We recently visited with my husband to celebrate the anniversary. The receptionist at the entrance disappeared after the greeting. The order was expected for about an hour. There is no waiter in the hall. The other guests had a banquet and were served first. Pumpkin soup with shrimp is the only delicious dish from the order for 100 rubles.
The renovation in the establishment is good, the atmosphere is cold. There was no celebration. There is no desire to return to this place anymore.

This is an amazing place, probably nothing in Belarus surprised me as much as this cafe.
The cafe is located in the very center, with a beautiful view.
We went there for lunch, it was Monday, 04/29., of the selected dishes: borscht was absent, pancakes with lightly salted salmon were absent, in general any pancakes from the usual menu were over, but you can order from a business lunch (the topic of pancakes has remained a secret for me).
Okay, we chose from what we had:
pancakes from the business menu (slightly salted salmon was not salty at all, but here it's a matter of taste) ;
Salad, there are no complaints about it.
Lentil soup with cheese sticks, which was eventually brought without cheese sticks, which was not mentioned, but to the question

They came with their family for dinner, greeted us normally, and escorted us to a reserved table. We were given a menu, we ordered 3 types of snacks, drinks and 4 hot dishes.
We waited a very long time (taking into account that the landing was 35-40 percent), brought drinks and snacks without a single word, they didn't tell us anything about tinctures, although before that we visited restaurants with the same price tag, but the attitude was completely different to the guests. But the hot dishes were terrible, we waited for them for another 40 minutes and brought us this miracle called grilled octopus. You can't chew it, you can't cut it, but most importantly, it was just boiled or, how to say it correctly, overcooked. They called the waiter, asked us to replace him, he was poor rushing around with this plate all over the hall, 30 minutes passed and they said they couldn't replace him (well, probably because they couldn't cook him) They told me to choose something else. But what interests me is the work of the waiter and the administrators was, not that it was zero, but it did not exist at all.
I also ordered their pasta with beef in red wine, the pasta was too sweet, stuck together and undercooked (too far from al dente) the beef is tough and tasteless, although the most expensive pasta on their menu.
The drinks were normal, we ordered a liter of lemonade, but it felt like there was half a liter, and the rest was ice.
In short, it is not tasty and expensive. We were ready to pay money for delicious and fresh food, but it was a pity to pay for such a thing. The attitude of the staff is at a very low level, and in less expensive restaurants they are treated better. It was the first and last time.

The service is super long, as a result, the shingles (such, by the way) were simply forgotten for us and made in a hurry at the very end. BUT the most funny thing with spaghetti arrabiata is that it's clear what kind of aldenta you need, the cash register is there, the door is there, but the fact that it's not spicy at all, the waitress explained: well, they forgot to put pepper... We were attracted by the diverse menu with interesting dishes and the design of the establishment. After choosing the dishes, the waiter began to inform us about the absence of the dishes we had chosen, we chose others - not critical, but unpleasant. Then, after a while, they approached the selected lentil Soup with cheese grissini and reported the absence of cheese breadsticks and offered beetroot /lentil bread or ciabatta as a substitute - not critical, but unpleasant. As for the chicken broth with meatballs, they immediately reported that the meatballs would be replaced with chicken meat - it doesn't matter, but when the soup was brought, there was basically no meat in it, which shocked us. Margarita, the waiter, apologized and replaced our soup with one that matched its composition. Besides, Margarita, as an apology, offered us coffee and dessert at the expense of the establishment. We chose 2 coffees and brownies with pistachio and caramel as dessert - I liked it, Margarita suggested that we take the second dessert with us - nice, thank Margarita for her customer orientation and a way out of the situation.
They also took pappardelle Boscaiola with mushrooms and Viennese schnitzel. We would like to note a pleasant dressing for greens served with schnitzel.
A liter of grapefruit and almonds lemonade was chosen from the drinks, after pouring two glasses, only ice remained. We asked Margarita how much lemonade they brought us. As it turned out, a liter contains a full capacity of ice, which we were offered to redo with a lot of soda.
The dishes correspond to the photos on the menu. The food is delicious, I liked everything, we recommend you to visit. The wait is about 30 minutes, but the dishes are hot and delicious, the wait is justified. I would also like to note the cozy atmosphere in the cafe.

So on Thursday we came to Berezka for breakfast, I ordered shakshuka. First of all, I found in it a nice and very sharp piece of shavings, a turn and a half from a jar of tomato paste. And shakshuka should be hot and spicy - it helps to be eaten quickly. It is possible to swallow such a chip for one or two and leave the Birch Tree for the hospital when it stands in the middle of the esophagus. I asked the Boss, but he's too cool to come to work by 12 o'clock - he wasn't there. While I was chatting with the waitress at the next table, shakshuka was returned. Yes, because even for me, who likes spicy and does not wince to eat jalapeno, it was spicy. Especially for breakfast. The dish is cooked absolutely wrong. Pfft... What can I say - maybe you shouldn't chase the picture, but just start cooking with straight hands and according to the recipe?

A cozy place. I had a chance to visit in the morning of Monday.
The summer veranda is partially accessible to guests, half of the hall is closed (reservation on the tables).
You won't be able to sit at the window and look at the avenue.
They are greeted politely, the menu is not brought on its own, only upon request after a while.
Not everything is available on the breakfast menu.
The choice fell on English breakfast.
It's just incredibly delicious!!! Everything is harmoniously matched!!!! 10 out of 10, I just recommend it or I'm lucky)

Then they waited for 10 minutes to accept the order. Well, it would seem that the order was accepted, fine, given that they promised soups in 10-15 minutes, and hot pancakes) in 30 minutes. After accepting the order, they report that borscht and some of the kind of pancakes are missing in the cafe, this is an order of 4 people out of 6.How is that even possible?!? How can such dishes be out of stock?! Well, others have chosen... 35-40 minutes pass, we ask when there will be at least soup (for a moment it is already the cold borscht that we have re-elected), they answer in 15 minutes. Uh...What is this all about?! And hot, respectively, for another 40 minutes. This is taking into account the incomplete seating of the hall and daytime... Okay. I warned you that it's hot to wait for 40 minutes - and this is from the lunch menu, damn it! In reality, they waited for more than an hour. Are you guys serious? The bread that was asked to be served with the soup was brought when they ate even hotter, not only soup. At the same time, running past, he said 2 times, "I'll serve bread now" :)) The quality of the dishes is also so-so - in the refrigerator there is one vinegar, in the goulash raw potatoes, cutlets and purees without salt - this is understandable, everything is for an amateur, but put a pepper shaker and a salt shaker on the table! No, it turned out to be a shortage, and even on the nearby tables there were none. We did not ask, I'm afraid they would have been brought after paying the check ...))) So that you understand, the complaints are not so much about the guy who served us, although he, of course, did not cope very well - the restaurant management, do you think that 2 waiters on a huge summer playground during dinners is normal? Even the view from the window did not save from a pitiful impression.

A glass of beer was brought in 20 minutes later; carrot juice in 40 minutes, and bruschetta in 50!!! At the same time, there was a lot in the "stop", although the menu is very small. The waiter forgot to warn about the cooking time. In general, the level of service is a solid two. The salmon on the bruschetta was good and the administrator Anna tried to "keep her face", - for this + 1.
