There is very little money. We were informed that the money would be returned to us in Petropavlovsk. We have issued a refund. We went by private car (to whom we are very grateful for the trust and help., especially for an elderly person), hoping to pay him in Petropavlovsk. In Petropavlovsk, we were told that the money would be returned within 6 months .... An elderly 62-year-old woman was traveling with us, she became ill at all - how to get there??? So every day, trains go in both directions to Pavlodar, Burabai. It's not people who go there, it's like that with them, let them enjoy what they have.
