Then they kind of brought it, but overnight all the motorcycles were snatched up by customers with insomnia ... Then again the promises from the "today-tomorrow" series, but in fact this is an ordinary scam counting on the patience of the Belarusian. Then we call from another phone and "oh, a miracle!" everything turns out to be available and the assigned manager will call us back now. That manager calls and sings a song that is already painfully familiar to us. In general, they are saved only by weak competition. Such a thing would not go unpunished in Russia.
It's just a pain, some kind of… Run away from them and don't look back. It is easier to buy in Russia, you will have the same documents, but you will also save a little money.

A month ago, a bajaj pulsar 200 motorcycle was brought to me, I made a Belarusian PTS at the beltamozhservice,paid, paid for the technical passport, insurance at the traffic police, but then I got a call from the traffic police and was informed that it turns out the documents were not from my motorcycle, but from another, apparently from the same batch,the vin numbers did not match completely, I had to return back to the traffic police, these "employees" of the avtovelomoto company did not even call and did not inform me about it. How could you ship the goods and not check the numbers with the documents? Do specialists work there at all or who? Then they sent the documents by mail from Gomel to Minsk and brought oil and a filter for the motorcycle as a compensation, and thanks for that, but they didn't even apologize. And again, I have to redo everything again- beltamozhservice to wait, then the traffic police...To say that they messed up my nervous system is to say nothing. I have not been able to go to the city on my motorcycle for a month because of them, although they already use my money. It is not clear where their management looks at all when choosing staff. In general, when buying something here, think a hundred times, and if you have bought it, double-check very carefully every document and every digit in it.

The communication process is extremely slow, but in the end we agreed on the price and composition of the parcel and shipment to the vicinity of Moscow, even taking into account the shipment (sdek) turned out to be 30% cheaper than buying in Moscow! (Milling cutter 50,000₽, in Moscow from 80,000) So the agreed period of 15 working days was easily compensated by a strong price reduction, and it was still far from plowing, so I took my time. The order was formed on 03/14.23, today on 03/27 everything arrived to me: on a pallet, tied, safe and sound, at least externally.

We purchased the MTZ 09 tillerblock with delivery to the Urals. Manager Vasily gave a fairly detailed description on the phone. During the order process, I did not skimp on time and sent a video directly from the warehouse once or twice while preparing the tillerblock for shipment. I assured you of a thorough inspection of a particular product for the absence of defects, for which of course thank you! However, its performance can be fully assessed only during the season, but from the experience of my friends I know that the Belarusian equipment is excellent, there is no doubt about it.
During the registration, there were purely technical difficulties in agreeing on the contract and making payments through the Savings Bank, but in response to my requests, Vasily patiently helped.
I was also pleased that the company took over the organization of delivery to the nearest pick-up point, the transport company, as it seemed to me, turned out to be significantly cheaper than many well-known ones.
Among the disadvantages, the office somewhat neglects some formalities, inaccuracies in the contract, which in case of adverse situations can lead to legal consequences. But through the efforts of the manager, all contractual conditions (cost, delivery, warranty, deadlines) are fulfilled properly. I wish you health and prosperity!
