The waiting time is about an hour. The food does not match the photo from the menu, we ordered pizza with prosciutto - they brought it with ordinary ham. Tartare on a huge dry loaf, the obvious taste of raw meat. The refrigerator also leaves much to be desired. Risotto is undercooked rice. The level of the canteen, I do not recommend it.

We arrived at the 4th for breakfast at 11, ordered 3 omelets and a poke with an egg. We waited for breakfast for 45 minutes, it's just a kick. The omelet was even more or less, although at two they forgot to add the dressing to the vegetables (the waiter brought it separately, said they forgot to fill it), the egg bowl (poke) is not delicious from the word at all. The interior is pleasant, but the expectation spoiled the whole impression. In general, I do not recommend it exactly.
P.S. Read the reviews, we did not read and came, although the reviews are full of cases with wild expectation.
Maybe everything is different in the evening, but the first impression is spoiled, we definitely won't come back, it's definitely not the right place for breakfast.

We celebrated a wedding dinner with our parents. We made a pre-order a week in advance, where we clearly specified the timing and selected the dishes. There was a company of 8 people. The hot dish was brought 40 minutes later than the agreed time. 2 servings were just icy, although there was meat. One waitress for 5 tables. Tea/coffee was brought, but they waited for their cake for another 48 minutes after they put hot drinks on.
One of the advantages is a cozy, historical place, it turned out to be quite budget-friendly, 2.5 liters of their alcohol were allowed for a company of 8 people
That's where the advantages ended.
Very slowly.
We decided to give the institution a second chance, but apparently in vain. The salad was brought in 35 minutes, hotter in another hour. Some of the dishes on the menu could not be cooked.

I visited this institution for the first time. The location is excellent. I liked the interior itself. No one greets you at the entrance to the terrace. We waited and waited and went to look for waiters. The second time we found our reservation. The terrace was 40% full. I will say that the service is very slow. The waiters themselves are nice girls, but they can't seem to cope with the load. We took a menu of sets from the chef. I liked everything. But!!!!! Waiting for a hot 1.40 is over the limit and no one even warned about it. We went to have dinner with the child, how could we have waited so long and we did not count on this waiting time.
There is no toilet paper in the toilet!
Our impression of the place was spoiled by the word completely!!!!! In the city center, this should not be the case in such an institution!
And judging by the reviews, this is a normal practice here. It's a pity that I just read it now....

At the same time, there were not so many visitors in the restaurant. The institution is clearly not interested in increasing the check. Although they increase it in a different way:
In the cafe, they charge 3 rubles per person for the program (the singer sings). I was in this restaurant on 06.10.2023. The place was chosen to celebrate the birthdays of three friends, the table was booked a few days in advance at 19:30, the administrator was also informed about the occasion (it seems that congratulations from the staff with a cake are supposed to be). From the very beginning, when at first no one met us at the entrance, and then we couldn't find our reservation, everything went wrong. As a result, they were seated at a table where there was very close to the seats for 4, couples were sitting at such tables.
The waiter came up quickly enough, ordered drinks, then for some reason another waiter came up and we ordered salads with hot somewhere at 19:45. Drinks were brought and here the waiting began. Closer to 20:30, salads were brought to three of us, there was no snack for me, they said it took a little longer to prepare. The friends ate, ordered a second portion of drinks. After 15 minutes, they brought the wrong drinks that they ordered. Fortunately, it was fixed quickly. At 21, I once again clarify where my snack is - "8 more minutes". And after that, the waiter stopped walking past our table. Half an hour later, the receptionist's girlfriend was already stopped, she also said to wait. They don't carry hot stuff either. The company is good, but I haven't eaten since day 12. At 10 pm, the waiter proudly brings hot "well, are you finally satisfied?". Where's my snack? "Oh, yes, you also have roast beef with mushroom cream," and a minute later brings a snack. The appetizer was supposed to be hot - the meat is barely warm. Risotto is more like congealed frozen rice. And this is for almost 2.5 hours of waiting.
I don't want to find out if the reason is in the kitchen, or in the waiters, but I would never have thought that you could expect your order so much. There was no congratulation, of course, although the other two tables were approached with sparklers and congratulated. This was the first and last time I visited this institution. An excellent territorial location in the very center of Minsk is spoiled by unprofessionalism and irresponsibility. 2 I put only for the potential of the snack, the mushroom cream was really delicious, and the meat is tender. Still served hot.

We came to Minsk for a conference. The restaurant was located next to the venue, so we decided to look in there to eat.
The restaurant was empty, literally. Our company consisted of 5 people. We all decided to order pancakes, and two pizzas on the table.
While we were discussing the results of the conference, we did not notice that 40 minutes had passed since the order, and there was still no food. Naturally, we became indignant, but we were simply ignored, the waitresses and hostesses just passed by and cast contemptuous glances. We had theater tickets for the evening, we became nervous that we would be late. The waitresses feed with promises, and make a "dumb" face, answering monotonously "the order will be in 4 minutes."
In the end, we still waited for the food. The pancakes were terribly cooked, the pizza was normal (they would have ruined the pizza...). We swallowed everything in 10 minutes, and ran to the theater. We were 10 minutes late, fortunately the taxi driver arrived quickly, and the performance did not start on time.

If you also want to dance or celebrate some event in the circle of the company, then this is not the place. BUT the peak was later: like, three drunken male personalities were sitting in a prestigious restaurant and prevented the rest from resting...Laughter and shouts filled the whole room and did not forget to molest other guests, insulting some at the same time. And the administration, and most importantly, the guards didn'T CARE! More precisely, the guards were not even visible anywhere)) There are ZERO reactions. Fortunately, no one answered these three, otherwise the evening would not have ended well for the whole shift. In short, the impressions are terrible, I do not recommend them, they do not correspond to the status of a prestigious institution!

- Pros:
1. Live music,
2. delicious food,
3. beautiful terrace
4. The dishes are brought at the same time and you will not watch your companion eat, while your dish was brought an hour ago. But you'll be waiting for your food forever.... But more on that later
- Disadvantages:
1. We booked a table on the terrace, and upon arrival we were allocated seats with a table below the seats. No one warned us that we would be seated at a table where they usually drink wine, tea, and smoke hookah. When we asked to be transferred to an empty normal table, it was refused, referring to the fact that this table was reserved. But his guests came only 2 hours later. And we booked the table just like the others. It was uncomfortable to sit and it took every effort not to get your clothes dirty
2. Be prepared for the fact that if you come after lunch, the sun will mercilessly bake on your heads on the terrace. No blinds or any kind of sun protection are provided. It was impossible to sit (June) until sunset
3. There is no air conditioning, the terrace windows are wide open, but at a temperature of + 30 it is unlikely to please you. A ceiling fan was spinning in the center of the hall, but it was neither cold nor hot in every sense
4. If you see items in the menu, it does not mean that they actually exist. Even if it's a whole category. They chose sushi - they don't cook sushi at all anymore.

2. The waiter pays absolutely no attention to you. If you are used to the waiter coming up to you as soon as you catch his eye and ask him to come up with a gesture - forget about it completely if you come to the Birch Tree. I personally "stared" at the waiter for 15 minutes, waving my hand in every possible way trying to make it clear. It was simply ignored.
3. The waiter brings a drink /dish and immediately disappears almost running, trying to get away from you faster, without even asking if we want something else, if everything is fine. He almost had to be shouted at to come back and take another order.
4. When the next position is brought, no one removes the already empty dishes, glasses, napkins
It's just a shame to work at such a level in the very center of Minsk
Show-offs don't bite, but the service is zero!!!!!
