The staff is not qualified, they seem to respond politely, but they cannot or do not want to solve more than one question. The principle is that the customer is always right.. it doesn't work here in principle. There is nothing more to add. I do not advise anyone to get a lot of problems and wasted nerves.
I came recently, handed over the equipment with a set-top box to switch to the smart tariff. There was no queue at 9 a.m., several operators were working, they were serviced relatively quickly, including the renegotiation of the contract.
Employees are not always competent in zala's tariff plans, at first they refused to receive their set-top box, and then they call me back and say come back, you are entitled to it after all (((

Now I spend my day off to get my tariff and money back, and my wife also needs to take time off from work because the contract is on it. There is no approach to the client, only creating a problem for the client.
