is new. There is a refrigerator. There is a swimming pool on the territory of the bungalow, quite large and deep, BUT with icy water. In the unstable weather conditions of Burabai, it would be worth making it heated. Moreover, the nights there are also very cold and the water cools even more. The third disadvantage is the distance from cafes and canteens. There is a cafe on the territory of the bungalow, where they offer complex breakfasts, lunches and dinners. But we looked at a rather meager breakfast, we didn't even go there for lunch. The cafe is open only until 22.00. That is, when all the cafes in the village are just starting to work actively, as people want to have dinner, dance, just sit and listen to music, the cafe on the territory is already closing. Thus, there is nothing to do on the territory of the hotel in the evening. We have to go to the village. All services on the territory of the main building for residents of the bungalow are paid. Yes, I forgot to say that cleaning for 5 days has never been done in any way, even superficially. And we also really missed the kettle, because sometimes in the evening we just wanted to drink tea or coffee with a chocolate bar. All the disadvantages that I have indicated are our subjective opinion, maybe for someone it will not be a disadvantage. Considering all the disadvantages, it is unlikely that we will return to this hotel again.

Good day to all! My review will be dedicated to the 3rd building, namely the bungalow. We had a family vacation (3 people) for 5 days in July. I'll start with the room: it's dirty and damp. In cool or rainy weather, the rooms are not comfortable. Clothes and towels take a very long time to dry. For 4 days, no one came to clean up until they asked. The bathroom is generally a separate topic. The toilet is dirty, the lid does not hold (lies on the back). If you turn on the shower and do not pull the curtain, water splashes on the floor, floods everything. I had to ask for a rag to wipe myself.After 00:00, for some reason, cool water is already running. There is no TV, wi-fi, hair dryer, or kettles in the room. It's good that at least there is a refrigerator. We took the kettle and the hair dryer with us because we knew they weren't there. The furniture is in good condition, the beds are new, the linen is also not washed. The towels are large and soft.
There is a large swimming pool and a small one for children on the territory. But the water in them is very cold. If you are not lucky with the weather, then they do not have time to warm up. Only dinner was eaten in the dining room. The portions are not large. Sometimes there was cold food. The staff are all young guys and girls, but very friendly.
