I'm not sure if anyone is interested in the reviews of the terminal. But this hub has been in need of expansion for a long time. Loud, crowded, uncomfortable, constant fuss... stress. The horror is shorter. Especially terrible for those with children. The notifications are special, nothing is clear or audible at all.

Uninterrupted conveyor of work with passengers, everything is available, everything is clear. In Antalya, even passport control is an order of magnitude shorter. And this cannot be called irresponsibility. The only thing I really didn't like in the waiting rooms is the crazy prices for everything (food, water, perfume, ice cream, alcohol, etc.) and all prices in euros. And so there are no words in assessing the work of this largest airport in the world. Antalya!!! That says it all.!!!

Excellent ternimal. Food and water are allowed through customs. A gorgeous dytik. There are a lot of shops. Some accept rubles. Emotionally, missing passengers are announced with a request to get on the plane. Just like in the TV series.

The airport itself is heavily overloaded. There is no luggage storage in Terminal 2. The nearest one is in Terminal 1, which is 3 kilometers away. A very controversial decision. It is very inconvenient for passengers. At the entrance, it is worth noting the person who will pack your suitcase in film for money. Friendly and does his job well. Now about the sore point. This is a business lounge. It is very small, located on the second floor on the food court. It's his turn! The queue! Waiting in line for at least 30-40 minutes. Quiet horror. I still didn't like the speed of service in duty free. Very slowly, at the checkout, the seller searched for the product in the catalog, did some manipulations and constantly called the senior. This all creates queues and discontent. Now for departures. Your check-in desk may change unexpectedly. You saw your stand on the scoreboard, took a turn, and after three minutes the stand changed to another one. As a result, everyone runs there headlong. The service is lame.

It's cramped and stuffy. During 4 trips during the year, there has never been a quiet passage to the business lounge. You're always standing in a crowd for an hour. This is because huge groups of those who bought a priority pass for 80 euros are allowed through. Make 2 business halls in this case. People with children are standing and indignant.

The terminal is nice and spacious.
Of the nuances, it is better to get here by taxi from terminal 1)) go 2-5 minutes for a penny, and walk for 30 minutes and it is unrealistic - there is no pedestrian road.
Among the advantages are clean bathrooms, clean waiting rooms. In general, a standard classic airport)
Of the minuses, the food here, as in other airports, is at the price of an airplane wing; the gate is not announced over the speakerphone - just a number appears on the scoreboard, which means that boarding has begun. In Sochi, the gate number is shown on the scoreboard - this means that we will go out there, and the start of boarding is announced already over the speakerphone. So we almost missed our landing in Turkey. They ran into the closing doors.
Another of the disadvantages of the Internet. Free for only 30 minutes

Disgusting airport! Our flight was delayed, repairs were underway in the hall, there were only a few shops that were occupied. And repairs with knocking out on metal, the brains knocked out everything! You will not find representatives of the company, at the check-in desks it is not that they speak Russian, they do not understand English at all, they make round eyes and turn away. It was thrash. I haven't seen this at any other airport. I am silent about the lack of a cafe, there is nowhere to buy a cup of coffee. He went through customs, but there was no check-in for the flight, he was detained. And there's nowhere to go, nowhere to even sit down!!! Lawlessness!!!

Firstly, some kind of nervous and aggressive passport control, who was yelling something in his own language, which is known only to him. Secondly, the girl at the front desk was just extremely super slow, and this is not an exaggeration. While 4-5 families were served at the neighboring counters, ours served 1. Recently, the Turks have been practicing the fast track service, pay $ 115 per person so as not to stand in line (contact the hotel guides).The prices at the airport are sky-high (at KFC, whopper, fries, nuggets and 2 Cokes came out 40€), not to compare with Sheremetyevo or Dubai. And in general, the building itself is like a barn or a barn, the toilets are dirty, queues, sometimes there are no locks.

Clean, plenty of space, friendly staff. Cafe prices are not cheap, but this applies to all airports, regardless of the country. Waiting rooms are fine, there is enough space for everyone, terminals with information are clear. The bathrooms are clean. It would be possible to have sockets for charging phones, next to the places where you sit. And special thanks - the children's area is at the very bottom, you can launch a child there, and just exhale before the flight.

We were in September 2023. Repairs were underway at the airport. There were a lot of people, queues everywhere. There are traffic jams and accidents at the exit from the airport. Car rental companies are located far beyond the airport, it will not be possible to get to them on your own. On the way back, we took a fast track at the hotel to avoid them and did not regret it. There was a queue, but compared to those in the airport building, it was just ridiculous. It will not work to pack a suitcase in a film, the machine only works with cards, and our cards do not work in Turkey. Carefully check the names on the tickets at the check-in. They can get confused. Rempect red wings, the flight was not delayed for a minute, but if it had happened, then with our fast track you could have waited comfortably. In a separate room there was a place to relax, food was presented without restriction, quite diverse (hot, pastries, tea, coffee, yoghurts, cold drinks, etc.). There are also free taxis, without queues. When they took us to the landing, they saw that there were just an insane number of people at the airport itself, literally nowhere to stand.
