The food is monotonous, often they do not bring what they ordered. There is no buffet at all, the same dishes as for the custom menu, there is practically no milk, vegetables run out quickly. Diabetics are given a second breakfast only after repeated reminders. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Very small bathrooms, completely uncomfortable places for a shower (not a cubicle, but a tiny corner fenced off by a curtain) The furniture, especially the beds, is creaky and uncomfortable. The procedures are not bad, they let you go on time. Only the appointment of a massage is difficult to achieve, because there are few massage therapists. The pool is very small. The territory is well maintained, quite large. There are places to relax, a playground, a volleyball court. There is a kind of beach with sun loungers. A big plus is only in proximity to Minsk, 15-20 minutes to the center.
We rested from 1.10.2023 for 11 nights, the administrator Tatiana, not a kind lady, spent a long time with a Wi-Fi connection, only by 15.00 she deigned to enter her code for using the Internet, the buffet was poor, modest, the portions that went according to the bill, they were gone by 18.30, although dinner was up to 19 hours, there was not even tea ,there was not always enough water in the cooler, the territory was cleaned poorly, the medical staff worked for several offices. From a good z: settled ahead of time, well cleaned rooms.,great nature .
The advantages of the sanatorium (were in June 2022):
Beautiful well-maintained territory. Friendly staff.
A wide range of procedures.
Cons:
FOOD!!! The so-called "buffet"The menu is absolutely not thought out, then there is a large selection, then none. I had to eat only cottage cheese for breakfast (delicious, but not every day?!). The porridges are inedible, the omelet was given twice, and we don't eat cutlets in the morning. They gave half-cooked chicken twice☹️ From the delicious - soups!
The room as a whole suited us, BUT there is mold in the bathroom!!! on the wall...
Do not be fooled by good reviews, they are most likely written by the employees of the sanatorium themselves. The worst sanatorium in my life, the territory is small, you can not swim in the pond, there is a sign and it is dirty, there are a lot of ducks. The procedures are on hold, they can close the office for several days without warning, and it does not matter that you have procedures. The food is terrible: porridge, cutlets, boiled potatoes. Although the menu is customized, sometimes there is simply nothing to choose from. The pool is one name. I was there for two weeks and didn't even have a desire to take pictures of anything. The only advantage is the proximity to Minsk!
Weekend tour. A room with partial amenities. Everything is clean. The food is delicious. The procedures are varied, the staff is polite. The cinema was open. The dancing is incendiary. The area is clean, cool installations. For the pennies that we spent, the rest is great
Reception
The best place for nostalgic memories of how you were almost openly sent to the USSR. Since these employees have neither responsibility to residents nor rights, the technology is simple.
- why was it not written on the website that you do not have a large number of specialists during the May holidays?
- Go to the director of the sanatorium!
- Why is the food in the dining room so terrible, is there any way to get food?
- Go to the head of the dining room?
- How do the simulators work
- Go to the physical therapy coach
Canteen
The website declares 5 meals a day and a buffet. Five times a day is a children's kefir with gingerbread at dinner to drink in the room. And an afternoon snack - sliced apples for lunch. The buffet is indigestible dishes in the amount of two or three trays with eternal cabbage everywhere. In soup, salad with mayonnaise or sour cream. Sometimes cabbage is diversified with carrots and beets. Depending apparently on the group of chefs, the food is poor, but edible, or poor and not edible. This is especially evident when tasting national dishes.
Some dishes from local craftsmen in the dining room are baffling.
I go up to the distribution and see something square, in the form of a strange-colored casserole. I'm asking:
- and what is it?
And they answer me: It's a grandmother!
And also with such an expression, as if I'm completely stupid that I don't see that it's a grandmother. I really wanted to make a joke and ask
- decomposed?
But I asked cautiously: and what is this dish made of?
I was proudly told that pork and potatoes.
Lies!
Both in taste and appearance it resembled long-chewed bread, which was spat into a tray, baked a little and made frail paths from sour cream on top.
After this "grandmother" I got so mad that I walked 26 minutes to the nearest restaurant and ate a barbecue! Well, I don't have the strength anymore and I want to eat! And my friends from Belarus promised to treat me to a real grandmother.
Aesthetics, cleanliness and convenience.
Aesthetics in the style of the late 90s, in my suite "expensive / rich". There is a refrigerator, a microwave, a lot of plates, cups, cutlery, a kettle, a bottle of water. This allows you to survive on your own food.
Cleanliness is everywhere. Why Germans are considered the cleanest. Germans are dirty compared to Belarusians.
In the sanatorium itself, you need to walk a lot: stairs, steps, long corridors of the polyclinic type. For people with difficulties of the musculoskeletal system- AD. But there is an elevator in the 2nd building.
Additional services
I will not say about the massage therapists, there are two of them left for the entire huge sanatorium. The rest quit, apparently because of the amazing conditions.
The pool is by appointment, about 2 by 6 meters by eye. When I arrived, there were 2 elderly men hanging in the water and it was clear that there was no place for me to swim.
There is a wood-burning sauna the size of a small sauna near the pool. It is included only by appointment for a fee.
The exercise machines are in the gym. By the look of it, few people are available.
The prices are slightly less than St. Petersburg, but not much.
In summer, you can swim in the lake and 25 minutes to the Minsk sea.
Workers
Most of them are very friendly and
reserved. I liked the lady on the massage couch the most, such a sweet efficiency and attentiveness. The staff is very busy. I generally spat on paid procedures, I made my way 2 times, but the quest is still the same. And the writing is here, the notebooks where they write you down 20 times.... It's creepy, they say in some issued books, individual leaves ... computerization has passed by here.
The Internet
Weak. The Internet for the computer is different (get the password at the reception) and works more stably. If you want convenience, do not disable roaming.
A strange hierarchy
I had a suite, it turns out that a suite is a special sign - they give you a green bracelet on your hand. It doesn't give you anything else, except the suite itself. So when the heating was turned off and the frosts hit, everything was flooded, and you had a heater. You also eat at the buffet. There is still no buffet, when people in another dining room pre-ordered one of the two dishes that are made in the dining room. Those who have a buffet are divided into those with green bracelets and those without them. The "greens" can sit in a separate small room where they, the only ones, have a sugar bowl, forks/spoons and hot water on the tables. With me, progress led to the appearance of toothpicks. In other halls there are sugar bowls - two deep plates for everyone. They usually contain a lone spoon with stuck sugar, which another thoughtful visitor nevertheless dipped into his tea.
Result.
Logically, this is a very poorly functioning sanatorium with a lot of problem areas. There is no trust in employees and their functionality is fragmented and smeared horizontally. There is no respect for vacationers and the provision of services goes through extra effort for people. There are no areas of normal recreation and physical education without officialdom according to eternal records. The food here is disgusting. But as everywhere, there are kind, good, professional people who meet halfway and try to provide services and support.
sanatorium logistics is a separate profession and here we clearly do not have this professional in management. If you want a humiliating quest, go here.
We arrived early in the morning, were issued at noon, got to the doctor for an appointment at 19.30. The doctor, who was very tired and twitchy, prescribed procedures so that they would fall behind, did not offer paid ones.My wife and I arrived on October 16, 7.30 am, and we got to the procedures only on October 18 after breakfast, There were hitches with hot water, you skip the water for 15 minutes, and it's still summer, only in the evening you can wash, Otherwise everything is fine, the food is on the level.Dmitry.
When checking in, they forgot to register, they had to wait. With a sore leg, they settled on the 4th floor without an elevator. Promised to relocate - deceived. So I climbed for two weeks several times a day on my hands, pulling myself up on the stairs with the help of railings. Twice - with a heavy bag, which she perched on her back. I thought I was going to die on the stairs.
I was lucky to have a doctor. And my friend had very few appointments, and those were nonsense. Two times less than in an ordinary sanatorium. If you have a holiday home, do not call it a sanatorium, do not mislead customers!
The junior medical staff works like hell: with a double load on one salary. The abolition of slavery has not been heard of here.
The buffet is normal. The maids are on the level.
In general, if you do not need treatment, if you are quite healthy and can jump up stairs without elevators, come and breathe the pine air. However, the price for air is too high.
We are currently vacationing with my wife. The sanatorium itself is decent, but there is no food...a buffet, but there is nothing to choose from, and nothing to choose from.
The most disgusting sanatorium, we rested from June 5 to June 15, 2023, the procedures are excellent, the masseur is God, I'm on the road, I can't figure out the names of the specialists to whom I want to express my gratitude, but the first floor with carbon dioxide baths, where the grandmother was rushing, who needs to stay at home, her colleague was on courses, and she couldn't cope alone and I forgot to turn on the vacuum cleaner and turn it off, the procedure is quite expensive, I took it 30 minutes later in carbon dioxide baths, insulting along the way, I was also called a brawler, just because I wanted to get information about a rather expensive procedure and denigrated the work of all specialists. Disgusting food, it's satisfying, but so unsightly, no fruit, no pastries. The lake is polluted, you can't swim, I was considering a summer vacation with swimming.Boat and catamaran rentals are off the charts.
I want to tell you a little about the sanatorium.
The location is gorgeous, near Minsk, on the shore of a reservoir, surrounded by pine trees...beauty. Food... well, the bathroom is sanatorium, no variety, "boring", The rooms are completely standard, without frills (not counting the suites in the first building, here, even too much). The staff is very friendly, varied treatment, entertainment is also available: discos, movies, concerts, excursions. There is not enough small cafe where you can have a snack before leaving, and even so, sit with friends... It's not bad at all, but there are development wishes...
Sovdepich in the bad sense of the word. Disgusting food. What can we talk about if sometimes there was not enough tea bags and cutlery for dinner. The territory was pleasant, clean and well maintained. The rooms, to put it mildly, leave much to be desired. But we must pay tribute to the maids, they try to clean
We did not go to the procedures, as many offices have a crush, not competent appointments (which was indicated to the head of the department). And there is a very bad connection with Minsk. The rooms have long needed to be redecorated. And replace the pillows and mattresses. As much as we were charmed last year, we are so disappointed this year
Our expectations have been fulfilled. A wonderful budget sanatorium. A wide range of high-quality treatments, varied meals, a calm atmosphere, friendly staff. I advise everyone to visit.
Uh, the first time in a Belarusian sanatorium, I didn't even expect that I would really like it. The territory is not large, everything is very neat and clean, well maintained. The enclosures are quite compactly located. Medical procedures in the main building. There are transitions between the buildings, it is convenient if it is raining or cold. A swimming pool and a hydrotherapy room with a dining room are a little further away. There is a lake with ducks and swans on the territory. The beach is small, sand, there are some who swim, although I am not eager with ducks) I took a room with partial amenities, toilet and shower on the floor. In the room for two there is a wardrobe, chairs, bedside tables, a washbasin. A good base for treatment, everything is quite new, a wide range of services and opportunities to improve your health. There is a pump room at its well. You can also get separately paid treatments. Bike rental, cinema room - a movie every evening. I would love to do physical therapy outside, it's summer after all! The menu is customized, not very fancy, mostly placed porridge or mashed potatoes with gravy. But I'm ok with that! Unsalted is useful and just in time to sit on a diet! There is a shop and a bar, ice cream and so on. Pharmacy. They settled in quickly, the doctor also immediately appointed everything, the nurse printed out a list of appointments, all without waiting in line and delays. I am from Russia, and the currency exchange office is not working now, it is not convenient. You can't pay with a card everywhere. And I didn't exchange the money upon arrival. You can go to the city, the bus stop is nearby. In the hallway there is a cooler with hot and cold water, a refrigerator, an iron. Everything is there. The transfer just let me down. The stupid driver promised to meet me from the bus. But I had to wait for him, I was already desperate. The booking department is not responding. I asked a passerby to dial the driver. He replied that five minutes and he was there! Another 15 minutes have passed, he's gone! In general, I got on my nerves! How can such stupid people meet people? Otherwise, I'm happy with everything. The price is two and a half times cheaper than a similar Russian sanatorium
We arrived from the sanatorium only yesterday. The sanatorium is wonderful, the food is delicious, everything is hot. The head of the canteen and the girls are very nimble, friendly, they will always pay attention to everyone. The cleaners are great, they clean every day, it's always clean. During the procedures, the medical staff is friendly, no one has ever been rude. Special thanks to the girls from the spa, the massage therapist, and many thanks to the physical therapy teacher and the pool. If they offer vouchers again, we will definitely come.
The territory is well maintained. There is a shop on site. I didn't find any other advantages for myself. The food is odorous. Half an hour after the start of the meal, the meal may partially run out. Cutlets are served daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Together with mineral water, which should be drunk before meals, they give a dizzying relieving effect. The procedures are prescribed according to the residual principle. You won't be lucky if you check in after group check-ins. There is no swimming beach on site.
Excellent territory, very beautiful. Good repair in the room and buildings. But the water is hot as scheduled, there is no pressure in the evening, the heated towel rail heats up or not, the smell of sewage in the bathroom, as repairs are underway. The medical staff is trying very hard, but there are not enough people. The kitchen is good, if something ends, they put it back. You can relax if you close your eyes to some inconveniences. And by the way, it's close to Minsk. A solid three.
We lived in suites. The rooms are good. There are minor flaws, but it does not spoil the overall picture. The children especially liked the large rooms, they had a place to turn around. Suite No. 6 is the largest. The price difference between a suite and a double room is not so great, so they are disassembled quickly. And also - for the suites there is a separate room in the dining room, no hustle. Everything is fine with the procedures, but the sanatorium, filled to the brim, did not allow us to get everything that could have been. It is strange for a sanatorium not to have massage therapists for manual massage. Or they were on vacation (what kind of vacation in sanatoriums in the summer is unclear?), but were absent during our stay from the word at all. The food is a bit dull, but this is a sanatorium and you are not supposed to cook kebabs in it, you can eat them in the nearest cafe. But for our rather capricious children, the buffet, as they say, "came in". They could choose exactly what they liked, even without excessive variety, and actively ate large plates (fortunately there are no problems with weight and physique). Although the little one often does magic tricks in the garden and does not eat everything at all. And here she just chose what she wanted and ate. That is, it was cooked well, she is fastidious. The buffet differs from the custom menu only in that in the custom menu, what was ordered on the previous day, you will eat, and in the buffet the SAME DISHES (no more, no less, exactly the same), but everything is on the distribution and you will take what and how much you want. No special delicacies (you need to understand. this is not Turkey with its abundance). But everything was fine with us. Especially me, because the whole family (and there were 7 of us) I'm full and happy and I haven't been standing at the stove all day :). The usual rooms are very simple (but the price also corresponds to them), clean and tidy. Our rooms were cleaned daily, I had towels thrown on the floor if necessary. Very close to Minsk. It is fashionable to get there by bus. We were by car, in principle, we had no problems with eating somewhere in a restaurant, or going somewhere to look at beautiful cultural objects. I liked everything in general, we will go again if possible.
We come every year, everything is fine in the sanatorium, but this year the Dining Room disappointed both the food and service, my daughter and I of course did not focus on this, but as it was before, the earth and the sky.The procedures are as always on top .Thanks everyone.
A terrible sanatorium. I don't advise anyone to go. The staff is unfriendly. The prices for paid procedures are too high, the price does not match the quality.
We had a rest last year and this year from August 4 to the 20th. A wonderful sanatorium: doctors, medicine, staff, cleaning and food are quite normal. There is a lot of entertainment, an amazing well-groomed territory. Do not read negative reviews, it is a complete discrepancy. Hopefully before next year
We were in June 2022, we lived in a suite. Treatment is not important, the attitude of the medical staff is average, and it is better not to talk about the dining room at all. The bazaar is a railway station, the assortment is minimal, the service is for 2, in general, I can't say anything good about the sanatorium. Those who admire, apparently have not seen a good quality sanatorium. To drive the director of the sanatorium with a filthy broom!!!!
I liked the sanatorium!!!Friendly staff, good treatment, varied meals ordered!!!The room stock is certainly not ice, but you can survive, everything compensates for a good attitude towards vacationers, the maids of the second building are hardworking, daily cleaning, the masseuse Valentina is above all praise!!!Will I come again, I think so!!!
It's very bad, you go from case to case more than you do the procedure. The funny thing is that even the "physical education" on the ticket. That is, if you are able to attend physical education, you will still be given 3-4 visits, although physical education is almost every day in the morning and there is more than enough space in the gym. This is a shame, of course, for the sanatorium. It also kills "herbal tea" or some other glass of magic water, for which you have to come at a certain time. And so you get dressed, go to drink these 100g in 10 seconds. There are days without procedures or with just one. And in general, there are not many procedures. Neither my mother, nor my grandmother, nor my grandfather liked it, and they have something to compare it with. I don't know how much such a "treatment" can help someone. It is better to take and purposefully spend this money on a certain treatment. Or spend this money just for a vacation. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk. The food is of the same type, after one week it begins to bother. One of the advantages is the good-natured staff, and that's not all; ducks on the pond; the whole family enrolled us in the pool and no one else was there)
I had a vacation with my child and mom last summer. I really liked the sanatorium. There is a children's room, which is quite important. There is a buffet in the dining room, the choice is small, but the dishes are very tasty. It's better to come right away, otherwise there's nothing left by the end of lunch.
I really liked the concert programs in the sanatorium (singers, folk dances, etc.) The programs are paid, but the prices are reasonable
A huge disadvantage is that there are no elevators, although the buildings are 4-storey, it is not easy for elderly people to climb to the 4th floor, and even dragging suitcases with them. We couldn't figure out Wi-Fi during all 2 weeks of our stay. Neither the reception nor the staff in the building itself could help. As a result, we bought a local SIM card in Minsk. There is carpet in the room, it is very bad. All the sand and dirt from the street is dragged into the room. And the rooms themselves are very decent and cozy (they lived in the 3rd building).
Special thanks to the spa - always friendly staff, gorgeous treatments.
A three-course meal. They don't know how to cook porridge at all. Side dishes are cooked like viscous porridges in a lump. If there is a natural piece of meat on the menu, then it will not only not be chewed, but not even cut with a knife.
A negative impression of the beginning of interaction upon arrival. The ordered transfer is not fully provided, one car arrives instead of two, there are problems with an operational and understandable schedule of procedures. No one advises about the procedures (what you need to bring with you to a particular procedure), They tell you little about paid procedures. The staff performing the procedures is friendly, and the Administrative Staff is coolly neutral.
The condition of the room is four-digit.
The location is good, beautiful pond, swans, ducks, seagulls. The territory is well thought out and clean.
In my opinion, the dining room schedule is not perfect. Breakfast is 9.00-9.30, lunch is 13.30-14.00, dinner is at 18.30.
If you want to go to Minsk on your own, then there are problems due to the bus schedule (after 19 o'clock in the evening it is difficult to return, only by taxi, but taxi drivers are reluctant to go towards the sanatorium), so only in your car.
The pool is a separate topic. The score is 0. (maybe only we were unlucky). But many are unhappy.
We were not asked for feedback, so we can conclude that we are not very interested in improving the work.
I will not go to this sanatorium for the second time for sure, although I have been to sanatoriums in Belarus more than once before.
I had a rest from June 1 to June 10 in the 2nd building with partial amenities. The room is small and modest, for such a price it is generally a gift.I took a buffet, there was always a choice, diet, meat or fish. There are always porridges and something meat for breakfast, I always took cottage cheese, it's very good. Treatment is also for every budget, The last few days were sultry, the room was comfortable, cool, we escaped from the heat. A beautiful territory, a lake, ducks swim, I walked a lot, went to the theater and on excursions, in the evening or dancing or a concert or a movie show, and, by the way, all the films are very decent, both Soviet military and new Russian and foreign. The rest turned out to be eventful and interesting. I recommend.
The territory is beautiful. That's all. It is not well maintained: the benches are peeling, clearly require painting. The pond is not cleaned, the frogs croak like the Pyatnitsky choir. But that's not the main thing. The attitude towards vacationers leaves much to be desired. We listen to any request from the staff, which is a very big check-in. It's terrible, isn't it? After all, the sanatorium is needed so that there are small arrivals so that vacationers do not interfere with the staff.... in general, it is a complete disappointment. I can't recommend this place.
The food is excellent, the service is excellent (high attendance, the staff just does not have time), the rooms are moderately renovated. Standard treatment, spa treatment.
The location is wonderful, the accommodation is in the third building and there are no questions about it. One disadvantage is the queues in the dining room
We were there in August of the 22nd year, we are going again. Good treatment, good-natured staff. The food is Belarusian, delicious. The location is excellent, 100 rubles. to the center of Minsk by taxi.
The food is not very monotonous and small! There are few procedures included in the ticket price! All good things are bought! The pool is small, the staff is friendly and always comes to the rescue and concessions! The rooms are clean! But it is better to choose other sanatoriums!
It is located in a very beautiful place, the Minsk Sea, swans, ducks. The sanatorium itself, unfortunately, remained somewhere in the USSR, the rooms were killed.
A good sanatorium for families with children. It is small, with a closed area. A 10-year-old child felt free, went to the procedures himself, played football with friends, went to the playground. Of the cons: there are a huge number of birds swimming in the lake. It's certainly beautiful, but it's not worth swimming in such a place. So at +30 we swam only in the water park.
Good afternoon, everyone! I had a rest and underwent treatment in a sanatorium from 09/06/2021-09/15/2021. I was completely satisfied with the rest and treatment! But! it should be understood that I would call this sanatorium "economy+" on the price scale. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate it from this position. The treatment is excellent, the staff is sensitive, the feeding is DIETARY! The sanatorium is aimed at diabetics! If you want to lose weight, you are definitely here, but don't buy more in the store!!! By the way, the store has almost everything! Personally, I didn't have to go anywhere. In the morning, physical therapy, under the guidance of Julia, we all warm up! A great start to the day!
Outbound trade comes to the sanatorium every day. You can buy Belarusian-made products, any form of payment. On Tuesdays, the Bobruisk marshmallow is a camper van.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Clear. Bed linen is changed once a week. There are no hair dryers in the rooms! Bring it with you, or rent it. Bring your own diapers/napkins for the procedures. By the way, the procedures can be purchased. There are sooo many procedures, a lot of new equipment, according to old-timers... What else? I will definitely come again! Thanks to all the staff! Well done girls! Boys too, but there are few of them...
Everyone have a positive attitude!
Good healing base and disgusting food. They allow themselves to make and serve meatballs from rotten meat (((. The behavior of the staff at the reception is boorish. A nurse on the distribution of procedures at an age is openly rude to patients. But nature is wonderful. The medical staff is wonderful. Polite, attentive. Thanks to them. But the above disadvantages spoil the experience. The territory is practically not
It's a beautiful place. The staff is polite, very attentive. The territory is well maintained. A gorgeous lake with a winch. Cleanliness is everywhere.
The queue in the dining room is huge and when your turn comes, something ends. And you ask a question (approximately: olivier will be and the answer is OVER for you) and lunch started 20 minutes ago.
A comfortable and quite cozy sanatorium. Prices don't bite like in other places. I just came to relax for a couple of days in nature. But. The medical staff is on top, they said what you should pay attention to. A friend was worried about the food, everything turned out to be fine. In general, there is a good therapeutic and preventive sanatorium, not far from Minsk, there is a swimming pool and a couple more good buns.
We had a rest recently. I really liked it.We received treatment and rested. The girls at the reception desk are very friendly.one thing but no treatment is Saturday and Sunday.
