We had a vacation with my husband in July 2024. In general, everything is decent, a good room, nature, a pond, a lot of procedures, friendly staff, close to the city. Of the minuses, potatoes dominate the side dish, there are other dishes, an evil grandmother screams at patients on mud, always starts working later, as a result, you are late for other procedures where you are no longer allowed, and can also sit down to drink tea at the beginning of the working day, not letting anyone in, so I don't have dirt at all They helped. And so, in general, everything is fine, I recommend it.
A wonderful sanatorium
Friendly staff, numerous treatments, excellent service, excellent cuisine, a very varied buffet, an entertainment program aimed at different ages, and workshops for children and concerts for adults, daytime and evening film screenings.
Cleanliness in the rooms, regular cleaning.
Excellent New Year's holiday, I recommend it!!!
She was in the sanatorium from 03.02-14.02 2025.I was at the sanatorium for the first time.Beautiful territory, clean air, on the shore of the reservoir, Blackbirds, swans and ducks, friendly staff. We lived in building 4,204 rooms. The room is small but cozy, everything you need is there. Minus it's a little cramped in the bathroom. a knot, a small shower. the booth. The room was cleaned, the linen was clean, changed after 7 days. The room is renovated. There are many procedures, but not enough are prescribed by the doctor. Very good massage. Procedures can be purchased. A small pool, not accessible to everyone. There are no disposable cups in the pump room, I didn't always drink min. water. The food is a buffet, (Soviet canteen) I didn't really like it, queues are frequent and dishes are not cleaned on the tables. For some reason, there are no trays, it is inconvenient to carry plates of food. The food is good, lots of vegetables, always fruits, cottage cheese, sour cream, kefir, yogurt, and generally there was a choice of dishes.Dairy products are very tasty. But, in my personal opinion, a customized menu is better. You came, sat down at the attached table, and were served. I think there would be more order. We couldn't get into the city, the bus broke down. These trips are free..These trips are organized by the sanatorium. Pitifully. There is karaoke, movie screenings, and a disco.,sports hall, children. room.,bar.Organized excursions to the theater and from tour companies, these excursions are for money. You can use a map,,World,, or Belarusian. But we only had one evening concert and one to the theater. There were no takers. It's a leisure activity. There is a pharmacy on site, but there is no store (this is a minus).I wish the sanatorium prosperity and success in its future work. I am writing a second review, more detailed.
We rested in Belorusochka for the first time., in August 2024. The food is very decent, the food was cooked in a delicious variety, the fruits are fresh. The service is normal, they answered all questions kindly. The room was very good, it was clear that after the renovation (new furniture, laminate flooring, new plumbing......). The room was cleaned every other day, towels can be changed as they become dirty. . The territory is neat, the lawn was mowed regularly. The roses were still in bloom, and the benches were very beautiful. The medical base is decent, but it is better to read about the procedures beforehand when you are going to go. The only disadvantage is that the store was closed on the territory. There is a wish that there were disposable cups in the pump room, otherwise sometimes they forgot to take them with them, and did not drink water.
The sanatorium left a very good impression in general.
Gorgeous territory, roses, benches, on the river bank, there are boats and catamarans steering badly, rental, sandy beach with sun loungers, but a lot of ducks and seagulls, buffet meals, cottage cheese sour cream Belarusian natural cutlets, dumplings were a couple of times, bring food, even at the end of the buffet time, but queues In my opinion, due to the wrong organization, and the tables do not have time to clean, normal new and good quality bed linen in the economy room. Excursions are organized, not far from the Minsk Sea on foot through the forest along an equipped trail, we went there to swim and a bus stop, goes quite rarely, we need to look at the schedule to Minsk, went for a walk independently, a lot of outbound trade in the sanatorium, high-quality things, but expensive.
We had a vacation in January 2025. I liked everything. The staff made our stay comfortable, special thanks to the nutritionist in the dining room, treatments: massage therapist Abramovich Inga, baths Elena Anatolyevna and the pool staff, my son with a disability group 4 received good food and treatments. We are very grateful to the entire team and the administration. Thank you for your hard work
Good afternoon! The rest in the sanatorium "Belorussochka" left a wonderful impression. We escaped from Moscow for a week in November 2024. The buildings look like they have been renovated, the rooms are clean and cozy, everything you need is there. Regular room cleaning, full-fledged varied meals, pump room with mineral water, phyto-teas, ionic water, baths, currents, physiotherapy, evening dancing, watching movies, well-groomed territory, quality of procedures, polite and attentive medical staff, beautiful white swans with cygnets on the shore of a magnificent lake, healing silence and air - all these positive aspects made up the quality of our unforgettable vacation, for which we thank our Belarusian brothers. A big bonus is that there are only Slavic faces everywhere. We had procedures in the morning and afternoon, and in the evening we traveled by car to Minsk and its surroundings. The roads are gorgeous everywhere. Do not fly fast so that there are no fines on departure to Russia, because when crossing the border you will be given papers to pay fines and you will be tormented to cross the highway to pay for them if there is no MIR card. Be sure to take the WORLD map. Regardless of the proximity to the capital, order and beauty are everywhere. And not because they clean from morning to evening, thanks to the culture of the residents. People are very polite and attentive, always ready to prompt, advise, and help if you get lost in other situations. Many thanks to the chief physician of the sanatorium for the attentive approach to each "patient" and the charming girls at the reception, who with high professionalism resolve all the questions of visitors with different mental stability. We had a great rest, although we were going to Egypt or Thailand. We will come again next year and recommend it to our friends. Very tasty champagne from the Minsk factory! We raise our glasses to the prosperity of Belarus and the sanatorium "Belorussochka"!! Many thanks from the "newlyweds"!!!
A very good sanatorium, if it is a multiple in the price-quality ratio, then the quality more than exceeds the price.
I visited this sanatorium with a medical program for 15 days, I was satisfied with everything, all the procedures were completed, the equipment is excellent.
The food is a buffet, everything is delicious and varied.
The only thing is a small pool, but it's more for water aerobics, so consider it a minus or not, but in summer there's the Minsk Sea nearby, and the sanatorium itself has a beach.
In general, I recommend it.
I am writing my opinion personally, because there are no comrades for taste and color. First of all, the positive aspects:
The territory is wonderful, large, well-groomed, clean, on the sunny side.
The room in which she lived 3rd building 4th floor is clean, the plumbing is in perfect condition, there are no extraneous unpleasant odors.
The food was excellent, there was everything, meat-dishes of chicken, pork, beef. Every breakfast is porridge, omelet, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, cheese, butter, sausage cuts. I've never been hungry. Chefs cook at home. Thank them very much.
Treatment is a good updated database of equipment, there are enough procedures for a voucher with treatment, the doctor selects taking into account the disease. There are additional paid procedures.
And now about the cons:
The room is small, it's a little cramped for me.
In my opinion, the schedule for visiting the canteen was not organized correctly, there were very long queues.
The distribution of procedures is generally a huge trash. What I really didn't like was that there could be as many as 7-8 procedures in one day. These graphs are compiled by a person who is not connected with medicine at all, he has no idea which procedures are compatible with each other and which are not.
In general, I am happy with my stay at the Belorusochka sanatorium. Will I come again? Most likely yes!
We visited the sanatorium in January 2024 . The staff is friendly , there are a lot of offers for sanatorium rehabilitation , everything for every taste , very good cuisine , the room is modest but clean. We will visit again with pleasure. Our friends recommended it and we didn 't regret it .
They returned from treatment from the Belorusochka sanatorium. I liked the large and well-maintained territory. Lime trees and roses bloomed. There are many beautiful, blooming shrubs and flowers on the territory. Everything is kept in order, weeded, trimmed... The treatment is very good, if you don't have enough free treatments, you can take treatments for an additional fee. The food is varied. The buffet. Lots of vegetables, fruits, meat... But I often had to stand in line. Especially at lunch. The room stock is slightly battered. The most TRASH, these are beds with biting springs. We come to treat the spine, but it is simply not possible to sleep on such beds. Mattresses need to be changed. These have already outlived their lives. There are many excursions in the sanatorium. Every day there is a trade in things. It was comfortable and pleasant for me to relax and be treated in this sanatorium. But the beds left a lasting impression...
Belorusochka is perfectly located. There is a lot of greenery around, a forest belt, a river. You can walk to the beach (Minsk sea), through the forest, clean and quiet around. Three meals a day to choose from, there is enough food. You can get to the city if you take a taxi for about 15 Belarusian rubles, the city is nearby. The buildings themselves are of old construction, the room is simple, if it is not so important to you, then welcome!
Along with treatment and nutrition, leisure is important in the sanatorium. Leisure activities in Belorusochka are well organized. There are dances, dance classes, discos, and needlework. Cultural organizer Tatiana organized and conducted a concert by vacationers. Everyone really liked it. Thank you. Keep it up !!!
The place is beautiful! There are a lot of greenery, pines, rose gardens, beautiful installations))) extremely cute. The rooms are simple and clean. Treatment and prevention at the level. But! Doctors work 5/2. That is, you don't get anything on weekends. It's good if your trip is 12-14 days, but if it's 7, then you will receive treatment for only 5 days. Somehow this is not good from the point of view of vacationers. The dining room is generally separate... it opens for 1.5 hours at lunch , dinner and breakfast🤦🏼♀️a crowd of people is choking in line to have time to eat🙄because there is little time. This is too much!
Registration at the sanatorium. It's separate here. It doesn't matter if you have a reservation, no, you have a spa card, or not… You've been standing in line for a hundred years. Everything is very Soviet, slow, in paper format🤦🏼♀️arrived at the time of check-in, i.e. by 12:00, stood in line for 2 hours😫took the passports for registration and silence! Wait, we're checking you out. They don't give you the keys to the room, nothing. Sit in a stuffy room with a bunch of people and on suitcases, get out of the way, wait😱somehow this moment needs to be improved.
There is also no store on site. For everything you need and want, you have to go to the city.
I had a rest in the sanatorium "Belorusochka" From 01.10 to 10.10.2024. I have positive impressions. We were settled in 15 minutes. She lived in the 2nd building on the second floor. There is a refrigerator on the floor, and an iron and ironing board in the building on the ground floor. The territory is quite well-groomed, there are many benches, the backlight turns on in the evening. There are a lot of procedures, it's good that they give a printout with the name and time of the procedure so as not to get confused. Entertainment every day, in the evenings there were concerts (for an additional fee), discos, karaoke. Minsk is 20 minutes away by bus, the disadvantage is that the bus rarely runs. You can rent a bike. The food is varied and delicious. Even if you arrive 15 minutes before the end, there will be plenty to choose from.
A wonderful sanatorium three kilometers from Minsk. High-quality, Soviet treatment. The cuisine is varied. Everything is delicious.
But, a fly in the ointment spoils a barrel of honey. This does not apply to the sanatorium. This is about a travel agency that provides substandard services. So, on August 29, 2024, we paid for a tour of Minsk in the evening. 3,000 rubles (Russian) for two people. The tour was supposed to last three hours. Instead, the guide Pavel finished the tour in 2 hours and 10 minutes and said goodbye, the bus was sent to the sanatorium. I.e. the service was provided for 2/3. The management did not mumble anything clearly to our verbal claims.
In October 2023, we rested in the Belorusochka sanatorium near Minsk, very well-groomed territory, cleanly beautiful, the food is delicious, like at home, we ate according to a custom menu, I would like to add more fruit, and liked the rest. The medical base is very good.
I didn't like the long registration at the check-in, we drove to different carpuses to get appointments for procedures from a doctor, as a result, we started receiving procedures on the second day, it turns out we lost one day of treatment. We moved into the fourth building, Soviet rooms, shabby wallpaper, a toilet with a shower in the room, but there is no hood, it's wet all the time. And it is still not clear when the room is cleaned ..., in 10 days our room was cleaned only 3 times.🤔 Leisure is well organized in sanatoria, concerts, discos, watching movies, there is a bar for those who wish. Excursions and trips to the theater are organized, of course for a fee. On the territory of the sanatorium there is a shop, products and souvenirs... , there is a pharmacy in the second building. The service staff in the treatment rooms is polite and responsive. Overall impressions of sanatoria are good, but I would like better room service.
Sanatorium "Belorussochka "-I imagined it a little differently.
The sanatorium can be said to be of Soviet times, but the air, nature, environment, I really liked it, the food is good, the people are hospitable, polite, in a word, I am glad that I visited Belarus.
We were a team from the trade union on a weekend tour. Everyone really liked it. The food is good, but the coffee is disgusting. Medical services are great. We took all the maximum. We were just upset that the master from the SPA was on vacation. The territory is great. The silence and nature impressed me. Disco - leave me alone. A repertoire for grandmothers. But in general, I liked the sanatorium. Who's coming for what
The territory is large, there is access to the water, a shop, a pharmacy, a hairdresser. The medical base is good, the dining room is equipped with a buffet. Of course there are nuances, but they depend on the individual. Someone wants a more varied menu and pastries, someone is not satisfied with the rooms. The room stock requires cosmetic repairs. In the bathrooms, instead of showers, there is a fenced shower place with a curtain. If water has spilled on the floor, there is no grate in the floor to drain water. There is no vent in the wall. There is a smell in the bathroom. The entrance doors, for example, in the N3 building, must be adjusted. If you close the doors to the building, then the dressing room between the doors stinks of urine. You can still write for a long time about all sorts of little things, but I would like to talk about the good things. There are a lot of swans and ducks on the lake. People feed them, there is an island of "Wish Fulfillment". Let's have a great time and listen to a chorus of frogs. There is a cinema hall and a cafe. You can buy clothes, I have not seen such clothes in Minsk stores. I bought myself some outfits for work. 😄😃
The food is a buffet. A wide variety and very tasty. The territory is a huge park with clean air and a large pond. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Service for 5 points. The treatment is like in a sanatorium. The staff is friendly, though with a few exceptions. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy. The only thing stated on the website is a hairdryer in the rooms. He's not here, so take him with you.
A wonderful sanatorium! A huge number of procedures, a buffet - take what you want and as much as you want. The food is very tasty. And the nature around is just a fairy tale! Pine trees, a reservoir nearby, seagulls, birdsong. My husband and I went to the economy room, but there are both standards and suites here. We like everything so much that some minor inconveniences like a shared shower and toilet are even invisible. Next time we plan to take more expensive rooms. We thank the staff for their high-quality work!
I have been on vacation since June 1, 2024. I am grateful for the comfort, treatment, and food. I would especially like to mention Zhanna Pokhomenko, a physical therapy instructor - competent, knowledgeable, incredibly positive, the ability to organize and captivate a completely disorganized audience, us, so different, sometimes never in the gym. I hope I was able to convey to the majority that our health is in our hands. And Zhannochka was able to show how to support him not only in the sanatorium, but also daily at home. Thank you!!!
And, of course, it is necessary to write separate words of gratitude to Babich Olga Leonidovna. Always with a smile, there are kind words for everyone, just the Sun in a sanatorium where no one smiles!
This is the first experience of staying in a sanatorium, I cannot compare it with others. But it was here that I liked. We were in December, most likely that's why it wasn't crowded, there were no queues for procedures. All the staff were very friendly, they did not hear any harsh words or discontent from anyone, the medical base is not bad, many procedures are included in the price of the stay. The territory of the sanatorium is clean, there is a forest around the sanatorium, it's great to walk both inside and outside the sanatorium. We rented a suite,
the room price corresponds to its quality, cleaning, toiletries, change of towels every day. The food is quite decent, we haven't been hungry more than once, there is always a choice. If you approach about 15 minutes after the start, then there is no queue anymore, the dishes are updated, not all, but I repeat, you can eat. There are no comments on the quality either. The only negative is, of course, the cleaning of dishes, tables littered with dirty dishes certainly do not look good. The cleaning staff does not have time, there are not many of them for this. Perhaps it is necessary to provide an option so that guests can clean up after themselves. I think many people could do this if they had the opportunity. But this is the only negative noted for staying in the sanatorium. Thanks to all the staff for our rest and treatment!
We rested in the sanatorium "Belorusochka" from July 14 to July 28, 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by the nature of the sanatorium, where it is located: tall trees of different breeds, a lake, near the Minsk Sea.
The treatment was decent. There is a pump room with mineral water. The buffet allowed everyone to choose what they wanted. We lived in a renovated room with all amenities. The sanatorium organizes excursions to Minsk and other places of interest in Belarus, and various entertainment events are held. Good bus service to Minsk: 27 minutes, and you are in the capital.
We have pleasant memories of communicating with people, what we saw and experienced in Belarus.
Zoya and Love!
The advantages of the sanatorium are around the forest, reservoir, unity with nature, good and interesting procedures, polite staff, exercise therapy was very pleasant, the food is excellent (delicious cottage cheese, eggs, cheese for breakfast; 2 types of soup for lunch, meat, salads, side dishes, fruit; for dinner meat, side dish, salad, tea) . One of the disadvantages is the cost of paid procedures. And there is also nothing much to do in the evening, there are concerts, but they are paid and the repertoire is more interesting for older people. Separately from the minuses, I would also like to say about weekend tours. A company arrived, sat in the room and drank for half the night, behaved very noisily, only the guards helped to disperse them, otherwise they would not have slept all night.
1 We have been breathing in Belorusochka since 07/16/24, we arrived for 10 days, we are leaving tomorrow. We live in the 2nd building, with partial amenities, toilets and showers in the hallway, everything is clean. Treatment is also very convenient here, physical therapy is well taught, we go out wet. Buffet, every day cottage cheese, sour cream, ham, delicious cottage cheese casserole, different vegetables, soups, cabbage soup, in short, there is plenty of food, tea bags, 2 times coffee beans are given, kefir in the evening. Yes, there is a queue in the dining room, because there are a lot of people. I would like to clean the tables right away, as soon as possible. The rooms are clean, the bed is changed for the 7th day. There are plenty of treatments, inhalations, paraffin on joints, etc. The territory is clean, There are various excursions, we went to Minsk, it is beautiful, clean.
I rested from 09/16/24 to 09/28/24. This is my 12th Belarusian sanatorium. I put this sanatorium firmly in the twelfth PLACE! And so.the place is beautiful but not well maintained.Yes, there are roses who would water them and prune them. The attending physician Kishko and the deputy head of the doctor, they did not hear me, that I told them only that you could not do it.You can't. You can't. The easiest way to ban it is. In 11 sanatoriums, YOU CAN but not here. The staff of the sanatorium is not accustomed to greet vacationers. The room was not cleaned daily.and the bed wasn't changed at all. The main feature of the SANATORIUM is THE QUEUE IN THE DINING ROOM. They HAVE NO IDEA about teaspoons here. A smorgasbord of Belarusian cuisine was prepared by a GRANDMOTHER - A SMUDGE of BAD TASTE. I see our cleaning lady is collecting dishes on the floor. And how is this POSSIBLE??? IT IS NECESSARY TO ASK THE DEPUTY HEAD.A DOCTOR.Don't set foot here anymore! Thanks for your attention
We often visit Belorusochka, if not on a voucher, then we rent a gazebo for the evening. In general, a good sanatorium. Nice and clean. Of course, there are questions about the organization of the buffet. The queues are actually very long. If you didn't get into the first wave, you'll have to eat cold food. The beach is sandy, but there are a lot of ducks and it is impossible to swim even in the heat. It is good to have a swimming pool. It may be small, but the water is excellent and the depth is quite comfortable. In general, the sanatorium is quite decent, and there have been and will be shortcomings everywhere.
The check-in was quick. We lived in the 4th building. The rooms are clean. The disadvantage is audibility. After check-in, the treatment was arranged. Purpose - baths, herbal teas, salt cave and aromatherapy. Everything is great. The staff is all friendly. The food is delicious and varied. We weren't hungry. Negative queues. And if you come a little later, something from the menu might no longer be there. The territory is clean and well maintained. I wish I could come back here again... Definitely yes.
Awesome The place is picturesque. The sanatorium itself is also excellent, there are a lot of medical procedures. They are fed healthy and delicious food. The rooms are all as described. I recommend. There is a slight disadvantage to this reception. They show with all their appearance that you are not welcome here. Simple questions are answered reluctantly or "I don't have time, there are a lot of you here."
Good afternoon. I love your sanatorium, I go every year. We have already booked tours for this year. We will come again in June. Everything was wonderful last year. But I found out that the store is closed. You must have a store. It's summer, it's going to be hot. You can't get into the city. The store has all the necessary products and lemonades. Juices, ice cream. I am appealing to the administration with a request to open a store. The coffee machine is not so important, but the store is needed. Take into account the wishes of those who come to your sanatorium. Thank you.
Of all the sanatoriums I've been to, this is the worst. I understand that there are a lot of vacationers, but no individual approach at all. Unfortunately, I was assigned baths of about 10 stu, as it turned out later, these are just baths (I mean without hydro massage), but that's okay, it seems to be possible to write off my carelessness. But the fact that you're sitting in a cold tub and they refuse to make the water warmer is because this is the temperature for therapeutic baths, and if you sit in the cold for 15 minutes, it's not so good for your health. The workers open all the windows in this room, I understand that they are hot, but it would be possible to at least make warm water, as a result, I returned from a "healthy" rest with a runny nose. No one thinks about the junction of procedures and an elementary lunch. About 3 of the time I spent, I didn't manage to have lunch properly, I managed to run in and grab what was left. One time I decided to stay for lunch, because I didn't really like anything at breakfast (I can eat cereal with milk at home) and was a little late for the procedure (5-8 minutes). As a result, my entire procedure lasted about 7 minutes (instead of 20, maybe 25) because I couldn't be identified on the couch for a long time and in the process, they forgot about me, even though they took me off the procedure with everyone. I would especially like to mention the dining room. After reading that proper nutrition was there, I was glad, but literally on the spot (yes, it was on the spot in the sanatorium itself that I found out that this was no longer the case), I hoped until the last moment that even with the buffet system, at least elementary salads remained. All salads come down to one thing, sometimes 2 trays of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, I was lucky that I was in the summer and they were relatively accessible. The rest is very greasy stuff like seaweed with mayonnaise, boiled lard in gravy (well, it was pork once, but only lard remained there). So those who have problems with the digestive tract and other things, I do not advise you to get rid of the word at all. And the scariest point for me is spiders, lots and lots of spiders. They are in the room, on the territory, above each door of the room (I counted how many rooms there are as many spiders). I am silent about the beautiful cobweb garden. And if there are not so many of them on some flowers and flower beds. Then the thuja under the windows seemed to be ready to move (and the spiders had prepared them by binding them with a web) And finally, the difference in prices for Belarusians and others was also a discovery for me. Maybe I saw them, but here the difference was downright colossal in my opinion, and the procedures were, let's say, expensive in comparison with others.
I went to the sanatorium for the first time and therefore, after reading the reviews before the trip, it was a little scary to go. But, as they say, to be afraid of wolves, do not go into the forest.
My son and I were received perfectly at the reception. There is no rudeness. A very nice girl explained everything, handed over the keys and we went to the room. The room was also pleasantly surprised. A decent repair has been made, new furniture, the bathroom is clean. The territory is well maintained, there are a lot of roses. We had a rest in early November, but there were still flowers on some bushes. I think it's very beautiful in summer. By the way, my son expressed a desire to go to this sanatorium in the summer. At all the procedures where we went, the staff was very polite and friendly. The food is very good, buffet style. It is very difficult to stay hungry. Wet cleaning of the rooms is carried out every other day. Garbage is taken out daily, toilet paper is replenished. Of course, there are small disadvantages. For example, one person schedules the procedures and, accordingly, a queue gathers, especially after the weekend. Vacationers themselves sometimes require a lot, which negatively affects the mood of the staff and other vacationers. There are positive memories from the trip. And in general, if you don't set yourself up negatively, then everything will be fine. We are all different.))) Everything is very decent for a trade union sanatorium. Thanks a lot to all the staff! I would like to wish All employees of the sanatorium patience, as working with people is very difficult.
We rested in Belorusochka for 9 days in January. I met the sanatorium transfer from the train and quickly brought it to the sanatorium. They arranged it pretty quickly and gave me the keys to the room. But when we entered the room, we were shocked, the room was not cleaned after other vacationers, everything was turned upside down, as Mamai passed. The reception said they gave us the keys so we wouldn't have to sit in the lobby, but they could at least warn us that the room wasn't ready, but we could leave our suitcases and it would be cleaned later. The bathroom in the room is small, towels and linen are changed every 7 days, and you will make the bed yourself. They asked me to change the towels early because it makes sense to change them two days before departure, but there is no replacement before. To get the procedures, you need to bypass 3 cabinets. First, to the nurse who will make an appointment with the doctor, then to the doctor who will prescribe the procedures, and then to the nurse who will schedule the procedures - a whole quest, there is no such thing anywhere. The schedule of procedures is not convenient, there is no time to go to breakfast, lunch is also a run to get everywhere in time. The procedures are all in different buildings, you run all day, then to the first building, then the second, then the hydrotherapy room, then the exercise room with a swimming pool, then back, a person with a disease of the musculoskeletal system can not do it. And in winter , you can also dress and undress 10 times a day . The procedures are performed efficiently, the only thing I took for a fee was mud baths, they were done for 10 minutes, the nurse was replaced, another nurse came during the last procedure and it turns out that the bath should be 15 minutes and before that they should also turn on the hydromassage. Buffet meals in the dining room. The choice of dishes is not large, there are two types of hot dishes, several simple salads, the salad is already seasoned with mayonnaise, a lot, literally everything floats in mayonnaise., fruits only at lunch, tea and coffee only for breakfast and dinner at lunch, only the compote is heavily diluted. You stand in long queues in the dining room for 30 minutes for food, but you have to hurry to the procedures, when the second hall was opened, it became a little better. The administration's response simply killed me because you don't know how to queue. The sanatorium hosts discos, film screenings, various master classes, and artists came to give concerts for a fee. In general, I do not recommend this sanatorium.
A good sanatorium. There are questions about the renovation of buildings and rooms. The food is buffet-style, but the choice is average. A transfer from and to the airport is expensive, about 30 euros one way
Everything is sad and ambiguous, but I did not expect, for example, something super, but the dirt and unsanitary conditions in the sanatorium are somehow too much ((( everything is clean and tidy in the medical building, tolerable in the rooms, dirty and everything old and broken and flowing in the toilet room, and just a nightmare in the dining room. Of all the sanatoriums where I've been, both budgetary and social, I've never come across that there is no dietitian in the dining room, no one even wears the semblance of robes or some kind of uniform there... all the staff are in street clothes, random people, look like they're a little abusing, well, the food is in vain - in tubs, but not a lot ((( if you are not in line in the first 20 minutes, then I will come from the trays with everything left, meat is usually enough and delicious, but salads, kefir, porridge - there will be no more. The queue at the entrance to three flights of stairs is a separate song ((( Everything is fine for medical procedures, there are a lot of things, prices ... something is expensive, something is not very, oxygen cocktails, for example, about 130 Russian. Very, very beautiful nature, the Svisloch river is beautiful, there are many institutions for rest and relaxation in this area. The territory has its own pump room with mineral water, the taste is normal, I have not found the composition anywhere and the medical staff do not know it - I asked for sure it is not an analogue of Caucasian waters - silver does not turn black from baths. It's bad that there is no store on the territory, here is neither a cafe nor a buffet nor a store, ((( I think it's a very big drawback. There is also a nuance - if you arrive sooner or later, you will have to sit in the lobby, and you may not get a sofa (the reception is open from 9 to 18, it seems, in general, no one will check you in either morning or night. Yes, in the dining room, many complained that the faucet was leaking in the rooms, or the battery was not heating up. The sanatorium would be good if it were not for the dining room (reception, doctors, medical staff (except for the magnetoterapy room) all very good specialists, pleasant and understanding people! The sanatorium is very close to Minsk-convenient! But I can't recommend a small room - you won't pass by the bed at the same time! The bathroom is streaked and chipped, the bedside tables are broken, there is a good medical base, a beautiful territory, there is both paid and free Parking, but a terrible dining room! If there was a custom menu, I think it would be better. The price of 7200 per day for two is not small.
The accommodation is terrible, the room is small for 2, and having put an extra place for the child, there is no place to go. Room cleaning every other day, there is no extractor hood in the toilet, the smell is still the same.
The shower broke down, they said the plumber would do it, he wouldn't do it, he wouldn't do it.
Procedures: recording in the first days at a minimum, did not arrive on time, did not get there. We went with a child, so we recorded it so that one did not get to the procedures. In the hope that you will not come, but the procedure is paid for and it is not postponed for later. I didn't get to the aroma therapy-goodbye, there are no places.
The territory is large, well-maintained, there are no questions here.
Food: so far it suits, but the queue to the dining room is something, although the people themselves are probably to blame, you can calmly approach and take what you need, because the buffet brings everything on time, but you need to create a queue, otherwise it will not be interesting.
The staff is quiet, inconspicuous.
So if you just want to go for a walk, maybe it's worth eating, but we definitely won't come here anymore. Moreover, the sanatorium positions itself as a treatment for children, but there are no separate procedures for children, all appointments are the same as for adults.
Good evening, everyone! I want to leave my review about the sanatorium "Belorusochka" for those people who are seriously considering this sanatorium for recreation and recreation.
I strongly do not recommend it, the quality of the medical base is zero. You can only be offered physical therapy for your money.
The management of the sanatorium quit, and with it the competent staff. The marketing department really worked on the 5th. There are more people on New Year's holidays than the sanatorium is able to digest.
The initial honey can't give a clear explanation for such an outrage to the complaints of vacationers, it carries some kind of nonsense, like breathe fresh air and enjoy nature, you don't have enough of this in Russia, eat natural products, you don't have them either. Well, personally, I could get such pleasure at home, absolutely for free.
A store and a pharmacy are listed on the site, as it turned out, they are also not there, they have been closed for a long time.
The sanatorium is located away from civilization, convenient only for vacationers by car. Upon arrival, it turned out that I had forgotten my toothbrush at home, so I had to take a taxi to Minsk...well, etc. according to the list.
I strongly DO NOT recommend the sanatorium.
There is no one to do the procedures, even for our money, some people quit, and the illiterate management of the sanatorium let someone go on vacation-It sucks!!!
IT'S JUST AWFUL!!! The room doesn't seem to be bad, it got into the 4th building, it's cramped, but cozy and odorless, as it was also written here in some reviews. BUT the dining room is just...
such a mess that I didn't want to go there. There was not enough food in the assortment all the time, although you will arrive half an hour before the end of lunch. The assortment of salads is two, and those are for pigs, an incomprehensible mess seasoned with fatty mayonnaise. Of course, it is probably beneficial for them to collect all the remnants of previous tables and make salads. Everything is so unorganized, people can't find a place to sit down for lunch, because there are a lot of dirty dishes on all the tables.
What are you people!!! Put things in order in your sanatorium, assign tables by numbers to vacationers, and if there are not enough tables, then make two shifts for food. If it doesn't work out, learn from others of some of the same trade union sanatoriums!
You have a beautiful territory, you are located near Minsk - people should want to come to you with pleasure to relax!!!
We rested for the first and last time in this sanatorium - never set foot there again!!!!
One star only for the beautiful nature. If you are looking for a place to relax, then you will not find any service or food here.Alas, Now we are resting here and are very disappointed with the place, we took a ticket with treatment, we have been here for 4 days and have not received a single procedure, it is simply unrealistic to stand in line for the distribution of procedures.Food...a separate conversation, you occupy the tables yourself... food...Eh. It's better not to eat..
It makes no sense to complain to the managers-they just won't hear you there, of course, you need to pay CLOSE ATTENTION to checking this sanatorium. This is a humiliation in terms of the quality and service of the people who spend their vacations there. We planned to gain strength and health, but in the end we were disappointed.
We had a rest in August 2024. The overall impression is very good, I would like to come back here again. We took a ticket with economy housing - i.e. a shower and toilet on the floor. We were in the first building on the ground floor. There were no problems with the soul, you can get in at any time. But there is some kind of trouble with the toilet ((( the smell, to put it mildly, is not very feminine. The room is economy, it is economy- the room is small, old, but based on the price, we did not expect more. Who wants, there are rooms for different budgets. I've read a lot of reviews about the dining room and I don't understand who writes them! The food is VERY tasty for a sanatorium. Not to be confused with the Turkish buffet! For breakfast - tea, coffee, yogurt; milk porridges (1,2 types), cereals, salads (2 types), omelet every day, non-dairy porridges (1 type), cutlets, sausages /sausages, cottage cheese casserole, just cottage cheese. For lunch - (3 salads), side dish - mainly potatoes for 8 days, cutlets, fish, goulash, fruits, cookies, marshmallows, etc. In short, there was plenty to choose from! In queues-yes, there were queues at the very beginning of the meal, but we arrived 20-30 minutes later and calmly took food without queuing, it was constantly brought, i.e. there was no such thing that we remained without food. But I agree with the cleaning in the dining room - the tables were slowly cleaned, it was not very pleasant to eat next to dirty dishes, but you could choose a nicer place. In general, this is a budget trade union sanatorium, you need to take this into account! It was strange to hear from some people that they did not like the food - they were used to something else, then why they were looking towards the sanatoriums was not clear... This is our sixth budget sanatorium in the Republic of Belarus, there is something to compare it with. The result is that the sanatorium is suitable for picky people who want to take a break from routine, who are able to adequately assess the price-quality ratio, for those who want to get chic and shine for a cheap price, relative to other sanatoriums, it will not work.
We rested and were treated with my mother on 15.01.24 to 23.01.24. Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium. We received a great pleasant impression and good treatment. The air in nature is excellent pine trees....forest. When we went there, I was determined to see the worst. But I was wrong, everything is very cool and pleasant. Meals 3 times a day, buffet. It's also quite normal. Many thanks to the bath attendant Galina Roadside and masseuse Elena Putyat....professionals in their field. I really want to come back again....thank you very much. The rooms are cleaned every day.
A good economy sanatorium, not for all-inclusive lovers, a quiet place (birds, frogs) an excellent area for walking (flowers, beautiful landscape design) swings near the river, swans swim every day (counted 24 pieces) do not let themselves be stroked
When visiting the Belorusochka sanatorium, you get the impression that you have been transported to the atmosphere of Russia in 1996. Unfortunately, the level of service and courtesy of the staff leaves much to be desired. The lack of greetings and basic communication norms becomes noticeable from the first minutes of your stay.
The only positive aspects are the picturesque nature surrounding the sanatorium. However, this does not compensate for the shortcomings in the service and quality of the services provided. We are faced with problems related to dirty dishes and the monotony of dishes in the dining room, which significantly reduces the overall impression of relaxation.
There were additional difficulties when applying for paid services. The payment process proved difficult, and communication with the administrator was necessary to resolve the issues that arose. Unfortunately, attempts to convey their comments to the staff did not lead to improvements — the condition of the dishes and the quality of food remained at the same level.
Medical procedures, although they are classical, are not distinguished by anything special. The rooms also require updating, and it is worth noting that a hair dryer is available for rent at a price of 3 Belarusian rubles per day. If your stay exceeds a week, it would be wiser to purchase it yourself.
In general, it is not possible to recommend the sanatorium "Belorusochka". If you value quality service and a comfortable stay, you should consider other options.
Excellent sanatorium! Yes, it was built in Soviet times, but modern repairs have already been made in the buildings. The buffet food is great! The medical base is excellent! I advise everyone!
An excellent sanatorium, good location and hospitable staff, but not much, but in terms of buffet and maximum seating, it doesn't always work out well.
A wonderful sanatorium located on the shore of the reservoir, in a forest area near Minsk. In the dining room - delicious food, lots of fresh food. The dining room is clean. The staff is responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean. A large area, the grass is trimmed, there is no garbage. There are a lot of shops and each has a trash can. On the shore there is a small beach with sun beds where you can relax, you can rent a catamaran, fishing can be organized.
I liked everything.
Three with a stretch. Pros - perfectly located, the nature is very beautiful, there is a lake with swans, ducks. The medical staff is polite, helpful, I really liked the masseur Murachev O.A., nurses on inhalation, aeroviton, heat treatment, magnetotherapy. Special thanks to the physical education coach, to give only that it is not held daily. Of the minuses - there is no owner. Unwashed windows, there are no disposable glasses anywhere, although there is mineral water and just water in coolers. They feed on two, I don't even want to remember. The rooms are cramped, the shower room is generally small, if a person is full, it is unlikely to fit. Yes, another plus is that evening leisure is well organized.
Well... To go once and never come back...
the room stock is tired, very tired. The dining room with a buffet is a separate gloom - you will not stay hungry, but eating "this" is little pleasure. It's been a long time since I've seen the side dish "porridge is viscous" - the spoon is in the tray, it's impossible to pick it out.
There are no questions about the medical base. It may seem to some that the procedures are elementary, but they are EFFECTIVE.
The staff tries, works hard, although it does not always work out - there are few general staff, the nurses in the canteen do not help from a good life
