It's a big and pretty airport. It is convenient that there is an electric train to the city, you can leave quickly. The location of all the zones is clear, I didn't have to look for anything.
The terminal itself is very spacious, but it was sent to the wrong window for registration. After standing in line for a good half hour, they suspected something was wrong. As it turned out, we almost flew to Brussels))). When they saw their turn, they were very happy (she almost went outside) Registration started late. After 1.5 hours, we went to register. Amen. The staff is a separate topic. Russian Russian An employee of the Central Asian appearance pretended that he did not understand the Russian language, at least a couple of times he did not loudly publish a couple of "Russian" words)). As it is, everything is fine.
A clean, cozy airport. All control is fast. I was with a stick, my leg hurt, they helped me with my luggage everywhere. And they offered me a chair and an escort, I refused. But I liked the politeness and foresight.
There was only one time. This year, in the summer. But there are small problems. All the passengers waited a very long time for the luggage from the plane on which we arrived. Secondly, many airport employees do not speak Russian. These are the two problems. Otherwise, I didn't notice. The airport is always crowded, everything is there. The resort town, I liked it.
Huge queues at the entrance to the airport, not all checkpoints (inspection) work, then queues for registration, money for excess baggage is collected without a receipt, they simply assign the amount of payment, with such a crowd for registration, the paid check-in desk was quickly opened, only when those wishing to pay for free services ran out, additional counters were opened... Otherwise, it's fine: everything you need is placed in a small area, with a huge number of departures, you can always find a place to sit down, flight announcements to Russia are in Russian, you can hear well, the landing is fast, through the sleeves.
There is such a paraphrased joke in KVN bvla: "What they do is what they want"
It's about this place. You can't get into the city from here, only by taxi. We'll be lucky if they charge twice as much as usual) It is not clear when the flight will be announced. Queues are like in a mausoleum. Coffee costs like lunch in a restaurant) total: Antalya is no longer the same. If possible, it is better not to get to this airport))
As always in the summer in July, there are a lot of people, but everything is done quickly, surprisingly smoothly, they work like minutes from check-in to boarding, a minimum of waiting, well, a wonderful smoking room practically in the fresh air, well done Turks work great
Very fast service, arrived at the airport 5 minutes before the end of check-in, everything was quickly arranged. The staff is polite and always ready to tell you if you need something. Super 👍
We have been flying to Turkey for many years.I don't understand why, but every year there are huge queues to check in your luggage and get a boarding pass.Nothing changes .As we stood for 1-1.5 hours 20 years ago, so we stand. There are 2-3 desks open for registration .There is no such thing anywhere else .Everything is fast , clear , and without queues everywhere .Airport staff need to learn communication and friendliness from hotel staff.
I was there in July 2024. Hopefully for the first and last time. For the first time I felt like some kind of migrant worker. Firstly, some kind of nervous and aggressive passport control, who was yelling something in his own language, which is known only to him. Secondly, the girl at the front desk was just extremely super slow, and this is not an exaggeration. While 4-5 families were served at the neighboring counters, ours served 1. Recently, the Turks have been practicing the fast track service, pay $ 115 per person so as not to stand in line (contact the hotel guides). The prices at the airport are sky-high (at KFC, whopper, fries, nuggets and 2 Cokes came out 40€), not to compare with Sheremetyevo or Dubai. And in general, the building itself is like a barn or a barn, the toilets are dirty, queues, sometimes there are no locks.
On 28.10.24, the SOUTH WIND airline took off.Huge queues in the check-in hall for departure! The stuffiness is simply unbearable! They work very slowly. Extortion of money with a weight of 1 kg!!!!The suitcase was just thrown off the tape!!! They have one particularly arrogant employee in this company with a beard and bulging eyes, who only has money, money! Moreover, he screams like a victim, as if there is not a 1 kg advantage, but a bomb in a suitcase!!! This is the first time I've seen such rudeness from employees! We paid $ 30 !!!! And without any checks and receipts!!!! I read like this for many people, so it has become normal for them!!!! Prices in Duty free are more expensive than in Russia!!!
There are always a lot of people, there is a normal business lounge, spacious with snacks, there is always a queue near the gates, and there is also a constant fuss in the shops
A good airport, everything is in place, and reception and customs and dutifries, buses for boarding and passenger reception are modern, delivery and baggage collection is fast, a modern airport!
Acceptable. There are a lot of people in all areas of the passage. When we bypassed the queue, a man (a Turk, apparently) was led to get a ticket. The airport is small for so many people who fly away and who are brought on transfers from the hotel. Russian Russian ads are available, when passengers are being searched for, then they announce the search in very broken Russian. In general, it could have been better.Prices certainly bite.Water for 3.5 euros, chicken kebab for 20 euros...
The airport is not big, a lot of people fly out, waiting places are on the floors of the gate. Overall, it's clean, the price tags for a snack are very cheerful!!!
The Antalya International Terminal did not disappoint us. We quickly passed registration and customs. We managed to look into the store. There are a lot of cafes where you can have a snack. You can buy water from vending machines. The announcements about boarding the plane can be heard clearly and clearly.
Clean, comfortable, navigation is clear and understandable, do not get lost. You can purchase a local SIM card, change the currency, but the exchange rate is not always profitable. Cafes with high prices, take a snack and some water with you. The only disadvantage is free Wi-Fi for 30 minutes, there is a terminal through which you can connect the Internet, but it constantly freezes.
We have opened a new zone, it is very comfortable. I hope shops and cafes will open soon. As it is, there are no questions, everything is fine. There is a transfer service.
The airport is big, but there are a lot of people too. It takes a lot of time to wait for luggage. There is no place to sit down and rest after the flight. There are very few benches. This is a problem for passengers with children. You go through passport control quickly on arrival and on departure. Check-in starts 2.5 hours in advance. The queue is huge. There are only two racks, but they open them additionally for money. Check your luggage. Kilograms and sizes must meet the requirements of the airline. All that does not fit is the payment from above. The staff speaks Russian, but very poorly and also understands it.
The staff was very slow and not attentive, they forgot to hang the necessary tag on the stroller and upon arrival it was not served to the ramp, they had to carry a tired child in their arms at night before baggage claim. The stroller was found, but in general the situation left a residue.
The airport is cramped, everyone is standing in a crowd at customs control, there is no normal separation in the queue, they stood there for a very long time. In high season, this airport is just like an anthill.
Prices for food and drinks are 2-3 times higher than in Moscow.
The presence of a Cip corridor greatly simplifies and speeds up the registration process, you get into the VIP area, where you can comfortably relax, have breakfast and drink coffee.
Walking from the 1st to the 2nd terminal is not close, but it is better to take into account the time and number of the terminal in advance. In general, a calm airport and 8 hours of waiting will go well, Wi-Fi on your passport is free, you can even lie down on the window and take a nap. No problem flying and sunny mood!
The airport is modern, large and beautiful. About the pros here and without me well painted... But there are some "cons".
In the registration hall, where (often) tourists of organized groups are brought in advance, there are very few places to sit, although in general there are plenty of places - the hall is spacious, and why not add chairs (and charging sockets for gadgets) - it is unclear.
In addition, I personally had a rather unpleasant story at registration (this is to the question of "qualified employees who speak all languages, including English and Russian")... We were returning home on an Azimuth airline flight, at the "LIGHT" fare we had only hand luggage (1 seat, weighing up to 5 kg, size 55*40*20 see). BUT... there is something else written in the Rules of carriage of Azimut AK: "In excess of the established free baggage allowance and without charge, the passenger also has the right to carry the following items if they are with the passenger and are not enclosed in the luggage:
- a backpack weighing no more than 5 kg and whose dimensions do not exceed: 10*30*40 see, or a handbag, or a briefcase with ... things."
https://azimuth.aero/ru/passengers/baggage
However, at the check-in of the flight, the senior shift at our counters, a young (but very confident) Turkish woman, adamantly stated that ONE piece of hand luggage means one thing. The second backpack is only for a fee, and she demanded to pay 60 euros. I tried to prove to her that the Azimuth rules say that ... (see above), no, it does not work, the Turkish woman is adamant, she does not have the rules themselves, they are only in Russian on the Azimuth AK website, which she does not understand. I asked, "Did she read the rules of the Azimuth AK herself?" - confidently replies that he "knows these rules perfectly well", and begins to get angry. (At the Azimuth Hotline, they advised to pay by fixing the weight and type of all hand luggage items, and "they will return it LATER"). I had already filmed everything, I was going to pay, but fortunately some senior supervisor intervened (?) and settled the issue. The same girl silently, without apologizing, just brought us boarding passes and attached "Hand luggage" ribbons to our backpacks, and just as silently left. A curtain.
We made a good terminal, I haven't been to Turkey for a long time, especially if you use the CIP service. For such speed and quality of service, a reasonable price of 90 euros is quite reasonable
The airport is small and cramped. Minus: high prices in shops and cafes inside the airport. On the plus side: there is free wi-fi, though only 30 minutes.
The airport is international, and the staff in English is not boom boom)
It was hard to explain which ticket and where I needed, and it was just as difficult to explain in the restaurant exactly what I wanted to eat and drink. There are very few places on the ground floor in the waiting area and they are always occupied by people who have decided that they can sleep on 4 chairs... the staff does not care about that....
Everything is fine, fast and without delay. There were no problems. Apparently it was recently renovated, everything is clean. The navigation is convenient!
We were returning home on September 29. The airport is large, but not very convenient for passengers... There are few toilets:there are two booths, female and male, on the second floor, the queue is lined up, and the smell, of course, apparently, is rarely cleaned. We had to wait standing up for flight announcements, chairs only near cafes and bars.
A nice pleasant place to relax before the flight. You can have a snack and drink coffee. It's a good place. I recommend. Quiet, calm, pleasant background music.
The impressions were not very good, the crowds were like at the stadium. In Duty Free, only alcohol is available from drinks, water can only be bought in a cafe for 3 euros, I won't even talk about the cost of food. There are huge queues at passport and customs control, by the way, and in the business lounge too. Disappointed
There's an incredible crush in the sterile area. There is not enough space to sit down to wait for the flight to board. I wish you the best with cleanliness, too.
The Mir card is not accepted in the business lounge.
Baggage control and passport control are very fast. Baggage claim is also well organized and takes little time.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
A good, convenient airport. Everything passed quickly. Both control and registration. The staff on our flight was Russian-speaking. By the way, the business lounge is quite acceptable. There is no alcohol, but this is not a problem for us.
A normal airport, staff serve quickly, even opened a checkpoint when there were a lot of people.there is a room for smokers. You can fly, I recommend it))
There is a good airport in the city)
All registrations and controls were quick, the restrooms are clean, there are a lot of shops :)
The duty free zone is my honor☺️
The world airport, it's always nice to arrive, it's not very nice to fly away (there is a smoking room for departure, there is a place to have a snack, as well as an excellent duty free)
Antalya airport is not big but beautiful, convenient location, there are a lot of places to wait, but the prices there are crazy, it's better to take food with you
It feels like this place was built specifically for Russian tourists, i.e. there is a terminal for domestic and international flights, and there is terminal 2, which is located 2 km away and to which there is no normal logistics. With a smile, you get to the local transport, and then either stomp 2km or order a taxi. You can get access to WiFi at the entrance (next to the check-in counters), and then nothing. You will not be able to complete the online registration process. You get in the general queue at the check-in desks and they print a ticket for you, there is no other way. Therefore, set the time for the above. In duty, the prices are in dollars, but such that you are surprised. In Istanbul/Moscow Time, it is 2 times lower. Dissatisfied. The waiting room/toilets are normal.
A large and terribly poor business hall. There is absolutely nothing to eat! Everything cold and hot is harmful fast food! Everything is sweet with raisins, which, for example, I do not digest at all! You also have a public paid place, you could have made the kitchen more diverse! Omelets, oatmeal porridge, boiled rice! A hell of a lot of cheap options! But no, it is necessary to provide harmful food to people! DON'T COME HERE!!!
The airport is normal, but there are a lot of people, there is a free toilet, the flight was carried out quickly, they did not wait for the plane for a long time, everything is fine, there are places where you can buy food
It's not a bad airport, but it's a little cramped for so many people. In the season, you feel like you're in an anthill. There are few places where you can sit waiting for boarding, only if in a cafe.
Antalya airport is a regular one. The peculiarity is that it is necessary to go up the escalator to the 2nd floor to passport control. I was in the cip room. The business lounge in Pulkovo is much more comfortable. There are not so many people and small children. So I do not recommend buying an entrance there.
The Turks are great, our people need to learn from them how to quickly carry out inspection and passport control, otherwise, due to the dense passenger traffic, it is not very comfortable, 90% of flight delays, prices in cafes are frightening
The business lounge worked disgustingly on the day of departure on October 30th. The Turks did not allow those who had the right to visit it under the pretext of lack of places. Even a special electronic scoreboard in two languages was hung up, like "we are very sorry, but there are no seats."At the same time, in front of those waiting in line, groups were brought into the hall every 15 minutes by special recording. When they managed to get inside after an hour of waiting, it was full of empty seats. And the Turks in white gloves fastidiously removed the dishes from the tables, not caring at all about putting someone down.
This is an assessment for the fact that there are no seats provided at the airport. Before check-in, there is an opportunity to sit in only one cafe, where coffee stands like a wing from an airplane. After registration, the situation is the same, only the cafe is bigger. And make normal ventilation in the smoking room, your fans do not save.
