Russian Russian food is sooooo much variety of fruit drinks , the dish ends immediately, the cook flies and in a second it is already standing, the staff is such smart guys are very diligent , cheerful , they will always tell you , answer any question , help , everyone knows Russian , English, everyone is very sociable, you get a lot of acquaintances, this is not our aggressive Russian south...a private beach , sun beds with zones, a bar on the beach, a minute to the sea , a view of the mountains and the city , I have never heard of neighbors , the room is large , large beds , there is shampoo gel ( it hangs near the shower), many people just thought that this soap catches the Internet well , and it is not needed there , cleaning every day , 3 towels , everything is just perfect . and the people who write negative reviews are just overeager. You can walk along the embankment with parks to the center you can drive in a straight line, do not get lost, 5 minutes to the Alanium shopping center, money can be changed at every step, there are pharmacies and cafes and shops nearby. Animation in the morning, water aerobics , exercises , in the evening every day there are programs of invited artists and also the sea of everything during the day . it definitely won't be boring. We arrived at the airport at 16.00. We drove for 2 5 hours and arrived in time for dinner. We ate and were settled in a luxurious room 531, which looked directly at the sea and the mountain of Alanya, which shone with all the lights every night! Everything is very tasty and varied in terms of nutrition. Drinks, bars were working. At the hotel and on the beach. I liked the fish.
The territory is beautiful, small and cozy. Two pools. One with Slides. There's a show in the evenings. It was not noisy until 22.00. We went to Cleopatra beach, 49 minutes to go. You can take the bus 1, 101 stops near the hotel. We went on an excursion to the green canyon. We took it from Tyson. There is a tour shop next to the hotel. We saved $30 for two people. Compared to the guide! We bought a local SIM card and the two of us had no problems with the Internet for the whole vacation. 20 dollars. We went to shopping malls. Alanya, metro station, near the hotel. Everything can be bought cheaply. The entrance to the sea is open, but first we bought coral slippers, secondly, you can go a little to the left and there is sand. I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and granddaughter in June 2023. The 4-star hotel does not pull. There are of course advantages, but there are also many disadvantages. Minuses:
- The rooms are not big enough to pass between the beds and the countertop, you need to push everything under it, you'll hit something anyway.
- The toilet stinks of sewage all the time. It is necessary to turn on the shower water for a long time so that the stench goes away a little.
- The shower floor is covered with mold.
- The air conditioner is at 16 degrees, but warm, humid air blows out of it, the air conditioner remote control works every third time
- Room cleaning is nominal. The fact that she was can be seen by the made-up beds, if something fell, it will lie in the same place (for example, pebbles from the sea that fell out of bathing accessories)
- Towels and bed linen should be changed every 3 days, it was different with us. On the third day, the cleaner knocked on the door, my daughter opened it with an invitation to go to the room, the cleaner slammed the door and did not appear again that day. I came on the fourth day, took 3 sets of towels, put only 2 sets and changed the bed linen on only one bed. We have been trying to solve the problem for 2 days
- They asked to give a second blanket (it looks like a bedspread) for a king size bed, it turned out to be a whole problem that was solved all day. We achieved our goal only by nightfall.
- The entry into the sea is disgusting, either slabs, asphalt, or lava, frozen in the form of cushion-shaped bodies after underwater eruptions, while increasing further into the sea in the form of a ladder. There are a lot of people with broken knees. It is better not to go into the sea without special slippers, especially for children. We visited the local beach a couple of times out of 8 days, a very unpleasant place, we had to go away from the hotel or swim in the pool.
- Nutrition is a separate topic. At first glance, there are many dishes, but... from what was not eaten yesterday, a new dish was made today. There is always an omelet or scrambled eggs, some kind of non-edible red sausages. Today they are whole, tomorrow they are cut in other dishes. In general, there is a constant feeling that waste is being given.
- There are rags under the plates on the tables in the dining room. After the next eater, they wipe the table with them, shake them off and put them back in place. They are wet, sticky, dirty. They are not collected for washing in the evening, they have been lying on the tables for probably months.
- There are only two elevators in the hotel, they are also for cleaners. It is impossible to wait for the elevator
- If you have a plane at night, you will not extend the room until the evening, as you do not ask, you will sit in the lobby for half a day. No one cares about small children.
- The hotel says that there is a luggage room, that's a lie. This is their dressing room, where they change clothes, eat, store forgotten things, etc. It's full of shit, unsanitary conditions and anyone can go in there
- The pool is closed at 19:00, everyone is kicked out
- The water park with three slides is open twice a day 10-12 and 14-16
- The magnetic key works very poorly, and at all
- The Internet is paid, free in the lobby, but so weak that you will sit for hours

For each problem, we turned to them first and each time we were sent to the reception to solve problems on our own. We rested at this hotel for the second time, very good location, near the city, all shops, two markets.

The sun beds by the pool are also free, but they are occupied at 7 a.m., there are quite a few of them for the whole hotel, if you do not take them in the morning, then you will not be able to lie down. Beer is poured into glass, in a week it was poured into plastic only once. The staff knows Russian at an acceptable level, but it can be difficult to make out what is being said. The beach bar is for money, beer is bottled only by the pool, at night the bar is also for money. The map shows that there is a road between the hotel and the beach, but there is a convenient underpass, the road does not interfere at all. Inside the hotel there is a minimarket where you can buy everything you need for a beach holiday is not particularly expensive. There is no music on the beach. In the evening every day there is animation (but of the same type), they take you to nightclubs after 23 from the hotel. The food is not bad, the food is decent (but of the same type), they did not go hungry. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The maids clean every day. Of the disadvantages, there is no Internet in the rooms. The lobby is very weak, even social networks are difficult to load.. The daily fee is $2 per phone. Empty dishes were immediately replaced with full ones.
The most important thing is that this hotel has its own beach. This is very cool for an urban 4*. I left the hotel, walked through the underpass and you're on the beach. There were enough sun beds. Yes, there are questions about the cleanliness of the beach. But mostly to vacationers. Smoking and throwing cigarette butts directly into the sand is piggish, and there is no other way to call it. Large debris was removed by the beach attendant throughout the day.

She was poisoned (dirty dishes, bad food), taken to the hospital on insurance for $ 30, confirmed an intestinal infection, pumped, prescribed medications. At the same time, 7 people from friends complained of feeling unwell with the same symptoms (diarrhea, vomiting, chills, fever) and stayed in rooms instead of resting.
Briefly.
Pros: excellent animators and animation, there is a SPA on the territory of the hotel, friendly staff, discounts and high-quality massage. The hotel is located close to the city center, easily accessible on foot or by bus.
Cons: poor food, paid rooms, poor attitude of the hotel staff to tourists, dirty beach, rocky entrance to the sea, problems with water in the rooms, slow elevators, poor room cleaning.
In more detail.
Food.
If there is enough food for breakfast, then at lunch and dinner, they did not always report. The food is rotten, for example, broccoli, sausages or, for example, eggs are not washed before cooking, etc. It is not surprising that there is an infection… The food is cleaned 15 minutes before the restaurant closes. The food was mostly monotonous, sometimes there were different types of meat and fish. Chicken and turkey are impossible to chew. Only once in 9 days there was delicious meat for lunch, apparently in honor of the local Victory Day holiday.
Restaurant.
The hotel was fully loaded and there were not enough seats at the tables in the restaurant. The waiters did well, they tried and cleaned quickly, but disinfection of the table consists in removing the dishes, shaking off the tablecloth, wiping with a dirty rag and putting a fork and knife (I rested in other fours, the cutlery was in paper envelopes).
Rooms.
They do not match the photos of the hotel (there are shabby steps, broken shelves in cabinets and broken tiles in the bathroom, rust). 80% with separate beds, even couples are given rooms with separate beds, some said they managed to remove the bedside table and move the beds.
At night check-in, they give you a bad room on purpose.
Good rooms sell for $30.
Bed linen, towels with stains, holes. A sagging mattress.
There was a broken toilet in the paid room, they came to fix it.
There was no hot water several times in the evenings. In general, the tap water is either cool or boiling water, the water was turned off 2 times, one of them for half a day, they said there was an accident in the area, but it turned out that the pipes were tried on the 2nd floor.
Poor room cleaning. The cleaning consisted of removing the garbage and bringing toilet paper. In 9 days, they changed towels and bed linen 1 time, although they should have been a day later, according to the hotel guide, but they said they had problems in the laundry. The carpet and tiles on the floor are either vacuumed or the floor is wiped, 2 times they were done only after they were told about it.
Reception.
Only one young man speaks Russian normally and tries to help, the rest don't give a damn about you and your questions, including the director, who didn't even come out to talk. The girl doesn't even bother to speak any languages except Turkish. Employee Ahmed immediately starts swearing, without delving into the essence of the issue.
Beach.
The beach is dirty, it is not cleaned, although the hotel grounds are cleaned and there is even a gardener.
Rocky entrance. The nearby hotel has a pier, you can use it. On the left, 500-700 meters after all the deck chairs run out, the entrance to the sea is better, there are fewer stones, but you will get tired of walking in the heat, just like to the pier + still burn.
There are free sun beds, umbrellas, mattresses. You need to take your own towels, you can buy them directly at the hotel in the market, the prices are quite reasonable.
The rules state that you cannot take towels from the room, and a dirty towel is a fine. By the way, there is also a fine of $ 10 for the loss of the room key.
Among the vacationers, 90% are Turks, who, as it turns out, are not always clean in public places and do not behave correctly, they do not know what a queue is, in principle, neither in the dining room nor in the restroom. Of course, not everyone is like that, there were many families with children.
If you have a night arrival at the hotel, take food with you or buy it on the way, there is no night dinner. SHAME on the hotel, they give a crumpled sandwich and a little juice, it's impossible to eat and drink. I was shocked by this, in normal hotels they collect lunch boxes with minimal food, but edible.
Among the advantages there is an animation program during the day (darts, aqua aerobics, etc.) and in the evenings (except Sundays) Caucasian, African dances, etc. If people gather, they take them to the club. The guys are friendly, they try, they help, well done!
I really liked the SPA, I did a massage at Aika's, magic hands! Administrators Svetlana or Julia are working, they are ready to help in everything.
You can exchange money at the SPA or at the Market at the normal rate.
If you spend money in local shops, on the bus, it is better in lira, and if you go on excursions, it is better to take a dollar or euro with you, since the normal exchange rate is 1 dollar = 26 lira, but on excursions, for example, they will sell you water for 1 dollar, and in lira they will say specifically more than 30 lira.
I do not recommend taking excursions from Anex tour, the hotel guide Yusuf brazenly deceives about the content of the excursions, just to make money on sales. And they are 2 times more expensive than in other companies.

We were in September 2023 . The hotel room was not given the one that was booked . They wanted money for a good room .The room was not cleaned at all .I didn 't like the dining room . For another room with a sea view, the man asked for $ 45, which we refused, as a result, they asked for a free room for 30 minutes, and he bargained with us, although it was already late and we were with the child and off the road. Immediately, the whole mood was ruined. The food is disgusting, don't believe the good reviews.The bar staff are also not very friendly, it feels like I owe them money for pouring drinks for me, I saw several times that one waiter was shouting that he was tired and he was tired of everything. There is no cleaning in the rooms, only the replacement of towels and sometimes the floor was wiped, for 9 days no one even vacuumed the room (You can't wait for the elevator. Children's animation, the same thing every day, adult animation seems to be fine. Entering the sea is just tin, all the plates of the legs can be cut. Three-minus service, the staff is looking for any opportunity to make money. The room is clean, there is air conditioning, a paid safe, paper and liquid soap from toiletries. Also, the phone in the bedside table (just torn off, zero emotions for a complaint at the reception) the hotel has 7 floors and 300 rooms, 2 elevators!!! There is not a single water cooler in the hotel building, provided that you CANNOT drink tap water. Also, there are no air conditioners in the halls of the hotel. It is impossible to breathe stuffy and stuffy (air conditioning is only on the 0 floor at the reception) The hotel is clean as well as the surrounding area. The location is convenient. The beach is sand, it is impossible to enter the sea, there is a ledge of half a meter, large pebbles, then large stones of half a meter and more, you can break your legs during a wave. The water is clean, swimming 50 meters from the shore is comfortable but deep. Beach bar only powdered drinks (rare stuff) Boleyn's bar has gin, vodka with tonic and Cola plus drinks. We arrived at 6.00 in the morning, checked in at 11.00 (thanks to the guide, when they came up, the answer was one "no rooms") the room was given, of course, with 2 beds to change from one large surcharge of $ 60 the view is not on the sea, but it's for the best in the evening it's quiet.
As for the kitchen, you can't say that it's bad, but you can't say that it's good either.. it seems to have everything, but monotony every day. A very small selection of fruits (apple, pear, orange, watermelon, melon) would certainly like a variety.
The room is cleaned every day, but towels were not changed every day.
