Last year we went to Dagestan with Anita. I liked everything very much, the organization and attitude and the excursions themselves. There are a lot of positive impressions left. Therefore, this year Anita and I decided to go on a tour of Adygea with a vacation at the sea. It was harder to go, I think, because the accompanying Arina did not tell us anything, unlike Elena, who told a lot of interesting things about Dagestan. Here they just turned on the series and that's it. The head was square. Transit hotels were tolerable, well, since for one night, everything is fine, I am not a picky person. The tours themselves were divided into expectation and reality. I really liked the trail to the waterfalls, it's beautiful and a bit extreme, rafting also turned out to be cool, but I personally did not have enough drive, everything is sluggish, a couple of thresholds are small, for the first time the norms. Thermal springs are generally a parody of Turkey, I thought it would be more natural. And so we reached the long-awaited sea! There was a choice of where to settle the Almaz guest house and the Marseille Hotel. We asked the operator what the difference was. We were told nothing in principle, only the rooms are not cleaned and the bed is not changed. The difference is $50 per person and we decided that we don't need it. We checked into the Almaz guest house. And the rest turned out to be a nightmare. The room is covered in mold, the walls are black, the view from the window is into a concrete wall with garbage. It is impossible to breathe in the room simply. I asked Arina if it was possible to move to another room or to the Marseille hotel and received an answer:"Of course not!" I am an asmatic person and living in such a room for me is equivalent to strangling myself intentionally. Therefore, I approached Svetlana, the owner of this house, and asked her to move us. She went to the meeting, and I thank her very much for that. We were offered one free room. He turned out to be a little better than that one. She went out into the courtyard and everyone who wanted to smoke went out there and all the smoke in the room. Someone will say so go to the sea, why sit in the room. But even here, rest is not rest. The beach is full of people and screaming children. Noise, noise, music and a sea of negative people who are from the category of we came to relax and do what we want. There is nowhere to go to Lermontovo. All excursions are fiction, expectation and reality do not coincide. Everyone tries to cheat, there is just a lot of money and that's it. Today is the last day, I can't wait to leave here. There are no impressions, if not for the "rest" at sea, then Adygea is beautiful, of course, but Lermontovo ruined everything. Of the advantages, the sea is clear, but only before lunch. After lunch, you can see everything from saliva to gaskets in the sea. I recommend the tour operator not to mislead people about accommodation, but to say that this is a lottery. If you are lucky with a good room, then you will rest, if not, then you will be provided with torment. Disappointments in this tour operator!!!!

We went on a tour of Georgia organized by Anitav and I would like to say a big thank you to the accompanying Alexandra, the drivers Oleg and Roman for their professionalism and pleasant company) During the trip, all sanitary stops were observed, due to which such a long journey was much easier. There was always an opportunity to have a quiet meal, take a break and stretch.
As for the tour itself, it left an incredible impression. The only thing I would like to change in this tour is:
- remove one day in Tbilisi, and instead add another day in Batumi, morechka was a little short), you can also safely exclude Borjomi, there is only three hours of time and there is nothing much to do there, especially since this location selects a total of 6 hours with the road that could be spent in Batumi:)))
Special thanks for Svaneti, not all travel agencies take people there, and this is the most beautiful part of Georgia (as the Georgians themselves say, if you have not been to Svaneti, then you have not seen Georgia).
As for accommodation, the hotels for this price were acceptable, there were minor nuances, but everything was tolerable, we ourselves understood: "what kind of money, such slippers")
In general: the atmosphere was friendly, the rest was spent with incredible buzz, positive, the group became friends, managed to visit everywhere, cool Georgian feasts and I would also like to mention the city guides: Natia (Tblisi/Sighnaghi/Mtskheta), Tamara (Kutaisi), Irakli (Batumi) for interesting excursions, answers to our complex and numerous questions on various topics, and of course Bacho (Mestia), my heart remained on the Chaaladi glacier))

I went with Anita to Georgia on 12.09-27.09. The tour is very interesting, the accompanying Alexander is just a darling, all information from him was brought in full, timely, with additions. tips and hints (which will complement. you can see where it is cheaper and better to buy), so that our entire planned program was rich and timely, everyone had time to see and visit interesting places. The drivers were also attentive and patient. The transit hotels were impressive. The food at the hotel in Kobuletti was varied and delicious. Review of the tour to Georgia by bus, 09/25/2023. This was the last tour in 2023. We were accompanied by a wonderful guide Alina, the Kobuletti Inn hotel on Agmashenebeli, 326. The tour program was thought out so that the very long trip, which was supposed to be tedious, became a fun adventure for us. In Voronezh, where we stayed overnight for the second night, we walked along the old streets of the provincial center. The border crossing was at night, which means it was quite fast. We arrived in Tbilisi at about two o'clock in the afternoon. The museums are open there until 20 00. The center is quite compact, so if you wish, you can go to museums, to the shopping center. Or just take a walk around the city on your own or go on an excursion, which is included in the price of the tour. In the morning, departure from Tbilisi to Kobuleti with a stop in Borjomi. What to see in Borjomi? There are two options: the first is to go on an excursion offered by a travel agency. The second option is to go to the historical park and walk there on your own. We chose the second option. And the walk was healing for health and a delight for the eyes, as the place is very beautiful and fresh. On the way you can admire the waterfall. Then we checked into the Kobuleti Inn hotel on Agmashenebeli, 326. We really liked this place, the hotel is very fashionable, even slightly confused that for such small money quite spacious rooms with fresh renovation. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea. We also booked several excursions on the way. Most of all, we enjoyed trips to the waterfalls and the Martville Canyon. In general, the trip was a success. We liked it so much that we decided to repeat it in 2024, it was also super. However, I am writing this review precisely to praise and express my gratitude to our guide Alina, with whom we saw Georgia for the first time.

I recently returned from sunny Georgia. I was lucky, I was part of the tour group of the Anitabay company. I think the unforgettable impressions of my trips will stay with me for a long time. I remember a wonderful excursion to mountainous Adjara. We had a wonderful guide Naira with us, who told us about her native land with love, and somewhere with humor. Magnificent mountains, a beautiful view of the place where two rivers Adjaristskali and Chorokhi merge, waterfalls, tasting Georgian wine cause a lot of positive emotions. Naira also led an evening tour of Batumi. We stopped at the most important sights of the city and, like the cherry on the cake, for us an evening boat trip, from where with a glass of wine you could observe the colors of the high–rise buildings of the evening city, which were reflected in the black sea.
I would especially like to say about one more excursion - to the Prometheus cave and the city of Tskaltubo. The tour was conducted and organized by a wonderful, wonderful professional guide Maria. We not only listened to the story about the sights, but also had a friendly, fun and interesting conversation with the guide.
The tour starts at Prometheus Cave. In the huge halls of the cave, natural formations of stalactites and stalagmites are highlighted and there is a feeling that you are entering an amazing fairy-tale world.
Next, the city of Tskaltubo was waiting for us. There are many abandoned sanatoriums here and they once functioned before the collapse of the USSR. The tour began with the abandoned sanatorium "Tbilisi". A gorgeous palace with very interesting sculptures of griffins at the entrance is guarded by a small but rather strict dog. Maria said that the sculptures of griffins were created by the famous sculptor Ivan Semenovich Efimov.
In the abandoned Metallurg sanatorium, there was a feeling that the past meets the present here, the large halls in which life once boiled are impressive. And it is not surprising that wedding photo shoots take place here, and by the way, we managed to see one of them. We visited several more sanatoriums, including the Medea sanatorium. The amazing beauty of the facade, columns, curved arches will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.
Our acquaintance with the city of Tskaltubo continued in the Museum of local lore. Here, the guide Nina Mikhailovna introduced us in great detail, with love for her hometown, to the history of her region, of course, with some regret that this city was once called paradise.
Tired, but satisfied with the tour, we went to Kobuleti.

In the hotel, moving between floors is only possible by elevator, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I was in Moscow with AnitaVu travel agency on 08/02/2024-08/04/2024. Even if it was only 2 days, but I really liked it! Of the disadvantages, the Internet was not working well in my hotel room. They tried to help me, but okay. I took a break from social media. You can say this is a plus. I really liked it at VDNKH. I visited 2 paid museums: Cosmonautics and Aviation (ticket 500 rubles), the Cinema Museum (ticket 400 rubles). I recommend it!! I also liked Patriot Park. The museum about the war is amazing, where I found information about my grandfather (admission is free). A beautiful temple. I recommend it!! Well, special thanks to our guide Valery for clarity, organization and help, if necessary! The person is in his place. I would love to go with him to Cornelia next time, where there are tours too. We have been on the Adygea + SPA tour since 03.11.2023. Everything was gorgeous: a route thought out to the smallest detail (when after excursions there is time in the evening to relax and walk to the center of Maykop), and the gorgeous nature of Adygea (mountains are love forever), there was always enough time everywhere, and great weather (literally one day there was rain, which did not affect our mood in any way), a new bus, cool drivers (separate greetings to Roman and Abas), a very professional and megatherpent accompanying Elena (my personal thanks), and a local guide Irina is generally a storehouse of information, facts, myths and legends!
Of course, there were "interesting" tourists in the group, for whom everything is wrong and everything is wrong))), even the wardrobe in the room was broken)) apparently autumn has such an effect.

Tour to Adygea with a vacation at sea 09.07.2022-07/22/2022.
Regarding the sightseeing part and accommodation on the coast, there are no questions - everything is fine. The guide is wonderful, Adygea is amazing and beautiful, the hostess of the guest house in Lermontovo (64 Lenin Street) is a wonderful person.
But regarding the organizational part and the work of "Anita" itself, there are questions.
- On the day before departure, I wanted to sleep longer, because there was a night bus ride ahead. At 8 a.m., my phone started alarmingly signaling new messages in Viber. It turned out that Ruslan, the escort, added all the tourists to a new group, and began to drop information about the trip. It's about time, Saturday, 8 a.m.
- The bus. Chinese, almost new (4 years old, according to the driver). The chairs, as it turned out, are not very comfortable. This is an anatomical and rather subjective question, but other passengers expressed a similar opinion. USB charging on some rows is completely disabled (for example, places 17, 18). There was a little draught from the window area, the back rows said that sometimes something drips.
- on the way back, check-in at the Rostov hotel took place at the second hour of the night. It was more logical to make an overnight stay in Krasnodar and not tire tourists with overnight check-in. At the same time, some adults managed to be placed on the additional.a place on a cot(!). At the same time, without warning.
- When checking in at the Moykop hotel, passports were seized for half a day!. This is an unprecedented stupidity. A tourist, for a moment, a citizen of another state wants to walk around the night city, and what will he say to the police when asked to show documents? At the same time, we have not been given consent to the processing of personal data. I have never seen such stupidity anywhere. Closer to night, I went to the employees of the hotel to pick up my passports first, the employee at the reception took out the passports of the entire bus without a second thought and said - take them, which are yours here.
- The attendant always sent the row that sits behind the driver for breakfast half an hour earlier. Is it fair when one half of the bus always has to wake up earlier? Wasn't it logical to alternate, to have breakfast in turn?
In general, the tour operator still has a lot to work on. I give a rating of 3 points (not bad).

Anita bai - air tour to Georgia: Tbilisi - Batumi. I flew with Anita at the end of July 2024. In general, I am very pleased that I used the services of this travel agency.
There are no questions for the Georgian side. Everything is organized well. I liked the hotels in both cities, and the excursions too. Georgia is beautiful in itself.
In principle, I have no questions for the Belarusian side either. But the guys from our group did. In Batumi, some of us were settled in the wrong rooms, which were prescribed in the contract. The standard rooms were specified in the contract, and they were settled in economy. So be vigilant!
After returning home, I got a little bored with the flavor of this country.
Anita Bai has a request -a suggestion. There were 16 tourists in our group. There was no common group in Viber or Telegram. In my opinion, this is a disadvantage. We had some organizational issues. It would be logical to ask them in a general chat.

This is not the first time we have traveled with the AnitaBY travel agency (I'm sure it won't be the last!).
It all started with the fact that for a long time we chose a travel agency for a vacation trip to Georgia in the summer of 2023... and it started: Smolensk, St. Petersburg, Moscow from Anita and this summer we are going on the Sunny Georgia bus tour again.
I like absolutely everything: from boarding to coming home.
When we went to Georgia for the first time, we thought that there would not be comfortable buses.
But everything was great! Even the 193-foot-tall husband said that it was very comfortable for him to drive. The hotels in Voronezh, Tbilisi and Rostov-on-Don were excellent. Breakfast was also included... no one was left hungry)) In Kobuleti, we lived in the s326 hotel. We are very lucky with this hotel and the room in it!!!)))) From our window, even the edge of the sea was visible ... and it was great that there was a balcony, to pass the time in the evening was just super!!!!
The food in this hotel was also super ... every day there was something new: there were khinkali, soups are always delicious, even pasta with sausages were))))
The only disadvantage of the trip is that the vacation ended quickly!(
The tour to Smolensk was also great! We lived in a 5-star hotel. This weekend tour gave a complete reboot!)
Moscow and St. Petersburg also did not leave anyone indifferent. I really like the evening excursions that are included in the program. There is some special romance in them!!!!
It is worth noting that the buses on all our trips were equipped with USB chargers and air conditioners, which is not a little important! Escorts will always help, explain, prompt!)
Drivers from Anita are always at the highest level: careful and safe driving is guaranteed.
Besides, Anita always has great guides wherever we go. Especially still impressed by the guide in Smolensk. But everyone is always very interesting to talk about this or that place. Several friends have already been hooked on Anita, since this travel agency always does everything on top. And also at very pleasant and affordable prices, which is good news!!!))

The first time we went with Anita to aviatour. We chose the route Batumi-Kobuleti. The contract specified 3 nights in Batumi and 6 nights in Kobuleti. A couple of days later, the program came, where it was indicated only 2 nights in Batumi. Since the entire tour was 10 days along with the flight, let's assume that the tour operator was initially mistaken. There are no questions about recreation in both cities, except for the work of escorts on the ground. In Batumi and Kobuleti, local representatives appeared only once, when checking into hotels. They did not keep in touch with tourists and were not interested in any organization of additional excursions. The transfer driver spent more time with us, who transported the group to different places three times. And the most important point. Check-out from the hotel takes place at 12 p.m. The plane leaves at 4.55 the next morning. The transfer to the airport was at 23.00. As a result, we were at the airport at 0.30, more than 2 hours before check-in. That is, tourists lose almost a day, by the way, of a paid hotel. Departure to the airport was supposed to be no earlier than 1 a.m. The company knows about this, but it organizes the last day exactly like this. On the spot, of course, the hotel administrator offers to extend the room until the night for 100 GEL, which is essentially extortion of money. It seems that certain people have a good income from this moment on, since many tourists do not want to spend time from 12 p.m. to 23 p.m. in the hotel lobby or on a bench, so someone pays money for the already paid day!! If, according to the law, rooms must be vacated at 12 p.m. (although the day of stay is paid in advance), why is the flight organized on the flight of the next morning, if there is definitely a flight to Minsk at 16 o'clock? There is some kind of deception scheme that is beneficial to everyone except tourists of this program

Special thanks to all the local guides - everything was very interesting and informative. We lived in the hotel "Kobuleti Inn" - a great hotel, I recommend it to everyone! Neat, clean territory! The rooms are fully prepared for arrival. During the stay, towels and bed linen were always cleaned and replaced immediately on the day of the request (the hotel has a rule of cleaning on request - and that's great!). The food is good and varied. Many thanks to all the girls who created comfort and cleanliness in our rooms and worked in the dining room - this is a huge job that few people notice during their holidays! With a sense of accomplishment and proud of ourselves, we handed over the money to the attendant, but even here there was a problem, she was not satisfied with the dollar exchange rate and we were asked to pay extra, ta-dam.
Not wanting to fight, we went for it. As a result, the losses amounted to 600 rubles, a trifle, but unpleasant. It is generally unclear to me why these dollars are collected from the group, and then changed into Russian rubles on the spot.
As a result of this situation: a few hours spent in St. Petersburg and Kronstadt, instead of receiving emotions and impressions. Although initially the managers of the agency should have been informed that they needed new dollars, not crumpled or any other kind, and there would have been no questions. Well, the escort should not shift her work to the shoulders of tourists.
The tour itself can be described as a "gallop along the Slopes": long trips with sightseeing tours of 1- 1.5 hours (if you inspect the palace, this time may be enough, but it is clearly not enough to visit parks with an area of several hectares). At the same time, visiting the souvenir shop took up to 2/3 of that time. Moreover, it is impossible not to agree with the reviews from tourists above, who wrote about "impressions for show". Our guide said just that when visiting Mount Paaso: "15 minutes to climb, 15 in the photo and 10 to go down.".. And why do this then, so that later you can look at photos and not be able to remember emotions, just for show ...
Most of the excursions took place on the bus as we moved, and on the ground we walked everywhere ourselves, except for the sightseeing tour and Vyborg (which is not surprising, the whole group really liked Vyborg). But we must admit that there is something in this: at the entrance you take pictures of the layout of the object with symbols, and then you go through a quest for orientation on the terrain with a time limit, unfortunately no one ran after the bus.
From what angered me personally. The agency offers 2 types of tours: railway and bus. And it so happened (or is it the norm) that the two groups were in different hotels at a decent distance, about an hour's drive away, while paid excursions were supposed to be partially shared. On the first day upon arrival, we were told the problem that a lot of people from the bus tour had signed up for the tour "legends and myths of St. Petersburg at night" and asked those who did not really want to not go that day and give way to railway tourists, but go themselves on another day, arguing that it is not profitable for companies to hire another bus, and the minibus won't fit all of them...(I'm sorry, how does this concern us)... When traveling to Karelia, the story turned out that the main bus group left the hotel at 7:30, picked up some of the railway tourists and left St. Petersburg only at 10:30. (It was possible to bring tourists to the bus from the hotel and save time, but it turned out differently). As a result, our bus group returned from Karelia at midnight very tired, having spent almost the whole day on the bus.
Well, the finishing touch was Tsarskoye Selo, where we handed over 1800 for tickets, the ticket price is 1100, the rest was presented to us as a "commission for the services of a cunning boy who does this.".. At the same time, right there I took and almost bought a ticket to Tsarskoye Selo (just did not confirm the transaction from the card), standing at the entrance, there was also a qr code for buying tickets, but I did not check it, such things... I understand that you have to pay for everything, but I'm sorry, 65% of the ticket price is too much...a lot. At the same time, we were given a bus tour in Tsarskoye Selo, given tickets and shown the entrance to the Catherine Palace (thanks for that, though), and then we had to quickly navigate the crowd of people and go through another quest, but we did it!
I understand that I have drawn a whole canvas and many people do not need to read it, so I will summarize the results.
Of the advantages:
1. We had the IN2IT apartment hotel on Kupchino: the apartments are neat, the photos match. There was a choice of dishes at breakfast (I had enough, my wife did not, so it is ambiguous) The metro is within walking distance and shopping centers.
2. Anyway, we got impressions and emotions, because whoever wants to get it.Including because of these "quests"
3. Professional drivers.
Of the cons:
1. The company's employees and support do not take responsibility (in our search for currency exchange, others have other problems). The situation is like: if everything is fine, the agency staff is great, and if there are problems, then tourists solve it themselves
2. There are too many beautiful objects in too short a time. Now I understand that this tour needs to take at least 10 days.
3. Excursions conducted on the bus. (Something like: in Peterhof you will see firecracker fountains and many other fountains, but you will all do it yourself).
4. The time for the excursions themselves is extremely short to see everything, and also to have lunch. But this indirectly refers to point 2.

I would like to leave a review about the tour Minsk-Karelia, Ruskeala-Kirovsk-Murmansk-Teriberka-St. Petersburg-Minsk ("Vacation in the Arctic Circle"_ from 07/05/2024 to 07/13/2024, organized by Anita BY. The tour was purchased through an Instagram advertisement from the Travel Lab.
The tour itself is very interesting, despite the tiring road. We managed to visit all the planned tourist spots, and most importantly - to see whales!! A Jeep tour to Khibiny left a storm of emotions: a 4-hour jeep trip is a complete delight! When visiting the marble canyon of Ruskeala, there was not enough guide to learn more about this place. Unfortunately, the Arctic museum "Atomic Icebreaker Lenin" was closed to tourists on the date of our trip.(they watched him from the shore). The country trip to Teriberka was also pleasantly impressed. A pleasant surprise was a visit to the Sami village, where we tasted fish soup, rode an ATV, fed deer, rabbits and huskies. Peter greeted us with rain, but the weather improved before the night tour.
However, the impression of the trip was spoiled by the unprofessional attitude of the tour operators and the accompanying person. So, the contract for this tour was drawn up for me and my friends, a married couple. The contract included a standard room for check-in. There was no word that we would be accommodated in a triple room. Moreover, the operator from the Travel Lab never wrote about the fact that we would be settled together (there was correspondence with the operator in Viber). As a result, on the first night (hotel in Sortaval) we were accommodated in a triple room (three beds, 3 sets of towels..). To put it mildly, we were shocked. But after talking with Vadim's escort, we were settled: a married couple in a double room, and me in a triple room with other tourists. Everything seemed to be settled. But no. On the way to Kirovsk, we learn from the escort that we have a check-in in a triple room in the contract! But we were not aware of this.
The answer from Vadim was that solve this issue with Travel Lab, it's not Anita WU's fault. And so, on Sunday, we tried in vain to contact the Travel Lab operator who signed our contract. It is also worth noting that the Travel Lab operator has repeatedly made mistakes when signing our contract. Of course, upon arrival at the hotel in Kirovsk, we were not answered. If you want a single room, then it will be with an additional fee, you can talk to the accompanying person, if the hotel has a single room available, you may be able to move with an additional fee"
To my objections that you can determine by last name that we are not relatives, and that we, it turns out, had to clarify ourselves all the information, she just apologized. To be honest, I thought that resettlement was already implied.
Vadim, as always, waved us off. But the most interesting thing was found in the hotels of Murmansk and St. Petersburg. It turns out that triple rooms are not provided where we stayed!
In Murmansk, entering the room, we see 2 beds, 2 sets of towels…
And the three of us settled in. That is, the hotel was not even ready for such a circumstance. Vadim offered to either pay an additional $ 50, or a cot. After long conversations and attempts to contact the operator, we finally found a solution. Travel Lab pays for a single room for me according to the bill provided by Anita BY.
Unfortunately, this never happened. The three of us spent all the remaining nights in a double room. Two on the beds, one on the cot.
As it later became known, Anita WU and Travel Lab could not agree among themselves. Travel Lab said that Anita WU had not presented an invoice, and they, in turn, said that there was no payment for our settlement.
As a result, we suffered. Upon arrival, we made a claim against Anita WU as the tour organizer with a description of all our misadventures. And the demand to provide a complaint book was answered: "The director has it, it is locked on a turnkey basis"
In response, they wrote to us that there is an entry on the Anita BY website: "For triple occupancy at the hotel, an additional bed is provided (a euro bed or sofa).
This begs the question:1. When was this entry posted? And if she appeared after our claim, how should I know
2. Why is such a clause not included in the contract?? Adding this information to the contract would help to avoid such a situation at the beginning.
Summary: if Travel Lab specialists somehow tried to resolve the situation, then the questions to the Anita BY employees remained (especially the failure to provide a complaint book).

Tour to Karelia 7.03-11.03.2024
The accompanying Ekaterina and the driver Roman, very diligently spoiled the trip.
The beginning of the trip seems to be good, Ekaterina is cheerful, sociable, but from the beginning of the journey, she began to tell stories about people whom she "punished" for being late for the bus during excursions, telling the driver to leave so that people would be scared and run after the bus. It's terrible, of course, but we didn't give it any importance.
Due to the bad road, our arrival in Karelia was delayed, but in general, people felt fine until Catherine's attacks began.
The main part of the distance was uneventful, but for the last 6 hours of the road, people were not allowed to go to the toilet, waving off phrases that there was nowhere to stop for a sanitary stop. One person got seasick on the way, Ekaterina was informed more than once that the person was ill and needed to stop, she reacted (after an hour or more) only when people began to seriously resent it, but she justified this by saying that she was told "the person is ill", and not "the person was seasick"- of course, this "changes everything". The bus stopped, people got out, including a person who was ill, someone ran to the toilet (anywhere), someone smoked. Ekaterina didn't like it, because it was bad for one person, and almost everyone came out, she ran out of the bus with screams and mats. It was a shock for me to allow myself to do this, I don't even have words to describe such behavior. People who were on the bus at that moment said that during the stops, Ekaterina often shouted and expressed herself.
We arrived in Karelia, of course there was no time for breakfast, but that's okay, it was more important for us to finally enjoy nature, etc.
Immediately upon arrival, there were excursions, we were driven everywhere and everywhere, we ran around everything and there was not enough time. There was no bonfire with a tea party. Perhaps the delay played a role here.

The next day, our excursions were again with a bus, where we were again driven, late for 3-5 minutes, and muddied in their absence. We were given 1 hour to taste alcohol, and 40 minutes to the valley of waterfalls, we and some people are dissatisfied, we did not come for alcohol.
We're going home. Again, we are not stopped for a long time, at 5 o'clock the driver stops at a gas station and people, hoping to go to the toilet, get up from their seats, but the driver informs us that we will not stop here for a nurse. When people asked for a quick release, he replied, "I won't let you out anywhere." Indignation began to grow, people asked when there would be a stop. The driver was throwing various phrases in an unpleasant and rude way, not giving people a clear answer when there would be a stop. I have a video. When people turned to Ekaterina to settle this issue, she replied about the driver: "You heard what he said, that I should kill him, right now, what should I do with him, kill him?"
We chose Anita boo because our trip through another tour fell through, but there were places here. But we couldn't even think that such a thing was possible. Karelia is a wonderful place. People know what they are doing, guides are responsible and treat their work with great love, which is not to say about our escort and driver.
The conclusion, of course, is the same, people take the wrong place, it's a pity, because if it weren't for the escort, the trip would be perfect.

I went on vacation to Kabuleti, the road there turned out to be quite good. Two overnight stays in hotels. The first in Voronezh, the hotel is good, the rooms are decent, all the amenities that were announced were present.Clean, the air conditioner was working. The breakfast was also satisfactory. Then there was a stop for the night in Tbilisi, there was only 1 towel in the room, water flowed from the toilet right into the entire sanitary room, the towel racks immediately fell off, even they did not have time to hang towels on them. However, when contacting the hotel staff, they immediately moved to another room. The breakfast was satisfactory. We left the hotel on time. Then a very pleasant trip began. We stopped at the san.the stops are just disgusting . We stopped for a proper snack once. We arrived in Kabuleti 2 hours later. The rooms were not bad, let's say even good. Everything worked: refrigerator, air conditioner, TV. The bathroom was a little out of order, the water in the shower went badly, when contacting the hotel management, everything was quickly fixed. The food was acceptable, a big plus every meal was given a very tasty jam, butter and olives. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the rooms were not cleaned!!! ( they asked for room cleaning 2 times in 9 days , there was no involuntary . Sand lived with us the whole vacation. A nice bonus when placing a bouquet of flowers in the room. The excursions were all according to plan. The sea is nearby. The hotel's courtyard is quiet. In general, the rating of the hotel is 4. I think if you eliminate some of the disadvantages, I would be happy to visit it again. The trip back was terrible, 1 stop at a cafe, the food is bad, san stops are also in such toilets that it is not necessary. Overnight stay 1 time in Rostov arrived late , inconvenient location of the hotel rooms, unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast for 3 points. We left early (we only slept for 6 hours). Then we drove there were few stops, we stopped 1 time for lunch, the cafe leaves much to be desired. But despite everything, I was satisfied with the trip!!! Beautiful Georgia with disgusting curation of AnitaBai representatives. The tour offered by this representative for $ 20 is absolutely not interesting, it is easier for $ 3 to take a minibus for the whole day. Bottom line: the tour is good, the escort of representatives of the travel agency is disgusting, I do not recommend it.

My favorite company, which is incredibly pleasant to travel with. Comfortable buses, interesting sightseeing programs, affordable prices. For the first time I went with Anitabai to Karelia (rafting on Shuya is something!!!), then to St. Petersburg by train, then to Adygea with the sea (I highly recommend it). At the end of last year we were in Moscow (the Temple of the Armed Forces and the WWII Museum in Odintsovo district is an unimaginable sight!!! There is no such thing anywhere else). This spring we were in Dagestan (this beauty cannot be described in words, you have to see it with your own eyes). We are going to Georgia. I used to look for somewhere else to go on a trip, but now I'm looking at what's new there at Anitabai.

It has been a very long time since my husband and I left the Republic of Belarus, we were afraid to go to St. Petersburg on our own, we took a bus tour for the May 24 years (10.05-15.05). We thought that the bus would take 12 hours there and back, it's not scary, we'll walk there anyway and see a lot of things.
It turned out that this was a full bus tour and we spent most of it on the bus.
Day 1 with the road 23 hours in the bus.
Day 2 at 13 o'clock in the bus.
Day 3 with a road trip of 15 hours on the bus.
Of the 84 hours (the entire tour from the moment of departure to the moment of arrival), 51 hours were spent on the bus, 16 were spent on sleep, food and hygiene. And for sightseeing in 2.5 days in St. Petersburg, we had 17 hours - 5.5-6 hours a day.
Everything would be great, but most of this time was organized like this - we were dropped off near the landmark, given 15-40 minutes to "take a photo" and stand in line for the toilet, we drove on.
The exceptions are Peterhof, marble canyon and a mountain in Karelia.
Why give Karelia a choice for 1 day, where it takes 6 hours to go there and 6 back to beautiful places and so on in a short BUS tour - it remains a mystery to me. This was clearly invented by a man who has little experience.
Thank you very much for clearly showing what happens if you do not check the tour program, routes yourself and do not ask questions about how much time will be allocated for what.
We still have a lot of photos, but we didn't have time to look at anything except the canyon and Peterhof.
Maybe I'm emotional because I was really looking forward to this weekend and was counting on impressions, not photos for show, well, I'm sorry. It is a pity to spend time on a bus from which only the middle of the buildings can be seen.
I think you have a lot of well-organized tours, but this one was terrible. I hope you will finalize it.

We bought mom a tour to Georgia from this company.
The departure was on May 27th.
We give 3 stars because of the hotel in Rostov. It's just a horror, the inscription 18+ is lit in the courtyard of the hotel, a bunch of girls of an ancient profession are walking around the corridors (obviously not in an adequate way). The numbers, of course, also leave much to be desired, but we'll leave that out. From the window there was a wonderful view of the yard to the dump of mattresses and other garbage. The hotel is called "Old Rostov", so it's better to check with the managers in advance about a transit overnight stay, otherwise you will also spend the night in a roadside brothel....
This is the maximum disrespect to your customers, for the first time we have encountered something like this. It's a pity that you took this hotel. We hope that the rest of the groups will live in a normal way.

We went to St. Petersburg, we were generally dissatisfied with the organization
It's hard to get through, they answer in Viber every two days, there is 0 interest, they answered the questions in monosyllables, did not tell anything themselves, did not offer.
On excursions, the guides are angry, they stayed for 1-2 minutes to check out of the hotel, they are already outraged at the microphone that "we were waiting for 40 people, get out, take a taxi, how can you do that at all". Ruined the mood for the whole day. What are we paying for anyway? Well, lay down 5 minutes of delay.
At the same time, they knew in advance that most of Kronstadt was closed, wild traffic jams, but it was still okay to wait. No one can change the program or offer alternatives. We stood in silence for an hour and a half, the children were going crazy. Therefore, it was impossible to tell something, turn on the TVs, play some games, turn on music. Interest is 0 again.
There is little time, you are already running at a red light headlong, so as not to cause rudeness from the guides. There is no scheduled time for food, it is physically impossible to keep up with such queues. We bought something with us on the run, a guide comes on the bus and stands over people: "you can't bring food here, you can't bring coffee, you can't do anything, go outside the bus or throw it away." You can't drink juice from a bottle either, it's absurd!
The impression of beautiful excursions, a wonderful hotel and the city is terribly spoiled. Constant clucking, rolling of the eyes, monosyllabic answers to questions. I really wanted to just buy tickets and leave separately. As unprofessional as possible, some kind of clinging and insults.
Just a vacation for grannies without the Internet and their plans, walking by the hand with a guide, and trying to anticipate their desires and moods

I think the most important ones in this company are the drivers, where they pour a soup plate for free, and they take it there (there are cafes that feed drivers for free if they bring a bus of people). But we live in the 21st century and people not only want to eat delicious food, but also beautiful! They still have a vacation and they are not harsh truckers, but women and children!
