We arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, the receptionist looked at us strangely and asked if we had ordered a table. We ordered a meat plate from their colorful menu, which costs 59 rubles. As a result, the waiter says that the photos are not the same, and what we ordered will cost 87 rubles, as shown in the photo, "antipasto". As a result, they bring a one-on-one "meat slicing" dish, but they hit it like an antipa hundred. In general, I have never met such a madhouse, as if we looked like fools. As a result, I asked for the menu, compared it and asked why the cost of meat slicing was 87 rubles, and there was another gram. As a result, the waitress brought more dark meat-stroganina, as in the photo. In general, the first impressions are spoiled. I don't recommend it. The feeling of a pretentious restaurant or cafe is like a diner where they want to charge money for no one knows what!!!

We visited this institution with our family on March 8th! Spoiler alert: if you want to ruin your evening, then go to the Birch Tree.
The only advantage of this establishment is the service of the administrator and the waiter. The day before the visit, we left a pre-order to reduce the waiting time for dishes. Upon arrival, as in all restaurants, there were salads, and we asked to bring hot food in an hour. In the process, we ordered lemonade (starting with the second carafe, the lemonade was diluted with water), then we ordered a cocktail (70% of the glass was a huge piece of ice), while waiting for hot, we ordered sliced vegetables and what was our surprise when instead of the stated 370g, they brought us 150 grams of vegetables. Moreover , the declared olives and two types of salad were not there . When asked by the waiter if there were 370g in the dish , she took the sliced plate and returned with a plate with twice the filling of the previous version . There were no olives and the second salad in the restaurant, as they had run out. How's that? I understand you didn't calculate the number of visitors on a normal day, but on a holiday? The influx of customers is 2-3 times more. Next, we expected hotter not for an hour, but for about 1.5 hours. The question is, why did we pre-order?? To expect cooking like visitors without pre-ordering?? Why do we need this feature ???
Then they brought us something hot. Shrimp risotto is a dish with raw rice that crunches on your teeth and 2 shrimp. A potato gratin flank is a potato with rubber pork. The only dishes that were successful were trout with asparagus, pumpkin cream soup with shrimp and beef cheeks (namely beef cheeks. The dish is served with potatoes, but only half of the potatoes are potatoes.) They didn't call the waiter again , because everything was clear.
Total: the cost of meals is too high. Even the cafes in the lower segment do not allow this to happen to their visitors, and here they try to deceive at every step. Well, after all, people came to relax, and not to follow the missteps of the cafe.

Unfortunately, my experience of visiting this restaurant has been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, the service leaves much to be desired. We waited a long time for the menu to arrive, but the waiters were just passing by.
Secondly, the food was salted to such an extent that it was impossible to eat. When the waiter was informed about this, the reaction was as if this was not the first time for them, they did not even apologize.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant and I'm unlikely to come back again. I hope the management will pay attention to these problems and improve the quality of service.

But the last two visits were very upsetting.
There were problems with the service. It's been a very long time. You need to catch the waiter if you want to order something. They brought a cocktail in a glass with lipstick left on it from someone. The cocktail was replaced.
The last time, with an apparent workload of no more than 40 percent, the dishes were promised to be cooked no earlier than in an hour. They were waiting, but they brought it a little earlier. However, the problem with unwashed dishes remained. This time they brought a plate in which the food particles were not washed. For the second visit in a row, dishes are brought that have not been washed to the end. And the problem with the workload of the waiters remained. They don't have time.
Please return the Beryozka to its previous standards.

The dishes were served in advance, and they were served on time and made it cool, beautiful. Respect to the staff.
Delicious desserts, coffee and teas.
Of the cons:
Repairs are already needed, there are streaks on the walls.
Something is flowing, water is dripping from the ceiling.
Risotto is a tragedy. Don't take it. You will be disappointed.
Meat dishes are cold.
There is a very long time interval between tea/coffee and dessert.
Parking is a problem. She just doesn't exist.
Overall impression: unreasonably expensive. Because the price does not justify the impression. After the visit, there was a feeling of slight disappointment.
Maybe I should have taken pancakes and pizza and everything would have been more expected? )))

But if the truth be told, these meatballs are over-dried specifically, the cabbage is also a little dry! There are no napkins on the table. The waiter is a nice girl, but she runs back and forth, constantly apologizes, maybe as a person she is not bad, but as a waiter she is a failure of course ... I was in berezka for lunch for the first time a month ago. And everything was wonderful: delicious food, friendly staff, a little hot already, but not much.
The second time we wanted to come, it was a sunny day. We were very upset, because in the morning there were no notifications on social networks that the institution was not working. As a result, they came, kissed the door and went to another place.
But what happened yesterday is a nightmare. We were sitting on a table by the window in the center, where the "passage" area is, that is, between the bar and another part of the establishment. No one came up to us for 15 minutes. After ordering, my colleague was served dishes (soup and salad) in 20 minutes, and when asked when my dish (hot) would be ready, the waitress snorted that in 3 minutes. When, after another 10 minutes of waiting, I asked her where my dish was, she snapped and said, "I told you it would be in a couple of minutes." When my dish was brought to me, she just threw it on the table. It was noticed not only by me, but also by a colleague. If you need the distinctive features of a waitress - a girl of cute appearance, with brown hair and fillers in her lips.
Also, the taste of the dishes was very strange. Very watery.
It would have been all the same for the waiting time if the waitress had behaved normally. And she did not address the guest as g@vnu.
I hope you will correct this point.

I've been going to Beryozka for many years and for several years there was the same staff, which is incredible for a cafe - they remembered that I like to eat and drink - it's excellent and pleasant.
I celebrated my birthday here, just good mood days, my wedding. The staff has changed now, the service has become a little worse, but generally acceptable, but the kitchen is clearly different. I always eat the same thing and the last dishes are not as delicious as before. For which I reduce one point.

I liked the chicken schnitzel and chicken salad, the ramen was spicy, although there was not a word about it on the menu, the beef steak seemed bland to many. There are a couple of disadvantages: flies were flying (probably due to the fact that the door to the street was open), and the air conditioner, in my opinion, could not cope (although it was about 30 degrees outside).
