My first time in Belarus and here I am in the sanatorium "Belorusochka". It's very close to Minsk, but the taxi turned out to be expensive, more than 1000 rubles were ours, and it spoiled the mood a little, and the taxi driver was rude in the parking lot. Yes, the exchange rate is extremely unfavorable, buy Belarusian rubles in Russia. And so, I'm in a sanatorium. I was surprised by the unexpected dirt on the floor of the administrative building and the toilet, which was not cleaned until 10 a.m. in the same place. Where is the vaunted purity? No one was in a hurry to clean up. The buffet is quite modest - simple honest food- meat, cottage cheese, porridges, salads, but from high-quality products, and you can definitely choose something. There is no baking at all. Fruits are few, in slices. There is a decent store on site. There are dances and concerts. The treatment is varied, but the hustle and queues at the offices left a strong feeling that I was spending my vacation in a polyclinic. Ugh! And there is no massage - there are not enough massage therapists, they quit! And that was the main goal - to take a massage course... the doctor actively advertises paid services and promotes them persistently. The junior medical staff is trying hard, thank them. But there is no interest in the client, few people return to this sanatorium according to my surveys- here are the facts for you - you are taken on an excursion for the whole day without breakfast, because you do not have time for it, and they return after dinner, and they do not give you anything in return for the paid three-time buffet, not even a bottle of water!!! There is simply no dry ration! I went to the chief physician with this question and even called the Ministry of Tourism of Belarus and other departments, but there is no result! Do you know what the head doctor said? That he never eats lunch himself, and when we're hungry, we'll run faster on the tour!!! A rare rudeness, and the money for the non-provided meals for the whole day is considerable! Yes, and get ready to drag your suitcases to the checkpoint- you can only call a taxi to the building in the rain, haha! Well, or learn to make it rain))) I didn't give a damn, of course, about this, and called a taxi to the building- why was I treating a callback- carrying a suitcase??? On the plus side, everything is surrounded by pine trees, the air is healing. Yes, and the sausage is also clearly curative - a natural product, pure meat - right in the store of the sanatorium. The conclusion is that the experience was unsuccessful, we will look for it. Fellow travelers on excursions from the neighboring sanatorium Krinitsa praised him very much, bringing good-quality dry rations to the bus)))

The rest in the sanatorium, to put it mildly, was disappointing. A night in a suite is 280 Belarusian rubles, but the level of service does not correspond to this price at all.
1. If you check in before the weekend, then you will lose the procedures, and no one warns you about it in advance. It is necessary to inform the guests so that they can plan their time!
2. The number of procedures is extremely limited, and they are prescribed without taking into account the disease profile. There are not enough specialists, there are queues for the procedures for weeks in advance, you can't even get paid.
3. The procedure on a mechanical massage couch is carried out less than the prescribed time, without observing the established standards.
4. The mud treatment room is a real circus. The employee works slowly, constantly conflicts with customers. Is it really impossible to add someone to help?
5. There are constant delays in all procedures, which leads to delays for the next ones. It's like waiting in a clinic, not relaxing in a sanatorium.
6. There is a queue in the dining room for at least 40 minutes.
7. The sanatorium does not control the situation with drinkers who have parties in the rooms after midnight. The administration refuses to interfere, they ask to decide on their own.
8. A suite for that kind of money is a disappointment. There is dirt everywhere, poor cleaning, bed linen is not changed. I am attaching a photo so that you can evaluate it for yourself.
9. Building No. 2 has terrible sound insulation. The noise of wheels from suitcases, drunken conversations from the disco, parties at the neighbors — all this makes sleep impossible.
10. Cats live on the territory, there is a smell of urine.
11. People from the canteen feed the swans with bread, which is absolutely uncontrollable.
12. The food is not bad, but if you do not come in advance, then a lot will just be sorted out.
13. Dirt is literally everywhere: the TV remote control is sticky, the curtains in the bathroom are stained, the floor lamp is peeling, and the plug is simply wrapped with duct tape instead of replacing it.

I would especially like to mention the department of culture, which creates the mood of the sanatorium and is its soul!!

Now about why I won't go there anymore: they settled in an unmade room, there was a change of linen once in 12 days and dirty linen lay in the room for two days until she took it away by the maid. There was no cold water in the room for three days, then the hot water was turned off for a day. In the dining room, if you are late, not only there was not enough food, but also plates with appliances. That is, if you want to survive here, fight. I wasn't ready for this.

What you should go to this sanatorium for are procedures. The price/quality ratio is very pleasant, all services are provided at the highest level, there is plenty to choose from.
A large and beautiful territory, there is a place to walk. There is a shop on site.
The food is typical for sanatoriums: everything is boiled, steamed and stewed, but there is enough choice and the food is delicious.
The rooms are asking for repairs and very thorough, furniture breaks down, lighting is poor, heating is not always enough, WiFi does not reach all rooms. The organization of the reception of visitors / vacationers also leaves much to be desired.

We went to the sanatorium with caution, having read reviews about cold food, queues for procedures and other inconveniences. As a result, we had a wonderful rest! We lived in a suite in the 1st building. Spacious, bright, clean. The maids tried to wash and change everything every day, we had to gently refuse due to the lack of such a need - there was no time to litter in the room, so many procedures were assigned to my son and me! We fought back at the appointment stage, honestly. As a result, after the appointment of the procedures, we made a detailed plan - at what time, in which office and even in which booth we need to come. My son and I also took into account our plans so that I would have the opportunity to accompany him, and he did not have to wait for me for a long time somewhere. The procedures were indeed done according to the appointed time. The medical staff is very polite, and the desire to cure us all is sincere.
The menu is a buffet. Of course, the sanatorium option, but it's still much more convenient than a custom menu - you can take what you love specifically and not transfer the products. Therefore, my son ate burgers, I ate salads) and they never served us anything cold, everything was fresh, the burgers were hot.
The pool is small, so it was originally planned that only the son would swim, it is quite suitable for children, even paid visits when the free visits ended. In general, you can and should do sports in the sanatorium. For example, we rented bicycles every day and cut circles around the sanatorium, since the territory is quite large and there is a place to turn around.
It is very convenient to pay for additional services, excursions, purchases in the store on the territory of the sanatorium with the Mir card, local rubles were needed only to buy dresses that are constantly sold there along with other traditional goods that are always carried around the sanatoriums by local entrepreneurs. An ATM exchanger is also available, it works.
In general, we were not mistaken with the choice of the sanatorium. We will definitely plan a vacation in Belorusochka for next year.

We visited the Belorussochka sanatorium during the New Year holidays from 30.12 to 08.01. 2023. The choice fell on this sanatorium because of the low price, the opportunity to undergo any procedures. And of course the proximity to Minsk. The place is very beautiful on the riverbank, there is a private beach. The sanatorium provides meals according to two systems: a customized menu and a buffet. We had a custom order. I would rate the food at 3, it was cooked very simply, without frills. If we didn't have our own products, then we probably didn't eat enough. We had a little treatment, everything is fine, the only thing was a lot of people and queues everywhere. I liked the concerts. Thanks to the artists, we were pleased. I can say about the room that it would be nice to refresh and the furniture is very old. But I already wrote that the price is small and I liked the rest in general.

The medical staff are professionals! The procedures are excellent! But the work of the canteen is amazing! Custom menu. Okay, you can use the general menu on the day of arrival, but when this situation drags on for 4 days, it's not very pleasant!!! We were with my husband for the New Year holidays from 12/30/12-01/6/2013. Belorusochka Sanatorium is very happy, the staff is friendly, the maid girls constantly cleaned and cozy. Rooms 4 are small, three beds barely fit, a shower for very small people, often drips from the ceiling, there are 5 channels on TV, there are no children's channels at all. The food is normal, but there are not enough fruits and vegetables. Prices are above average in the store, car Parking is 150 rubles per day, hair dryer rental is 100 rubles. It is very difficult to get to the procedures, you need to go through three rooms in different buildings, you will not lose the first three days of procedures, everything is busy, the territory is clean, there are discos and cinemas, on the river bank, there are gazebos, you can roast barbecue. The beach is dirty and covered in the excrement of ducks and dogs. Car parking is paid 150 rubles per day, but there are not enough places, the car constantly needs to be moved somewhere, they left one night at the building to load things at departure, the administration writes threatening notes. In short, they charge money for every sneeze, but the services are disgusting!

The sanatorium is dirty, shabby, especially the catering hall. Dusty, dilapidated garlands hang everywhere. Treatment rooms are scattered across several buildings. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are limited to 1 hour, which creates huge queues. The management does nothing to organize a comfortable stay. The sanatorium is designed for vacationers on social vouchers. I do not recommend it!

Everything is fine here. But all this is blocked by the dining room. They feed them like pigs. I went without dinner today. Everything is too salty. Then they won't put it in yours and it's not enough. Then the computer is out of order. Today I looked at the book of reviews and was horrified by what people were writing. We thought maybe we were the only ones. The question for the management is when you will remove these chefs. And why, paying for a ticket, do I have to go to dinner in the city every evening? Therefore, my score is two.

I just came from the sanatorium. In principle, nothing special, the food is monotonous, meager. It's the same thing, you always know what you're going to be fed, no casseroles, no fruits, no greens. Practically one cabbage. The rooms are teenage beds, you are always afraid that you will fall, the mattresses - all the springs have been counted. A very very small bathroom, one barely fits. Further procedures, a lot of unnecessary things are included in the package, you run all day from floor to floor (4 floors). Ask for and insist on what you need. I arrived for two weeks, the massage was scheduled only for the second week, like there are no places. Although as soon as you look at the masseur, he sits idle. Now about the main thing - there is a masseur Vashcherbovich there, the first time he will do more or less normally, but the second and further without money he will do disgustingly (I interrupted myself and said that it was enough to arrange a circus here), the administration, please note, charges 20 Belarusian rubles per zone. As for the baths, everything is great here. The territory is large, there is a lake, many swans and ducks. Sun beds and your own beach. Yes, the pool is small and hot, it looks like a font in a bathhouse, you can say there is no pool. I put one star because of the masseur, the sanatorium can be given four stars.

We rested in the sanatorium for the second time. Last year we took a Suite in the 1st building, this time a two-room suite in the 4th building. These are completely 2 different rooms, although the price is not very much different. The suite has a modern renovation in the bathroom, in the two-room bathroom there is black mold and the shower doors do not close from rust. The suite had a broken sofa, the two-room furniture was all intact, but simpler in quality. The suite had a fireplace and all the furniture was made of natural wood. Everything else (nutrition and procedures) is the same.
Since we rested for the second time, I already knew what procedures I wanted. By the way, all the staff are very friendly. I really liked the cosmetologist (buccal massage and radiolifting are super, the effect is immediately visible), this time I also took a paid vacuum roller massage - a cool procedure for weight loss!
Of course, the sanatorium needs repair. We rested on a union voucher, i.e. we paid about 30% ourselves. If I had paid 100% out of my pocket for these conditions, I would have really disliked this whole vacation.

The sanatorium is a super-eco. Do not expect normal procedures and good nutrition for such money. We had a rest in April 2023. Water treatments are a small pool once a week and, if you really ask a doctor, some kind of bath. It is located in a separate building, after the session, go steamed to the room. The presence of a huge number of steps will make it difficult for people with leg problems to move, there is not a single entrance and passage where there is no height difference. Ramps in the corridors are simply traumatic, as I witnessed how elderly people overcame them. Nutrition is a separate horror. Cabbage, carrots in large chunks - for breakfast, lunch, dinner. It seemed that this carrot with green peas smoothly flowed from the second for lunch into a salad for dinner, and then into sausages for breakfast. The procedures involved tortured medical staff, who were visited by a bunch of duties and disposable sheets as reusable ones.

I have just returned from the sanatorium - the review is based not only on my observations, but also on those residents with whom I communicated. I'll start with the fact that out of 11 days of accommodation with paid treatment, I actually received only 7. 4 days (!) fell out because it was a weekend, April 25 is the red day in Belarus and the first day, although I arrived early enough, I did not receive any procedures. It was only on the second day that I received a printout with the appointment, and I saw that each procedure had 4 appointments. And not the most expensive appointments. Like a salt cave and exercise therapy. I called this the demo versions of the procedures, buy the rest. For Russians, it is not the cheapest pleasure. Nutrition is a special topic. The territory is large, a huge pond with ducks, swans, quite clean, quiet. There is a separate playground for children. In general, the location is excellent, close to Minsk, but the sanatorium needs at least that. to paint the benches from the paint that peeled off many years ago, in the installation of more modern benches, in the revision of the staff's work schedule- daily. This means that there should be 2 shifts working, and there is a large turnover in the sanatorium, there is not enough staff, so if you want to rent a bike on Sunday, for example, and take a ride, you will not succeed. I will leave an honest review. The sanatorium is squalor for Russians, just call it a SCOOP! The territory is very small, it's just walking between buildings and that's it...The Svisloch River is swampy, mud and algae near the shore, you will not be able to swim, swans have not been seen for a week of rest, ducks....The beach sucks, the rods are constantly occupied by it is not clear who. Lake of Love, or whatever they call it, is essentially a swamp with a mini island, 50 meters in radius. It's creepy! The two-room suite cost 11,000 rubles per day (July 2023), I repeat the scoop! They tried to change the towels every day, but the foot towels were constantly there. No one needs us there! There are no balconies in the rooms!!! Smoking outside, they made a remark to me on the territory, apparently the staff... Like a little boy hiding in the bushes... On-site parking is paid, about 100 rubles / day... You can park the car outside, quietly...A separate topic: buffet! The horror!!!!!!!! The Soviet dining room! Pasta stuck together, chicken every other day.... In general, on the third day we went to Minsk, bought a barbecue, skewers. But it is paid to fry meat in the area of the "lake of Love", prison cells are recreation areas, fenced and the fee must be paid on working days - 1000 rubles / Russia....There is one gazebo, but it is constantly occupied. Cultural recreation is a disco on the territory from 20-00 to 22-00 except weekends... BELARUS is beautiful! Minsk Is Wonderful! People are friendly! This is the first and last time in this sanatorium.The medical base is good, but very few procedures are prescribed.... You have to buy more, so that there is at least some effect from the procedures. The room stock is old.

The shower stall, just a laugh.... the shower faucet is so old and covered in lime coating, it's not very pleasant.
There is not even a small hair dryer, you need to rent it for 2 rubles per day (belor. with money) It is necessary for the administration to think about it somehow, people come from Russia, there is no possibility to take extra things with them, there is no shoe spoon in the room, fortunately there is a store on the territory, they bought it, but again unnecessary expenses and the purchase of elementary things....
In the dining room the food is disgusting, I do not know how to cook( I read reviews, before buying vouchers, people wrote that they cook like at home, do not believe it)
Again, there are no plates on the tables for bread, there are often not enough appliances on the table, the dishes are cold, they need to be heated in the microwave, it's good that at least there is one for everyone.
In the evening there is a disco from 21.30 to 22.00, but not every day, films are shown every evening in the concert hall, karaoke evenings, themed recreation evenings are held.
There is a cafe - bar, drinks for every taste and fortress, there is a place to walk.
