Excellent sanatorium! We were there for the first time, we liked the territory, the rooms, the spa complex (especially the Jacuzzi on the street!)Very tasty homemade food, especially a variety for breakfast -a lot of things! The restaurant itself is very spacious and beautiful. Everything is clean, I think it's a fairy tale in summer. Of the cons: if you come for 3-4 days, you can't take any treatments for a fee (except for a massage chair, dry aquamassage, floating and Stone massage (everything is scheduled for a week in advance). In other sanatoriums, even a weekend tour includes a couple of procedures and you can take whatever you want for a fee (at a doctor's appointment). The second disadvantage for whom it is important is that there is no full-fledged swimming pool with paths to swim, for me it is not necessary. Well, there are also very different staff working - someone is very polite and will tell you everything, and someone just does their job. When leaving, they did not even ask how they rested and did not say we will be glad to see you again, which is why this is called a service. And another example, I wanted to take an oxygen cocktail - so on the first day, a woman told me that it was only for children and according to a doctor's prescription and it was not allowed for a fee. Although the price in the magazine is 3 rubles, and the next day the staff gave me a cocktail for free, although I was ready to pay for it. Nice place, great delicious food.
The procedures are good, standard for health resorts in Belarus.
The territory is beautiful and well maintained.
The spa is decent, the outdoor Jacuzzi area is especially pleasant.
All the shortcomings relate to the customer service, especially the booking department, it is clearly possible for the management to work here. When you go to Berezka, tune in to the service of the departmental sanatorium, not the hotel.
By mistake, the booking department put us in a room that did not correspond to what I wanted to see when booking. The issue had to be resolved through the management. In general, they communicate sluggishly, communicate only in chat and with decent delays, which makes the purchase issue inconvenient. They have a full load, so they are not particularly interested in you, and they communicate openly neutrally.
The procedures are distributed unevenly, we had three days almost empty, and the other days were so dense that we didn't even have time to eat. We receive incomplete benefits from such uneven procedures.
The reservoir is unsuitable for swimming, so do not be fooled by the presence of water near the sanatorium. You can only sunbathe on the beach. There are also water catamarans for leisure on the water.
In general, we are happy with the rest, but upon departure there remains a feeling that you were welcome, but not completely.

This is one of the few places where the price-quality ratio pleasantly surprised and exceeded all expectations.
1. Food. A buffet is served three times a day. The choice of dishes is impressive. There is always a large selection of vegetables, fruits, meat (pork, beef, chicken), fish, at least 4 types of soup for lunch, desserts, etc
. 2. Service. Daily cleaning service. They clean very conscientiously. Towels are changed every three days (or on request). The staff at the reception is ready to help at any time of the day.
3. SPA complex. Beyond praise.
Different types of saunas, showers of different temperatures, a pool with mineral water and massage, a Jacuzzi with warm salted water in the fresh air, a ceiling solarium. In general, everything is for a good rest and for every taste.
4. The territory. Very well maintained. Flower beds, trees, fountains, beach, sports grounds (volleyball, tennis), playground. Everything is in perfect condition.
5. Events. Live music concerts, charging, fitness training, luxury gym, sports rental. equipment (provided free of charge as part of the events), master classes in billiards, darts, etc., discos, children's events, etc. There are many, many interesting things.
6. Treatment. Modern devices for physiotherapy of children and adults. Competent and friendly staff.
You can write a lot about this sanatorium and only good things. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back here again.

We had a rest in September 2023. I really liked everything.We lived in a double room in the first building.The room has everything for a comfortable stay-bathrobes, towels,hygiene products, complemented every day,excellent cleaning, beds, pillows,snow-white bed linen, in general, there is nothing to complain about, as I like.The territory is huge, clean, the paths are swept, the grass is mowed.The food in the dining room is delicious, there are a lot of fruits and vegetables, the first courses are varied every day.I really liked the treatment. Time has passed-the effect is there.I have updated my review, I choose a sanatorium to go to again and still we will go to Berezka again, the price and quality are excellent, discounts are pleasing, there is no such thing anywhere.I wish the team continued prosperity!!!Thank you for a quality vacation!!!I want to add to the review - in 2024 we were in the sanatorium again. A decent sanatorium, a beautiful well-groomed territory, an excellent room with a view of the reservoir. We took a weekend tour, rebooted 100%. Good food, not many vacationers, there is enough space for everyone. A very decent sanatorium, the best price-quality ratio in comparison with other sanatoriums. We found few disadvantages. 1. swimming on the beach of the sanatorium is not allowed due to the poor quality of the water in the reservoir, sunbathing or riding catamarans, boats - please. 2. Two-room rooms in the sanatorium for a family of 3-4 people are available only in one version: small, with low ceilings, rather dark, with dark wallpaper, the door between the 2 rooms is conditional - sliding glass. But there are many options for 1-room rooms, including very spacious and bright ones. But these disadvantages for us were more than compensated by the advantages: 1. Excellent buffet, really very tasty and varied, it's hard not to get full. 2. Just a gorgeous spa center, visits are included in the ticket price, you can talk about it for a long time, but it's better to see for yourself, my children and I were completely delighted with it. 3. The fitness center is large, modern, with a lot of exercise equipment for all parts of the body and for every taste. 4. Free entertainment events for adults and children, master classes, watching movies and cartoons in the cinema hall are organized every day., periodically evening live concerts and free cyclocrosses with a local eco-trail instructor in the forest park. 5. On weekdays, a wonderful teacher works for children in the children's room, organizes activities for them on the territory of the sanatorium, there are a lot of interesting toys and games in the children's room. 6. There are convenient and beautiful passages between all buildings of the sanatorium. 7. We were very impressed by the light and music fountain (we tried to come and see it every evening) and the spectacular panoramic glass elevators in the buildings. 8. The whole environment is very decent and modern, everything is done conscientiously, beauty and order are maintained. Even before leaving, I already want to come back here again, for comparison, we want to come next time in winter.

I liked everything. But I'm not picky. The food is delicious. We have been to Belarusian sanatoriums, where the menu is more varied, but in Berezka it is very tasty, they cook well. Fruits at every meal, different compotes, juices. Desserts are not enough, but as for me, it's even a plus. The staff is good, cleaning every day. The SPA has saunas and a Jacuzzi right next to the pool, which is convenient. Beautiful nature, near the glorious city of Soligorsk, where it is pleasant to walk. A 5-minute walk from the sanatorium. But this does not interfere, because it is quiet and beautiful in Soligorsk. And the rooms have bathrobes of different sizes, even for children.We had bigger and smaller ones for each child. It's even kind of touching. Hares are jumping on the territory of the sanatorium (they are fat!), and a swan is swimming. The only disadvantage for me is that there are no chairs on the large and spacious balconies with a magnificent view of the reservoir. They would have put at least plastic ones, the simplest ones, as it would be good. You're sitting, drinking coffee. Otherwise, you can't even take it out of the room to the balcony, because there is only one armchair in the room, there are no chairs (we had a two-room room, there was a family room). But in general, I highly recommend the sanatorium. I won't say anything about the treatment, we rested without it. And the bells are very audible, the church is close. I love it, but it can annoy some people.

As a child, I rested in a sanatorium very often before reinvention.
The other day, we spontaneously decided to arrange a weekend tour for ourselves, we wanted for the 3rd day, but the room in the new building was only available for the 2nd. (We only wanted a new one) Considering that we booked day to day, we were lucky!)

The procedures are all cool, high-quality, modern devices; we went to Dr. Dubovskaya (a good specialist), assigned us procedures on a paid basis. Phys.The nurse from room 106 is the best. It is clear that the person loves his job and treats people well.
We were lucky at the spa, there weren't many people. The gym is new, it looks cool. The atmosphere is fire.
Nutrition 8/10, in principle, there is a lot of choice, but it is difficult to call it a dietary diet, since many dishes have dressing in the form of sauces / mayonnaise
Let's move on to the nuances:
The service depends on the shift))) in the bar on the 2nd floor, the waitress behaved indecently, we asked for warm red wine, not from the refrigerator, she looked us up and down and laughed (yes, that's the word) in our face. My name is Daria. Apparently she's new. The waitress of this Daria's shift is wonderful, unfortunately the name was not remembered.
The receptionist, Anna, is in a similar situation to Daria from the bar. The day before her shift (Anna), the previous receptionist, a sweet girl, offered us to play checkers and gave them to us. The next day, this Anna laughed in our face when we asked for checkers, supposedly no one had ever asked for checkers and they didn't have them at all.

There was no water at check-in. They brought it the next day.

Excellent modern sanatorium.The eye is happy everywhere: well-groomed territory, singing light fountains, the beach.In leisure - catamarans (rental), balls, tennis attributes.The spa complex is very good.The rooms are modern, clean, and with a set of necessary items, they were given sets of towels not only for the body, but also for rods.We picked up terry bathrobes according to the size of each, which is very convenient for water treatments.
A separate topic is the dining room: a buffet with an excellent variety of Meat, fish is always available in various versions of cooking Quail eggs, cheese,cheeses,olives, olives, even pumpkin seeds.Very tasty homemade cooking.Various types of salads and just vegetables, fruits, juices, several times gave high-quality cherries.In a word, no one will leave hungry.

We had a vacation with our son (9 years old) during the autumn holidays. Both the child and I liked the sanatorium! In terms of procedures, the doctor listened carefully and recommended the profile. About 3-4 procedures are free of charge, and then you can add them for a small fee if desired.
The spa complex has several pools, saunas and a sauna. People come decently, but thanks to the large territory, there is a place for everyone! It was very difficult to get the child out of there.
The territory is well maintained, with access to the river.
The weather was favorable for walking around the territory and playing on the playground, as well as in the forest outside the sanatorium. The air in the forest is amazing!
You can always find something to your liking in the buffet menu. There have always been meat, fish, and poultry in various preparations.
This is our fifth trip to various health resorts in Belarus and this sanatorium is highly recommended for visiting. A decent option!

I really liked the SPA complex, but the big minus is the loose mat against the wall near the pool, some slip and fall! The medical staff is attentive during the procedures. The food is varied, the food is delicious. The simulators are mainly designed for the trained or young people. I asked for advice on a shoulder joint simulator - the trainer suggested 2-kilogram dumbbells, an exercise bike, a treadmill require a lot of effort.

On August 17, we checked into the Berezka sanatorium with the whole family of two adults and two children aged 15 and 7. The territory is beautiful, well maintained. BUT... When checking into the room at once, everything is not as agreed with the booking department. The nuances were agreed upon when booking: a room with a balcony facing the reservoir, they said the room would be in yellow tones. When we ordered a trip, we were persuaded to take a trip for more days, and also that if we make an early booking, we will get a discount. We agreed, we made a discount, and the entire amount was paid immediately. Have arrived...The room is completely different and there is a balcony on the technical courtyard. I didn't ask for the balcony to look at the technical yard.Please note that a room with a balcony is more expensive than without. We approached the admin, who sent us to figure it out for ourselves. But since we arrived on Saturday, there was no one to turn to. As for the procedures...The procedures are good, but the admin of the spa center is not in contact at all. We have children.We were given such procedures that we couldn't even visit the pool together. It's unreal. You can't send a seven-year-old child alone. Either the husband goes alone, or I, or the children.No one goes to the meeting, some even snort in response. I paid for the vouchers, but the bitter residue remains from the rest. Great place!
A good range of procedures, well-groomed territory, excellent delicious food and friendly staff. A gym with a full set of simulators for all muscle groups is no worse than many gyms in Minsk.
There is plenty of entertainment for children here. Two courts for lawn tennis and a playground for mini football and basketball. We lived in the second building - the room is excellent. I also liked the spa complex. Overall, only positive impressions.

1. The turnstile has not been working at the entrance for a week. The front door has not been working at the entrance to the main building for a week now. Maybe it's necessary, of course?!
2. When checking in, we are told: "are you moving out?" "so no one has met you yet.." well, okay..
3. Room: in one word, "finished off", namely, the floor is scratched, the curtains are stained, the handouts in the folder are painted by children as decorations, the trash is broken, the bathtub is damp, with mold stains on the fugue on the tile, woodlice run around the room, scaly as soon as you turn on the light. Electronic door locks in half of the rooms do not work (cleaning buttons, quiet mode, etc.)
4. When asked to replace the room, the answer was "what do you want, we have all such rooms, we need repairs, we have thousands of guests ..."
5. Service and attitude to guests: towels must be changed every 3 No one changes the day without a reminder. The instructions say: if you need to change it, throw it on the floor. At the same time, 1 towel left on the floor for replacement, the cleaner just picked it up from the floor and hung it on the handle in the shower ... no comment ..
6. Today the cleaner knocks on the door at 11.00, I say in an hour you can please come up. In response: "I will have another job, in another building..," With all due respect, I do not understand how this is? Do I have to vacate the room at the first knock? What is the service?!
7. On the first day of cleaning, the cleaner asks me, "do you need to make beds?" Is this such a "client" service?!
8. Swimming pool- a separate door with cold disinfecting water does not work at the entrance to the pool. Previously, it was possible to get to the spa only through it, now the "entrance" is free..
9. Dining room, loud wheelbarrows on which dirty dishes are placed are most annoying. When they are being driven, the whole dining room rattles. Food is a conservative minimum, very often everything is left over if you come in the second half of breakfast, lunch, dinner. Desserts in the 1st version are often simply not tasty. Fruits are sour.
10. I would like to express special thanks to the morning gymnastics and fitball instructors. They have 5 stars each.

- beautiful place, nature, lake, own beach, new building, rooms have everything, cleaning every day, polite staff, large modern dining room, delicious food
Minuses:
- very boring, there is no animation, game rooms are only for children, the bar is paid, the SPA is so-so, a cold pool, two hot Jacuzzis, a couple of saunas and that's it, there is not a single shop or stall with everyday goods on site, if you forgot your toothbrush, then you need to go to the city
Conclusion:
It is very expensive, for the same money you can go to a cooler hotel, you will not want to go a second time

Please pay special attention to the work of the receptionists at the reception. In my opinion, their job is not just to register guests and give out keys, as it may seem at first glance. The administrators who meet the guests and the staff in general are the face of the sanatorium. Their actions largely depend on how successful the guests' vacation will be and with what thoughts they will leave: "I want to come back!" or "Don't set foot again!"
Rudeness and inattention to requests are unacceptable! When purchasing a ticket to the sanatorium for mom, we several times drew attention to the importance of accommodation on the 2nd floor for her convenience due to leg disease. We were promised to fulfill the request. And as a result, when she checked in, she was given a room on the 1st floor. The impression, like the mood, is spoiled.

A family of 4 people, two adults, two children, rested at the Berezka sanatorium in Belarus from June 17 to June 30, 2024. The rest was two weeks. The sanatorium has a beautiful territory, courteous staff, clearly scheduled procedures, there are no queues and jostling near the offices. Very nice pool. We admired all this during the first week of rest, as well as the food in the dining room. We thought we had found a sanatorium where we would rest every year. But...
in the second week of our vacation, something happened to the food, we felt bad after eating. Well, it would be fine if we were adults, but children also had stomachs. They refused to go to the canteen, we bought groceries at the store. We don't know why it was like that, maybe other chefs changed. We saved ourselves with pills, we didn't go to the canteen several times, we thought it would pass. I talked to two vacationing women, they also said that something went wrong with the food in the sanatorium, they feel uncomfortable. On the day of departure, we only had breakfast. We had breakfast - and barely reached Minsk, it was so bad after eating. They were taking pills in the minibus again. We had lunch in Minsk, and there was nothing like that if the food was of high quality. Please pay attention to this in the sanatorium. A beautiful sanatorium should be impeccable in everything. And nutrition is the main thing on vacation. Our vacation was ruined.

We had a rest in the sanatorium together, from November 22 to November 23, 2024. The impressions were bad. I will write only about the disadvantages, since there is no point in writing about the advantages, they are completely negated by the disadvantages of the sanatorium.
1. Food and dining room. Food: there is almost nothing to eat in the morning, since the choice is very meager, the products are all the cheapest, the whole thing does not look appetizing, especially porridge, there is no toaster, coffee is also the cheapest, since it is not tasty at all. Lunch and dinner are more or less a minimum, but you will not stay hungry, cheap pasta, cuts of tasteless cheap tomatoes and cucumbers, etc. Desserts are the cheapest sweets and cheeses, all this is not tasty. In general, with food, everything is very cheap and angry. It is clear that the sanatorium is severely saving on food.
The dining room is a dining room, not a restaurant format here: you type food on trays for yourself, go to the table with a tray; plates for food periodically (not always, but periodically) have a disgusting smell; cutlery is scratched, battered, needs to be replaced; porridge is piled in aluminum square structures, and looks very unappetizing; the trolleys for transporting plates are rattling, they create the impression as if you are eating at a factory in a cheap dining room; the music is not relaxing, but active in the 80s and 90s; the second (right of the entrance) half of the dining room is cold, since the sanatorium is heated to a minimum, saving; there are a lot of small children in the dining room, they chatter, run there-here, the staff of the canteen does not react to this in any way; milk is in the kettle, the kettle is not signed in any way; there are no saucers and teaspoons for cups, it is unclear where to look for them, etc., you cannot describe everything.
2. Rooms: keep in mind that the sanatorium saves on heating, the batteries are barely warm, the temperature was 18 degrees at check-in, which was determined by the air conditioner when turned on for heat. We had a suite, in each room there were air conditioners that were constantly heated, maintaining a temperature of 24 degrees. It's a pity for those people who don't have an air conditioner in their room, and most of these rooms are. There are animals in the rooms, it's not pleasant (photo attached). The sofa in the second room of the suite is a decoration, it does not fold out, it is useless, it is unclear why it was put there. All switches and switches are LED, and they are in every room on every corner, they glow strongly in the dark, they greatly interfere with sleep at night, since they create a light representation of different colors in the room.
3. SPA. This SPA is for the least fastidious: the most unpleasant stench, a mixture of strong chlorine, sewage and something else, it still does not mask, does not aromatize. There is only one small Jacuzzi on the street, it is busy all the time, people are sitting too close to each other in it, it is not pleasant. The steam room is also a baby - just for two, waiting for your turn to visit this miracle of engineering. The Finnish steam room is the only normal place in this bathhouse, because it is completely packed with people, like a bus during rush hour. And of course the savings! As without it! - the water in the pool is only 26-27 degrees, not for relaxation, of course, as well as the air temperature in the so-called spa itself. We went to this SPA once, I didn't want to repeat it anymore.
4. And last but not least, this is the management of the sanatorium. It's obvious that these people are clearly out of place. They don't control anything, they don't monitor anything. Any request from visitors is refused. For example, he asked to arrange a mattress in the second room, since the sofa is not folding, they lied that there were no mattresses in the sanatorium, and when he threatened to write an opinion about them in the sanatorium's complaint book, the mattress was immediately found. The conclusion is that everyone can do it, but they don't want to, loafers!

They rested in Berezka with treatment in the second half of May 2024. I must say right away that I really liked the sanatorium and with a calm soul I can recommend it.
A large, beautiful and well-maintained territory. There are many opportunities for walking. If desired, you can take walking sticks, bicycles for both children and adults.
The food is a buffet in sufficient quantity. Everything is delicious, varied, fruits, desserts, cocoa, the first to choose from 4 options, dried fruits and nuts, fortunately for us there were no cheesecake pies)))
Excellent attitude of the entire staff of everything. They will always help you figure out the procedures, transfer or add them.
I liked the spa area, it is well thought out and even with a fairly small pool you can swim.
There is a beach, a changing cabin, sun beds, a large sunbathing area.
It is very convenient to communicate between buildings, all entrances and exits are open, which adds convenience.
There were no complaints about the numbers. In the room there are bathrobes with slippers, a hairdryer, a safe, a kettle with dishes, a refrigerator (weak). Daily cleaning, linen change after 7 days. Tea and sugar were replenished every day.
Of the entertainment events, movies, dancing, karaoke – not to say that all this is very active, but we had enough).
On the way back, we ordered seats in a minibus, they came for us, helped us with everything, and after 1.45 we were at the railway station in Minsk.
There is a Temple right next to the entrance, bells are ringing, beautiful and functioning.
Unfortunately, there was no physical therapy during our check-in, and it did not work out with the excursions.
We will be happy to come again!

We were left without New Year's Eve!
In the autumn of 2024, when booking and paying for the sanatorium, it was claimed that there was a New Year's program that was just being formed. Payment for the New Year's event is accordingly later! At the moment, New Year's Eve has been canceled by the administration, there will be no buffet this year! There is not a single restaurant/cafe in Soligorsk that works on New Year's Eve! Thanks to the administration of the sanatorium "Berezka"!

We rested from June 16, 2024 on a weekend tour for the second year in a row . The territory, the room, the staff, the infrastructure-everything is wonderful.
I am absolutely not satisfied with the breakfast time-before 9.30. Well, my family does not have time for breakfast, only I go to drink coffee). The coffee, by the way, is very decent from the coffee machine. The food for us is 4. It's greasy, it doesn't look appetizing. Like last year, I liked the soups. But drinks (compotes, jelly) are solid sugar. Even the children couldn't drink. Actually, in the dining room they ate only pasta, mashed potatoes and cucumbers. I had to buy everything else in the city(.
In general, like last year, the food did not work out with us.
Otherwise, the sanatorium has five points.

Staff, kitchen, bar, territory, spa, treatments - everything is fine. The Internet in the room is 1MB, but the territory is not very mobile, too bad. The rooms are quite normal, plus unobtrusive cleaning, everything has always been replenished regularly, BUT the dampness in the rooms is terrible, especially in the bathroom. There is no ventilation at all. Because of the dampness in the toilet, scales (woodlice) live 2-3 pieces a day with a slipper had to be beaten. And even to expel spiders from under the sink:) But in general, I liked almost everything.

A very beautiful place, buffet, delicious food, the room was in a new building with a view of the lake, it's just great. We were all sitting on sofas and enjoying the view (4th floor) The Aquazone is also not bad, but you can't swim much, the pool is too small, the Jacuzzi on the street is just gorgeous. The sanatorium is good, the treatment is excellent, the buffet can be said with a diet, accommodation according to the chosen category, we had a room not very large, but everything was fine, cleaning and linen at the level, of the cons: in the Spa in the pool, the staff do not take any measures for safety, namely it is forbidden to jump and dive into the pool is generally not monitored in any way and no measures are taken, children and adults do whatever comes into their heads, during treatment some employees do not follow doctor's prescriptions, in particular mud treatment, the air conditioner could not be turned on, it was hot and not comfortable, so I had to leave a day earlier, otherwise general The impression is:it is necessary to come for treatment unambiguously, only choose a more comfortable room. after the reconstruction, it is very good. I was here in the spring for recovery and recently visited a weekend tour. The rooms are comfortable, clean. There was not enough of a chair and a small table on the balcony to sit and look at the river, the forest. The territory is spacious, I really like to walk there. I have something to do in my free time, and I am very happy with my nutrition. The staff is always friendly and will help if necessary. We will be happy to come back again.

An excellent sanatorium with responsive staff.
The rooms are comfortable, but tired. Upon arrival, it turned out that one leg was missing from the bed, which caused the mattress to fall to the floor. BUT the staff resolved the issue very quickly.
The food is balanced and very varied. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyone will find something to their liking.
The medical staff is attentive and caring. Special thanks to Oksana from the department of hydrotherapy for the amazing underwater massage!
I liked the SPA, but there are nuances: they do not give out towels, residents also do not have a separate towel for the spa in the rooms, they had to use those towels with which they dried themselves after taking a shower, and this is not entirely hygienic.
✅It is worth mentioning the fitness room separately. All simulators are new, and disinfection is carried out regularly. The only drawback: I would like the attention of an instructor to compile an introductory program and introduce training into the schedule, since some procedures involve the absence of activities. We thought that the sanatorium should have scheduled exercises and physical therapy at least. This is not meant here.
The equipment for the procedures is mostly modern, but there are also outdated ones, but this is again a nuance.
✅Used the paid services of a cosmetologist. Everything is very high quality and decent. We definitely recommend it.
In general, we give 5 stars. The rest was comfortable and in one go.
