Terrible PINEAPPLE Hotel! He positions himself as 4 stars, you can't give him more than 3 stars!
We had a rest with friends from 30.09.2021 to 09.10.2021. The audibility in the rooms is such that we woke up when the neighbor was shaving with a typewriter. Our room went out into the city, at 5-45 the Muezzin began to sing and every morning a dog howled in the neighbor's yard with the windows closed. My friends had a room overlooking the sea, after dinner and until late at night the noise of the musical entertainment of the hotel and the noise of the road. Bed linen and towels are not changed, after a complaint at the reception, only bed linen was changed, towels were replaced after another complaint. The water is hot only at lunch, the rest of the time it is warm or cold (Heated only by solar panels on the roof).
Hammam: only the Finnish sauna and the hammam itself are open without steam.(the Turkish steam room and shower are not working).
Food: Queues at the restaurant are like on the subway during rush hour. Of the meat dishes, almost all the time during the calving there were chicken stomachs and rarely stewed meat, two dinners were fish. Because of the pandemic, the Turks impose it, they put it in small portions, when you ask them to report, they are outraged. Cakes are a special theme: The cake was two times all the time, the first one did not get, the cakes also ate, the tray with cakes ended, then they will not take out a new one, the girl on the cakes is inadequate, when you ask for additives throws them into a plate like tortillas! For breakfast, only an omelet and a boiled egg are hot, there are no pancakes, nothing is baked.
The most important thing is THAT THE FOOD IS ALL IMPORTED! The hotel doesn't cook it!
Beach: Dirty (not cleaned), SUN BEDS WITHOUT MATTRESSES, towels need your own. There is no food, tea and beer in the beach bar (a stall for bottling cola, fanta, water and chocolate.
In Lobi beer, gin, vodka, wine.(Whiskey, no rum)
There is almost no Internet in the hotel, I had to turn on roaming for several days.
Those people who write good reviews about the hotel go to this hotel for the 2nd-3rd time and have no way to compare it with anything!!!!

The hotel does not necessarily refine in all respects:
1. There are sun beds on the beach, but without soft mattresses
2. Towels are not provided on the beach, but you can take them from the room - no one checks.
3. Shampoo is given, but I had to buy a shower gel.
4. There is food, but they do not cook scrambled eggs and pancakes in the morning. It even seemed that the food was not cooked at the hotel, but brought from somewhere.
5. There is a beach for the hotel, but the entrance to the water is only stones, I have not been swimming for the last 2 days, I was reluctant to enter the water with such difficulty.
6. There is animation, but it is very weak. I play volleyball and there is one on the beach, as well as only 2 animators. How they will cover everyone.
7. Cleaning 1 time in 7 days, but it's enough for us. Towels were taken on the floor by themselves on a cleaning cart.
8. The restaurant has terrible queues for food at the beginning of lunch, breakfast, dinner, but this is because there are few staff at the distribution, although the attitude is good.
9. There is a bar on the beach, but for some reason tea is not poured.
That is, you can go to the hotel if you don't pay attention to anything. I will not go in any case, because the lack of Internet has simply driven me to white heat. It does not catch anywhere, it is impossible to call, photos are also sent from the fifth time, it is impossible to open any sites, also from the 25th time. All you do for days is restart your phone.

We had a great rest, there were four of us, two families, we are over 50 years old, the room is excellent on the 4th floor with mountain views (one room with two double rooms, two large balconies).
I would especially like to mention the hospitable and courteous staff, All issues are solved simply.

We came to this hotel on a honeymoon. It doesn't matter about the newlyweds. There is no reaction at the reception. There is zero service. No bathrobes, no toothbrushes. And the food is just disgusting. There is very little choice. The salads are the same. There is little meat, only grass and vegetables. Everything is not tasty. Turkish alcohol is not tasty at all. The staff is not pleasant. The attitude is terrible. The approach to the sea is terrible, the waves are very strong. There are no rescuers.

The food is disgusting, poisoned. The beach is dirty, it is impossible to enter the water, numerous foot slits. The only thing is that the massage is good. The doctor is absent. It's not really normal for children to splash at all. Alcohol is very scarce, the staff looks like they are always unhappy. The week before we were in Kemer, the service is much more pleasant. You are afraid to pour juice in coolers into a bottle. The staff snatches it out of their hands. And right at the child. The boy got scared and started crying. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The food is normal, you will not stay hungry.

I was on vacation with my daughter at the end of September. I chose the hotel according to my feelings. I liked the hotel. We lived on the 4th floor on the side of the large pool. Balcony and sea view, very beautiful. If you want silence, ask for a room with a view of the city. The room was cleaned every day, there are no complaints. The bathroom smelled a little like sewage. If you want a variety of food, you will not go to this hotel. But everything was cooked very tasty, special thanks to the chefs. The sea! Take the corals. There were waves while I was getting out, I cut my leg on the rocks. There is no doctor in the hotel!!!! I was treated by a young man whom I saw as an official. I won't even say anything about the hotel guide. Come and see. If you don't bother with all of the above, go to Pineapple.

The hotel pulls for 3 , the rooms and the toilet room are small , the food is monotonous , the pools are small ,the hotel territory is tiny, there are very few sunbeds on the beach , you need to borrow early in the morning ,they do not clean the beach , they do not give towels on the beach , you had to buy at the bazaar,there is no shower gel in the toilet room , only shampoo cotton pads and chopsticks , laundry soap . The fruits were green tangerines and sour even with mold ,wooden apples , there were grapes 3 times in 8 days , the pastries were not tasty, the cakes too , the omelet was disgusting , the pasta was overcooked , the rice was even boring to look at .I do not recommend this hotel.the Internet is completely useless .

The hotel is good) fully justifies its 4 stars. The elevators are dumb to the point of exhaustion, but nothing) you need to wait a little. If you're lucky, you'll get a room just with a stunning view of the sea))in the rooms, the showers are large (you can bang standing lying down and whatever you want haha) you will definitely not stay hungry in this hotel in bulk)cleaning, if not every day, then every other day for sure. I advise you to buy special flip-flops for entering the sea the coast is disgusting, especially if you are not standing well on your feet, you will break your hooves into meat) have a good rest
