It has been a long time since I sat in an electronic queue for 35 people, numbers 223, 226 were called on the scoreboard, and 260 were given to me. I had to sit for an hour and a half waiting. I haven't seen such a miracle anywhere in the last 15 years..
I strongly advise against dealing with this organization, you will lose a huge amount of time.

There are very long queues. I come here after work and the wait is more than an hour for sure. Enter an electronic record for a certain time already, if you save on staff this way.
