A review of Karelia from AnitaVu. The beautiful country of Karelia, wonderful, beautiful excursions and people who know and love their work. But! We were terribly unlucky with the escorts from AnitaVU. We felt all the horror when, on the way to Karelia, people were not allowed to go to the sanitary stop for 6 hours, referring to the fact that there was no way to stop. There were those who got seasick on the bus, approached Katya several times, as a result, of course, the bus was stopped, but how much negativity we felt at that time, only those who were ill were told to get off the bus, the rest were waiting on the bus. All the excursions, food, toilets - everything was at a "faster, faster" pace. There is no enjoyment in the process, the feeling that we have come to check the boxes. I was especially surprised when we were allocated 40 minutes of time for an alcohol tasting store (or maybe more, which led me to think that they receive their kickbacks from the store, in principle, as in the Shungite Center) and we were allocated the same amount for a beautiful waterfall and nature (for which I went to Karelia) the length of the waterfalls is 900 meters, although earlier this trail was given an hour and a half. As a result, we were a couple of minutes late and they didn't wait for us, went on another tour, but I went to the bus until strangers directed me in the right direction. The organizers also created a group in Viber, but for some reason the escort had contact with us in this group only when she connected to free WiFi, that is, on a Russian mobile card, she did not have a Viber and when a message came to the group from a person that he was lost in a shopping center in St. Petersburg and she can't find the bus, Katya's reaction was just amazing.... When I sent her a message from Viber, she just turned to me and instead of an adequate reaction to ask for a phone to contact this person, she told me, "And what do you want me to do? Did you run to look for it in the center?" Further on the way home, we again encountered problems with sanitary stops, to which the driver's boorish attitude was added (there is a video recording), and the questions when there will be a stop were answered with "We have no idea". In fact, I am not a picky person and I know how to look for the positive in any negative, but this trip discouraged me from any desire to travel accompanied by someone else, although maybe we were just very unlucky.
I left reviews on AnitaVa, but they obviously did not pass moderation), which again suggests that the company is not honest, violates consumer rights and requires proceedings at the state level.

We bought a tour to Karelia for a week.
Thanks to the guide Ekaterina. It is clear that the man loves his job and is one of the few who could interest us with stories about culture and history.
Ekaterina always took care of everyone, helped with choosing an inexpensive and delicious cafe, shopping for souvenirs, and also made sure that everyone was satisfied and felt comfortable during excursions. The tour was very eventful. We have learned so many interesting places in a short time that it would be unrealistic to do it on our own. I would especially like to mention non-standard activities: rafting on the river and master classes where we danced, played the kantel and prepared wickets. This gave the trip a special charm and was remembered for a long time!
The hotel in Petrozavodsk was located in the city center, the room resembled a two-room apartment with a living room and a kitchen. A modest breakfast is included in the price.
Despite all the positive aspects, I would like to note one minus - the ill-considered placement of grannies on the upper shelves on the train, which created some inconveniences.
I wanted to book a Tour to Karelia.
I chose it myself, everything suits me. I decided to call to clarify.
The first girl is not aware of the details of the tour, well, okay. The second one is not in place, the third one explained something.
I said I agreed. I promised to drop the details, the day has passed, I'm still waiting.
She asked me to drop the trip agreement. They immediately sent some kind of prospectus with a completely different event. I asked if it was? they threw off the standard contract. But on a different tour. I wanted a contract for my tour to see what exactly is included in the services. There is a link in appendix one **** there about the hotel, but the program does not say anything about the hotel. It is NOT clear why then this footnote?
I decided to Google the reviews. Cheto is not happy at all. It looks like I won't book a tour there.
We had a family vacation in Batumi through this operator. In fact, everything was quite interesting and the rest was remembered for a long time. This would not have happened if it hadn't been for the excellent work of the managers who were able to recommend a tour for our budgets and advise us in detail about the documents.
08/31.23-09/13/13 Dagestan+ Grozny! This tour has wonderful nature, mountains, sea, and the organization wants to be better! On the very first day, the bus broke down (earlier we went with AnitaBy to Karelia and Adygea - there were the same breakdowns). I wish the managers would finally pay attention to this! We're wasting time and the route is changing. The accompanying Arina is clearly out of place. Her task was to escort us from point A to bunker B (that's how she introduced herself). When we arrived at point B (Makhachkala), she showed us where the hotel was located and told us to go check in on our own, because she takes the group and leaves with them. Minimal information was told about the objects on the additional tour, Arina learned more from the group. Laysan and Elvira accompanied us on additional excursions. The big question is, are they guides? Elvira did not find her way to Chokh the first time. Add. The Choh+ waterfall tour was just a circus))) It was raining these days and the waterfall was overflowing with water. In the middle of the day, they said that the visit was closed and were going to leave back, but our group insisted on stopping by, because the local guide told us that the workers had come up with a way out. Indeed, when we arrived, we waited 10 minutes and started launching groups. An excellent excursion is a boat ride along the Chirkeysky reservoir + the Sary-Kum barkhan. A wonderful local guide Zubarzhat (Many thanks to her! She answered all the questions of interest, told me about Dagestan with love). On the day of departure, we were met by the accompanying Elena, who took the time to us and went to check in the brought group. The following days were much more interesting with her.
08/10/2022-08/14/2022 we went on a weekend tour to Karelia. I liked everything very much: the picturesque nature, beautiful natural monuments and an indescribable atmosphere!
The tour was organized at the highest level. Special thanks to the accompanying Vladislav for the attention and individual approach to tourists and professional drivers with a sense of humor!!!
We lived in comfortable conditions with everything we needed: refrigerator, wardrobe, bed, shampoos, soap, shower stall - and room cleaning.
As we moved, general and background information was given.
Thanks to AnitaVU company for organizing the tour and see you soon!!!
I went twice from this company on a bus tour to Georgia on vacation. The trip went great both times! Well done guys! The organization of the tour is excellent! I liked everything. I recommend.
This is the third company, the previous two refused, because the tour for the Republic of Kazakhstan and join the group is already in place, a very nice girl, everything is fast and current, the tour has not taken place yet, I will add later) so far we are satisfied, thank you!
I add, everything was fine, my mother was satisfied, and special thanks to Natalia's guide!
We went with Anita on the sunny Georgia bus tour in Kobuleti from 08/5/22 to 08/20/22. I would like to say a big thank you to this team: Julia's manager, who explained and told everything in detail, the accompanying girls – Alyona and Olga, as well as our drivers – Roma and Grisha, who took us all safely to these difficult Georgian roads)) There were three transit hotels in the program (Voronezh, Tbilisi and Rostov-on-Don), only the last one failed, and the first two were on top, although I did not expect a miracle from a transit hotel at all. The bus was very comfortable, with 2 connectors under the seats, the ability to push the seat out onto the aisle, which allowed for more space. 3 days on the road passed almost unnoticed. The accompanying girls were as sociable as possible, always tried to help and suggest something. The Kobuleti Inn hotel itself was not bad, we did not expect any miracle from it either, since we chose a clean place where we could sleep. The rooms are bright and spacious, large balconies, a very friendly host who said goodbye to us very sincerely on the bus) There was quite a delicious meal at the hotel, we definitely would not have stayed hungry there) we offered 5 interesting excursions to choose from.
Special thanks also for giving us time to walk there and see this beauty on the Georgian military road) the vacation was a success)
- We rested in Kobuleti on a bus tour from 27.06 to 12.07 by a travel agency Anita.by .
- On the way to Kobuleti, there was a stop at a transit hotel in Tbilisi. Most of the bus was checked into one hotel (very decent, good), and the remaining 10 people were moved to another, across the street. We were unlucky. Not only was there a terrible smell in the room, but also mold in the shower everywhere, dirty towels, problems with the lock in the room.
- Hotel S326. Kobuleti. We checked into an unmade room. During the rest, the garbage was taken out 2 times and 1 roll of toilet paper was brought in. They came to the room when we were on excursions, without warning. The room has never been cleaned. The internet in the room was not working. I was catching WiFi in the corridor. The clothes dryer was broken and rewound with duct tape. When we moved it, it immediately fell down. In the bed, the springs of the mattress dug into my back and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Meals are declared as three meals a day. It was hard to eat a piece of pie (5x5 cm) or a loaf; for lunch it was almost always the same soup, and in the evening there were even dumplings with the same soup as at lunch. There was a day when a fried loaf was brought for dinner. Of the side dishes, there are daily potatoes. Probably so that Belarusians don't miss home.
- We were on 4 out of 6 excursions. The cost of one is about $ 20-25. In fact, we were only taken and brought. Sometimes some information was told on the bus. So the "trip" is not worth the money. There are places declared in the tour, but they were closed. Naturally, no one warned me. What they warned about is that you can cancel the tour only two days in advance (for a good reason).
- There was an excursion to Mtirala, where you could ride a zipline. All the way, the guide told us how impressed she was with skiing, in the end we decided to take a ride but met a lot of bees. I bit my husband's finger, I was hit several times at speed, including glasses (and thank God I was wearing them at that moment). There were hives of bees under the ropes of the zipline. Do you think someone warned about this? No.
- In general, I generally do not recommend the S326 holiday hotel if you have chosen this travel agency. Well, hypocritical people can't always be avoided. Georgia is worth returning to.
Good afternoon!!! I want to write a review after a trip to Adygea 03.11.23 - 11.11.23, although I never want to spoil my mood, but this is too much: about the unacceptable, incorrect, biased attitude of the guide Elena, who worked on the tour, the inability to correctly and diplomatically answer any question, calmly...without personal coloring of discontent and irony with arrogance over the question asked. Moreover, she allowed herself sharp, rude, incorrect tugging and even a raised tone (there was just once even a shout personally to me: people were still standing in line for 4 people in the toilet, after lunch, it's for a long time, I stopped to buy local salt and tea from the hostess, where there was lunch in the mountains, they just yelled at me that I was already late, despite the queue of people who were still standing in the toilet), rudely pulled her off somehow when it seemed to her that her errands were not heard, sometimes at the wrong address, in the end I came with a spoiled mood and shopping, waited for 15 minutes near the bus for the rest with toilet, why did they snap at me??? !!!! All are adequate adults, but everyone has their own peculiarities of perception and temperament, we are not in the army, and instead of giving patient explanations or reminders in a calm, respectful tone, asking, she allowed an ordered form of communication. There were such cases of a harsh attitude that I was put into a stupor for half a day and the impressions of the excursions were somehow leveled...in addition, she contributed to the fact that the surrounding outsiders, individuals, perhaps more cunning on trips, noticing her tone of answers to some question or problem from me, began, playing along with her, to show their disrespectful attitude to my problem, or just in their opinion a ridiculous question, such thus, tacitly giving the go-ahead, as it were, to group bullying. This is generally an unacceptable attitude from her submission, on the contrary, she had to stop such situations and monitor the observance of all the rights and safety of each of us on the trip, and not just the schedule of her working time. Instead, they maximally limited the time of observations and our stay at the most beautiful places of excursions, constantly adjusted, giving a funny time, 15 minutes on the mountain of Lago Naki, for example, all holop across Europe, as a mockery at such a pace to get acquainted with such places for the first time, so every day, but in the rooms in the evening we were mostly at 18- 18.30, from where access to the city center is problematic... (except for the last day, then it was in our interests to visit everything and arrive at 19.30 hours)...because Lena once said that both she and the drivers have working hours according to the labor code ...
she had lunch in a cafe in Krasnodar for an hour on the way back, giving us this time to go to the toilet and to inspect the whole Galitsky Park, one hour to the park, the largest in area!!! We ran there, honestly, in order to see at least something with one eye, who could reach where, then snatched it, after an hour we had to sit in our seats on the bus! Otherwise, it will be wow, everyone came running, and Lena herself came then 10 minutes later..but there was no one to shout at her . I understand that she has been there 100 times, but this is the first time, this is some kind of mockery, the formal implementation of the action plan announced by the company. Marketing and advertising of the tour for sale is fine, but you need to take into account the safety of people (running down the mountain, you can fall so as not to be late for the bus and you are not left, another option is not to admire anything at all, just run after the bus....so as not to be late), and so almost everywhere. Only a whole hour in the reserve, when it was raining, was definitely superfluous, because the rain was pouring, the money for tickets was collected in advance, no one canceled the event, and we were stupidly hiding somewhere from the rain, or walked a little, why go there so much then, if it was raining in the morning, and the road I was walking along the cliff of a mountain river, it's not safe, the way is long, the road is wet... ??? It was possible to distribute money and give free time in Maykop, a respite...the pace of excursions is intense, the ascents are early, there is little rest, you need to sleep off for several days upon arrival in Minsk...after this cross-country sightseeing tour. In addition, the Chinese bus was really small, cramped, uncomfortable for the back, maybe these are cheaper??? there was a muzzle from the window, I froze the neck muscles on the way, my head did not turn to the right for 2 days after the road. At the Maykop hotel, when we checked in in the evening, our passports were taken away, given in the morning ....a personal document without any receipts was at the administrator of a foreign country, there was black dust in the room in the corners and in the closet on the floor, I told the administrator, but it remained until the end, light things got dirty, accidentally falling from the hanger, on the first day of arrival, but it was forgotten after a wonderful buffet in a cafe organized by the hostess of the hotel on November 07. The declared rafting ' is an easy water walk along the shallow calm part of the Belaya River, with a paddle on the stones in places, it was almost safe, under good control, but also uninteresting, no extreme (extreme, which was not planned, but happened on the way back when traveling in a minibus of the rafting center, the bead smoked, there was an emergency stop and repair) ..so, .the suit was given several sizes larger, it sat baggy, there were holes, the helmet did not suit me, I did not go to be photographed for a personal shoot to a photographer, I agreed to capture it all for memory on the way down the river, in a group, in a boat....the photographer filmed the movement of boats from the shore. At the same time, it was not stipulated in any way, but for some reason he did, without the consent of people, face shots, photographs, personal "portraits" of people floating in a boat, and from the shore, unexpectedly, and formally, a blunder, not actually looking at what he was photographing, as a result, 'in my big suit, with a helmet on his forehead and with his eyes closed, distorted by some kind of image in motion, he placed such portraits (of me personally) as a joke in the general photo feed, when I asked Lena to find out if it was possible to somehow remove such "portraits" that I did not ask from the general feed, personal only in boats 'like there is, everything is fine, it's fine for memory, but these enlarged faces with closed eyes are mine personally, I didn't want everyone to look at them and download them together with the general ones in the general feed, she just deleted me from the group chat.....Instead of sorry, no one wanted this to happen, we will try to agree and solve your problem or something like that, next time everything will be perfect....no, she made a sharp answer defending the photographer, criticized me, publicly ridiculed my question in the chat, people pecked in her support, as it were, some ... although I know from personal correspondence that many people agreed with me, but were afraid or did not want to say it publicly, and she simply removed me from the group even before deleting the chat itself, here, already in Minsk, yesterday, it's good that she didn't throw me off the bus somehow on the way for an awkward movement..surprisingly..I feel like a victim of bullying ...somehow everything turned out very discriminating, and without pleasantries. I recommend going with Lena to sadomasochists with low self-esteem and slavish psychology, I do not recommend normal people.
From 08/08/2023 to 08/23/2023 we had a rest in Kobuleti at the Kobuleti Inn hotel (1st building). The conditions in the room are hardly comfortable — a tiny room with 4 beds was allocated for 3 adults, it was impossible to move around, the entire area was occupied by beds. The only thing that could be done in the room was to lie down. But, fortunately, it was not boring to do this — you could always watch cockroaches running merrily along the walls. A watering can sticking out of the wall alone can hardly be called a full-fledged shower.
The work of Vadim's escort seemed weak and inept. But, apparently, only to us, because it was often possible to hear from him that he was the guru of his business.
Six days have passed since we returned from Adjara. But to this day Georgia does not let go.
All expectations from the trip were met. Let's just say it depends on you. If you see everything only positive, then you will spend time in the drive. And if you look for one negative, then in fact you will get it. I always treat travel thoroughly. I collect information in advance about the region where we will be located. What locations to visit, dishes of national cuisine, about the inhabitants of this country, its flavor, learn a few words or phrases of this area. It is always nice to see the smiles of locals after greeting or words of gratitude in their native language. With regard to Georgia, it took most of the time to study the classification of wines. After all, this is a country of winemaking. How to correctly read information from labels, regions, remember grape varieties, learn about production technology. This, by the way, saved us a lot on the spot with a huge abundance of the product range in the alcohol market (we did not buy anything in plastic for bottling in Kobuleti). Time flew by unnoticed, the first six days we actively studied Adjara. We visited two excursions from the tour operator: "Mountain Adjara" and "Martville Canyon", walked around the arboretum and took part in the production of churchkhela. And also with the assistance of Sulkhan and Mamuka, we organized a trip to the "Prometheus Caves", once again visited the Martville Canyon, warmed up and took baths in the "hot springs". We spent two days in Batumi, where we had a great time. We saw all the sights. We got acquainted with the locals, talked a lot, looked at the architecture, admired the balconies with flowers in the Italian style and just walked, went wherever the eyes look. During the nine nights spent in Kobuleti, we spent 6-7 hours on the beach. Someone goes purposefully to the beach, and someone prefers to move, but even managed to imperceptibly and "fry" like piglets on a spit.
I am traveling with Anita BY for the fourth time. There are questions about transit hotels in the cities of Volgograd (last year there was a transit to Dagestan) and Rostov-on-Don (transit on return from Kobuleti). The living conditions are not acceptable for Belarusians. Terrible hotels were provided. I believe that the reviews that tourists write are taken into account. The transfer to and from Georgia is well organized. We thank the close-knit team of drivers Evgeny and Yuri! Great guys, responsible and very attentive, with a sense of humor, very glad to meet them!
Tbilisi - Kobuleti- Natakhtari respect to local drivers Lebanon, Kote and Maho. They are also sociable, we received answers to all our questions.
The group was accompanied by Sergey and Yana - young guys who coped with their duties. Everything is clear and punctual.
We thank the guide Victoria, who really loves her job, she gets high and this has been passed on to us, tourists. Expressive diction, interesting stories, a lot of useful information. We are glad to meet her, which I will not say about Natia from Tbilisi, I could not captivate and imagine a colorful city. The story is like a textbook for schoolchildren. We did not reveal Tbilisi for ourselves ((( Expectations were to see its color, streets, courtyards, architecture. How they play dominoes and backgammon, sing songs. But it didn't happen. For half an hour, or even more
, the group stood at one of the locations. A tourist route can be combined with a non-tourist one - my subjective opinion is that tourists go to see the city as much as possible, and not stand in one place and listen to a paragraph from a textbook. A reason to come back here again and take a walk on your own. At the end of the program in Tbilisi, there was to be a wine tasting in the wine cellar. Better get it out of the program, shame! Brought in general to the food court area, note not a wine cellar. Accordingly, there was no sommelier, of course, Natia was substituted. Just a couple of bottles of wine were opened and poured for 29 people, and the wine is not of the best quality.
About the good))))
And of course, thank you for the warm welcome of the hosts of the guest house "S 326" in Kobuleti.
In advance, before buying a tour, I was looking for information and reviews of experienced people who stayed here. But alas, they are practically not on the tour operator's website or in social networks. The tour operator provided a choice of 4 guest houses for different dates.
Priorities "S 326" : there is an elevator, location (closer to the center of 2.5 km), closer to the sea, no negative reviews and reviews in general. And we were not mistaken that we chose the S 326.
Friendly and hospitable, sociable and smiling! One big family and a team. Huge respect to Sulhan and Vardo (the owners of the guest house) are wonderful people, Naira and Ripsime are girls who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, Mamuka is the manager of the cafe at the guest house, an incendiary guy with a sense of humor.
And of course Maria is the welcoming party from "Anita BY". A lot of work has been done during the season to improve food in guest houses, excursion programs, organizational issues - all responsibility was on Maria all this season.
To the tour operator of prosperity and ideas! We are waiting for new routes from you! We will be glad to go with you again to meet adventures!
Happy Tourism Day, "Anita BY"!
Wishes for the next tour are to visit two regions of Adjara + Kakheti. We plan to return to this country next year in September, when the grape harvest is underway and visit the wine cellars of Kakheti. Enjoy the beauty of Sighnaghi, as well as spend a few days in Adjara - Kobuleti (at Sulkhan's).

I wanted to book a trip to Pskov for the November weekend. I called Anitabay. The girl from the travel agency did not give any information about the trip, the whole conversation came down to: make a payment-we'll book, that's it. At least some information was provided on Instagram. As a result, I decided to book a trip to Anitabay through the Vitebsk tour operator for November 7-8, 2024.
We went with this company on a bus tour of Adygea + vacation at sea (08/06/12- 08/19/12).
We really liked everything. Good transit hotels, excellent drivers, a convenient bus and a competent escort.
Thank you very much for preparing such interesting routes at affordable prices at this difficult time.
We will be happy to go on a winter vacation with this company!

Just the other day, we returned from the Moscow tour "Weekend in Moscow" (06/27/2017) and, while my head and thoughts are still full of fresh memories, I hasten to leave my feedback about the last trip. First of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the AnitaVu travel agency for a perfectly organized trip. For the first time, we chose a capital company for the trip (we ourselves are from Grodno) and did not lose. The memories are only the warmest. There are no unpleasant moments that can overshadow the journey. All stages and details of the trip are organized at the proper level. You can feel the experience and professional impact. And, believe me, these are not emotions. We have gone on similar tours before, there is something to compare it with. Not once in these days have we felt like regular statistical tourists, whom we can dismiss with standard and memorized phrases. Boarding the bus, briefing, sanitary stops, a snack on the road, choosing a hotel – everything is clear, everything is according to plan. The tour program is very extensive and informative. We learned and saw a lot of new things. Special words of gratitude to our accompanying Yana. She is very tactful and responsive. He knows how to work with people, always helps with advice, tells you what, where and how best. In other words, she's just a smart girl. Thanks to her, these three days passed easily and naturally. Thanks again to your travel agency for an unforgettable vacation. I'm sure this won't be our last trip.
And it started so beautifully! Tour from 08/04/2023 to 08/09/2023. The choice fell on the 6-day combo tour Karelia-St. Petersburg. An employee of the company reminded us more than once about the comfort of a bus that is at most 3 years old. So we decided to go! And here is day X-E. We find a bus and there, instead of a Luhari Bass, there is some kind of 30-year-old horn that smokes and sneezes. 1. Throughout the entire road, the overhead luggage compartments opened from different ends and in a random order. 2. The air conditioner was working in the mode (I don't want to / won't), to myself, but at +30 it wasn't cold. 3. When the driver went out to overtake, the bus rocked so that adrenaline began to flow down his leg into his sneakers. 4. The bus was dirty inside, it was unpleasant to take on all the scuffed surfaces, I won't even paint about dirty curtains. One of the tourists was constantly dripping from the ceiling, the attendant shrugged her shoulders and offered to cope somehow with the help of tape, jokingly hinting that this was just a feature of the bus. 5. Of the entertainment, during the trip there was only viewing the scenery through a dirty window. I would like to note that the TVs were still on the bus, although they were portable and not working. Oh, yes, on the way back, the middle door was wedged and it wouldn't open without help.
Regarding the events, I liked everything in general, although there are points that are worth mentioning. It's about a drive to the first point in Karelia
18 hours, people from St. Petersburg are hungry. (It's still 6 hours away from St. Petersburg)
Karelia. The first point involves riding on the water and visiting the island, it's still two + hours, people are hungry. After skiing, we immediately drive for 2 hours to the Ruskeala Mountain Park, which takes 3 hours. In total, a late lunch for two with a queue in the park took an hour and 2000 rubles (about 70 bel rubles) was not budget-friendly. The territory of the park is large and in two hours you can only walk around it with a quick step, bungee jumping and rope jumping are out of the question, there is little time. For some reason, they kept pushing us and scaring us that it was late, namely at two o'clock in the morning we would check into the hotel, although in fact we checked in much earlier, at 9 p.m., the bottom line was that it was possible to stay in the park longer.
There is no claim to the hotel in Petrozavodsk, the bugs did not bite and it's nice. We immediately knew where and what would be there, so we mentally prepared.
Alloy. There are no complaints about the guys who conducted it, everything is at the highest level, with dinner and songs around the campfire, everything is on top, although for unprepared people rowing for two hours with oars is still entertainment, but what delicious pasta after that). I must say right away that you need to take a change of clothes and a change of shoes with you and not succumb to the persuasions of the accompanying person about the fact that shoes / sneakers / shoes / things will dry out on the way, they will not dry out. Further, after visiting waterfalls and other attractions, very little time is given for everything 20-30 minutes, you only have time to walk and take a photo. There is no time left to admire the beauties. And they push you all the time.
Peter. The road to it is about 6 hours. First of all, we stopped for lunch and were surprised at the relatively inexpensive price (about 700 rubles for two) and most importantly, we ate deliciously. In the middle of the way, it turned out that the hotel in St. Petersburg would not be five minutes from the metro, but 20, somewhere on the outskirts in the industrial zone, next to hostels for nonresident workers. We drove to the city center by taxi for 25 minutes without traffic jams. Yes, I liked the Baltiyskaya hotel and the service, but the deserted streets at night and drunks did not give me a reason to go out for an evening walk.
The last day. Visit to the Catherine Palace, after an hour-long sightseeing tour of the water. People are hungry. Three hours are allocated for the palace as well as for the park in Ruskeala. So the question arises of being hungry and watching more, or having lunch and galloping. After the event, we stopped at the shopping center for lunch and purchases, allocated only 40 minutes.
Arriving home, we decided to call the tour company and ask about the bus and clarify some points. The operator said that all the buses were new, and we were sent to explain our claim about the bus to a specially trained person, apparently. Instead of apologizing, they replied that, well, you got there!
Draw your own conclusions! We plan not to contact this tour company anymore
The weekend tour to St. Petersburg caused great positive excitement. I went with my husband.
Everything is insanely cool.
Drivers Alexander and Evgeny delivered us everywhere on time and without incident.
Alexander is a very cool, attentive and understanding escort for 5+.
We were also super lucky to have a guide. Elizabeth is young, full of strength and energy. It is clear that the person is doing his own thing. It is very interesting and most importantly, it tells and shows everything clearly, also on 5+. The hotel justifies its 3 stars. Everything is decent, affordable, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available.
Kazan in July. Overall, a well-organized tour. If you get ready, then be prepared for a long and tedious journey. It's a "song" to Moscow, but then the road gets narrower (repairs, road widening) and traffic jams appear. You can stand in traffic jams for about an hour. Kazan impresses with its night beauty, architecture, cultural heritage, cuisine, and people...But it's actually one and a half days to get to know her, if you take an excursion to Bulgaria. That is, not enough. Yoshkar-Ola is an interesting city, with modern buildings a la Bruges, but with rusty parapets on the bridge, weeds on the lawns, peeling bricks, which gives away that we are in Russia)).In general, such an aesthetic pleasure. I had an hour of free time - I was thinking where to kill. Well, Hood turned up on the "Venetian Square".the museum.
Then there was Vladimir for a transhit overnight stay. But this city, unfortunately, did not receive the attention of the company(((
Then Suzdal. In Suzdal, I was surprised by the attitude of Vitaly's escort to the city and its historical heritage. It was said that "there is nothing to see here." In my opinion,
this is a very unprofessional approach. There are more than 200 cultural and historical objects in the city, and there is nothing to see and do here?! It's good that the tour guide loves his city and the tour was interesting, but very fast. Suzdal is an atomospheric city and it would be possible to allocate more time at least for independent visits to some cultural sites.
Then, who will gather for a mead tasting for 700 rubles, then be prepared that there will be no show) A terrified and clamped presenter in a Russian sundress will offer you to drink different varieties of mead in turn, muttering something about mead in between. But in my opinion, wasted time and money. The mead is not a bit better than it is sold in the nearest cafe for 70 rubles
From the additional.I recommend excursions - a trip to Bulgaria.
A master class on cooking echpochmaks and plus lunch - you will not learn the secrets of the special Tatar cuisine, the chefs will help to make the echpochmak. But in general, the guys tried to create an atomosphere and the lunch was delicious. Therefore, it is not so categorical here.
Another wish is for the accompanying person not only to acquaint tourists with sanitary stops, but also to give a little travel information about the country, the city where we are going or passing, to pay attention to the natural beauties (mountains, rivers) that meet along the way. This is the first time I have come across such an uninteresting escort. But as an organizer for stops, collection announcements, and hotel check-in, there are no questions.
Overall, the trip is not bad.
A week and a half ago, my husband and I returned from the St. Petersburg combat tour+Karelia". Emotions have not subsided so far! No less than the wonderful landscapes of Karelia and the grandeur of the city on the Neva, I was impressed by the hypocrisy of the tour operator, who sent a twenty-year-old transport instead of the promised comfortable new bus. Poorly functioning air conditioning, upper luggage compartments opening on the move, greasy cladding and - the cherry on the cake - cloudy glasses (especially good for sightseeing tours). Moreover, even after our return, the operator of the travel agency continued to broadcast on the phone about the new buses...
Kazan has opened up from a new angle. We ordered a tour of Kazan with Nizhny Novgorod in July, the way without night crossings allows you to fully enjoy all the beauties of Kazan in comfort. Interesting excursions and a busy schedule did not let you get bored throughout the tour, an excellent substitute for all sorts of foreign countries.
Tour to Georgia with arrival from Vitebsk 13.08-28.08
I can't say anything bad about the company, but they need to choose who to cooperate with in Georgia itself. The bus is normal, except that the promised bus WiFi did not work all the way there and back (according to the attendant, it worked, just the coverage area, the number of people connected, etc. excuses). You can't eat on the bus. A peculiar rule, taking into account some of the features of leaving Georgia, but approx.
And this whole review wouldn't be worth the time spent writing it if it weren't for the staff in Georgia itself. Check-in at the hotel began with threats to call the police if there is noise after 23.00. In general, the rule is normal, but why bother the whole bus right away? That's who's going to yell - go up to them. It's the first time I've seen this, but okay, flowers.
The hotel manager is Alexey. We were warned on the bus about his vulnerable and gentle nature, and that we should take care of him (?Am I going on vacation, or am I taking care of someone? And who will take care of me?) . In fact, Alexey is a sad, absolutely negative person, whom it was difficult to approach with an elementary question, because he knew how to make a problem out of the blue. There were not enough ropes on the French balcony and do you need more? No!!! And you can't hang it in the yard either! There is NO corkscrew in the dining room!!! (and a look like a drunkard) Vague washing rules (either a record, or not a record, but stress). And a bunch of similar little things, out of the blue. An unpleasant person, spoiled the rest. But when they got to the owner of the hotel, then Alexey began to sparkle with friendliness and helpfulness.
Further. The bus offers guided tours. Don't get fooled. This is a banal taxi to a place with a story on the way about something. I took 3 excursions, I regretted 2 of them. According to Tbilisi standards within the allotted time. I also took the Mtiral and waterfalls of mountainous Adjara from the company, and I will not recommend them to anyone. Mtirala is beautiful, but there is little time. 2 steep and long ascents and 2.5 hours for everything. We barely made it. All at a gallop. And this is a steep climb.
Waterfalls of mountainous Adjara. There are 3 waterfalls in the program, 2 passed normally, the third was closed for repairs. On the way to the 3rd waterfall 3 (!3!) A local man shouted to the guide that it was closed, the group began to grumble, but the guide walked like a tank to the right point. I came, saw that the waterfall was really closed, turned around and went back. No apologies, no improvisation (it didn't work out with this location, but there is another place nearby ...) - everything is OK with her.
If you want a high-quality tour, book privately from the locals. In such a private tour, we saw a lot of interesting locations, and sat in a restaurant (3 hours, all inclusive), and ate, not even tried everything, and got drunk (both chacha and wine). And we received a master class in national dance with dressing up. We left early in the morning, arrived late in the evening. The tour is great, and at a price more expensive than those offered on the bus by only $ 5.
A review of a bus tour from Minsk to Kobuletti with the Anita company.buy. 30.06.2023-07/15/2023. The Diva Hotel. The cost of the tour was $ 410 + 200 r tourist service. This tour was booked by our company in advance - in February. The bonus was a 50 r discount on the tour service and the ability to choose a seat on the bus. The day before, I received an SMS with information about departure (the bus number is the contact of the accompanying person). The departure took place at 6:30 from the central bus station. Immediately, the lining for the seating of tourists began. We were lucky - we were sitting as agreed, but 3-4 families were definitely not sitting in their places. The attendant did not regulate these moments in any way, she regularly sounded "And this is not for me, I will pass the information to the office." During the first day's journey, no sanitary stops were reported in advance. When we arrived, the escort made an announcement about the parking time. We arrived in Voronezh for the night about 3 hours later than the expected time, as there were traffic jams and repair work on the way. I really liked the hotel. It was posted quickly. In the morning there was a good quality portioned breakfast. The bus was parked far from the entrance, which inconvenienced tourists, but probably brought comfort to the drivers, who, by the way, on the way to Georgia absolutely did not bother to help with luggage at least to those who needed it. The guys stood quietly to the side. Then there was a night transfer to Georgia through the territory of the Russian Federation. There were stops for hot meals on the way. At each point it was really tasty and affordable. About $5 a full meal. The border was passed quickly enough. Then there were stops at the sights. They gave 30-40 minutes for each, but this is a very dubious pleasure after a long night move. People were tortured and wanted to go to the Tbilisi hotel faster.
Upon arrival in Tbilisi, the accommodation was quite fast. After 2-2 and a half hours, it was necessary to go on a sightseeing tour of the city. The tour was uninformative. Don't waste your time on her. It is better to relax a little more in the room and go for a walk yourself in the evening. It wasn't just me who was unhappy. Many tourists complained: the guide did not have a microphone, the route was very mediocre (I had been to Tbilisi 2 times before - I know what I'm talking about). At the end of the tour, tasting is one name. Corny, there was not enough space for all tourists. If you cannot organize it at a decent level, do not include it in the so-called "excursion". The check-out from the hotel was very early. Breakfast was replaced with lunch boxes, which three-quarters of the bus threw out immediately. It's not breakfast, don't count on it. There was a transfer and a walk to Borjomi. It is a walk that is not an excursion. There was very little time, i.e. again some kind of formal point of contact.
Then we arrived in Kobuletti. The check-in at the hotel was quick. The Diva Hotel left a pleasant impression: clean, tidy, tidy. The hotel has a Gia manager - he solved any issue that arose among tourists, for which I personally thank him very much. Absolutely nothing was ignored. On the day of departure, the tourists said goodbye to him very warmly.
As for the food at the hotel. It is declared as three times a day. The food left much to be desired. I can only relate this to the fact that the hotel had a "restaurant". If the budget is very limited and you are counting on hotel meals, this is clearly not an option. The portions are small, monotonous, there were days when there was absolutely no meat. This is a clear disadvantage. In the evenings, the hotel had discos for tourists. It started at about 9, at 12 at night everything turned off. We bought wine right at the hotel. 10 GEL per liter. We were satisfied. As for the beach: large pebbles, there is a lot of space on the beach. Sun loungers can be rented. The sea is clear, but it gets deep very quickly. As for the excursions: here the escort was extremely sociable and talked in as much detail as possible. I recommended to be determined on the bus (on the way to Kobuletti), I collected money from all those living there on the bus. In our case, 2 excursions were canceled (one of which was free from AnitaBay) due to weather conditions (it rained for 3 days). We only got to Batumi in the evening, and I do not recommend going there. The departure was at 19:30. Most of the tour took place in the dark. It is much more rational to take a taxi or minibus from Kobuletti, get there and walk on your own. Everything is very compactly located there. Don't waste your time)
During bad weather, we went to the local market. It is 3-4 km from the hotel. The prices for spices and sweets are exactly the same as in the resort area. There is an alcohol store near the hotel (wine-cognac-chacha) - you can buy everything there. The prices are slightly lower than the resort ones. But I need to carefully recalculate the total amount, they counted more for me. At the end of the rest, there was a return trip. It was more complicated than that. Two overnight transfers and 1 overnight stay in Rostov. The hotel in Rostov was inconvenient for tourists: in one building there was a reception desk, rooms in other buildings - everyone had to carry things. In the morning there was breakfast, which was served by a very unpleasant and unhurried woman, but this is just a human factor. On the way back, information about sanitary stops was already reported in advance. One of the drivers (Evgeny) helped with the bags as needed. Special thanks to him for that. If we talk about a vacation at sea: everything went just fine. As for the road : It's long and hard. The number of night crossings needs to be clearly reviewed and the program changed. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, except for the nuances of the road. I hope my review was useful to you! Have a good rest and all the best! ;)
07/07/2022 we went on a tour of St. Petersburg.I enjoyed the trip very much, and there are a lot of impressions left.
I would like to express my gratitude to the travel agency for a perfectly organized tour!!!
You are masters of your craft!!!!Many thanks to Elena, the co-ruler!!She is not only an excellent specialist, but also a wonderful person!!! An excellent guide, tells the history of the city in a very interesting way, funny and interesting!!!
Excellent transport, very comfortable and caring drivers))) they did not allow extra kilometers to walk, they always arrived at the place on time. The hotel is wonderful, everything is convenient and very beautiful!!!!
Thanks again, good luck and prosperity!!!!!
We went on a tour of Adygea + sea holidays in Lermontovo from 07/04/2022 to 07/17/2022. Only positive emotions remained. Adygea is a separate topic. There is no place more beautiful and interesting for outdoor enthusiasts — the Adyghe sights are really worth seeing! Many thanks to the guide Galina in Adygea. She had a cheerful enthusiasm, she was equal to the main contingent present, and clarifying questions did not annoy her, but she simply revealed the material of interest more - she is a pro. Special thanks to the accompanying Elena and the drivers who were with us along the way. The bus is comfortable, good, the air conditioners worked. One small disadvantage for them is that they drove all the way in silence without musical accompaniment, i.e. they wanted music or radio. We watched a couple of movies the whole way there and back. And going with music is a good mood (after all, we are going on vacation), and the road is easier, and time is not so long. Now about a vacation in Lermontovo. The Victoria Hotel itself is not bad. Located across the street from the sea. The location is good. There are different rooms. At first, we were accommodated in a room without a window with a fan. But at the first request, we were immediately moved to a room with a sea view and air conditioning. The room was nice. The rooms in this hotel are not cleaned, it should be done by the vacationers themselves. This is of course a minus. There was often no hot water. The beach is not bad. The water was dirty because the sea was stormy, but this is the beach to the right of the hotel. We went to the beach to the left of the hotel. The water was clear there and there was a gentle entrance to the sea, which is very good. It was only necessary to overcome about a meter of the rocky entrance to the sea, and then the sandy bottom, it's just a blessing to walk on such a bottom))). In general, we liked the rest, we are waiting for the next vacation to go on tour again with AnitaVu. They have a lot of interesting things, but first we consider Dagestan. Thank you for organizing the tour.
Terrible organization of a trip to Kazan from Minsk.
They spoiled the impression from the very first minutes, when they were put on the bus, not only were they put in the last seats, they also sat 5 people, booked a ticket for a month. They are outraged to the point of horror. I travel a lot, but this is the first time!!!!
I went with Anitabai to Adygea. The tour was called rebooting the soul and body. Many thanks to the management with a composition of 24 people - the tour took place! It's been a fabulous journey for my last 20 years! The drivers are pros! Accompanying Vadim, the route is clearly and competently worked out. And the rest itself: mountains, thermal springs, waterfalls, caves are all just Super!
We went to Kazan on 24.06-29.06. This is not the first trip with this company, but this time I wanted to write a review. They traveled all the time with different escorts, there were no questions even once, but they did not perform anything useful beyond the minimum functions. Vitaly accompanied us on this trip, thanks to him for a wonderful trip! He told me what is better to see, and where it is cheaper to buy and bring, how it is easier to get there and a lot of useful and interesting information, which made the rest easier and more interesting. It is immediately clear that the person is in his place. And his story about other Antita tours... I immediately wanted to go to everything without going home!
You get used to good things quickly, now we will expect the same from the rest)
I went to Dagestan in April 2023. The first time I went on vacation with this travel agency, but now I'm sure it won't be the last. Everything is at the highest level, the accompanying person is wonderful, a person who knows his job. The hotel in Makhachkala is cool. The tour program is well designed, but Dagestan itself simply cannot be described in words, I have not seen such beauty yet. There was a charger on the bus, the seats are well laid out backwards and sideways, the only disadvantage in the bus is the lack of nets on the back of the seat in front, because of this there is nowhere to put the phone, passport and so on, but these are small things against the background of such a wonderful holiday, which was very professionally organized by the travel agency AnitaVU, thank them very much for their work🖤
I do not recommend using the services of this company. It's a complete setup, both with the hotel and with seats on the train. We went to St. Petersburg on 08/24/2023.One hotel was initially announced, but in fact, a day before departure, you are informed about another hotel, which is an order of magnitude worse than the declared one.The hotel is near the construction site, around the industrial zone, there is no infrastructure.A train ride is a separate topic. The whole group rode back in side seats and in different carriages. The first time I came across a situation when I book a trip two months in advance and get such a service. They fell for this company because of the hotel that was originally announced. In general, I do not advise, complete disregard for customers!!!👎👎👎
08.07.23 we went on a tour to Kazan. The trip is super, the accompanying Vitaly is just great. Special thanks for the meteor. Everything is 5+. We are tourists with a lot of experience. Always take a good mood with you and everything will be fine.
We have been friends with this company for many years. The service is super. The staff is competent and polite. The location is great, the rooms are cozy, the food is not always at the level you want. Cleanliness is always there.
The rudeness of the drivers did not like the fact that according to the contract signed with them, you do not have much rights. I went with them 3 times, there are essentially no normal guides.
This is the third time we have contacted this tour operator, and they have never let us down. We love to travel with my wife, but it is difficult to rely on any one tour operator, after all, this is a delicate matter. Interesting offers and an abundance of time options provide a good choice of tours. Well, the managers who explain everything in an accessible and prompt manner are great guys.
From 08/08/2023 to 08/23/2023, Anita and I went on vacation to Georgia. The long-awaited vacation ended upon arrival in Kobuleti and check-in at the Kobuleti inn hotel. For 20 years of bus travel experience, the hotel room was amazing in its size. The room was a set of beds with narrow passages between them (for one person to pass, the rest had to leave the room or jump on the bed), as it turned out later, these were cockroach trails. How to dislike your customers in order to move into such rooms.
Bus tour to Georgia, from 09/6/12. Everything is fine, the bus is new, but the distance between the seats is narrow. Clearly the Chinese were doing it for themselves. As it is, everything is fine. Accompanied by Hope, responsive and attentive. Thanks to her and the company for such a qualified staff. The trip went off without any problems. Everything was successful, we passed the border quickly, there and back. The hotel in Rostov is worthless. And so everything is on top. We rested in Kobuleti for the third time. New in, they cook very tasty, without frills, but at home. The fourth time, only with Anita.
I want to say a big thank you to ANITA BYE right away! Everything is at a high level, from the design of the tour to the escort. I went on the "Weekend in St. Petersburg" tour+ Karelia" 15.09. In the office, the managers told us all about the tour without extra water! We got a gorgeous escort Elena, good guides and professional drivers. I traveled with different companies, so there is something to compare it with! A good Art Deco Primorsky hotel, a rich program, a lot of information, gorgeous views and of course tired legs))))))))))).
We went with AnitaVa to Karelia for a week, the tour "Karelia unhurriedly". I was very pleased!!!!! I chose a tour for a long time, read reviews, looked at thousands of photos, I had certain expectations from the tour, but Karelia captivated me with its beauty. Everything turned out to be even better than in the photo. I liked that the program is very thoughtful, there is enough time for everything and you don't have to hurry anywhere. Accompanying Maria explained everything to the smallest detail and charged the whole bus with her positivity and good mood. The driver's crew was very attentive and understanding. Good impressions, photos and a lot of wonderful emotions appeared from the rest. I recommend Karelia and AnitaVa to everyone. Thanks to the travel agency for my great vacation
The company is good, the team is professional! On vacation only with them. They will tell you about all the nuances before the trip. The routes are super, the drivers are aces, accompanying the fire. Happy and good tourists to you, see you soon!!!
Thanks!Anita, used for a generally clear and excellent tour in Moscow 12.08-14.08 .It's not the first time I'm going with you and I'll go only with you! There was a small minus in the beginning, but then everything is fine!!The program is excellent, the hotel too, a little closer and near the metro I would like to!I would like more days too!The accompanying Elizabeth is also well done, very responsive and will always help and prompt in any question!Keep it up !
For a long time I could not find a suitable tour for myself, I turned to the agency with a request to find something suitable for me in time and amount. The consultants were very helpful with the selection. I would like to express my great gratitude for a great vacation. Everything is organized very well, we kept in touch throughout the rest, each client has his own approach. Next year, when choosing a tour, I will contact only here😊
Don't set foot in this company anymore!!!!! Trip 07.on July 11, 2022, we changed 5 buses for the trip, 2 Belarusian buses were just in a dead state, we never got to St. Petersburg on 1 bus because it broke down completely, we waited on the road for about 2 hours to be picked up and so our tour rushed 🤪we looked at everything from the bus, and if they let out but for 10 minutes to take a photo, okay, the hotel is almost 40 minutes behind St. Petersburg , the hotel itself is not bad (but far away) in short, Peter was not really shown and told, okay, the road to Karelia is almost 9 hours ,we arrived at the waterfall and were given 20 minutes (in this included running to buy a ticket for myself, a toilet, and of course to see the waterfalls), our girl herself (the accompanying person is not interested in any of this obsaly)she just went with us and immediately collected money, which is not worth asking) in short, what is the result
Read the reviews carefully or relax on your own
I have never written reviews, so I decided to share my impressions of my trip.
Having a lot of travel experience, I had to go to different tour agencies ...
I met Anitabai by chance), which I am incredibly glad about!!!
A modern, dynamic view of tourism, an approach to communication with clients / tourists, the most worked-out programs, a professional team, this is only a small fraction of what I would like I wanted to celebrate after meeting Anitabay.
I spent my vacation in Karelia in 2022.
Five days of the "Fairy Tale"))).
The clear, smooth work of the team, starting from the conclusion of the contract and ending with "custody" throughout the trip, is a great reason to plan your next trip with Anitabai!!!)))).
They don 't think about customers .
The Peter-Karelia tour from 06.08 to 12.08 bought seats without the right to choose seats on the bus. Before leaving, we were informed of the numbers of seats 48, 49 and told to take a jacket with us, because these are the last places and it blows there. What kind of jacket can we talk about in the summer in the heat is not at all clear, as well as why the company does not warn that it sells us seats in the gallery that do not recline and which are cold, like in a refrigerator because of the air conditioner … Why did the four of us pay the same amount for seats as the people who literally slept on our laps and rode comfortably?? Night crossing , the seats are vertical , there is no room at all for the legs because of the people sitting in front , who were lying down . ( I attached a photo of how little space there is in the back ) It was so cold that everything was more or less warm . When asked to turn off the air conditioner, we heard: "Then the whole bus will be hot," i.e. did we have to suffer for the comfort of all other passengers? Such places should not be sold at all!!
Accompanying Hope is a separate issue. Before the tour of Ladoga, we went to a fish shop, and she said that we were going to get on the bus and go from there to the lake. When we got on the bus, it turned out that she had already left to seat everyone who came by boat and the drivers showed us where to go, because she did not plan to return. Well , we thought well and went laughing to look , we were seated on different boats and we set off . Upon arrival, I asked Nadezhda if all the boats had arrived, she said no and I stayed waiting for my sister, only 10 minutes later it turned out that everyone had arrived and I was waiting for manna from heaven)) Then she said that after the toilet she was waiting for everyone on the bus and we would go to the store with local alcohol . Arriving on the bus, it turned out that there was no need to go to the store, that it was within walking distance and our "star" had already taken away those who arrived earlier ... the curtain.
By the way , I do not advise you to take this alcohol . The composition is like nuclear fuel .
Conclusion: everything was well organized , the impression was spoiled by the bus ( there is also glass wobbling and knocking ) and the accompanying Hope .
