It's not a bad airport, but it's a little cramped for so many people. In the season, you feel like you're in an anthill. There are few places where you can sit waiting for boarding, only if in a cafe.
Antalya airport is a regular one. The peculiarity is that it is necessary to go up the escalator to the 2nd floor to passport control. I was in the cip room. The business lounge in Pulkovo is much more comfortable. There are not so many people and small children. So I do not recommend buying an entrance there.
The Turks are great, our people need to learn from them how to quickly carry out inspection and passport control, otherwise, due to the dense passenger traffic, it is not very comfortable, 90% of flight delays, prices in cafes are frightening
The business lounge worked disgustingly on the day of departure on October 30th. The Turks did not allow those who had the right to visit it under the pretext of lack of places. Even a special electronic scoreboard in two languages was hung up, like "we are very sorry, but there are no seats."At the same time, in front of those waiting in line, groups were brought into the hall every 15 minutes by special recording. When they managed to get inside after an hour of waiting, it was full of empty seats. And the Turks in white gloves fastidiously removed the dishes from the tables, not caring at all about putting someone down.
This is an assessment for the fact that there are no seats provided at the airport. Before check-in, there is an opportunity to sit in only one cafe, where coffee stands like a wing from an airplane. After registration, the situation is the same, only the cafe is bigger. And make normal ventilation in the smoking room, your fans do not save.
In principle, I liked the airport understandable. But when I returned home, one minus was standing at the ticket counter for a ticket and there was a mess with tickets in one ticket office business customers and another online and the third turns out to be economy class. Plus, it's stuffy at the airport only after passing customs it's cooler there
Everything is very wonderful, but the problem is to get there, the tram only goes to terminal 1, we got to the second terminal by taxi.
Prices are as usual in the cosmos departure area.
It's good that seats without armrests can lie down in case of flight delays! Of the cons, everything is in euros... and it turns out that everything is very expensive for Russians... even a banal sandwich costs 12-15 euros...
It feels like this place was built specifically for Russian tourists, i.e. there is a terminal for domestic and international flights, and there is terminal 2, which is located 2 km away and to which there is no normal logistics. With a smile, you get to the local transport, and then either stomp 2km or order a taxi. You can get access to WiFi at the entrance (next to the check-in counters), and then nothing. You will not be able to complete the online registration process. You get in the general queue at the check-in desks and they print a ticket for you, there is no other way. Therefore, set the time for the above. In duty, the prices are in dollars, but such that you are surprised. In Istanbul/Moscow Time, it is 2 times lower. Dissatisfied. The waiting room/toilets are normal.
A five-day vacation. I liked everything. And the climate, and the weather, and nature, and the meeting at the level. I want to visit Turkey more than once...

Everything is clear. Comfortable. Quickly. There is free Wi-Fi for 1 hour. The number of seats in the waiting room is sufficient. The air conditioner works well. Cleanliness, as in all airports. There is a good choice in Duty Free, promotions and discounts, polite consultants.
It is as convenient as possible, especially when you buy a quick passage service, you go through both inspections and customs in 5 minutes on departure, and you are quietly waiting for departure in the special lounge.
The airport staff are friendly and smiling. Registration is slow for 55 minutes (we arrived in the morning at 8.00.). We were in several cafes and everywhere there was a meager menu with a small selection, old furniture. There are not enough seats for waiting.
They lost their luggage, did not react to the claims in any way, when the luggage was found, they were not informed, although they had all the coordinates, after numerous negotiations they found out the luggage at the airport, it was supposed to be delivered to our home. Two days later, they went and picked it up themselves. The loss is approximately 300 euros, this is a transfer and damaged items in the luggage. The English level of the international airport staff is like that of a 15-year-old child, German is slightly better.
A business lounge for 80 euros, seriously? There's nothing to eat, from the word at all: yogurt, coffee and raw carrots, some strange cookies about nothing. No soups, no second course. The cost is only for not sitting in a crowd, but it's too much.
The airport itself is normal, not big, crowded like everywhere else. During the inspection, the water is not thrown away, but they ask for a sip (and children). Departures are on time.
A standard airport, everything is clear enough. It's not a very big duty free, but it seems to me that you can find everything more or less necessary there, although consultants don't really like their obsession with sticking their sticker on your product, even if it didn't help you at all, to be honest it's annoying.
The airport itself is not bad, the atmospheric place from which the best journey begins and ends, lowered the rating due to the food court. They are trying to cheat tourists everywhere, I wanted to take a combo to eat, it cost 11€, I only had $ and they asked for $ 50, although the exchange rate was around 20
We visited Turkey very often, namely the Antalya coast, arrivals and departures through this airport. By itself, he is not new, but this does not affect his charm in any way. It is quite spacious, there are many check-in counters in all directions. There are a sufficient number of different shops and cafes. The only thing if you plan your trip in the period August-September, keep in mind that this is high season, the airport is almost always full, there are a lot of people and long queues everywhere, especially at passport control, although it does not take much time, but imagine that there are 1000 people in front of you to pass it and no longer it seems that its passage will be fast. We got into such a period once and a little more than 2 hours passed from the moment of check-in to passing all the controls. That is, we entered the waiting area and in 10 minutes we were boarding the flight. We didn't have time to buy anything at all and look at it in general.
We flew by Aeroflot from Antalya. We have completed online registration, however, in this institution, no one cares about modern technology. As a result, we waited an hour and a half for the check-in to open at the reception for some reason, then another half hour in line for the employee to print out our boarding passes. But again, the question is: why? After all, everything is already indicated in the online boarding, including barcodes and seats.
A small airport. Free a couple of shops. The business room is large, but there is little food. Tea, coffee, cookies. The soup is not delicious. The view from the window is beautiful, on the mountains.
The business hall is certainly ugly.from hot yogurt soup, chicken wings in panirrvkk.the salad is delicious.lots of sweet and cold snacks.lots of drinking cans.iced tea, fanta, cola, yoghurts.apples, pears.you won't stay hungry, but you won't learn to eat properly in our Russian understanding.the toilet is clean, I didn't see the shower, there is a smoking room.there are charges. There is no alcohol from the word at all.here is such a hall
It's a good airport. People work fast. There is Wi-Fi, a small elevator at the exit, currency exchange, convenience for people.
In principle, nothing spoils every year, something new appears.
The staff has a good excuse: "I don't understand you." There are many different cafes in the waiting rooms. There is a very long queue for registration and it moves slowly. However, for a fee you will be offered to pass without waiting in line.
The airport itself is not bad.but he is still unable to cope with the flow of tourists.which arrive.wifi in which the airport offers is difficult to connect, i.e. generally.A new terminal is being built nearby.maybe after its construction everything will change
A normal airport. Places are few and expensive. The toilets are clean, there is no confusion with the gates, we were changed 3 times, mb due to the fact that planes take off to us every 20 minutes. We missed the water, we had food with us. There is pandemonium in duty free...
It's stuffy. Taxi free without problems and queues. Wi-Fi has not been able to connect. The announcements and translations are duplicated in Russian. Dutik is without frills, there is not much. Alcohol up to 3 liters. There are additional discounts, a lot of Russian-speaking staff. All the formalities are done in 40 minutes.
Everything is fine, except for food prices. In general, it's off the charts. And so, a normal large airport is designed for a huge flow of passengers. I haven't had to stay late yet, but there are also problems with sitting, especially during the season.
It's a good terminal, but it's not very big, but the staff are always efficient and helpful, so we've never had any long waits. In my opinion, there are not enough toilets in the gate area
My opinion is that with such traffic, on the one hand, the airport copes well , but what I definitely didn't like was that when flight delays occur, the information on the scoreboard is not updated , it is not informed by voice .At the same time, there is communication when changing the output . Well, toilets are tin)
A small airport for tourism
There are a lot of people in the season
The air conditioners can't handle it
A new one is being built nearby , it will be easier soon
Well, it's clear on the scoreboard where the racks are. There is enough space
Bathrooms are asking for cleanliness 💯
I set it to 5, as the airport is expanding, which is good, but you should not forget about the cleanliness of the ladies' rooms.
I was there twice in July. But the second time I arrived at terminal 1, and the departure was from terminal 2. The airport staff even told me which bus was going there.Well done. But still, I took a taxi in five minutes. The average cost is 5-7 euros
A nice, spacious airport. Excellent work of all services. As a disadvantage, I note very small information boards and expensive buffets. Stock up on your own sandwiches and fruits. There are no chairs in the registration hall.
It was in June 2024. The inspections were completed quickly, despite the long queues. Dutifrey has a large assortment of goods, you can pay with a Union Pay card. There are small cafes in the departure area, there are comfortable chairs where you can calmly wait for boarding the plane
Huge queues at the aisle, at baggage claim, at departure and a very small lounge area, prices are very biting (for example, in burger king:- regular burger, fries and cola ) 22€ - 2200 is not ice.
Okay, quick! There is an Internet connection (there are passport counters where you can be online)you can inform your family, have a snack, drink tea, coffee!👍
Local taxi drivers are mafia. By mistake, we went to the wrong terminal, ran out, asked to be taken to the next one, the taxi driver announced 500 lira in 2 minutes, when they refused, he radioed so that no one would put us in. We got into a taxi that brought a passenger and was leaving the airport, they blocked his way and dropped us off. I had to walk, but the taxi driver who dropped us off picked us up after leaving the barrier and apologized very much.
Everything is at a high level. There are many Russian speakers. The staff is helpful and willing to help.Unlike Adler, there are equipped smoking rooms.A huge new terminal is being built.Very expensive coffee shops with prices in euros.Express surveys are conducted to improve service and study demand.Very good impressions. Most people are very friendly.
A convenient airport is not as gigantic as in Istanbul.
Polite staff. I was amused by how we finished the bottled water before a personal inspection, and then I just put the remaining bottles in the trough and asked the Turkish controller: Can I? He waved his hand: Come in :-)
The terminal is spacious, and there are no places to sit before passing through passport control. The prices are cosmos (water 110 lira). The prices in duty free are slightly cheaper than in Sheremetyevo
The airport pleases when you arrive, and upsets when you leave.... In this 2024, at the end of October, a lot of people were flying, they had to stand in line for registration for an hour and a half, the airport was filled with people, this had never happened before.
The airport is too small for such a large number of passengers, so there are long queues for inspections and passport control
There are few "sleeves" for boarding / disembarking passengers, they are transported by buses
Stamps are stamped quickly and very carefully at passport control, they do not allow the paint to dry. It is smeared on the second page as well
