The convenient location of the hotel, you can take a walk. There is a private beach, an exit via an underground passage from the hotel. The entrance to the sea is very bad, traumatic, it is better to immediately go to the neighboring beaches. They feed a lot, but not always fresh. All vacationers suffer from rotovirus. There is no animation. By the pool, the sun beds are almost a solid sofa (in cramped conditions, but not offended). I do not recommend the hotel.

The hotel is not new, but it is in good condition, the weather was magnificent +28-29 C, the water + 26, the sea is beautiful, warm - I do not want to climb out. Everything was only spoiled by entering the sea from the beach. We had a rest in July 2024. We were mostly satisfied with everything.We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., despite the late hour, we were taken to a restaurant and fed. The staff was polite everywhere. The food was varied, every day there was fish and meat, fruits, sweets. Clean rooms and beds. The convenient location of the hotel. But the big disadvantage is the entrance to the sea, slabs, boulders. There is nothing to do with children with such an entrance to the sea, it is simply impossible to swim.

The food is good, but rather monotonous. The main thing is that it is delicious. At first they put desserts on the breakfasts, then after a couple of days they just took them and removed them, they began to put them only for lunch and dinner.
The kettle, of course, was sorely lacking in the room when we were looking for boiling water at night to brew a Rollton. The guard found a boiler 😂
The staff has a separate star, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
We were also surprised by the waiters who clean the dining room every second (they make so many circles so that all the plates are removed) and the cleaning is excellent, always clean, even though the hotel, in general, is a little shabby.

The beach is nearby, across the street, entering the sea of slabs and stones, take care of your feet. You can escape by going to the territory of a neighboring hotel and wearing rubber slippers. God forbid to swim in a wave. The sea is quite muddy, the beach is clean and on the top three. The option is to take a bus, 15-20 minutes and you are on Cleopatra beach, turquoise sea, sand and sun beds for $ 10 with an umbrella for the whole day.
I ate ordinary food, there are no special delights, but you won't be hungry either. A special article is about guests who take food like cockroaches by room and leave leftovers in the halls on the floors.
The pool is decent, but be prepared for the fact that if you go swimming after breakfast, there will be no free sunbeds. Everything is occupied before you, towels are left before breakfast, I can only come for lunch. The animation is normal, according to the level of the hotel.
Local markets and currency exchanges are within walking distance. Bargain, the price is discounted regardless of the type of product.

We rested with a company in Pineapple hotels, October 2023. We rested with a large, cheerful company of 8 people.
A great hotel for 4, if you don't find fault of course.
The territory is well-groomed, green, thanks to the gardener for this, he takes care of every blade of grass so touchingly and carefully, if for a child.
There are two swimming pools on the territory, one of them with slides, they are really children's, but adults also manage to roll down.
The hotel itself is located along the road, but because there are many tall dense trees around the hotel, it is not felt. To go to the beach 5 minutes by underground passage, very convenient, there is also a bar on the beach, but only used drinks.
Entering the water from the beach is difficult, but we went to panton in a nearby hotel. The security of the pantone itself allows you to use only for swimming, you can not use the sun beds and even leave your things on them, otherwise things will be thrown on the floor.
I was quite satisfied with the food, there were often meat and fish dishes. Delicious French fries and rustic, lots of greens and sweets.
They definitely didn't stay hungry.
The alcohol is all of high quality, the beer is excellent, the wine is kr and white p / dry, delicious, the head does not hurt from it, the rakia is also excellent (even better than from the market in Kapadokia), gin 👌🏼

And in conclusion, I would say that I am very happy with my vacation, and Turkey itself has opened up to me from a different side.
I sincerely fell in love with this country, for its sweet air, salty and gentle sea, for the local flavor, for its extraordinary colors and the stunning beauty of nature.

We rested at this hotel from 17.09 to 24.09.
We read reviews, wrote a little about rotovirus. In the end, every second guest of the hotel, with whom we would not communicate, got sick. I went with my mother, and of course we are no exception. We felt bad on the day of departure on September 24, and if my mother has already passed away more or less, then I still feel disgusting. This virus started in the hotel a few months ago, but it is not closed or processed because they are afraid of losing money. Even the staff is talking about it.
So, let's talk about food. The choice was quite good, especially for desserts.
I have no complaints about desserts, basically everything is delicious.
Vegetables. They were mixed fresh with stale ones and had to pick at the plates.
Olives are generally inedible.
Hot is more or less delicious.
I did not eat soups, there were only 2 of them, and they did not cause much appetite with their appearance.
Bread is a separate pain. The guests cut the bread for themselves, and it seems there is a special towel to hold it, for some reason people scored on it and touched it with their bare hands.
With regard to the cleanliness of the guests, of course, it is not the fault of the hotel, but I believe that this should be monitored somehow.
When I was with 2 German women, one of them dropped a cake on the floor, picked it up with her hand and threw it back into the plate... and no one has removed it, no one cares.
Dishes are washed badly, glasses are sometimes dirty, plates too.
A separate pain for me is the ants. I was so shocked when I sat down at the table by the window, and ants were running around on it...

The beach is full of n#zdets.
More precisely, not the beach, but the entrance to the sea. Huge slabs, some of them slippery, and it is simply impossible to enter the sea. No aquashouses will save you, because even in them you will come out of the sea beaten. I twisted my leg three times during the whole vacation, in order to go at least waist-deep, it takes a long time and carefully.
There is also another disadvantage in the location of the hotel. There is a mosque nearby. And every morning at 5.30 I woke up to these chants and closed the balcony.
As for entertainment, nothing interesting. Darts competitions, water polo. A disco by the pool is a laugh. It's more like doing exercises at a children's camp. People sit on chairs, then the presenter tells them to get up, and people right next to these chairs repeat the movements of the presenter. The music is the same, the movements are correspondingly the same.
While I was relaxing at the hotel, I turned a blind eye to all sorts of little things, but the rotovirus was the last straw.

We rested at the Pineapple Hotel at the end of September. The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but clearly pulls only 3*. The food is not bad, you will not stay hungry. Nice hotel! We rested from the 7th to 06/13/2023. The staff is helpful, the animators speak Russian well. Gymnastics on the beach, aerobics in the pool, various games for both adults and children are held every day, show programs are held in the evenings. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, through an underground passage, there is also a bar on the beach, there are sun beds and umbrellas. I want to share my impression of the Pineapple hotel, we rested from July 23 to July 29, because we rested in it more than once, but this vacation was especially remembered for a lifetime, not a foot there anymore, health is more expensive. Reading previous reviews, I was shocked that you could like it there, half of the tourists did not climb off the pots, the kitchen was poor in the truest sense, there was plenty of food, but it was scary to eat, in the end they sat on rice. The sea also wanted the best, the stones, all the legs, the back are skinned. The cleaning is disgusting. But for the first time we visited the clinic, with a drink, a belch, and the insurance reacted quickly, provided a car with a paramedic, pumped glucose with sodium chloride for 30 €. Advice to other tourists, when taking a trip to this hotel, stock up on medicines loperamidrm, enterosgel, immodium, cerucal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They literally fled from there, the rest was spoiled and their health was undermined. Take care of yourself.

We had a rest with my wife and child at this hotel from June 10th to 20th. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately fed, despite the fact that dinner time had passed. there were no complaints about the room, everything worked properly, the air conditioner cooled the room very well. The food is like in 4*, there was always a choice. Meat, pasta, vegetables, fruits, awesome sweet desserts. The territory is small, but cozy, clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sea is clear, there are stones in the water, but they did not interfere with us. We swam a lot and with pleasure. There is an animation. We were during the rotovirus, there were a lot of people infected with it. Almost everyone talked about it. For prevention, they drank 1 tablet of activated charcoal, did not dive in the pool, often washed their hands, cleaned their teeth with bottled water. But it was not possible to avoid infection. Rotovirus has terrible symptoms and all the safety measures did not help us. The virus settles on the surface, there is also a suspicion that the food in the restaurant and the water are not of high quality. Therefore, if you get infected for at least a day, you will feel very bad, and some people from those who communicated and the whole vacation was bad. Some became so ill that they made ivs, called doctors, and so on. If you have a child, then avoid this place!!! Children have a very difficult time carrying this virus, and there is a high risk of dehydration. Probably this virus will continue to go on, because every day new tourists come and get infected from those who are already in the hotel and it will be like this indefinitely!! Until they close the hotel for complete disinfection and exclude people from there for a while.
I must say right away that if you have previously vacationed in 5-star hotels, then you probably won't like this hotel. Last year we went to dysalia, but for financial reasons we chose Pineapple this year. As soon as you enter the hotel, the difference between a 4 and 5 star hotel will be noticeable
Upon late check-in, they did not give anything to eat, did not take them to the room, did not show where and what was in the hotel. A room with an air conditioner that does not work, there is no sense from this air conditioner, outdated repairs, old curtains, the bathroom is killed enough. There is a refrigerator and a safe. The refrigerator was working properly, but it wasn't too cold. There is no mini bar, they give two 1.5 l bottles and do not refill anymore. The hot water was turned off for several days, only ice water was running. But on other days there are problems with the water, it can go hot, and then abruptly go icy. The hair dryer here sucks the most, take your own if you don't want to spoil your hair, it dries only with hot air and dries very weakly. There is a big risk of burning your hair!
The breakfasts are very meager. Pancakes are rubber and not sweet, eggs, bread, sausage, cheese, cereals. Besides, all the food is not signed. It's not even possible to toast. The sausage is Turkish, specific. A better lunch. Fruits (plums, apples, pears) 2 types of side dish, 2 types of meat, vegetables and herbs, deep-fried squid rings. Seafood is not allowed. For dinner, they gave beef, melon, mashed potatoes. You can eat, but you don't feel the delicious feeling. The usual food. A lot of meat is not salty at all, very dietary and bland. In the restaurant with us, the child walked with his feet on the table, the parents did not react in any way, the restaurant staff also passed by and did nothing. Therefore, the hotel is a bit of a mess. It is also common to see women putting their bag right on the table. I can also say that even though you have paid for the food, they will not give you anything to pick up from the restaurant. I wanted to wash the melon with bottled water to avoid infection, but they didn't give it to me. They just followed me (chased me) and shouted like savages.
Bar. There are no syrups in the bar, so they won't make any non-alcoholic cocktails interesting for you. They can only mix one alcohol with another. And they mix very poorly, only someone who often drinks strong can drink this mess. The bar, which does not mix at all at sea, gives only cola, fanta in a cup. For an additional fee, you can buy beer there. There is no food in the sea bar. The snack bar by the pool is not very good. The cookies there are not tasty, they are even bitter.
Room cleaning, everything is fine here, we didn't notice any problems. Bed linen is changed every 3 days according to the rules, but there is also a sign about changing bed linen earlier if necessary. The cleaning in the hotel itself suffers, periodically we noticed glasses that stood for several hours untidy near the rooms.
Sea. The sea is really scary, as we wrote below. There is a high risk of breaking something or dissecting yourself. We entered the water gradually, first there are slabs and you need to walk carefully on them, step on when the water goes back to see the stones. And then there is sand without stones, after it there are already very sharp slabs, it is unrealistic to go on them. I liked the sea, you can go carefully to a shallow depth. Literally go hip-deep, sit down and take a dip like that. But it is not possible to swim fully, because there are also big waves there.

You can buy excursions from them, rent a car and a scooter, and there is also a Russian-speaking woman who can help you, for example, exchange money or withdraw from a card.
The hotel guide. We had Karina. Prices are very high, for comparison, it costs from $ 300 to take a convertible from a guide, while other people have prices from $ 100, and for $ 150 you can take a very beautiful convertible. The guide also took the voucher, it is not clear why, she had to return it after lunch the next day, but we left that day, however, she apparently did not care. The voucher ended up being lost due to the fault of the hotel and the guide.
In the grocery store, if you go towards the pizzeria, you can find 5 liters of water for not expensive, as well as ice cream, chips, bread, chocolates, tanning products, etc.
I will not return here or in general to hotels of this class anymore. It is better to overpay and save more than to go here and to similar places. I'm not a picky person, but the level here is completely different, it feels like we got into a Soviet hotel. Despite the fact that we had everything included, we did not get full, we often remained hungry and had to finish eating in other places. And after the rotovirus, the desire to live and eat there disappeared altogether. It was just scary to leave the room and had to spend money to eat outside the hotel.

This hotel is more of a 3-star, not a 4. The hotel has big household problems that do not have to be in 4*. Bathroom: as soon as we arrived, the sink was initially clogged and clogged with sand. Either they pretend they don't understand, or they just ignore it. The second time we applied, nothing has changed either. So they left, leaving the shower stall and the sink completely clogged, that the water goes through the edges. And yes, if you need to have your towels changed (although initially it says that they are changed every three days), you need to read the small print ad in the bathroom, it says that you need to change towels - throw the old ones on the floor. The lights went out several times in the evening, but they quickly turned it on - these are small things compared to problems with water and plumbing in general.
The food in the hotel is very poor, there is little choice of dishes. But everything tastes delicious. as it is now customary to write in reviews- you will not go hungry. But the eyes will not run away from the choice. There's not even an egg for breakfast every day. There were pancakes only 2 times in 12 days. In general, the chefs cook normally according to taste. But there is not much choice. All-inclusive alcohol is tears. Only wine-beer-vodka-gin. No cocktails at all. The coffee is also tasteless.
The beach is normal, but going into the sea is a disaster. Without special shoes, you can't go in and out there at all. The entrance is made up of huge sharp stones of different heights. Then higher, then lower, the legs slip, fall through. It is very difficult to enter. Such a beach generally spoils the impression of Alanya as a whole. Although it probably isn't the same everywhere as the Pineapple Hotel. We went to Cleoptra beach, of course there are no problems with entering the sea, but there are also a lot of people, because the beach is an ordinary urban one. And all sun beds and umbrellas are paid. And if they are on duty on that part of the beach where the best access to the sea is closer to the mountain, then 2 sun beds and an umbrella - 400 lira per day.
In general, the Pineapple Valley 4* hotel absolutely does not justify.
The only advantage was the view from the window - the sea and the mountain. All.

Of the minuses, even more of the minuses: first, there are no beach towels (this is solvable - take it with you), sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas - there are, three times - a rocky bottom, well, very rocky, but also solvable - rubber aquasocks and everything is normal. Everything else is like in a regular worm, the food is not super, but it is delicious and you will be hungry (every day something from fish, a lot of vegetables, very tasty fruits and a lot of sweets). Good animators, helpful staff, the rooms are clean, there is no Yazak barrier, because the staff speaks Russian well. We are happy with everything, thanks for the rest.

Let me share a review about a vacation at the Ananas Hotel (07/28/24-07/08/24).
It was the most terrible vacation in my life, which was overshadowed by both poisoning of my family members and a generally uncomfortable stay at this hotel, which in fact is a 3*, but not a 4* hotel.
Below are my comments on different areas of the hotel's work:
1. The journey from the airport (including check-in at 3 hotels) took more than 2.5 hours.
2. Very aggressive sales from Anex travel agency (Karina). The introductory meeting took more than 2 hours, most of the time selling excursions.
3. Very close accommodation on the territory of the hotel, especially in terms of the placement of sun beds near the pool with slides.
4. Extremely limited menu. In addition, there are very few food stands, as a result of queues, Brownian motion, especially near devices with drinks (juices, tea, coffee).
5. A limited number of side dishes (rice, pasta).
6. Very limited selection of drinks (beer, vodka, wine). No exotic and colorful cocktails, not to mention children's soft drinks.
7. A meager selection of the snake bar menu (no ice cream, burgers).
8. The hotel's guests are mostly Russian speakers, Turks, etc., there are practically no Europeans.
9. Smoking is not prohibited on the territory, therefore, guests (Asians) smoke by the pool, including children's, on the veranda for eating.
10. The disdainful attitude of some staff towards the guests (they do not pay attention to the request to pour a drink, they will ignore your request point-blank, they will talk to their colleague)

The elevators are terrible , we had no options with a stroller , we had to wait . It's dirty everywhere, in the elevator, in the dining room, dishes, in the room! They do not clean the room in any way !
There are unpleasant girls at the reception, they settled in for only $ 20.although we were with a small child and we were told at the time of purchase that we would be settled quickly. Russian Russian is not understood at all , how can you put non -Russian-speaking staff at the reception when Russians are settling in ? This is completely disrespectful!

They were placed by mistake in a room for the disabled, by the evening they were moved to a room with two separate beds (they were not given a towel for the beach, they had to buy it there. We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. The hotel has a small territory, but everything is nearby, within walking distance. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one of them is 130 cm deep, with 3 small slides, both children and adults rode. The second one is larger (160 cm). The pools are always clean, every day at 18.00 all of them are kicked out and engaged in cleaning the territory. We have not found any rotavirus. After 18.00, you can swim only at the sea. The passage to the sea is convenient and as safe as possible. It's not slippery there, there is a small tunnel under the road - this is a huge plus. Because neighboring hotels had to run across the road, risking their lives, because in Turkey they do not comply with traffic rules and do not allow pedestrians to pass. We lived on the 4th floor with a view of the sea and a little bit of the mountains, without extra charges. There were no gels, shampoos, toothpastes, etc. in the room all the time, only toilet paper was brought. All the equipment was working. They cleaned daily, the linen was changed every 3 days. Hotel towels cannot be taken out of the room, you definitely need to take your own to lie on the beach / by the pool. The internet in the lobby is working, but sooo slow. It is easier to pay for Wi-Fi in the room - you will catch it all over the territory: in the restaurant, in the room, by the pool, on the beach and at high speed. The cost for 5 days is about 500-700 rubles/person. For one day, 200 rubles /person.
There are no complaints about the restaurant. There is enough food in different types. You won't stay hungry. But they did about the same thing, only they changed the visual)) No one has been poisoned.
Alcohol is free, but stupid. The beer seems to be non-alcoholic. To get a little drunk with gin, I think you need to drink a bottle. The wine is not delicious. We regretted that we did not bring our own and did not buy at the duty free.
Every evening at 21.00 there are animation programs near the pool, I won't say that it's just wow, but you can sit and take a look. At about 23.00, there is already silence on the territory, everyone goes to bed, the young people go to hang out at some local club.
Beach. The sea is very warm, but they are almost always worried there. The waves are high enough, children will not swim for sure, adults are wary. We swam only 2 times, we had to go to another beach (Cleopatra, there is sand there, about 30 min. ride on a minibus). The bottom is terrible, even slippers won't help. Rocky and in cobblestones. There are deep cracks between the cobblestones, where a foot can fall, fall over and break something easily. I would only rent 2 stars because of the beach. Sun beds and umbrellas are free and there are a lot of free ones.
Excursions were taken directly at the hotel from the tour operator: 2 pieces. There's something with fish and jeeps + a ship, I really liked it.
In shops / on the market, everywhere, you need to bargain, there is nowhere without it. They accept dollars, euros and lira. Rubles are also taken, but not everywhere. It'll do, but I wouldn't come back here a second time, especially with the kids.
