I bought Minsk D4 50 in the AvtoVeloMoto online store (Technoagro) 17.04.2020. The fundamental choice of buying goods in this store was the possibility of paying for the goods with a "Purchase card" for an installment period of 4 months. The delivery is free.
I ordered the delivery in a box (the front wheel, steering wheel, pedals, etc. were removed. Please note that there is no assembly instruction, so you have to guess what is where). The order of the goods was carried out through a manager named Vlad. I clarified all the nuances of the purchase by phone. I made a separate call to choose the color of the moped. In the morning, when unpacking the moped, it turned out that the thread on the shock absorber mounting nut is not complete (not completely) and the brake light is constantly on - a malfunction of the "frog". After communicating with the Customer Service, I received a nut and a "frog" in the mail on 05/04/2020.
After delivery (acceptance), a conflict situation arose, but the Technoagro company behaved decently and stood on my side, and as a customer I was satisfied.
P.S. When accepting the goods as a buyer, before signing the acceptance certificate, make sure of the quality of the goods.

A large warehouse, not some kind of garage cooperative. Here you have both the assembly and the service. The managers are young, but they are fumbling with technology. There was no such thing as stupidly trying to "sell" something to me. As a gift, they gave all the necessary set of attachments. We arranged the delivery, and for free. Overall, it's a 4 plus.
