A wonderful sanatorium three kilometers from Minsk. High-quality, Soviet treatment. The cuisine is varied. Everything is delicious.
But, a fly in the ointment spoils a barrel of honey. This does not apply to the sanatorium. This is about a travel agency that provides substandard services. So, on August 29, 2024, we paid for a tour of Minsk in the evening. 3,000 rubles (Russian) for two people. The tour was supposed to last three hours. Instead, the guide Pavel finished the tour in 2 hours and 10 minutes and said goodbye, the bus was sent to the sanatorium. I.e. the service was provided for 2/3. The management did not mumble anything clearly to our verbal claims.

We were in January. The procedures and equipment are very good and modern. But the conditions are like in the USSR, the buildings of that time, the food is a Buffet- a canteen, and terrible, the food is monotonous, there is nothing for dinner (inedible). I have to take food to the room from lunch. There is no drinking water from the tap, and the cooler is only on the first floor (we live on the fourth). Very cramped. The Internet doesn't always work. WiFi is only available in buildings. There is nothing for children except the playground on the street.

The rest is ruined. There is no service. The people who work at the sanatorium don't even understand how to work with people. There is no buffet. There is not enough food, not only do they not know how to cook delicious food, but there is still little. And if something is over, there will be no more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I'll start from the moment I check in. We arrived at one o'clock, they give us the keys at the reception, they say the 3rd building is the 2nd floor, we come and see on the keys that our floor is the 4th! This was given to people who came to rehabilitation after a leg injury.🤡
Then we went into the room, we were very upset, the dirt and the smell of sewage, the refrigerator is turned off, the ZALA set-top box does not work, that is, watching 3 channels (news, sports and Belarus TV) is not interesting, boring...
Then the staff, it's something, they come into their own home, opening the doors with their key, and they don't care what you can do in your room, only one cleaner (Blonde) always knocked and asked if she could do the cleaning now, for which I thank her more!
Beds, this is a separate topic, are so low that it can be compared to just throwing a mattress on the floor and that's it...You won't sleep on them either, but you'll suffer as the springs dig into your back. Terrible!!!
As for nutrition, I can't say that it's bad, because there are delicious dishes, and sometimes not so many who want to lose weight, then there will be such an opportunity.
The territory itself is not bad, it's big, there would be a place to walk if you didn't sleep in the trees, from 9:00-17:00 all the paths were blocked for 3 days, there are not many opportunities to walk, only by the river, from where the prickly wet wind blows. The sounds of the chainsaw just cut into the ears, there is no rest (no sleep) during the day. I can't call a taxi to the building, as all the paths are blocked. On the fourth day, the cleaning of branches with special equipment, which also hums like a tractor, is also 0 rest.
That is, we arrived for 6 days, and for 4 days we have been listening to the work of saws and special equipment...

I read five-star reviews and it's amazing - do they get paid for them?
- There are no queues in the dining room ... yes, of course, if you are late for the start, you will wait for 20 minutes, because there are not enough tables, and even if they are vacated, the staff is in no hurry to clean them. And you either wait or try to eat at a dirty table. It's a shame, honestly! I've been to a lot of places, but I've never seen such disregard in canteens. If you are asked to clean the tables, you will be sent well if you go through the forest.
- The buffet... yeah! If the choice of two or three dishes is a buffet, then yes it is a buffet. Cabbage for breakfast, cabbage for lunch, what for dinner? That's right, cabbage! If there are fruits or pastries, then you will get them if you make it to the beginning of lunch or dinner. In half an hour, it's good if at least something happens.
Plus, they give you milk and dishes made from it, it's really delicious. Both kefir and cottage cheese are simply amazing .
- Procedures... I can't say anything bad or particularly good here. They assigned me quite a lot of free ones, and I bought a few paid ones myself. The price tag is quite low compared to the Russian one.
- The room stock... we took a suite and listening to people's reviews, we are very happy about it. Our room is great.

I thought I was back in the USSR when they let me into the room....I was just speechless..Then I found it , and I found it so much that after half an hour we were given three rooms to choose from .We must pay tribute to Natalia, the administrator (not indignant, pleasant, businesslike) All this happened in the 4th building, which has been renovated for a long time! A terrible smell on the ground floor, small rooms for two people with bare walls at worst, with faded wallpaper at best. Well, there's just a guard in the shower room, how crowded it is! With food, it's just another story you can write...Especially about five dishes of one cabbage for the night..and cutlets like chicken meat, but actually made from fat and bread (in taste).
The procedures were performed by the staff who were not very friendly, and when asked how you treat the bath after the patients, they looked at me as if I had deprived her of her bonus or even been rude..although my baths were paid for! And finally, one very, very nice masseuse, who introduced herself as a very erudite master in her field, when asked why she was so gloomy (she looked like a pioneer who had forgotten his pioneer oath), explained that real pros should all be like that! The director should clean up the Buildings ( 4) set up the kitchen in the canteens, and of course the staff certainly does not have enough salary ......this is evident from everything!

We live in the 2nd building, with partial amenities, toilets and showers in the hallway, everything is clean. Treatment is also very convenient here, physical therapy is well taught, we go out wet. Buffet, every day cottage cheese, sour cream, ham, delicious cottage cheese casserole, different vegetables, soups, cabbage soup, in short, there is plenty of food, tea bags, 2 times coffee beans are given, kefir in the evening. Yes, there is a queue in the dining room, because there are a lot of people. I would like to clean the tables right away, as soon as possible. The rooms are clean, the bed is changed for the 7th day. There are plenty of treatments, inhalations, paraffin on joints, etc. The territory is clean, There are various excursions, we went to Minsk, it is beautiful, clean.

The impressions are simply TERRIBLE! You can still put up with the State Department, but the attitude of employees and misinformation is completely unthinkable.
I planned my time in advance, took a few days at work at my own expense to do 2 spa treatments, called the sanatorium in more than a month and signed up.
But when I arrived at the sanatorium, I found out that the supposedly spa center was not working!!!
Why not write about it on the website?!
Why not dismiss Anton's employee, who for some reason answers the number that the head nurse should answer and record for procedures, introduces everyone to misinformation and allegedly records for procedures.

We rested in the sanatorium "Belorusochka" from July 14 to July 28, 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by the nature of the sanatorium, where it is located: tall trees of different breeds, a lake, near the Minsk Sea.
The treatment was decent. There is a pump room with mineral water. The buffet allowed everyone to choose what they wanted. We lived in a renovated room with all amenities. The sanatorium organizes excursions to Minsk and other places of interest in Belarus, and various entertainment events are held. Good bus service to Minsk: 27 minutes, and you are in the capital.
We have pleasant memories of communicating with people, what we saw and experienced in Belarus.

We have been to the sanatorium three times. The living conditions are getting worse every year. Despite the major repairs to the buildings. The shower door closes the third time, the shower holder is under the ceiling, there is no divider in the taps
, it seems that they don't even know what it is. I got a score of three, only thanks to the staff! Very helpful and friendly people. That's the only thing that keeps it going. The management team has changed this year, and I want to believe that this will save the situation. I don't recommend this kind of vacation to my friends.

The check-in was quick. We lived in the 4th building. The rooms are clean. The disadvantage is audibility. After check-in, the treatment was arranged. Purpose - baths, herbal teas, salt cave and aromatherapy. Everything is great. The staff is all friendly. The food is delicious and varied. We weren't hungry. Negative queues. And if you come a little later, something from the menu might no longer be there. The territory is clean and well maintained. I wish I could come back here again... Definitely yes.

In October 2023, we rested in the Belorusochka sanatorium near Minsk, very well-groomed territory, cleanly beautiful, the food is delicious, like at home, we ate according to a custom menu, I would like to add more fruit, and liked the rest. The medical base is very good.
I didn't like the long registration at the check-in, we drove to different carpuses to get appointments for procedures from a doctor, as a result, we started receiving procedures on the second day, it turns out we lost one day of treatment. We moved into the fourth building, Soviet rooms, shabby wallpaper, a toilet with a shower in the room, but there is no hood, it's wet all the time. And it is still not clear when the room is cleaned ..., in 10 days our room was cleaned only 3 times.🤔 Leisure is well organized in sanatoria, concerts, discos, watching movies, there is a bar for those who wish. Excursions and trips to the theater are organized, of course for a fee. On the territory of the sanatorium there is a shop, products and souvenirs... , there is a pharmacy in the second building. The service staff in the treatment rooms is polite and responsive. Overall impressions of sanatoria are good, but I would like better room service.

Одни Безобразия!! С момента заселения и до отьезда! Никому не посоветую!! Персонал в отделе продаж одни хамки!! Забронирова номер в сентябре, внесла преедоплату...а на момент заселения оказалось свободных номеров нет и поселили практически на помойку...обшарпанный номер,плохо освещенный, матрацы на кроватях ужасные и ещё вонь стояла как в канализации!! Про лечение...назначения были на выходные, а в те дни ни кто не работал...везде грязь..одним словом Белорусочка умерла!!

In the bathrooms, instead of showers, there is a fenced shower place with a curtain. If water has spilled on the floor, there is no grate in the floor to drain water. There is no vent in the wall. There is a smell in the bathroom. The entrance doors, for example, in the N3 building, must be adjusted. If you close the doors to the building, then the dressing room between the doors stinks of urine. You can still write for a long time about all sorts of little things, but I would like to talk about the good things. There are a lot of swans and ducks on the lake. People feed them, there is an island of "Wish Fulfillment". Let's have a great time and listen to a chorus of frogs. There is a cinema hall and a cafe. You can buy clothes, I have not seen such clothes in Minsk stores. I bought myself some outfits for work. 😄😃

At first I thought I wouldn't write a review, because a terrible room with a bathroom overgrown with mold and a hole in the wall was balanced by normal food and good procedures.
But on the 11th day of my stay, in the morning, a bite appeared on my ankle, which itched terribly. I didn't think much of it at first, because he was alone. Although an insect bite from the street was unlikely, because the weather is cold and I am well dressed. But the next evening, after I sat under the covers for a couple of hours, I started itching on the other side. And then I discovered new bites. I'm shocked! We rested and were treated with my mother on 15.01.24 to 23.01.24. Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium. We received a great pleasant impression and good treatment. The air in nature is excellent pine trees....forest. When we went there, I was determined to see the worst. But I was wrong, everything is very cool and pleasant. Meals 3 times a day, buffet. It's also quite normal. Many thanks to the bath attendant Galina Roadside and masseuse Elena Putyat....professionals in their field. I really want to come back again....thank you very much. We often visit Belorusochka, if not on a voucher, then we rent a gazebo for the evening. In general, a good sanatorium. Nice and clean. Of course, there are questions about the organization of the buffet. The queues are actually very long. If you didn't get into the first wave, you'll have to eat cold food. The beach is sandy, but there are a lot of ducks and it is impossible to swim even in the heat. It is good to have a swimming pool. It may be small, but the water is excellent and the depth is quite comfortable. In general, the sanatorium is quite decent, and there have been and will be shortcomings everywhere.

We had a rest in August 2024. The overall impression is very good, I would like to come back here again. We took a ticket with economy housing - i.e. a shower and toilet on the floor. We were in the first building on the ground floor. There were no problems with the soul, you can get in at any time. But there is some kind of trouble with the toilet ((( the smell, to put it mildly, is not very feminine. The room is economy, it is economy- the room is small, old, but based on the price, we did not expect more. Who wants, there are rooms for different budgets. I've read a lot of reviews about the dining room and I don't understand who writes them! The food is VERY tasty for a sanatorium. Not to be confused with the Turkish buffet! For breakfast - tea, coffee, yogurt; milk porridges (1,2 types), cereals, salads (2 types), omelet every day, non-dairy porridges (1 type), cutlets, sausages /sausages, cottage cheese casserole, just cottage cheese. For lunch - (3 salads), side dish - mainly potatoes for 8 days, cutlets, fish, goulash, fruits, cookies, marshmallows, etc. In short, there was plenty to choose from! In queues-yes, there were queues at the very beginning of the meal, but we arrived 20-30 minutes later and calmly took food without queuing, it was constantly brought, i.e. there was no such thing that we remained without food. But I agree with the cleaning in the dining room - the tables were slowly cleaned, it was not very pleasant to eat next to dirty dishes, but you could choose a nicer place. In general, this is a budget trade union sanatorium, you need to take this into account! It was strange to hear from some people that they did not like the food - they were used to something else, then why they were looking towards the sanatoriums was not clear... This is our sixth budget sanatorium in the Republic of Belarus, there is something to compare it with. The result is that the sanatorium is suitable for picky people who want to take a break from routine, who are able to adequately assess the price-quality ratio, for those who want to get chic and shine for a cheap price, relative to other sanatoriums, it will not work.

The hotel is not bad: a beautiful and large territory, located along the riverbank. The rooms are standard, the beds are comfortable, there is a TV and a refrigerator - it's great. The food is unsightly at first glance, but actually delicious, especially cutlets (but salads are not very good). Positive. Nice suite. Beautiful, clean, snow-white linen and towels, TVs, refrigerator, microwave oven, appliances, kettle, air conditioning, dressers, wardrobe, safe. Beautiful territory, green, benches, swings, lake view. Attentive medical staff. Minuses. There is no beach on the territory, you can not swim. A 4x7 m paddling pool. Queues at check-in, at the appointment of procedures, huge queues in the dining room. No buffet!!! The food is a Soviet canteen in its worst representation. There is no variety, the quality is three and a minus. In addition, the organization of the nutrition process is at zero. The whole contingent at the same time. There are no empty tables to be found, dirty dishes are everywhere, which are cleaned extremely slowly. The waiters have the same gloves for cleaning dishes and for taking out dishes. Pandemonium, dirt, trouble. There is no toothpaste in the suite, water is leaking from the shower to the floor, the lighting is very dim.

I am writing my opinion personally, because there are no comrades for taste and color. First of all, the positive aspects:
The territory is wonderful, large, well-groomed, clean, on the sunny side.
The room in which she lived 3rd building 4th floor is clean, the plumbing is in perfect condition, there are no extraneous unpleasant odors.
The food was excellent, there was everything, meat-dishes of chicken, pork, beef. Every breakfast is porridge, omelet, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, cheese, butter, sausage cuts. I've never been hungry. Chefs cook at home. Thank them very much.
Treatment is a good updated database of equipment, there are enough procedures for a voucher with treatment, the doctor selects taking into account the disease. There are additional paid procedures.
And now about the cons:
The room is small, it's a little cramped for me.
In my opinion, the schedule for visiting the canteen was not organized correctly, there were very long queues.
The distribution of procedures is generally a huge trash. What I really didn't like was that there could be as many as 7-8 procedures in one day. These graphs are compiled by a person who is not connected with medicine at all, he has no idea which procedures are compatible with each other and which are not.
In general, I am happy with my stay at the Belorusochka sanatorium. Will I come again? Most likely yes!

Everything is terrible! The rooms are in very poor condition - they should have been renovated 15 years ago. Shower and toilet - in general, if you don't swear, then there's nothing to say. The dining room and catering facilities, too, leave much to be desired. I can't say anything about the procedures, because after buying a ticket for 10 days, they couldn't stand it and left the next day.

Special thanks to the physical education coach, to give only that it is not held daily. Of the minuses - there is no owner. Unwashed windows, there are no disposable glasses anywhere, although there is mineral water and just water in coolers. They feed on two, I don't even want to remember. The rooms are cramped, the shower room is generally small, if a person is full, it is unlikely to fit. Yes, another plus is that evening leisure is well organized.

The food in the dining room is very correct, there has never been heartburn, the amount is more than enough for every taste. The staff in the medical buildings is very polite and kind-hearted. I had a rest in the sanatorium "Belorusochka" From 01.10 to 10.10.2024. I have positive impressions. We were settled in 15 minutes. She lived in the 2nd building on the second floor. There is a refrigerator on the floor, and an iron and ironing board in the building on the ground floor. The territory is quite well-groomed, there are many benches, the backlight turns on in the evening. There are a lot of procedures, it's good that they give a printout with the name and time of the procedure so as not to get confused. Entertainment every day, in the evenings there were concerts (for an additional fee), discos, karaoke. Minsk is 20 minutes away by bus, the disadvantage is that the bus rarely runs. You can rent a bike. The food is varied and delicious. Even if you arrive 15 minutes before the end, there will be plenty to choose from.

The buffet is minimal, the choice of dishes is very small, but the food was delicious. The territory of the sanatorium is small, I can't say that I can't do a good landscape design, somehow everything is "rattled" here a deer, there a green bear, then withered trees with diode illumination. There is not enough comfort in the territory. Perhaps the picture is better in summer.

I liked it very much. The sanatorium is social, therefore such affordable prices. The only downside is the lunch queues. The main advantage is near Minsk. The center is 25 minutes away by car. Almost all evenings we went to the city to have fun. We had a very good time. I 'll come again 👍

A wonderful sanatorium located on the shore of the reservoir, in a forest area near Minsk. In the dining room - delicious food, lots of fresh food. The dining room is clean. The staff is responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean. A large area, the grass is trimmed, there is no garbage. There are a lot of shops and each has a trash can. On the shore there is a small beach with sun beds where you can relax, you can rent a catamaran, fishing can be organized.

There is no shop on the territory, there is no beach, water with algae and polluted ducks, many cats of different ages. Vacationers are largely to blame, but they can be discouraged. After all, there are no snakes and toads, they also coped with this. Everything is fine on the Minsk Sea, but why go there 1 km if you can make a beach. The presence of sunbeds and signs that swimming is prohibited does not make it a beach. There is no entertainment for children in the evenings. The cafe-bar works as it pleases, either in-house, or for technical reasons. The horror!!!!

We rested at the Belorusochka sanatorium from 11/28/2024 to 12/28/2024. We had no difficulties with booking, paying and checking in. The staff at the reception is very polite and answers all questions. Room cleaning was always carried out efficiently, hygiene products were replenished in a timely manner. The maid is a nice friendly woman. In room 213 (building 4), the shower head must be replaced (defective), the wardrobe door adjusted (skewed) and the pillows must be replaced. The work of the canteen staff, the range and quality of dishes are above all praise! Everything was cooked very tasty, we were very glad that the assortment always included national dishes of Belarus, meat and cheese cuts, dairy products and fruits. For those who don't understand: "Babka potato" is the same pancakes, only cooked like a pie in the oven with sour cream and stuffed with mushrooms or meat. All the staff of the canteen are very attentive to vacationers, helping the elderly. Our Doctor, Nadezhda Pavlovna Kidyasova, is a wonderful sincere and attentive person. A very pleasant and attentive nurse on duty in the 3rd building. Massage therapist Svetlana Zylevich is a great smart girl - she has golden hands. All the medical staff is very good, caring, everyone is trying their best. But there is an exception - an aromatherapy employee in building 1 (in a pink suit with glasses) hates vacationers and shows it with all her appearance: she never greets, is rude to both young and elderly patients (she cursed her grandfather, who slowly took off his outerwear before the session), communicates arrogantly. A very unpleasant woman, it seems that her work in the sanatorium is a burden and she tries to show her dissatisfaction to everyone. There is another small technical disadvantage - some procedures are very tight in time in the schedule: it is difficult to get to breakfast, time for dressing and transition between buildings is not taken into account. When scheduling procedures, the administrator (a woman) skipped some procedures. We were helped to fix everything by a wonderful Gentle Anton Sergeevich, a very good and attentive person. Your culture department is working great! We took part in many activities and classes, sang and danced, went to the cinema. Separately, we would like to thank the employees of the water sports complex: very good girls, attentive and caring, perfectly conduct wellness classes in physical therapy. Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium! We really liked it, we had a great and useful time and improved our health. We will certainly come to you again and again, thank you!

The sanatorium can be said to be of Soviet times, but the air, nature, environment, I really liked it, the food is good, the people are hospitable, polite, in a word, I am glad that I visited Belarus.

She visited the sanatorium in May 2024 . Here I want to share my impressions so that people can help in choosing. I searched for a long time and stopped at Belorusochka. Pros: nature, gorgeous air, silence, forest. Own pump room with drinking mineral water . The numbers are a big and bold minus. The bed is terrible , all the furniture looks like it was bought after the war and has not been changed anymore . The bed linen has not been changed once in 7 days. There are no towels either . The cold in the room was so difficult to convey. Doors and windows are very difficult to close. There is no question of plastic ones. In general, the repair has been crying for a long time. I can't say for the suite , but in the standard I think I won 't have to hope for more . The treatment is extensive in principle, but all the global procedures that I have done are all paid. The attitude of the staff is not interested in you or your Health . There were exceptions, but mostly it's like that. The food is normal. In general, if I had chosen this sanatorium again, then the room is not standard and I would have taken a ticket without treatment and already bought everything on the spot.
