A family-run hotel, suitable for a comfortable stay. The beach is nearby, first pebbles in the sea, then stones. It is better to buy bathing shoes right away. The water is clear.
Scuba diving in the hotel pool is a big plus. After breakfast, it is convenient for children to splash, roll.
I recommend rooms with windows facing the sea. Moreover, along the front, because in the protruding case the numbers are herringbone. And if the neighbors have an air conditioner running at night, then the external unit turns out to be behind the wall of the room. Guests from the mountains said that they could hear the city in the morning. Only the road can be heard from the sea.
Plus a small distance from boutiques, shops and tour counters. You can walk around in peace.
The animation is different, there is a mini-disco for children, showograms of invited artists.

The hotel does not have four stars. Monotonous food, delicious food only on Fridays. The cleaning is good only if you leave a tip. Internet is only free in the lobby, and for only two dollars a day you can get internet in your room. The hotel positions itself as a youth hotel, in fact, there are three times fewer young people than pensioners, despite the fact that I was there during the season.

It is better to clarify these points when ordering a tour. It is not far to the sea, there is an underground passage, but entering the sea is difficult, without shoes it is not very comfortable. We stayed at this hotel from May 15 to May 27, 2022. I liked the hotel, clean, cozy, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the mountains. The room is standard, TV (3 Russian channels), refrigerator, air conditioning (although we used it only once before leaving, when the heat and stuffiness began) shower, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower caps (there were no toothbrushes and paste, we brought with us). The bed linen was changed, as stated, once every three days, but the towels, on the fourth day we asked to change them ourselves and then they immediately changed us. The safe is paid, we did without it. There is a separate story about Wi-Fi: the first week (and we arrived for 12 days from Vladivostok) it worked well both in the room and in the lobby, but then they had some kind of accident and we were out of touch for almost 2 days, then the Internet was restored, but it was already working intermittently, then it catches in in the room, then only in the lobby, so many vacationers bought SIM cards (to always be in touch with home). The territory of the hotel is small but cozy, 2 swimming pools, one of them with slides. There is a bar on site and on the beach. The beach is a two-minute walk from the hotel, you only have to go through the underpass (it is very convenient). On the beach, the hotel has its own sun loungers with mattresses, umbrellas, the bar is open from 10 to 18, (any soft drinks in the assortment). The beach is sandy, there are stones in the sea, but if you walk to the left along the beach, then there is a sandy entrance to the sea. We swam in the coral. When the sea was stormy, we swam in pools. The food is 4 meals a day, the cuisine is varied, meat, fish, salads, vegetables, herbs, watermelons, melons, oranges, apples were made from fruits. For dessert, a variety of cakes, for every taste. Alcoholic drinks (wine, beer, etc.) can be ordered at the bar, if you are too lazy to walk yourself, you can ask the waiter to bring it. The restaurant staff is male, always friendly. Anex's office is located on the ground floor of the hotel, we contacted them with any questions (these are Vitalina and Emrah), they will always help, tell you how and by what to get where you need. We took two excursions from them: sightseeing tour of Alanya (from 8 to 18 hours) and the Green Canyon (also for the whole day) I really liked it, I recommend it. There is also a hammam on the ground floor, it is better to visit it in the first days before you get tanned.I would like to mention Gulya, an employee (manager) of a massage salon and a hammam, a very friendly and sociable girl (she will persuade anyone). There was no daytime animation (although aqua aerobics was announced). Evening programs were held regularly, although we did not attend them (because of the time difference, we went to bed early at 22-00), but even we could hear the music and the cheerful cries of tipsy girls, although our windows overlooked the mountains, not the pool (which we were very happy about at that moment). In the evenings, after dinner, we went for a walk along the embankment (a long stretch, you can walk to the center, we checked to the red tower 50 minutes on foot), many fountains, benches. We liked everything and had a good rest. I recommend the hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of September. We were satisfied with the rest. The rooms are clean, with good furniture, everything works, mattresses are not pressed down. They cleaned it every day. Towels were changed at the first request. The food in the dining room is delicious, of course there is not much variety, but we must not forget that this is a four. The staff is responsive, they responded to any of our requests immediately. A big plus is the constant presence of the hotel guide on the ground floor. Of course, the beach is dirty, the sun beds and umbrellas are old, the stones go into the sea, but we came with corrals and swam calmly. You can go to the beach of the neighboring hotel, where the entrance to the sea is sand. Wi-Fi worked well only in the dining room and sometimes in the rooms. Beach towels are not provided. The city center is 2 km from the hotel, you can walk or take a city bus, the bus stop is nearby. We saw all the sights of Alanya. If you want to relax on a budget, then go to Pineapple! We plan to return here next year.

As a result, after payment on the day of arrival, they were notified that there was no hot water in the hotel. There are boilers that can't cope. The tap water runs in a thin trickle and is icy. I checked with the hotel residents, the situation has been like this for several days. That is, they could have warned you in advance. I moved out within an hour, the money was refunded in full. But I had to urgently look for another hotel, go, spend time and money.

Good health and good rest to all. I want to write a few words about the "chic" Pineapple hotel. I rested from 07/29/2022 to 07/23/2022. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Although there are positive aspects. The positive ones include the location in the center and excellent access to the beach through an underground passage. That's where the positive ends. Negative. I always book a standard room. Instead, I was given room 232, which looked more like a prison cell. Single. It is very small with a window blocked by fire exit grilles. The request to move to the room for which I paid was refused, referring to full occupancy. The refrigerator, air conditioning and TV controls were not working in the room. I addressed this problem both to the manager and to the representative of the anexture. They promised to fix it three times, but they didn't do anything. I went to change the consoles myself two times. The second time, the workers were given out. Of particular note is the dining room. The food is disgusting. The products are the cheapest and there is no variety. Several types of soy sausage. Palm oil cheeses, etc. The beach is dirty. But that's not the most important thing. The worst thing is going into the sea. Sharp rocks and a concrete slab! All the vacationers went swimming on the beach of the neighboring hotel. The staff is different, there are very good people, and there are outright boors. They deigned to give me a towel three days later, when I had already bought my own. From the declared animation for children, there were dances to the same songs every evening. I do not recommend the hotel. In my opinion, this is not four stars, but a minus one. From a very positive, but not related to the hotel, this is the tour sales office located across the street from Tyson's. The owner is a great guy, speaks both English and Russian well. The excursions bought from him were excellent. Not a single glitch. Everything is clear, polite and cultured. I highly recommend it.

We rested in Pineapple from May 16 to May 26, 2022. Our number is 415. The Anex operator. We stopped at the hotel 4 hours after landing. Despite the late hour, we were immediately invited to a restaurant, fed, and given tea. We asked for advice on a good room. We were recommended with a sea view (explanation: "you can see the mountains in Russia"). The hotel and the room are clean. Cleaning is daily. The food is quite varied and very tasty. You can write poetry about desserts. The drinks are of high quality. I really liked the rose wine (it also happens at the pool bar, but there is not much of it). The hotel staff is helpful. Contact, but not intrusive. The tour guide from the travel agency and the administrator of the hotel SPA periodically reminded about themselves and the services offered. There were discos and programs every evening. The beach from the hotel is good. There is also a non-alcoholic bar there.
Overall, the location is very convenient. Everything is nearby, but not too noisy. Without much fuss.
There were problems with wifi. We were without Internet for several days. The underground passage "hotel-beach" is always slippery (some kind of pipe leaks).
Despite this, I definitely recommend the hotel!

We left on July 25, the train at 23:35, we wanted to extend our stay at the hotel to 22 hours for an additional fee. The girl at the reception said that it was possible for 2,150 rubles, but after payment she informed us that we had to leave at 20:00. On the day of departure, they said they had found it, and the money was returned without any problems. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was changed every 3 days, towels were less willing, I had to ask. As for nutrition: lunches and dinners are good, varied, but breakfasts leave much to be desired, no porridge, no pancakes, no warm milk, only boiled eggs. From 16.00 you can have more fries, nuggets and spaghetti. Drinks at the on-site bar, only refreshing ones on the beach. There are not many sun beds by the pool and tables in the bar, they need to be occupied in advance. As for the beach: I was very surprised that there is no toilet on the beach, if necessary, you need to return to the pool at the hotel. The entrance to the sea is terrible, the rocks. Even in sneakers with waves, you can beat all your legs. We went to the right, there is a good sandy entrance to the sea behind the second pier, 2 min.walking. There is no animation during the day at all, neither for children nor for adults. In the evening, 15 minutes of dancing for children and adults, a performance by a band or a belly dance. But you can go outside the territory and walk along the embankment, where there are beautiful fountains and playgrounds. There is a bus stop nearby. The center of Alanya is a 15-minute bus ride (number 1), the cost is 11.5L. Taxis are expensive. The hotel, as we understand it, is half municipal, so there are a lot of local Turks resting. And yet, here you are cut off from civilization))) there is practically no connection in the rooms, that's for sure, at the reception only early in the morning and late in the evening. We were at the hotel from 07/06/2022 - 07/18/2022. I didn't like the hotel as a whole. It just doesn't pull at 4 stars in any way. The first impression was spoiled immediately. We arrived at the hotel around ten o'clock in the evening and an eight-year-old child and I were offered dinner in the form of cold slop. It would be better if they didn't offer anything. As a result, we left our things and ate at a cafe on the nearest street.
Room: nice, clean and with mountain view. I was happy because I couldn't hear the music and the street was very quiet. Everything worked in the room. They cleaned normally. Linen and towels were changed on demand.
Restaurant and food: it was difficult with the child. The breakfast is just disgusting. There was nothing for the two of us to eat. We were offered an omelet inedible and cold. And then: their sausages, cheeses, eggs and vegetables. There were no pancakes, pancakes, porridges for children!!!!! And a family-type hotel! Lunch and dinner were better, but very modest!!! Of course, only poultry and sometimes inexpensive fish are made from meat. The restaurant had already stopped being clean at a big check-in and we sometimes waited for the end of dinner to find a place. And then they searched for forks and knives themselves.
The beach: disgusting! Dirty: cigarette butts and urns with cups are everywhere. The staff at archi beach is lazy. Nothing was cleaned!!!! The entrance to the sea is problematic! There are a lot of stones!!!!! I do not recommend it with children!
Location: 2.5 kilometers from the center of Alanya. You can take the 101 bus for 11 liras per person. A taxi costs 50 liras, unless you are being deceived. 500 meters deep is the Alanium (a small shopping center). Since I like to relax more in the very center of Alanya, it was inconvenient for me!
The staff is different! There were also outright boors. By the way, these boors are not afraid of the leadership. Sooooo weak hotel manager!!!! It's not good for them.
I do not recommend this hotel for a family holiday. I will never return to it myself, although I often rest in Alanya.
To be honest, many 3 stars in the center are much better than this hotel.

Check into a more or less normal room, prepare 50 euros, this is the official tariff, a normal room is the upper floor, a conder working every other time, a refrigerator that does not rattle at night and a tade. The dining room (restaurant) is just an indescribable horror! Everything is dirty, you have to choose plates to find clean ones, the food is breakfast: boiled eggs and something like an omelet mixed and all this is icy, it's hot!!!! The rest is all cold snacks, soy sausage of 2-3 types, incomprehensible cheese, rolls / bread of a couple of types, greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, some jams and cereals with milk (the cheapest ones, apparently) milk is poured into a shabby plastic carafe, people buy milk in bags and cereals for children and come with their own!!! And it's every day! Lunch and dinner are different from breakfast, a little more spoiled cheap food! As for alcohol))) beer, white and red wine (it sucks completely), there is also a gin and tonic! If you want to drink and wash down all the canteen's "goodies" with this swill, then they won't pour it for you for the third time!!! Vacationers swear, especially men, but it's useless!! The sun beds by the pool and at sea are so dirty that people, including us, buy giant beach mats for 6 euros and completely wrap the mattresses on the sun beds, it is somehow necessary to sunbathe. The sea! The beach! The entrance to the sea is a natural slab, a terrible entrance, it is unrealistic for children to splash around, they bought coral slippers, many cases of leg cuts are not included in the insurance! Be careful! The beach itself is a big dump, steers, cans, bottles! This is a public beach! Where the hotel's sun beds are located, this is also a public area! The hotel guide Yusuf, the representative of AnexTour, Or as he calls himself at the meeting Yusufchik! People! If you don't take any excursions from him, he won't even greet you! Ham! The entrance to the sea is with huge sharp cobblestones, so upon arrival you can immediately buy corals (slippers), they are inexpensive, about 400-600 rubles in rubles. The staff is courteous and try to help. With the Internet, it's just tin, there is only at the reception and it barely breathes and constantly crashes. Next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall Alanya, where you can buy everything at normal prices, but everyone goes to the center, the bus goes there 1 and 101, costs 11 rubles, there are many cafes and shops in the center. a large bazaar where you can buy everything cheap if you have the skill to trade).And an important point is that I do not advise psychologically unstable citizens to go to certain fur centers - they will spread and you will not have time to blink, aggressive marketing, such as gypsies, is used.

Advantages of the hotel:

Minuses:
1. A very dirty hotel. Very dirty plates in the restaurant, dirty room (we received a full set of towels after tipping, the floor, mirrors are not washed at all), dirty beach (a lot of cigarette butts, sunflower husks), pools with muddy water, pools are not cleaned or chlorinated.
2. Not tasty, monotonous food.
3. There are no cocktails in the bar. Disgusting wine.
4. Near the pools and at the sea, all the sun beds are constantly occupied.
5. There is often no hot water.
6. Free Wi-Fi is not working. There is no paid Wi-Fi.
I do not recommend the hotel. Don't go there, you won't like it.

I just arrived from this hotel. I'll try to be objective, although it's difficult. It was hell, not rest. It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. I'll start with the room- I'll provide a photo because it's difficult to describe in words what kind of dirt it is (it's just scary to touch the curtains, the windows don't wash either) Towels and bed linen were changed 1 time and only after I went to complain on the 5th day. I didn't go any more and didn't change anything. Restaurant- dishes are often dirty. There's just nothing to eat for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are still tolerable. It was the 4th time in Turkey, but it was the first time she was poisoned. On the last day, I just didn't leave the room, it was very bad. And I wasn't the only one who got poisoned there. A lot of Turks are resting and they can do anything, unlike Russians. They take out food on a huge scale and then leave all the leftovers in the corridors, and dirty dishes are there. They don't clean there often, so everything goes out in the heat. Turks are also served in bars out of turn. Discrimination is felt and it is unpleasant. Beach. It's urban, so no one just cleans there. Everything is littered with cigarette butts, plastic, etc. and of course it's all rushing into the sea. In order to swim normally in clean water, you need to swim very far away. Kids bathe in mud naturally. Entering the sea is something. The coast is rocky. There are a lot of sharp stones. Also, the legs constantly slip between them and injuries are ensured. For the first time ever, we bought corals. But this only protects against cuts. Not from hitting the rocks.
I really regretted that I "bought into" the good reviews and came here. It was the worst vacation of my entire life. And if my review makes someone think carefully before paying their money for it, then I wrote it for a reason. It was still good. These are people. Julia, the seller of the hotel market. A very responsive person. She supplied medicines to those who were poisoned or ill. I am always ready to help with any issue, and just have a sincere conversation. Svetlana, she works in a hammam. A very polite and pleasant girl. And of course Babash) the manager of the ponto store. He compliments all the ladies and cheers them up.
Whether you go to this hotel or not is up to you. Just think about it. There are decent hotels in Turkey where you can relax with pleasure and not regret the money and time spent.

my husband and I go to different places every year, we always love something new. This time, let's go to this Pineapple and what. We were greeted at the reception, as we arrived in the evening, we were quickly accommodated. Our room was 247, this is the second floor and the view from the window to the mountains. Probably the view from the window is the only plus in this hotel. Every day a dog starts singing a prayer in the morning and howling with him, the audibility is very strong, I don't know why we first encountered this, but there are stairs near our door and there is someone walking all the time and you know, yelling, laughing, singing and so on.The room is small, but this is normal for us. The balcony is large, but there are two chairs and a table on it and that's it. let's go on, the toilet (the toilet is normal, but the shower is something) Water is constantly flowing and prevents sleep, as I understood it for everyone, since every day someone came to the reception and complained about the same problem. WATER!!!! There is no hot water, except at about 16.00, the rest of the time it is cold. The heating they have is solar tanks on the roof. It says that linen and towels are changed every three days. Alas, we had to ask them to change them twice, after which hallelujah, they still replaced them at the end of our stay. Cleaning for them is changing the trash bag and replacing toilet paper and that's it.

There are no towels on the beach, so take your own. There is a bar on the beach, but in it you can only take: water, sprite, cola, and chocolate coffee. If someone likes beer, then you need to go to the hotel. Next, the bar on the territory of the hotel is also very sad, only wine and beer from alcohol (one plus cola and sprite from natural bottles), then the animators two people there just relax for themselves, so you should not hope for animation. In the evening, a pool show that starts before 21.00 and usually goes for 15 minutes and then songs for children and sleep or offer a disco, but I can also upset here, the same animator, he is also a DJ, plays the same song all evening, he turns it on and leaves. There is a constant draft in the lobby, and white chairs. who are in such a state that it is disgusting to sit, the same thing in a restaurant, it is better not to look at the chairs. food!!!! The food is so-so one navel and soy meat and sometimes dry fish, the Turks themselves impose the truth and once again it's scary to ask for more, eternal indignation, It seems that you are eating his personal food.

There is absolutely NO Internet from the word in the lobby bar!!!! At the reception, everyone seems to be smiling, but exactly until the time when you come and you will be outraged at anything. The guide from Anex tour is a ham and they are there at all, as soon as you say that you will not buy excursions from him, he immediately turns into cattle and stops noticing you. I can tell you for sure that for this money you can find a much nicer and better hotel. We arrived impressed by what we saw.
