The cafe is considered decent enough in the city, so we decided to go there.A big disadvantage at once is the lack of a toilet in the institution. The waiter sent it to the nearest city WS))) after visiting which you will no longer want to eat and drink. In the cafe, there is only the opportunity to wash your hands. We ordered a Caesar with chicken and a boat with an egg. The salad was so dry that the dressing was not even visible. The leaves of Peking cabbage were yellow in color, which is not acceptable. Chicken and croutons - three pieces each. A tiny pinch of cheese - certainly NOT parmesan and two slices of tomatoes, certainly NOT cherry. I liked the boat, although it seemed that the lower part of the dough, the one that should be a crust, was a little damp.

Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant. The sea view is beautiful, but we had a lot of questions about the kitchen. We ordered salads with seafood and hot biscuits. Lamb in a frying pan with vegetables, kharcho (meat with nutty spicy sauce) from lamb and hominy with cheese. All the lamb dishes turned out to be impossibly greasy. Just really disgusting mutton!! Don't order it. The boat from the oven, which we ate there earlier in the day on the advice of friends, was delicious. But the meat was so disgusting that it was impossible to eat it. It was a pity for the money spent. We ate some hominy with nut sauce. He wouldn't be bad, by the way. 10 percent is added to the cost of the menu when calculating, but the service is also very poor.

There are not many cafes in Gudauta. This is one of the most modern, overlooking the sea. The food is delicious, the service is for five. I had a doctor and my favorite music was played for me several times for free. He took off the star for the unobtrusive "piling" of champignons from the grill, of course, it was his own fault, he did not control the order, they fried for 600 rubles, well, where do we drain, come on, a day... Prices for urban (Moscow, St. Petersburg) maybe they are familiar, but it's a little expensive for us in the village😇 Well, as almost everywhere in the South, 10% of the service bill, like the hosts there probably don't pay the waiters at all (they got a good job) . And I think so, you liked it, leave a tip like a normal person.

We may be picky about food, but yes, we love it when it's delicious! Khachapuri is definitely not what it should be. Pizza was served with cheese, instead of the usual boat, and without an egg. Perhaps he happens to be like that, it's just unusual for us.
The sauce was very sour for the rolls. Perhaps because of this, the taste was spoiled. But, again, maybe someone likes this one. Unfortunately, we didn't like it.

The cafe is located in the park, above the embankment. The views are very beautiful, it really is a balcony. Sit and people walk along the embankment below you, the sea splashes between the palm trees. There are not only open areas on the Balcony, but also an enclosed space. The staff is friendly, the service is fast. The kitchen is quite decent, we have vacationed here several times over the years and have always been satisfied. Boats are especially good here. They are cooked in an oven over a fire, served hot right there. There are several varieties, we liked the classic ones with egg more. Perhaps the boats here are the most delicious of all that we have tried in Abkhazia for many years.That we're resting here. Even while vacationing in other places, we came to Gudauta to eat a boat on the Balcony. They also serve very tasty homemade compotes here. The food is always served quickly, the portions are decent. We will order this one to try and then ask you to pack it with you, it no longer fits. This is a great place to eat and spend an evening at the sea.

As soon as we arrived in Gudauta, we immediately noticed this place - with wide balconies and sea views.The price tag is certainly higher than in most establishments of the city, apparently because there is no competition because there is not much place to go in Gudauta and a large flow of tourists. The waiters are friendly, sociable, serve quickly and accurately, pay in cash and by bank card. During the day, there are few people at sea, but in the evening there are no tables available, you have to wait until someone leaves, then you found out that you can book tables. They cook delicious, boats with cheese, meat in a frying pan, khachapuri from the oven, large portions are all cool. In the evenings, a disco is organized, in general, everything is great for a week in Gudauta.

The kitchen is delicious but not enchanting, if you want to have fun and not eat expensive, then the place is great. If you want culinary delights, then this is definitely not your option. We visited the Balcony cafe with my husband. We liked everything very much. I don't understand why there are negative reviews at all. The waitress Nata is very responsive, attentive. The kitchen is 5 stars. Boats with smoked meat are just a bomb, the Sukhumi Breeze salad is incredibly delicious, the dressing from the chef is something. Prawns in cream sauce are soft, creamy. I definitely recommend everyone who comes to Gudauta to visit this place. P.S. Homeless dogs are very cute, they look with sad eyes, they are not allowed to feed them, they say they are just arrogant))))

Service for 0 points. The waiters don't see you point-blank. You can wait for the menu until the end of your vacation, so you have to personally approach the waiters several times to order. All the waiters who are in this place are rude boors. Why this institution costs 5.0 remains a mystery… Most likely the stars are screwed up. The food is served in very small portions, besides it is tasteless, as if you are sitting and eating porridge for 600 rubles in the dining room. If you do not want to spoil your mood by waiting for an hour, then, as an experienced Abkhazian tourist, I definitely do not recommend this institution.

Khachapuri is just the thing that cafes and restaurants in Central Russia can very rarely repeat. Other dishes will not leave you indifferent either. Everything is delicious, beautiful, and quickly cooked. The prices are normal, quite acceptable for this institution. There is both an enclosed space and a summer veranda with stunning views of the Black Sea. For me, the best institution for me so far is on the territory of Abkhazia. The institution wants to "seem", not "Be". A place with a claim to haute cuisine, where the food is tasteless. The place is undoubtedly beautiful. The service is good, but of all the things my wife and I ordered, the norm was lemonade and cheese sticks.
A little more about each dish:
Turkey in walnut sauce. A little warm dry meat was brought. Completely filled with nut sauce. Submission is 2 out of 10. It doesn't look good. The nut sauce saved the situation, so they ate it.
Warm salad "Sukhumi breeze". A pile of iceberg lettuce, which is covered with boiled seafood. The salad floats in a broth from under the sea of fruits, almost boiled and withered. Absolutely no salt or spices. A couple of drops of balsamic sauce were dripped on top.
Pork ribs "Diablo" (Or something like that). Meat without marinade. Completely tasteless inside. The sauce is simply spilled on top, before serving. There is no sharpness, a couple of jalapeno rings are thrown. The meat does not come off the bone well.
I'm very glad I didn't order the steak. We just ate, no pleasure.

When they came to the restaurant, they transferred us to another table, another waitress came up and greeted us and rudely asked us to sit at this table for 1.5 hours only, because this table is booked. My husband ate the kebab, and I, like last time, lyulya. I tried his barbecue a little bit and that's it. I felt sick in the evening: I have loose stools, and my MC has come down with fever and poisoning again🤡
I warn future visitors: guys, it's beautiful and delicious here, but it seems that no one checks the meat here for freshness and suitability for food. I personally saw how cooks go without gloves, cook without a net and at first glance the kitchen is dirty.
Before that, we ate in the same place and everything was fine.

The menu, a large selection of various dishes, special attention is paid to the section of national cuisine, the price is simply gorgeous against the background of cafes and restaurants in Gudauta.
