A great place with nice prices and delicious dishes!!! We took draniki with foie gras and dumplings, it's a masterpiece! Smoked beer is simple. Have you tried tinctures too. The perfect mix of high and traditional cuisine.
They know a lot about textures and serving here. At the same time, without forgetting about the taste and old recipes.
The dressing in a salad with pears is delicate and exquisite. The pike cutlets themselves are excellent, and the side dish with a light crunch of green onions complements the gastronomic picture.
I've never liked black pudding. But it was in this restaurant that it became clear that any product can become a favorite if it is cooked correctly and the right sauces and side dishes are added.
Attention to detail, exquisite interior, competent team - it's all there.
The waiters are very friendly, fully menu-oriented. The ability to be moderately "on the same wavelength" with a guest, without familiarity and familiarity is an indicator of the high level of the restaurant.

We visited Bulbasha's restaurant. We came here because it is located in the center and we wanted to try the Belarusian cuisine.
We didn't book in advance, there were seats...
I understood that you need to book in advance, especially if there was a company or a family, there were two of us, there were only seats in the aisle.
The food is very tasty, we ordered dumplings and salad with tongue. The chefs are great, thanks a lot.
The service is also clear and fast.
The only thing that upset me was that there was no wi-fi, we came on a tour, went to lunch, we had to contact the guide, but there was no connection... I didn't really want to enable roaming for one day. We expected that Wi-fi would be provided in the restaurant in the city center.

Expectations have exceeded reality. It's quite tasty. Yes, this is the center of Minsk. The interior is quite eclectic (in moderation). The menu balances between international and national cuisine. But, believe me, in Belarus it is worth trying exclusively local. International only by place of origin. The local dishes are excellent. The rest is for the amateur.

This is the second time we come to Minsk for the weekend and try to try different restaurants. We have already visited 4 popular places (which were recommended to us by different people) and at the moment, according to our general opinion, this place from the company of 4 people is the top 1 in Minsk in terms of service quality, taste and food quality. The staff is as pleasant and friendly as possible and it is clear that they enjoy working and communicating with people. A waiter named Zakhar helped us have a great time. Every time I come to Minsk, I definitely visit this restaurant. Excellent cuisine, excellent service. There is a varied menu, so I want to try everything, but the portions are very large! Amazing pancakes, beef cheek, borscht, snacks👍🏻 Very tasty non-alcoholic beer, delicious coffee.
Beautiful interior, good service.
We were in Minsk for only two days, but on the second day we came here for lunch again. Because it's sooo delicious)
And it's mega satisfying.
Except that the cheese for dessert was not as impressive as the appetizers and main dishes.
It is better to book a table in advance, there are many guests.

I tell you the situation : we came to Minsk , my daughter is not the first, but I am the first and my daughter really wanted (she is a pastry chef and a gourmet in food) to taste pancakes with chanterelles in this institution . I just wanted to try the pancakes . We came in the evening, we had not booked a table in advance, but we were placed on the veranda - the evening was warm and the view of the church was beautiful. We ordered food - everything was very tasty - and pancakes with chanterelles , I took fish and sour cream . We ordered tinctures to try (separate recommendations), and having had a great dinner and rest, it was time for the calculation and then we both realize that we changed into beautiful clothes and changed handbags and neither bothered to shift the cards for the calculation. We are Russian citizens and a simple transfer to the card of an institution or employee, which could simplify the situation, is impossible.
In general, the restaurant is already under closure, it is extremely inconvenient for us, and the waiter, after talking with the administrator, allowed us to pay off in the morning. It was a way out and very kind of them, although I won't hide it -I felt a little awkward.
Thank you guys so much for your trust!
In the morning, as soon as the institution opened, at 12:00 o'clock, we stopped by and paid off.
These are the adventures that happened to us.

We decided to visit this place for dinner. It seemed that they did not come in prime time, there were reserved stoics, someone was already finishing dinner, but for all my hints, the waiter at the entrance did not want to offer any options (invite later, give a place with a transfer). In a strict form: wait or not, everything is by appointment for three days in advance. Perhaps that's the way to respond to guests, but I wouldn't respond like that if you came to my place. To the owners, be more friendly, the earth is round, and we don't seem to have done anything wrong to you. For the appearance of the dishes - 5, for the ratio - 1, the average - 3, I am also honest. To the guests, if you really want to, then sign up for a week, but Minsk is full of other worthy places, and they don't have the best draniki in the city, but the usual ones (in appearance))))). Bulbashi on Svobody Street was a pleasant discovery for us, I read the report from kokobaytsa and decided to follow and come here. If you are interested in the author's approach, this place is definitely worth a visit.
The taste of the dishes is excellent! Snacks: unusual, interesting, and we liked them. I took beef draniki from the main dishes and it was very tasty to me.
Prices: Higher than average for Minsk, however, this is the case when you pay for the thoughtfulness of the menu and the quality. If you want to pamper yourself or surprise your guests, it's normal here.
Service:We were sitting on the summer terrace — the atmosphere is OK, despite the central location. The waiters are attentive and unobtrusive.
In general, it is a great option for dining in the city center. I recommend it to those who like the combination of Belarusian flavor with modern gastronomy. Let's come back here to try the soup and borscht.

The guest service has improved over the past year, but in my opinion, the taste and serving of dishes have dropped significantly.The flow of visitors has grown significantly, the kitchen is not coping, and this is reflected not only in the serving of dishes, but also in the quality and taste.I ordered the same items as a year ago and was a little disappointed: the boiled dumplings were taken out, the game cutlet was overcooked, the cheese mousse changed a lot (it became more liquid in consistency, as if it were diluted with cream).Probably, if I hadn't tried these dishes before, I wouldn't have given it any importance!

Just the best find from my last trip to Minsk, I liked absolutely all the dishes we ordered. There weren't a couple of beer positions and there wasn't much choice, but compared to the absolutely awesome dishes, it was a small thing. To everyone who is in Minsk for the first time, or who has never been to Bulbashi, I definitely advise you. The ear is a separate masterpiece, I can't remember when I've eaten such an ear. The menu is slightly different from the "Bulbashi" on Herzen.

I got around to writing a review of this magnificent place.
I decided to come here on the recommendation of my colleagues, we were in Bulbashi on May 13, celebrating my birthday with my loved ones.
The food was very tasty, we ordered several types of lobsters, draniki (I have never eaten such delicious ones in Minsk!), salad with pears, tongue, poultry cutlet.
I would also like to mention the simply amazing service from the waitress Daria (thank her very much!), who told in detail about all the interesting items on the menu, the interior of the establishment and many other interesting things.
We will definitely come back here again!

Two more for the office and the interior, but that's where the advantages end. Judging by the reviews, the kitchen is good, but on my visit it was terrible. It's a good place, the most delicious shingles in the way they were from childhood (potatoes are grated, not mashed/almost mashed, as we tried in other establishments in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno. But the Belarusian name of the restaurant is still misleading - the dishes are mostly European-style rather than traditional, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is the same - you don't feel like you're in fraternal Belarus, but rather somewhere in the Czech Republic or even further away. I also note that there is no children's menu at all. For all these points, there was no desire to pay an increased price (the price is really higher, there are no places, a very popular institution). There are plenty of such European restaurants in cities with millions, in short, we did not feel the uniqueness, and even for such money.

I liked the dishes 💫unusual and most importantly delicious at the same time. For example, the dumplings are deliciously cooked, and duck liver and an interesting sauce are added.
The service is good, the atmosphere is pleasant, I wanted to come back again.
A small point: the aisles are narrow, and one of the waiters is so active, loud and takes up so much space that I had to walk sideways past him. Then I noticed the same difficulties with him and our waiter. It would be good for him to pay attention to this, so that everyone is comfortable, not just him.

We almost accidentally got into the last hour and a half of work, but they say everything is already booked for two weeks in advance.
In fact, it tastes delicious, and draniki with stewed brisket is unusual. Borscht, due to baked beetroot, is also slightly different from the classics and is memorable.
Beef stroganoff is good. Portions, in these days of minimalism, are unusually large. This is both good and bad at the same time :)
A good-level restaurant.
But this beer is only Lida beer, and we don't like it too much. It would be nice to add something else to the range, maybe the products of some small breweries.
