Due to the fact that there are a lot of people in the hall, the staff does not have time to serve everyone properly (for example, our waiter did not specify our order and as a result, they did not bring us everything we wanted), there are not enough appliances on many tables.
In general, low prices + a wide range + the atmosphere of the dining room = cafe Basil.

Люблю Базилик. За демократичные цены, интересный интерьер, qr-коды на столах "не жди официанта, чистоту. Отличный выбор еды, отличное разнообразие ассортимента. Заметила, что в персонале в основном молодые парни, пока им не хватает немного лоска в обслуживании, но это не влияет на мою оценку и звездочки. Иногда не понимаю людей (особенно женский пол), которые на весь зал орут на официанта, что долго нет заказа, что все остывшее или ещё что-то. Бедные молодняки сами в режиме нон-стоп ещё и такое выслушивают и просто молчат. Девочки, люди, будьте добрее, ведь не все сразу становятся спецом своего дела, пусть учатся и зарабатывают, главное не бездельничают и не занимаются запретными делами. Была здесь 2 раза и делала заказы через qr на столах и в течение 10 мин приносили, хотя в заказе указывали 30-40 мин на готовку, вежливо все подавали и еда горячая, и напитки прохладные, и все чисто.
