We chose this place to have lunch based on reviews. There were a lot of great ones. We have a very blurred impression. The lemonades are really delicious here, as they wrote in the comments. The boat is also delicious. Burger - for 3+. But we were surprised by the service as usual (but this is, of course, the case throughout Abkhazia). The waiter was friendly (this is a huge plus), but to pay.. we waited for 20 minutes, then asked another guy, the waiter, to call our waitress to us, but no one came for 10-15 minutes. As a result, we went to pay for it ourselves. And yes, the prices here are at the Moscow level. I think this is not justified, because the service is lame, and the food did not make the right impression on us to come back here again.

A stunningly beautiful location, high above sea level, the bliss of sitting down to lunch and admiring the beauty of nature! The restaurant has several playgrounds, there are open and under canopies, it is very convenient to dine in the shade on a hot sunny day. There is a lot of space, everything is clean and tidy, we came here often. The menu is decent, for any preferences! We tried the local cuisine, we are very satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the serving. Next on the dishes: boats from the oven are insanely delicious, strawberry and citrus lemonade are very tasty, Caesar salad with shrimp 550₽-as part of Peking cabbage, three Cherry tomatoes cut in half, three shrimps!, sauce, cheese- somehow not for the price.Lamb kebab - 4 pieces are served - two of them are "pistols" - delicious, but burnt, even bitter, and the second two pieces are burnt and when cut raw blood meat. Salmon steak - it was a piece of tail fried on the grill without any spices and completely without salt, tasteless fish in terms of taste! A complete disappointment in food! With such a stated pricing policy, there is a complete discrepancy in the preparation of dishes!!!! Just lemonade and boats! The first time we came to lunch in the afternoon and in general everything was fine: food, 3+ service (as usual in the South)
Next time we decided to come in a couple of days in the evening. The boarding was incomplete, subjectively the hall was filled by 50-60%, but the waiting time was somehow colossal. According to the dishes: lemon mint lemonade was more like water (although the first time it was very tasty, most likely it depends on the shift); grilled vegetables were SO FATTY that we could not finish them, there is less oil in a bottle of oil than in GRILLED VEGETABLES. The staff, as usual, works hard because the service fee is included in each bill, you can do what you want with the kitchen
We decided to come a third time because it was unclear - the first time was good, but the second was not very good. The boarding was almost complete, it was clear that the waiters did not have time, there are no complaints about this, especially since our girl tried very hard.
We ordered 2 servings of potatoes: with mushrooms and cheese and just with cheese (without mushrooms). The latter was normally fried and salty enough, the first was fresh and semi-raw. How does it work?? Vats with beef (a national dish) looked like water with meat, nothing rich and no taste. I'm tired of salting it to somehow make a dish out of it. We decided to order Papardelle with chicken, but first we asked the waitress what kind of noodles they were, to which she told me, "Oh, I don't remember, there are so many of them." As a result, it is not a fresh renovation with shabby furniture, there is no Toilet like this (for 4 halls - 2 on the street and 2 indoors), only one washbasin near the window for receiving dirty dishes. It's a very long pitch. A preset menu without specifying the weight. For example, they ordered a rib eye steak - they brought an over-dried piece of meat, which turned out to be 3 times more expensive than on the menu. There were fried shrimps in the beer plate. In the panzer. They are not edible at all. Pots with a national dish - without spices, not salted with rubber meat (apparently the cow died of natural causes). And such joints were in fact in all the dishes that were ordered
The cherry on the cake turned out to be a receipt with a very interesting line - service! Not tips, but service! That is, the price of the dish does not include serving now? It is not indicated anywhere in the menu that you will have to pay 10% over the order! If there was no such arrogance, they would have left more tips, but not forcibly.
As a result, the hungry left, leaving more than 11 tr.
We tried to get into this place the day before, but there were no tables available - they said it was necessary to book, we came this afternoon to order a table - it is impossible to book.
