I insured the car under a hard hat, they said a lot of good things when insuring, insurance payments are made comparable to repairs, they hung up passing insurance, ostensibly for a discount. And in essence, they did not explain the significant nuances.
Unfortunately, a relatively small insurance event occurred and it began. They say one thing is actually another. Initially, they paid a small amount and said repair wherever you want, and if there is not enough money, we will recalculate and pay extra, do not worry! I repaired it, of course, I didn't have enough money, took all the necessary documents and brought them, they accepted and a week later the call was REFUSED, the repair was too expensive.
I say you said you would recalculate, they answered me you were not repaired at our station, but what you were not told, well, you forgot, it happens.
I say you completely refuse or pay something, I was informed we can pay you about a tenth.
I talked with them for a long time, agreed to at least a tenth of it, as a result, I received a message for half the amount of the tenth part. I am shocked by this organization, I have to repair according to my contract only at their stations, but if the amount is three kopecks, then we will pay you.
PS for information, the painting stations they offer have a very low rating, there is no guarantee, students do not paint for the device, etc. The representative of Belgosstrakh told me we don't care how you get painted, the main thing is that the damage is covered up, but what's there and that's not our business. Therefore, such low-level stations cooperate with them.

The situation with health insurance is simply absurd. I had a referral from a doctor and clear diagnoses, but even the simplest tests began to find fault with me for the most minor reasons. It seems that they are looking for any excuse not to pay for services that should be covered by the policy.
The constant refusals and excuses from scratch were simply infuriating. I feel cheated and neglected as a client. I do not recommend contacting Belgosstrakh if you want to receive adequate service and protection of your rights. It is better to look for another company where customers are appreciated.
In general, about the organization, as far as health insurance is concerned. It's always difficult to get through.They often mess up with guarantees - they will forget to write something down, or they will send it. And on the phone you hear sighs and aahs constantly and dissatisfied voices. Working with clients is very so-so. You pay money and at the exit it's like in a regular clinic communication. I do not recommend it.
