I bought a MINSK C4 motorcycle from them with assembly (paid service) and delivery. A week later, the motorcycle was delivered UNDERSTAFFED: 1. there was no Russian-language instruction (book), that is, an English-language book comes from Belarus to Belarus.
2. The front fairing (plastic, shield) was missing - it does not affect the speed, but the fact itself.
3.!!! The traffic police did not accept the documents. I had to spend my personal 3.5 hours to restore their documents and wait in line at the traffic police again. Technical regulations , a photocopy without a mark that the copy is correct.
They can't be reached by phone. Never in any way. They call back at their discretion. They keep saying that we will fix the problem without any problems. The instructions were sent, but there are still questions about the fairing. After a month of waiting for an answer, a decision, I try to reach them again and again they give mocking answers, the essence of which can be analyzed already in court..
I believe that in 2022 such a Soviet approach and attitude towards people is generally unacceptable.

The order was accepted through an online purchase with a set price, but the operator called and informed that the product was out of stock and that it would come to the warehouse for 15% more expensive.

I bought a scooter Vento City 2.07.22 on the first day the fuel sensor did not work, after a week the oil flowed from the gearbox, I applied under warranty on 13.07.22. they took it back on 25.07.22, but the problem did not resolve as the oil flowed and it flowed on 30.07.22g. according to the warranty, they brought 9.08.22 although they promised to transfer 6.08.22g in the afternoon, but they did not deliver it when calling to clarify where the driver said he was coming to you, wait. The driver never got to me again, I call where the driver said the driver was missing and so the next day they fooled my head until I said that I would go to the police about the loss of the driver with the cargo, they called back, it turned out my scooter did not fit into the car, although before that the driver was on his way to me. The scooter was delivered on 08/9/12, but the problem was not solved by oil leaks. Now, in general, my number has been blacklisted. I can't get through, although I get through from other numbers, but the answering machine constantly answers. At first they said that they would try to deliver at the beginning of the week, we started calling, the answer is as follows: "your tillerblock is out of stock, we are waiting for delivery from the factory, give us 2-3 days", (interestingly, before that it was in stock, we were initially interested) almost a week has passed, silence... We call, the manager answers: "your delivery specialist will contact you" and again silence... the store works amazingly, initially we can say that the product is missing, wait well two weeks, though. Alas, a sad experience, my husband decided to abandon their service, they only lost time.
We will look for another store. Maybe others will be lucky.
