I'm not sure if anyone is interested in the reviews of the terminal. But this hub has been in need of expansion for a long time. Loud, crowded, uncomfortable, constant fuss... stress. The horror is shorter. Especially terrible for those with children. The notifications are special, nothing is clear or audible at all.
The airport is extremely overloaded, there is very little information, even when something is announced in Russian, it is very difficult to understand what is being said. The lounge area is small and there is a huge queue. The building is very hot and stuffy.
The unique coherence of the work of the terminal staff. Every 2-3 minutes there is either takeoff or landing.
Uninterrupted conveyor of work with passengers, everything is available, everything is clear. In Antalya, even passport control is an order of magnitude shorter. And this cannot be called irresponsibility. The only thing I really didn't like in the waiting rooms is the crazy prices for everything (food, water, perfume, ice cream, alcohol, etc.) and all prices in euros. And so there are no words in assessing the work of this largest airport in the world. Antalya!!! That says it all.!!!
Excellent ternimal. Food and water are allowed through customs. A gorgeous dytik. There are a lot of shops. Some accept rubles. Emotionally, missing passengers are announced with a request to get on the plane. Just like in the TV series.
Very expensive. You can't eat or drink here for free. Wi-Fi is only valid for half an hour, if at all. There are a lot of people, despite the fact that I was here in September.
But the place is beautiful.
The terminal is located at a distance from the tram line and the main routes, the duty-free is expensive and there is no call (whiskey from 17 euros). But there is cola in the cafe, for crazy money (6 euros)! There is free 30-minute Wi-Fi (look for terminals, authorization via passport)
A small airport terminal. Everything you need is available.
Of the disadvantages: The tram does not reach the airport itself.
After electronic registration, you still need to stand in line.
The airport itself is heavily overloaded. There is no luggage storage in Terminal 2. The nearest one is in Terminal 1, which is 3 kilometers away. A very controversial decision. It is very inconvenient for passengers. At the entrance, it is worth noting the person who will pack your suitcase in film for money. Friendly and does his job well. Now about the sore point. This is a business lounge. It is very small, located on the second floor on the food court. It's his turn! The queue! Waiting in line for at least 30-40 minutes. Quiet horror. I still didn't like the speed of service in duty free. Very slowly, at the checkout, the seller searched for the product in the catalog, did some manipulations and constantly called the senior. This all creates queues and discontent. Now for departures. Your check-in desk may change unexpectedly. You saw your stand on the scoreboard, took a turn, and after three minutes the stand changed to another one. As a result, everyone runs there headlong. The service is lame.
A pleasant airport, there is everything you need) It is also still developing, additional expansion plans are being built, it is not surprising - the flow of tourists is fascinating :) In general, everything is fine!
It's cramped and stuffy. During 4 trips during the year, there has never been a quiet passage to the business lounge. You're always standing in a crowd for an hour. This is because huge groups of those who bought a priority pass for 80 euros are allowed through. Make 2 business halls in this case. People with children are standing and indignant.
The terminal is nice and spacious.
Of the nuances, it is better to get here by taxi from terminal 1)) go 2-5 minutes for a penny, and walk for 30 minutes and it is unrealistic - there is no pedestrian road.
Among the advantages are clean bathrooms, clean waiting rooms. In general, a standard classic airport)
Of the minuses, the food here, as in other airports, is at the price of an airplane wing; the gate is not announced over the speakerphone - just a number appears on the scoreboard, which means that boarding has begun. In Sochi, the gate number is shown on the scoreboard - this means that we will go out there, and the start of boarding is announced already over the speakerphone. So we almost missed our landing in Turkey. They ran into the closing doors.
Another of the disadvantages of the Internet. Free for only 30 minutes
It's a terribly inconvenient airport. There are a lot of people. It's cramped. The prices are wild, both in the boutique and in the cafe. Ice cream 7 euros, coffee 7.5 euros. There is little information. The children's room is even paid - 15 minutes 1200 rubles.
Comfortable:there are a lot of seats: the chairs are soft, comfortable to sit. There are tables between the chairs. Of course, it cannot be compared with the Koltsovo airport: there is only hardcore:, the chairs are hard plastic.
The prices are amazing.
Wi-Fi appeared (maybe it was a long time ago), but I noticed it only this year. You can get it using your passport(? I saw how people spend their passport on the scan) at a separate counter.
Clear. Comfortable. Border guards with the same protocol faces as ours. That's probably the job.
The toilets are clean.
Registration is fast.
There is a problem with getting luggage: you have to wait. Previously, luggage was given out very quickly. The aborigines say:there is no one to work. Well, maybe.
Queues to cross the border are moving fast:There are no complaints.
A standard, expensive, resort airport. In general, everything is well thought out, but in Turkish they try to take payment when booking tickets / luggage. I liked the Duty Free, although be careful, the prices are not always good.
A very small hall, halls, inconveniently located, it is difficult to understand where the right hall is located, it is nice that they are announced in Russian
It doesn't pull more than a three.
The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is mold in the shower.I bought gloves for the house and cleaned myself.
The staff is polite and attentive.
There are no complaints about nutrition.
Disgusting airport! Our flight was delayed, repairs were underway in the hall, there were only a few shops that were occupied. And repairs with knocking out on metal, the brains knocked out everything! You will not find representatives of the company, at the check-in desks it is not that they speak Russian, they do not understand English at all, they make round eyes and turn away. It was thrash. I haven't seen this at any other airport. I am silent about the lack of a cafe, there is nowhere to buy a cup of coffee. He went through customs, but there was no check-in for the flight, he was detained. And there's nowhere to go, nowhere to even sit down!!! Lawlessness!!!
For such a large flow of people, it is a very small airport, so there are crowds everywhere (
Prices for food and drinks are horse-drawn! So it's better to take a snack with you. In the photo, the cafe where we took drinks is a can of beer for $ 10.
There are long queues, there is no luggage storage, there are no transfers between terminals. Dirty and unkempt. On the ground floor, it was possible to turn on Wi-Fi for an hour using a passport, but no such option was found on the second floor.
The airport is large, but very uncomfortable and overloaded with traffic. The staff is in no hurry to register. There is a terrible queue in the business hall. Prices in the cafe cosmos and not everywhere there is a place to sit
A huge airport, the second after Istanbul, well-organized space for passengers, lots of seats in waiting rooms, constant cleaning of common areas, a large area with cafes and snacks on the second floor. There is a smoking area. The security service works exclusively. Various shops and, of course, a Dutik. A decent airport, I recommend it!
This year, the airport is undergoing reconstruction, there are some inconveniences, but this is also being done for our convenience. We were in the business hall, where it is better to keep the tables clean and expand the famous Swiss table

Perfectly organized with good transport accessibility. There are large convenient packing rooms on the territory of the airport. But the prices in the Turkish duty free have risen...(
I was there in July 2024. Hopefully for the first and last time. For the first time I felt like some kind of migrant worker. Firstly, some kind of nervous and aggressive passport control, who was yelling something in his own language, which is known only to him. Secondly, the girl at the front desk was just extremely super slow, and this is not an exaggeration. While 4-5 families were served at the neighboring counters, ours served 1. Recently, the Turks have been practicing the fast track service, pay $ 115 per person so as not to stand in line (contact the hotel guides). The prices at the airport are sky-high (at KFC, whopper, fries, nuggets and 2 Cokes came out 40€), not to compare with Sheremetyevo or Dubai. And in general, the building itself is like a barn or a barn, the toilets are dirty, queues, sometimes there are no locks.
Expensive.Something to eat too.2 shawarma and 2 ayran 1350 lire. There is much less choice in the second terminal than in the first one.It was disappointing, I wanted to buy something there, alas!
A good airport
Large waiting room
Polite staff
Lots of shops
You won't stay hungry
Prices are the same as at other airports
Clean
In duty free, they will tell you everything, tell you, advise you)
Touristic. There are a lot of people, it's not much use) With snack bars, not really. I recommend using the business lounge on departure. Upon arrival, there are a lot of people, the problem is to sit on the benches of the chair
We passed through the Fast Track system. A very convenient way. The waiting room is not very large, but there is a place. The food is good. You can have a good meal.
There are a lot of people. Luggage is handed out for more than an hour. The queues are huge everywhere. Check-in opens late, less than 3 hours before departure, passes very slowly, if you find yourself at the end of the check-in queue, there is every chance of not catching the plane.
Please note that flights arrive at 2 terminals, but it seems that the Russian ones only go to the second terminal, which, unfortunately, is less modern. From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, walking is problematic. But maybe it was just me who needed it)

A clear compact airport. Convenient intuitive navigation inside. Sometimes there are huge queues to the toilet, for example, in October it is difficult to get to the toilet, and it is not particularly pleasant inside. At the beginning of the season and off-season, everything is OK, clean.
We need more space! More cafes and restaurants! It does not always cope with passenger traffic. Otherwise, everything is fine, the staff is smiling and helpful!!!
Clean, plenty of space, friendly staff. Cafe prices are not cheap, but this applies to all airports, regardless of the country. Waiting rooms are fine, there is enough space for everyone, terminals with information are clear. The bathrooms are clean. It would be possible to have sockets for charging phones, next to the places where you sit. And special thanks - the children's area is at the very bottom, you can launch a child there, and just exhale before the flight.
A cozy little airport. But, seriously, they need to expand urgently - there are a lot of people, nowhere to sit, queues even in the smoking room.
But the staff is somehow coping.
You can also put a person who will send everyone from the first floor to the lower ones. Or set up navigation. All the people are crowding on the small 1st floor, there are two huge empty floors below
The terminal is small, so it's easy to navigate it. There is nowhere to sit near the terminal. You can only have a snack at Burger King at cosmic prices.
It is important to know that the departure of Russian airlines is carried out at terminal B, which is located 2 km from the main one and you can get there for 5 euros by taxi.
We were in September 2023. Repairs were underway at the airport. There were a lot of people, queues everywhere. There are traffic jams and accidents at the exit from the airport. Car rental companies are located far beyond the airport, it will not be possible to get to them on your own. On the way back, we took a fast track at the hotel to avoid them and did not regret it. There was a queue, but compared to those in the airport building, it was just ridiculous. It will not work to pack a suitcase in a film, the machine only works with cards, and our cards do not work in Turkey. Carefully check the names on the tickets at the check-in. They can get confused. Rempect red wings, the flight was not delayed for a minute, but if it had happened, then with our fast track you could have waited comfortably. In a separate room there was a place to relax, food was presented without restriction, quite diverse (hot, pastries, tea, coffee, yoghurts, cold drinks, etc.). There are also free taxis, without queues. When they took us to the landing, they saw that there were just an insane number of people at the airport itself, literally nowhere to stand.
